FOOTAGE FROM THE ROYAL RUMBLE IS SHOWN OF RANDY ORTON USING THE "RKO" TO PIN AXL IRVIN AND REGAIN THE UNIVERSAL TITLE AFTER CHAOS WOLF AND VLAD THE IMPALER HAD COME OUT AND ATTACKED JORDAN ROCKWELL IN THE TRIPLE THREAT MATCH.

THAT LEADS INTO PRIMETIME's MONTAGE AS "RAP SUPERSTAR" PLAYS. THE ALLSTATE ARENA IS THEN SHOWN AS THE CAMERA PANS AROUND THE EXCITED CROWD.

Michael Cole: "Are you ready for TWF PrimeTime?! We are live inside the Allstate arena, Michael Cole and JBL are ringside"!

JBL: "And we have a new Universal champion, his name, Randy Orton".

"THIS FIRE BURNS" BY KILLSWITCH ENGAGE HITS AND CM PUNK COMES OUT TO AN AMAZING RESPONSE.

Cole: "Orton was able to do what he said he would and win the triple threat, but I think there's a lot of unanswered questions remaining there like, why did he change the match he selected"?

JBL: "He took back his property is what he did, Michael, and he changed the stipulation simply because he had the power to do so".

Cole: "Well what a way to start things off tonight as CM Punk will go one on one with the fighting Irishman".

"MY NAME IS FINLAY.... AND I LOVE TO FIGHT" IS HEARD AND LEADS INTO FINLAY's MUSIC BEFORE HE HEADS TO THE RING TO A LOT OF BOOS.

JBL: "Well I hope CM Punk came out here ready for a fight cause he's gonna get one tonight"!

Cole: "CM Punk has been waiting for an oppurtunity to get his hands on Finlay for months and he has gotten that chance tonight"!

Finlay vs. CM Punk

The bell sounded and the two men rounded each other, looking for a point of attack. Punk finally went in, ducking a right hand and getting Finlay in a standing waistlock. But Finlay drilled him with a back elbow right in the mouth before just drilling him with a clothesline. Finlay then got down and locked Punk in a side headlock, rubbing his face against the mat. Punk finally fought his way out of the hold and drove 3 elbows into the gut of Finlay but after hitting the ropes, Finlay drove a knee into his gut. After back to back elbow drops, Finlay made the cover, driving his forearm into the face of Punk but he could only get a 2 count. Finlay continued his rugged attack but after reversing an irish whip to the corner, Punk caught Finlay with a running knee to the side of the head. Punk struck with 2 open handed shots to either side of the head but when he grabbed Finlay under the right arm, Finlay caught him with another kneelift before hitting the ropes and kicking him right in the side of the head. After a fireman's carry takedown, Finlay made another cover but couldn't keep Punk down. After pounding Punk with 3 hard forearms, Finlay pulled him up by the hair but just like that, Punk grabbed him and delivered the Uranage out of nowhere, covering Finlay for the 1......2.......3!

Cole: "Punk hit Finlay out of nowhere with that and what a win that was"!

JBL: "I can't believe he just did that, Michael! Finlay is a world class competitor and CM Punk just got the biggest win of his career if you ask me"!

"THIS FIRE BURNS" PLAYED AGAIN AND THE FANS LOUDLY CHEERED FOR A CELEBRATING CM PUNK.

Cole: "There is no doubt that CM Punk has a bright future ahead of him and judging by the fans' reaction tonight, it'll be to the top"!

A COMMERCIAL FOR GLADE AIR FRESHENER IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY A FOX PROGRAMMING AD FOR "AMERICAN IDOL" AND "SIMPSON's".

RETURN FROM BREAK.... BACKSTAGE.....

When PrimeTime returns, the shot is backstage to show Maria with Chaos Wolf, Vlad the Impaler and Father James Mitchell.

Maria: "Chaos Wolf, you asked for this interview to clear up a few things, for starters why have you been helping Axl Irvin the past several weeks"?

Chaos Wolf: "We never really cared about Axl and if he lost the title or not, our main purpose was to get at Jordan Rockwell. Hey Jordan, you really haven’t been being Mr. Showtime have you? What happened to the man who thought he could defy anything and anyone? I’ll tell you what happened, you discovered your own mortality and I for one think it’s about damn time".

Maria: "Wolf, why do all this to Rockwell after months of having no contact at all with him"?

Wolf: "It should be painfully clear that Primetime should be the number one show but it isn’t for one single reason..... Jordan Rockwell has been nothing but a cancer to this show ever since he tried to reform the New Breed. Jordan, I know you're not here yet, but if I were you, I would just turn around and go back to your little apartment because if you do show up it will be the last time you are ever seen in the TWF. In fact, tonight if you have any balls at all, you’ll face me and Vlad in a handicap match".

Vlad: "Hold on a minute Wolf, you should think about this a bit more, I mean the guy did make you a star on this show, hell you’d still be on Uprising if it weren’t for him".

Wolf: "Shut up Vlad, leave the thinking to me, you’re too stupid to figure out a way to deal with Rockwell on your own. Anyway, the point is, Rockwell will go down one way or another, that'll show him the thanks I've been wanting to give to him".

Vlad: "That sounds pretty good. Rockwell, you got me in the ring tonight, so be prepared, because if you think we've made life hell for you lately.... you ain't seen nothing yet"!

MITCHELL, VLAD AND WOLF ALL BEGIN LAUGHING AS THE SHOT GOES TO THE RING.

JUST THEN, A TUNE FROM THE 1950's HITS AND A VERY NICE, TEAL BLUE 1965 CHEVY IMPALA PULLS OUT ONTO THE STAGE. TWO MEN AND A WOMAN ARE INSIDE AND THEY GET OUT, THE GIRL IS ON ROLLER SKATES.

Cole: "Look at this.... it's Deuce and Domino, the newest tag team on PrimeTime"!

JBL: "And they are arriving in style, Michael, take a look at that car, that is a classic".

Cole: "From what we understand, the girl's name is Cherry and she is the sister of Domino, and the girlfriend of Deuce".

JBL: "Did you hear where these guys are announced from, the other side of the tracks.... I love it".

Cole: "Josh Prohibition and M-Dogg 20 will provide the opposition here for the debuting Deuce and Domino".

Deuce and Domino w/ Cherry vs. Josh Prohibition and M-Dogg 20 (invitees)

Prohibiton and M-Dogg 20, one time members of the SlaughterHouse division, came into this match looking to possibly impress TWF officials into re-signing them. But they never got out of the starting gate as Deuce and Domino showed a very physical style in taking it to them. The match started with Deuce arguing with Prohibition about looking at Cherry. He then decked him with a cheap shot and M-Dogg tried to get involved, only to be launched over the top rope by Domino. Domino took over for Duece, delivering several stiff right hands and then a powerslam. Deuce tagged back into the match and after putting the boots to Prohibition, he whipped him to the ropes for a kick to the stomach before hitting the ropes himself and kicking Prohibition right in the side of the head. Domino tagged back in and he and Deuce completed a double flapjack drop off an irish whip before holding Prohibition's head up as Deuce bounced off the ropes and kicked him right in the face. M-Dogg was just getting back up on the apron but Deuce drilled him with a hard forearm, knocking him to the floor as Domino covered Prohibition for the win.

Cole: "Wow, now that was impressive".

JBL: "To say the least! Holy smokes, what do they call that move, the curb stomp"?

Cole: "No, that is actually called the Crack in the Mouth and what a way to debut here on PrimeTime for Deuce and Domino".

THE 1950's SONG PLAYED AGAIN AND THE CROWD ALREADY DECIDED THEY DISLIKED THE NEW TRIO, BOOING THEM ALL THE WAY UP THE RAMP.

JBL: "Well I gotta say, I like 'em! I'm not too sure about the bimbo from Sonic Drive-In, but I like these two guys"!

BACKSTAGE AREA......

MARIA IS SEEN STANDING BY WITH THE BLOOD BROTHERS WHO FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE LAST AUGUST, ARE NOT SPORTING THEIR TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS.

Maria: "Tonight, you guys are standi----

Dustin Kash:" Stop! Stop it right there! You say another word and we’ll send you to the freaking hospital! Now get out of our face you stu--- wait no, calling you stupid would be an insult to stupid people across the world. You’re beyond stupid you slut, get out of our face while you still have a chance… 3…2…1.

MARIA RUNS OFF IN NEAR TEARS AS DUSTIN KASH CONTINUES.

What the world witnessed last week at the Royal Rumble was nothing short of robbery. I have a pinfall victory over Rory McAllister, Sean here has a pinfall victory over Robbie McAllister, and the two of us together successfully defended our titles against the Highlanders at War in the Winter. The fact that they think that since they jumped out of the cage sooner on a 2-on-1 handicap predicament against Sean O’Haire makes them a better team than the Blood Brothers?! Not bloody likely"!

Sean O’Haire: "We are truly the best tag team of all time, those titles belong to us, not some punk kids who shove bagpipes up their ass for their own personal enjoyment"!

Dustin Kash: "Well we’ve talked to Shane McMahon and we have a rematch clause in our contracts, and we are putting this rematch clause to use here tonight"!

Sean O’Haire: "Lightning doesn’t strike twice in the same place. Since winning the titles last August, no team has been able to pin us, and tonight will be no different".

Dustin Kash: "And there is not a damn thing that some worm eating freakshow, or some one hundred and seventy six year old cancer patient can do about it! I swear to you, and I have never been more positive in my life, I GUARANTEE that the Blood Brothers walk out of here tonight with OUR tag team championships"!

THE BLOOD BROTHERS BEGIN TO WALK AWAY WHEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN SNITSKY STEPS INTO THE SHOT AND TAPS THE BLOOD BROTHERS ON THE BACK.

Snitsky: "Sorry I’m late, but speaking of one hundred and seventy six year old cancer patients and worm eating freakshows, don’t worry about that, I got your back. Anyone who wants to get to you guys will have to go through me first! I was robbed at the Royal Rumble too, and any soul unfortunate enough to attempt to interfere in your match here tonight, will wish they didn't"!

AFTER A BRIEF STAREDOWN OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, THE THREE OF THEM WALK DOWN THE HALL TOGETHER BEFORE DUSTIN KASH SHOVES A CREWMEMBER INTO THE WALL OUT OF ANGER, AND THE SHOT GOES TO RINGSIDE WHERE KATO IS STANDING IN THE RING WITH SONNY ONOO.

"FIREFLY" BY BREAKING BENJAMIN HITS AND CHRIS PLATOON APPEARS TO NOTHING BUT BOOS.

Cole: "So it seems we have a rematch for the tag team titles tonight, John"!

JBL: "And I've gotta agree with the Blood Brothers, they are the best team and there is no way the Highlanders leave the Allstate arena with those titles"!

Cole: "Well also at the Royal Rumble, we saw this man, Chris Platoon, defeat the legendary Ric Flair".

JBL: "Took out his frustrations is more like it, Michael! Ric Flair pretended to not know who Chris Platoon was, do you know what kind of slap in the face that is? I tried to talk to Platoon earlier tonight, and he's still not satisfied with just defeating Ric Flair".

Chris Platoon vs. Kato w/ Sonny Onoo

The bell sounded to start the match and the masked man Kato came at Platoon, looking for a standing waistlock but Platoon snapmared him over before just kicking him square in the back. Platoon then seemed to be trying to rip Kato's mask off but Kato was able to grab the left leg of Platoon and tried him up. Kato then pulled him up and went for an irish whip to the corner but it was reversed and Platoon charged in, only to catch a back elbow right to the throat. Kato then smashed the chest of Platoon with some very stiff knifedge chops before hitting the ropes but Platoon used both hands to jump at Kato, taking him down by the throat. Referee Charles Robinson recognized the choke hold and began his count, but Platoon refused to break it. Robinson even gave him an extra 5 count but Platoon still would not let go. Finally, Robinson called for the bell, disqualifying Platoon.

Cole: "What the heck is wrong with Platoon, he just got himself disqualified"!

JBL: "He's snapped"!

PLATOON BEGAN TO STALK ROBINSON, BUT TURNED BACK TO KATO, HITTING HIM WITH A NEW MOVE HE CALLS THE CHRIS CRUSH. KATO WAS DOWN AND IN A LOT OF PAIN AND THE CROWD WAS BOOING. BUT RIGHT AFTER EXITING THE RING, PLATOON TURNED HIS WRATH ON SONNY ONOO, KNOCKING HIM TO THE FLOOR WITH A RIGHT HAND AND BREAKING HIS GLASSES.

Cole: "Okay, now that's enough! Somebody come out here with handcuffs is that's how this guy is gonna be"!

JBL: "Chris Platoon has absolutely lost it, Michael"!

Cole: "Wow, maybe he'd be in a better mood if Flair would've beaten him"!

RETURN FROM BREAK..... SHANE McMAHON's OFFICE.....

WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, RANDY ORTON ENTERS SHANE McMAHON's OFFICE. HE IS WEARING AN "RKO" T-SHIRT AND BLUE JEANS AND HAS THE UNIVERSAL TITLE OVER HIS SHOULDER.

Randy Orton: "You wanted to see me, Shane".

Shane McMahon: "Uh yeah, did you bring your wrestling gear tonight"?

Orton: "Of course, but why"?

Shane: "Well because I was rubbed a little bit the wrong way at the Royal Rumble. Ya see, I promised our fans that they would get a ladder match".

Orton: "Yeah, but that was my stipulation, a stipulation I had the power to change! Fact is, I knew I could beat both of those guys straight up, and I proved it"!

Shane: "You're right, you had the power to change it, but tonight, you don't. Because tonight, in that very ring, there will be a ladder match and it will be for the Universal title".

Orton: "What?! You can't do that"!

Shane: "Oh yes I can! You better go get ready, Randy, it's you and Axl Irvin.... tonight"!

ORTON STORMS OUT OF THE OFFICE AND SLAMS THE DOOR BEHIND HIM AS THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING.

"COME ON" BY WATERPROOF BLONDE HITS AND THE BLOOD BROTHERS COME OUT ALONG WITH SNITSKY. THEY ARE BOTH WEARING LONG BLACK TRENCH COATS AND CARRYING THEIR WOODEN MARTIAL ARTS STAFFS.

Cole: "Did you hear that?! Randy Orton and Axl Irvin are gonna go at it tonight in a ladder match for the Universal title"!

JBL: "I didn't think this night could get any bigger, Michael, but it just did".

Cole: "And that's not the only title match tonight as we have the tag team titles about to be defended right now!

THE CROWD LOUDLY POPS AS THE SCOTTISH TUNE OF THE HIGHLANDERS' MUSIC HITS AND THEY COME OUT FROM THE BACK WITH THE TWF TAG TEAM TITLES IN TOW.

Listen to the ovation for the Highlanders"!

JBL: "These people better cheer while they can because when all is said and done tonight, this might go down as the shortest tag team title reign in TWF history"!

Cole: "The Blood Brothers executed their right to a rematch tonight but what I wanna know is, when did Snitsky get a managerial license"?

JBL: "Leave it to someone like you to bring that up. Snitsky is out there simply to make sure that no one interferes in this match so that Dustin Kash and Sean O'Haire can get back what rightfully belongs to them".

TWF Tag Team Title Match

Challengers: The Blood Brothers w/ Snitsky vs. The Highlanders

This match was completely in the favor of the former champions, who not only wanted to regain the belts, but they wanted to make the Highlanders pay in the process. Dustin Kash used a thrust to the throat to get control of Rory McCallister and he and O'Haire made several tags in and out, taking turns battering Rory. After an armwrench into a flipover takedown by Kash, he tagged in O'Haire who hit the ropes and kicked Rory square in the face. O'Haire made the cover but Rory somehow kicked out. After a roundhouse kick to the head, O'Haire tagged in Kash who got down on one knee, allowing O'Haire to throw Rory gut first onto his knee. Kash then came off the middle turnbuckle with a well placed elbow drop but again, could only get a 2 count. Robbie was desperate for the tag and he stomped his feet, getting the crowd behind Rory. But after a diving headbutt by Kash, he tagged in O'Haire. The Blood Brothers then whipped Rory to the ropes but he exploded off with a double clothesline, taking both men down. A huge cheer boomed through the arena as Rory hit the move and made it to his corner, tagging in Robbie. Robbie was a house of fire, delivering atomic drops to both Blood Brothers before stacking them up in the corner and having Rory sling him into them. But with all 4 men in the ring, referee Mickey Henson decided to try and move Rory out. Robbie caught O'Haire with a clothesline but just as Henson went to get Kash back to his corner, Snitsky came into the ring with one of the fighting staffs. Snitsky had a bullseye on the head of Robbie, but before he could hit him with it, Rory took it out of his hands from behind. The crowd was shocked to see Rory turn the staff on his own cousin, smacking him over the head with it. But just before Henson turned around, Rory tossed the staff back to Snitsky just in time for Henson to see it and Henson signaled for the bell.

Match Time: 10:24

JBL: "What the hell was that"?!

Cole (laughing): "Look at this, the Highlanders have just outsmarted the Blood Brothers yet again"!

JBL: "What happened?! That dummy hit his own partner with that stick"!

THE HIGHLANDERS' MUSIC PLAYED AND THEY LEFT WITH THE TITLES TO A LOT OF CHEERING.

Cole: "I seem to remember the Blood Brothers retaining the titles in this fashion at War in the Winter...... they just got beat at their own game"!

SUDDENLY, THE LIGHTS WENT OUT AND A RED SMOKE STARTED TO SURROUND THE RING.

JBL: "What the......

Cole: "Oh my"!

KASH AND O'HAIRE STOOD BACK OUTSIDE THE RING AS SNITSKY HAD COME FACE TO FACE WITH THE BOOGEYMAN, WHO HAD HIS MOUTH STUFFED FULL OF WORMS. BOOGEYMAN THEN SLAPPED TWO HANDS AROUND THE NECK OF SNITSKY, LIFTING HIM UP AND DRIVING HIM INTO THE MAT BEFORE SPITTING SOME OF THE WORMS ON HIS FACE.

JBL: "That's disgusting! What is that freak doing"?!

O'HAIRE AND KASH QUICKLY LEFT TO THE BACK AS THE BOOGEYMAN WENT INTO SOME WEIRD GYRATIONS IN THE RING.

Cole: "The Boogeyman is back and he's made Snitsky his first victim"!

JBL: "It wasn't supposed to be like this, Michael! The Blood Brothers were supposed to get their titles back tonight! This has turned into a nightmare"!

BACKSTAGE..........

IN THE BACK, MARIA SEEMS TO HAVE CALMED DOWN FROM HER EARLIER CONFRONTATION WITH THE BLOOD BROTHERS AS SHE NOW STANDS NEXT TO JOHN CENA, WHO IS WIDELY CHEERED BY THE CROWD INSIDE.

Maria: "John Cena...... winner of the 2007 Royal Rumble. Now we heard on Rampage you declared your desire to go after the Universal title at WrestleMania. But with the announcement Shane McMahon just made, who exactly are you pulling for, John, Randy Orton or Axl Irvin"?

John Cena: "To be honest with you, Maria, they're both great competitors. I'm gonna be watching that ladder match closely, so may the best man win".

JUST AS CENA IS ABOUT TO WALK OFF, HE RUNS INTO EDDIE SAINT JAMES, WHO IS WITH MONICA.

Eddie Saint James: "Hey there, Mister Royal Rumble winner. I guess you're willing to just focus on winning the Universal title and pretend that I don't still want to kick your ass..... is that right"?

Cena: "You..... you wanna kick my ass? Well why didn't ya say something, homie? Man, I was hoping......

Saint James: "Cut the crap, Cena! Next week, you and me.... one on one".

Cena: "Fine.... you got it".

Saint James: "Good".

THE SAINT AND MONICA WALK AWAY AS CENA JUST KIND OF LAUGHS IT OFF.

"TNT" BY AC/DC PLAYS AND VLAD THE IMPALER COMES OUT ALONG WITH JAMES MITCHELL.

Cole: "So it looks like Eddie Saint James and John Cena will have another battle next week and it's Eddie Saint James who is the leader of what he calls his Army of Darkness, a group which these two men along with Chaos Wolf now seem to be a part of".

JBL: "There is a very dark, mysterious and violent side to every man in this group, Michael and John Cena is about to find out what Jordan Rockwell is starting to find out".

THE CROWD GOES NUTS WHEN "BACK IN BLACK" BY AC/DC COMES ON AND JORDAN ROCKWELL COMES OUT TO THE BIGGEST CHEER OF THE NIGHT.

Cole: "We heard earlier that Chaos Wolf and Vlad basically want to eliminate Jordan Rockwell from the PrimeTime equation but I gotta tell ya, John, I saw Jordan Rockwell shortly after the Royal Rumble where he came up short in his quest to regain the Universal title, thanks in large part to Vlad and Chaos Wolf, but I have never seen him more full of anger than he was that night".

JBL: "Rockwell really thought it was his time, Michael, but it wasn't meant to be, get over it and move onto the next one, earn another title shot, don't blame someone else for your shortcomings".

Vlad the Impaler w/ James Mitchell vs. Jordan Rockwell

The bell sounded and it looked like Rockwell was going to go for a collar and elbow tie, but instead he just punched Vlad in the kidney and then in the face. Rockwell made his unhappiness very clear as he risked disqualification with a choke. But Vlad raked his eyes and threw him face first into the top turnbuckle pad. After kicking the legs of Rockwell, trying to knot them up, Vlad hit the ropes but Rockwell was waiting with a big spinebuster. As Vlad rolled over, Rockwell tried to jump into ths STF but Vlad fought him off. With both men again on their feet, Rockwell threw a clothesline but missed and Vlad caught him with a clothesline of his own, but it was right across the mouth and Rockwell was busted open. From there, the match spilled to the floor where Vlad dominated the franchise. After being dropped throat first across the announce table, Rockwell found himself being choked with one of the ringside electrical cords. Vlad then tried to whip him into the ring steps but Rockwell reversed it, sending him into them hard. What followed was a true TWF moment. Rockwell grabbed Vlad by the back of his head and rammed him 14 times, gas mask and all, into the steps! Rockwell could even be heard shouting obscenities to Vlad as he did it. Vlad fell backwards and Mitchell was in utter disbelief as Rockwell picked him up and rolled him back into the ring. Rockwell followed him, shooting himself in from the apron with a flying clothesline. A wild Rockwell then yelled for Vlad to get up, delivering the Rock Smasher when he did to get the 3 count after hooking the leg. After the match, Chaos Wolf tried to run out but Rockwell turned before he got into the ring. Rockwell dared Chaos Wolf to jump in, but Wolf instead just pulled his tag team partner out.

Cole: "It looks like Chaos Wolf thought better of that idea"!

THE CROWD POPPED AS "BACK IN BLACK" PLAYED AGAIN AND ROCKWELL STOOD TALL IN THE RING, WATCHING WOLF, VLAD AND MITCHELL WALK UP THE RAMP, FACING HIM.

JBL: "Rockwell may've won this battle, but he's a long way from winning the war, Michael"!

Cole: "And like we mentioned earlier, they are now part of this Army of Darkness...... it could be a long war for Rockwell"!

COMMERCIAL BREAK........

A COMMERCIAL FOR THE UNITED WAY IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FOR COLGATE TOOTHPASTE.

RETURN FROM BREAK..... BACKSTAGE....

WHEN PRIMETIME RETURNS, PJ CASH IS SHOWN WALKING THROUGH THE BACKSTAGE AREA AND HE COMES UPON CHAVO GUERRERO.

PJ Cash: "Ah, Chavo Guerrero, I don't think we've met just yet".

CASH EXTENDS HIS HAND, BUT CHAVO DOESN'T SHAKE IT.

Chavo Guerrero: "Yeah, and there's probably a good reason why".

Cash: "I'm PJ Cash, self made millionaire, and I got that way at probably half your age. Anyway, I've heard a few of the guys in the back saying you're looking at what to do with your uncle Eddie's estate? Allow me to help you with that, I have several ideas on.........

JUST THEN, CHAVO DRILLS CASH WITH A RIGHT HAND AND THEN ANOTHER. CASH SWINGS BACK AND THE FIGHT IS ON. FINALLY, PAUL LONDON, CARNEY AND SUPER CRAZY MOVE IN TO PULL AN IRATE CHAVO AWAY AND CASH WALKS OFF IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. HE LOOKS TO HAVE A BLOODY LIP.

IN ANOTHER PART OF THE BACKSTAGE AREA, MARIA IS SHOWN STANDING BY WITH EDGE.

Maria: "Edge, I have to ask you what you thought about your performance in the Royal Rumble. You got all the way down......

Edge: "Do you really wanna know, Maria?! I feel like I should have won the Royal Rumble, that's how I feel! I feel like I should be main eventing WrestleMania, but I should be Universal champion right now on top of all of that! I'm sick and tired of these oppurtunities slipping away...... it's time to start taking things into my own hands"!

BACK AT RINGSIDE, JOHNNY NITRO's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO NOTHING BUT BOOS.

Cole: "Strong words there from Edge, but can you believe that guy PJ Cash? What a jerk".

JBL: "If Chavo Guerrero had a brain in his head, he'd put aside his pride and allow someone like PJ Cash to help him with that".

Cole: "Well I think PJ Cash had that comin'. But right now, Johnny Nitro is on his way to the ring, ready to go one on one with the street thug from Brooklyn..... Taz"!

CHEERS PICK UP IN THE ARENA AS "BEFORE I FORGET" BY SLIPKNOT COMES ON AND TAZ HEADS TO THE RING WITH A SMALL TOWEL COVERING HIS HEAD DOWN TO HIS EYES.

JBL: "Johnny Nitro has been getting in the face of this man lately, Michael and I really don't know how good an idea that has been"!

Cole: "Especially when Taz is already a guy who doesn't need much of a reason to kick your ass.... but then you go and provoke him"?

Johnny Nitro vs. Taz

Taz got into the ring and removed the towel from his head, but as soon as he did, Nitro was all over him with right hands that knocked him into the corner. With a running start, Nitro then charged in but Taz stepped out of the corner and drilled him with a clothesline. After picking him up and tossing him over his head in very unorthodox fashion, Taz clotheslined Nitro over the top rope. But Nitro got to his feet and tripped Taz up, yanking him under the bottom ring rope to the floor. He then got back in the ring and hit the ropes on the far side before taking Taz out with a baseball slide. On the outside of the ring, Nitro whipped Taz into the steel ring steps before removing the padded mat on one side of the ring, exposing the concrete surface below. Nitro pulled Taz in, looking to piledrive him on the concrete, but Taz countered with a backdrop and Nitro landed hard on the floor. With referee Mike Enos' count now at 8, Taz picked Nitro up and rolled him into the ring before getting back in himself. Crawling on his hands and knees, Nitro was trying to recover when Taz just stood over him, swinging at both sides of his head with some nasty clubbing shots. After a big elbow drop, Taz shot Nitro to the ropes and hit a huge powerslam for the 1.........2......., but Nitro was able to kick out. Taz pulled him up and shot him to the corner but when he ran in, Nitro got a foot up in his face. Nitro then took Taz down with a double leg, stacking him up in the corner and putting his feet on the middle rope for leverage but Enos stopped the count when he noticed Nitro cheating. Taz got up, hammering Nitro with 3 straight right hands before shooting him to the ropes. But Nitro was able to duck a clothesline and turn it into a backslide, putting his feet on the ropes again. Enos didn't see it this time and it led to the 3 count.

Match Time: 8:17

JBL: "Wow! That is a huge upset, Michael"!

Cole: "I'll say, it only took Nitro putting his feet up on the ropes to do it too"!

NITRO's MUSIC PLAYED AND HE LEFT TO A LOT OF BOOS WITH HIS RIGHT HAND IN THE AIR AS A PISSED OFF TAZ LOOKED ON IN THE RING.

JBL: "The ref caught it the first time, but not the second"!

BACKSTAGE AREA.........

CAMERAS CATCH UP WITH EDDIE SAINT JAMES AND MONICA, WHO ARE HAVING A CONVERSATION.

Monica: "You got the match, now we finally get to teach Cena a lesson"!

Eddie Saint James: "I got the match, now there's just one thing left to do. I'll talk to Johnny".

MONICA GETS A BIG SMILE ON HER FACE BEFORE A PROMO GRAPHIC IS SHOWN FEATURING RANDY ORTON AND AXL IRVIN STANDING ON EITHER SIDE OF A LADDER.

Cole: "Well fans you don't wanna miss this, coming up next, Axl Irvin challenges Randy Orton for the Universal title.... in a ladder match"!

RETURN FROM BREAK.... BACKSTAGE.....

AS PRIMETIME RETURNS, BOBBY LASHLEY IS SHOWN IN THE BACK WHEN EDGE COMES UP IN AN AGGRESSIVE FASHION.

Edge: "Hey Bobby, I'm gonna make this real short and real sweet. That title you got..... I want a shot! I deserve a shot! So we can do this the easy way, or I can go to someone who can make it happen".

Bobby Lashley: "Edge, if you wanted a shot at the title.... all you had to do was ask".

LASHLEY GRABS THE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE BELT AND WALKS AWAY PAST EDGE AS THE SHOT GOES BACK TO RINGSIDE WHERE A LADDER IS SHOWN OUTSIDE THE RING.

"LIT UP" BY BUCKCHERRY BLARES OVER THE LOUDSPEAKERS AND AXL IRVIN MAKES HIS WAY TO THE RING WITH THE GORGEOUS TRACI BROOKS AT HIS SIDE.

Cole: "We are back on PrimeTime and it is time for tonight's main event! Can you ever remember a match that could turn WrestleMania completely upside down more than this one could, John"?!

JBL: "No I can't. We already know that John Cena will challenge for the Universal title at WrestleMania, but will it be against Randy Orton like he planned, or this man"?

Cole: "It was supposed to be a ladder match at the Royal Rumble, but Orton used the same power he had to make that stipulation to then remove it. How do you feel about that"?

"BURN IN MY LIGHT" BY MERCY DRIVE COMES ON AND PYRO SPRAYS DOWN FROM ABOVE THE SET AS RANDY ORTON STEPS OUT TO SOME SERIOUS BOOS WITH THE UNIVERSAL TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST.

JBL: "I didn't have a problem with it at all. Orton had that right and if Axl or Rockwell didn't like it, they should've won that Beat the Clock challenge"!

Cole: "Orton came here tonight thinking he had the night off from physical action but Shane McMahon deciced to use the power that he has to make this match, and it looks like we're ready to go"!

TWF Universal Title Ladder Match

Challenger: Axl Irvin w/ Traci Brooks vs. Randy Orton

Both men looked very confident as the bell sounded and they met in the center of the ring, squaring each other up. They locked up and jockeyed for position but it was the taller Orton who grabbed Axl in a standing side headlock. Axl backed him to the ropes and pushed him to the other side. But Orton ducked a clothesline and struck with a great dropkick. Orton then pulled him up and went for his unique backbreaker move, but Axl countered out with an elbow to the back of his head before hitting the ropes and just kicking him right in the face. Axl then looked out at the ladder before going out to get it. Axl folded the ladder up and slid it into the ring but as he was climbing back in, Orton dropkicked the ladder, sending one of the legs right into the left shin of Axl. Axl screamed in pain as he fell to the floor and Traci ran over to check on him. Referee Mike Chioda went outside and gave the "X" sign to the back, signifying that Axl was hurt. It looked like the match was over, but Axl, despite Traci's protests, refused to quit. He got up on one foot, only to have Orton come flying off the apron with a double axe handle. Orton then picked Axl up and rolled him back into the ring, following him in. Orton had a slick grin on his face, almost laughing at the current circumstances. But when Axl turned around, he blocked a right hand and kicked Orton right in the crotch! Axl seemed to be moving a little better and he picked up the ladder, swinging it around and catching Orton right in the head with it. Axl was able to set the ladder up and he began to climb it. He was about halfway up but was moving very slowly and Orton came over, pushing the ladder down with Axl on it. Axl hit the ring ropes awkwardly and Orton picked the ladder up, positioning it in the center of the ring. He then grabbed Axl, looking for the "RKO" but Axl countered, tossing Orton across the ring. He then caught Orton with a sambo suplex before making another attempt up the ladder. Axl was still very hobbled by the earlier injury, but he had his fingertips on the belt this time before Orton came from behind, positioning Axl on his shoulders and powerbombing him off the ladder. Orton the pulled the ladder over to the corner and climbed the turnbuckle. Using the ladder as a virtual launching pad, Orton flew off with an incredible crossbody block, but Axl ducked and Orton landed hard on the mat. Axl then picked Orton up, looking for the "Axl Cutter" but the weight seemed to force his leg to give out and Orton slipped off before catching the challenger with the RKO. Orton then pulled the ladder into place and began climbing it, looking down at Axl who was still down. Orton got up the ladder and unlatched the belt to win the match.

Match Time: 12:14

Cole: "Orton has retained the title, what a great match"!

JBL: "Randy Orton has earned my respect, Michael and now, he's rewarded with a guaranteed trip to WrestleMania"!

ORTON STOOD ON THE LADDER, HOLDING THE TITLE UP WHILE "BURN IN MY LIGHT" PLAYED AND MOST OF THE CROWD BOOED. AXL AND TRACI LEFT AND AXL WAS IN WHAT APPEARED TO BE A LOT OF PAIN.

Cole: "A valiant effort to reclaim the title by Axl, he just fell a little short! We'll see you all next time"!
