THE THEME FOR UPRISING PLAYS AND A VERY DEMONIC LOOKING PUMPKIN IS SHOWN NEXT TO THE UPRISING LOGO AS THE CAMERA SHOT CENTERS IN ON TODD GRISHAM, WHO IS IN ONE OF THE PRESS BOXES INSIDE JOE LOUIS ARENA. Todd Grisham: "Hello everybody and welcome to the Uprising pre-show before TWF DoomsDay which will be live and only on Pay-Per-View here from the famed Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan! Throw in the fact that this is Halloween night, and we have all the makings for another wild and crazy night of TWF action. So, if you're sitting at home, pondering over whether or not you should order this event, ponder no more! Not only will you see a House of Horrors match, a First Blood match and two lovely divas battle for the Women's title, but throw in the fact that Joe Corey will face Rob Van Dam and Money Mike will take on the Texas Rattlesnake "Stone Cold" Steve Austin! And what about the match that could decide the fate of Rampage for years to come? Muhammad Hassan will face Mick Foley and if Hassan wins, he will actually be the new General Manager of Rampage, God forbid. But if Foley can defeat Hassan, Hassan is gone from the TWF for good. Boy, that'd be nice, huh? Plus, in tonight's main event, we will find out if the deal Tatanka made with the devil, the one where he sold out to the Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase was worth it. Was it worth turning his back on his fans and even his own Native American heritage? Can Tatanka become TWF World champion tonight, or will Travis Wakeman make him regret every move he's made over the last couple weeks? All that will take place tonight and if you're a regular TWF pay-per-view customer, than you know it doesn't stop there. A PROMO GRAPHIC IS SHOWN WITH SYLVESTER TERKAY ON ONE SIDE AND REX REDFORD ON THE OTHER. And, not to overshadow what's happening here tonight, but we know that we are moving closer to the 2006 King of the Ring! So up next, in qualifying round action, Rex Redford will battle the monster from Big Bear, California....... Sylvester Terkay"! COMMERCIAL BREAK.......... A COMMERCIAL FOR CAPITOL ONE IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY ONE FINAL HARD SELL PROMO FOR DOOMSDAY WHICH RUNS DOWN NEARLY THE ENTIRE CARD. RETURN FROM BREAK...... RINGSIDE...... "PLACE FOR MY HEAD" BY LINKIN PARK HITS AND REX REDFORD COMES OUT TO A GOOD REACTION. Jim Ross: "Hello everyone and welcome to TWF Uprising just before DoomsDay and King, it looks like we're about to get some King of the Ring tournament action". Jerry Lawler: "We've got all kinds of things going on tonight, J.R., not to mention the fact that it's Halloween, look at all the people dressed in costumes"! SYLVESTER TERKAY's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO MOSTLY BOOS. J.R.: "Unfortunately for the youngster Rex Redford, he's drawn a very tough opponent here in this man, does he have any chance at all, King"? Lawler: "Sure he does..... to run"! J.R.: "Terkay goes six foot six and weighs around the three hundred and twenty pound mark. Throw in his 71-1 amatuer wrestling record, his 3-1 mixed martial arts record and all his other accolades, and you've got one dangerous competitor here". King of the Ring Qualification Match Rex Redford vs. Sylvester Terkay Redford seemed to have a gamplan against Terkay and that was to stick and move as best he could. Redford wanted to avoid getting locked up with Terkay or allowing him to resort to his shoot fighting background, so he tried to outquick the big man. For the first few minutes of the match, it worked well for Redford, who ducked a clothesline and caught Terkay with a springboard back elbow. After two hard right hands, Redford came flying off the middle turnbuckle but Terkay caught him in a bear hug. It looked like he might squeeze everything out of Redford but an ear clap changed that. Free, Redford bounced off the ropes but Terkay caught him with a vicious kick to the head. He then picked him up and delivered his modified brainbuster manuever before locking in a standing armbar, wrenching Redford's arm way out of place and Redford had no choice but to give it up. Match Time: 8:11 Lawler: "Ring the bell ref, this one's over"! J.R.: "Another impressive win for Sylvester Terkay who in my estimation, is going to be very hard to beat in this tournament"! TERKAY's MUSIC PLAYED AND HE SLOWLY WALKED UP THE RAMP WITH THE VICTORY. Lawler: "He's battle tested, he's tournament tested and you're right, J.R., he's gonna be tough to get out"! J.R.: "Folks coming up next, if you switch over to your pay-per-view channel, is TWF DoomsDay! Nine huge matches in all, it's gonna be a night you don't want to miss..... we'll see you there"! SEVERAL ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILLS ARE SHOWN FALLING FROM THE SKY, COMING TO REST ON THE STREET. Voiceover: "How much would it take? A FEW CARS STOP IN THE STREET TO PICK UP THE FALLING MONEY AS SOME PASSERBYS RUN OVER AS WELL. How much would it take to turn your back on everything..... including your ancestry? ONE OF THE PEOPLE QUICKLY DROPS THE MONEY. AS IT FALLS TO THE GROUND, IT IS SHOWN TO CONTAIN THE FACE OF THE MILLION DOLLAR MAN, RATHER THAN A FORMER U.S. PRESIDENT. Would it be worth it in the end"? THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE STOPPED LOOK UP TO SEE THE MONEY FLOWING DOWN LIKE A FOUNTAIN. JUST THEN, THE FAMILIAR NATIVE AMERICAN WARCHANT OF TATANKA IS HEARD FOLLOWED BY THE ECHOING LAUGH OF THE MILLION DOLLAR MAN. THE SHOT THEN OPENS UP OUTSIDE THE FAMED JOE LOUIS ARENA AS THE DOOMSDAY LOGO IS DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN. And now..... Capitol One and TWF Entertainment present.............. INSIDE THE ARENA, THE CROWD IS GOING CRAZY AS PYRO POPS OFF AND SHOOTS UP OFF THE STAGE WHICH CONTAINS THE DOOMSDAY LOGO AND HAS AN ELECTRIC CHAIR HANGING RIGHT OVER THE ENTRANCE. THE RAMP IS THAT OF A ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL STRETCHING ALL THE WAY DOWN THE AISLE AND CONTAINING THE FACE OF TED DIBIASE. "THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST" BY IRON MAIDEN HITS AND OUT COMES WILLIAM REGAL, FOLLOWED BY J.J. RAMPLIN. Jim Ross: "We thank you for joining us tonight for TWF DoomsDay! Nine huge matches here on pay-per-view and King, we are being seen all throughout the world tonight"! Jerry Lawler: "Forty nine countries have joined us here on pay-per-view, J.R., and one of those is of course the United Kingdom". J.R.: "And you know the good old folks over there watching on Sky Sports have a keen interest in this match between two of their fellow countrymen". THE OLD BRITISH BULLDOG THEME HITS AND IT BRINGS HARRY SMITH OUT TO A VERY GOOD RESPONSE. Lawler: "And don't forget about William Regal, he could be the X factor tonight"! J.R.: "Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of and if the people over in the UK share the same feelings as the fans here in Detroit, then they are about one hundred percent behind Harry Smith tonight"! Lawler: "I doubt it, I bet the country is split right down the middle, this is between two of the most popular guys to ever come over from there and it's about who's the best". J.R.: "Well we know that Harry Smith has that great pedigree, being the son of the late Davey Boy Smith but Ramplin has been following the tutelege of Regalso it has all the makings of a great one on one matchup"! J.J. "The Ram" Ramplin w/ William Regal vs. Harry Smith The bell sounded to start the match, which was assigned to referee Chad Patton. A collar and elbow tie up to start the match and The Ram quickly found himself on the seat of his pants after being thrown across the ring by Smith. Smith gave a little bit of a flex that his father would be proud of being charging with a clothesline but Ramplin was ready, using a drop toehold before jumping over into a front facelock. Ramplin was able to keep Smith grounded in the hold for a minute but Smith showed a lot of determination, standing up while still in the hold. Ramplin used two knees to the head before hitting the ropes but Smith caught him and turned him over with a powerslam to get a long 2 count. Smith pulled him up for a textbook vertical suplex and made another cover but Ramplin got up at 2. Smith pulled him up and went for an irish whip which was reversed and The Ram used a backbody drop. But Smith showed some serious agility, landing on his feet. But he missed with a clothesline and found himself on the receiving end of a sitdown facebuster. Ramplin made the cover but could only manage a 2 count. Ramplin consumed a good chunk of the match with rest holds, looking to wear the young Smith down. But inside a reverse chin lock, Smith got behind the rally of the fans and got back his vertical base, driving a series of elbows into the gut of The Ram. He then hit the ropes but Ramplin drove a knee into his abdomen. Regal was very excited by the move and told Ramplin to finish him off. Ramplin hooked Smith up with a double arm and turned it into a nice sitout powerbomb, but at the last possible second, Smith got his right shoulder off the mat. Ramplin pulled him up and shot him to the corner but Smith caught him coming in with a back elbow followed by a haeavy clothesline. That led to the delay vertical suplex. Smith held him up for at least 20 seconds before driving him into the mat. With the crowd sensing victory, Smith shot Ramplin to the corner and delivered a big clothesline before getting him up on his shoulders. But Ramplin knew what was coming and managed to slip off. Smith turned around but Ramplin grabbed the front of his tights and flung him through the ring ropes and to the floor. Ramplin then provided distraction to Patton as Regal moved in on Smith. But Smith blocked a right hand and kicked Regal in the gut before ramming him head first into the steel ring post! But from behind came Ramplin with a chop block on Smith and then, he delivered the "Dead Weight" right on the steel entrance ramp! The back of Smith's head bounced off and he looked to be in an incredible amount of pain as Patton began his count. Ramplin rolled back into the ring as Regal got to his feet. Content with a count out win, The Ram stood in the ring smiling as Smith tried to get back in. Patton reached the count of 9 and something inside Smith got him to his feet and he rolled back into the ring. But Regal screamed "Finish him" and Ramplin waited for Smith to get up, running through him with the spear he calls the Ram's Horns right when he did. Ramplin fell right into a cover and hooked the near leg as Patton's hand pounded the mat 3 times and that was it. Match Time: 11:55 Lawler: "He did it! J.J. Ramplin has won the battle of the U.K."! J.R.: "He's won this battle, no question about it, but he had to powerbomb Harry Smith on the entrance ramp to do it"! "NUMBER OF THE BEAST" PLAYED AGAIN AND REGAL AND THE RAM WALKED OFF UP THE RAMP, REGAL HOLDING HIS FOREHEAD WHILE RAMPLIN RAISED BOTH ARMS IN VICTORY. Lawler: "I'm just so impressed with where William Regal has taken this kid Ramplin, he was lost when he was a member of the Horsemen"! J.R.: "It's the biggest win of his career to date and you're right, King, Ramplin looks great! But you saw the heart inside Harry Smith just to get back in the ring there, don't count him out yet"! MAX OGDEN, CANDICE MICHELLE AND TWF AGENT STEVE KEIRN ARE SHOWN WALKING DOWN A DESOLATE ROAD. WHEN THEY COME TO A STOP, THE CAMERA GETS A SHOT OF AN OLD BRICK BUILDING. Max Ogden: "So that's huh"? Steve Keirn: "That's it, it's an old automotive shop and from what I've been told, Umaga is already inside". Candice: (concerned) "Baby, are you sure about this"? OGDEN LETS OUT A DEEP BREATH. Ogden: "I have to be". OGDEN MAKES HIS WAY OVER TO THE BUILDING AS THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE ARENA WHERE KRISTAL IS STANDING WITH MICK FOLEY. Kristal: "Mick, coming up next, you will face Muhammad Hassan in a match that will decide the fate of both of your careers, but also the entire Rampage division for years to come". Mick Foley: "Kristal, there's not a thing about this match I haven't thought about, there's not one scenario I haven't ran through my head. But I know I don't speak for myself when I say Muhammad Hassan and his whining and bitching have gotten old! So yeah, this could be my last night in the TWF, but for me, it's worth the risk. If I can get Hassan out of here for good, Rampage will be a better place! Have a nice day"! FOLEY GIVES KRISTAL A THUMBS UP AND WALKS AWAY.
THE ARABIC CHANT LEADING INTO MUHAMMAD HASSAN's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO SOME SERIOUSLY LOUD BOOS. J.R.: "A lot riding on this match, King. As Kristal eluded to, the future of Rampage is at stake here". Lawler: "I hope all the superstars in the back can hear these boos because this man will make everybody's life a living hell if he becomes general manager! I've even heard rumors that death threats have been sent his way"! J.R.: "Well I don't know about that but I do know that he is without question one of the most hated men in the history of the TWF"! THE FANS LOUDLY POP AS MICK FOLEY's MUSIC COMES ON AND HE COMES OUT IN HIS USUAL RED AND BLACK FLANNEL AND A PAIR OF BLACK SWEATS. Lawler: "And he's brought it all on himself, J.R.! These people don't hate him because of who he is.... they hate him because of how he acts and what he says"! J.R.: "He hasn't understood that from day one, King, and that's why I look forward to seeing Mick Foley teach him a lesson tonight and throw his ass right out of the TWF"! HASSAN AND FOLEY BEGAN TO CIRCLE EACH OTHER, AS IF READY TO START THE MATCH WHEN "I WALK ALONE" BY SALIVA HIT AND THE FANS WENT INTO A FRENZY AS BATISTA CAME DOWN THE RAMP. Lawler: "Oh yes, I forgot about this"! J.R.: "Referee Jose Mendez has some help tonight...... we've got a very special enforcer"! Lawler: "Well he'll bring the law and order to this match, just in case Hassan had something up his sleeve"! J.R.: "Well I'd hate to think that one of Mick Foley's last acts as general manager of Rampage was to name Batista the special enforcer for this match but it damn sure was a good one"! Muhammad Hassan vs. Mick Foley * Special Enforcer: Batista Batista stood outside the ring and whispered something into the ear of Mendez before the bell rang to start the match. Foley came at Hassan wildly but Hassan was waiting, moving out of the way before dinging him with a right hand to the temple before shooting him hard to the corner. He ran in but Foley was waiting with a back elbow followed by 2 quick rabbit punches. Foley then hit his patented double arm DDT and rolled Hassan over, getting a very near fall. Foley picked Hassan up, looking for a stumppuller piledriver but Hassan countered with a backbody drop before kicking Foley right square in the face. That definitely rang the bell of the current Rampage GM anf Hassan controlled the next several minutes of the match. After a backdrop suplex, Hassan had Foley in the center of the ring and he slapped on the Camel Clutch. Batista could only stand and watch as Hassan pulled back on the move with all he had. But Mendez asked Foley several times if he wanted to give it up and although he was in an extreme amount of pain, he wouldn't give in. Finally, Hassan broke the hold in frustration before stomping on the back of Foley's head. He then liften Foley up by the hair and yelled some obscenities at him but Foley countered with a small package out of nowhere to get the 1.........2.........3! Hassan was able to kick out right as Mendez reached the 3 count but he called for the bell anyway. J.R.: "Foley has done it! Muhammad Hassan is gone"! Lawler: "And listen to this crowd, they were waiting for this"! "NA NA NA NA, NA NA NA NA, HEY, HEY, HEY, GOODBYE" WAS SUNG BY THE ENTIRE CROWD AND HASSAN DEMANDED A MICROPHONE. Muhammad Hassan: "That was only two! I was up ref! The entire time I've been in the TWF, I've been screwed because I am an Arab American! This is how it ends huh? I won't....... FOLEY AND BATISTA BEGAN TALKING AND BATISTA TRIED TO HOLD HIM BACK, BUT FOLEY CAME BACK TO THE RING, GETTING A MIC OF HIS OWN. Mick Foley: "Is that what you're gonna do, more whining and bitching? That's fine, because I can beat you again you son of a bitch! Same stipulations apply, but when I pin you this time, I'm asking that the guys in the truck outside cut off your microphone so these people don't have to hear you ever again"! THE BELL SOUNDED TO RESTART THE MATCH. Hassan ran at Foley, but Foley was waiting with a right hand. After a few more, he had knocked Hassan back across the ring before hitting another double arm DDT. This time, he was able to deliver the stumppuller and he rolled Hassan over as Mendez made the 1.........2........., but Hassan was up. Foley pulled him up and whipped him to the corner but he was slow moving in and missed with a clothesline when Hassan moved. Suddenly, Hassan caught him with his modified STO and he topped him for the 1........2........3. Match Time: 9:14 J.R.: "No! Someone tell me this isn't happening"! Lawler: "I'm afraid it is, J.R., he caught Foley with that modified STO and it was lights out..... now it might be lights out for us"! BATISTA STARED AT HASSAN IN ANGER AS HE RAISED HIS HANDS IN PRAYER. THE FANS ALL BOOED AND SOME WERE EVEN THROWING THINGS INTO THE RING. HASSAN THEN LEFT TO A TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF HEAT. J.R.: "Can you believe this? Can you believe that Muhammad Hassan is now runnin' things on Rampage"? BATISTA GOT INTO THE RING AND HELPED FOLEY TO HIS FEET AS THE FANS ROSE FOR A STANDING OVATION. Lawler: "The fans are now paying their respects to our former GM". J.R.: "I hate to see it end like this, Mick Foley is a friend of mine and one of the best guys I've met in my time in this business! One can only hope that this isn't the end of the road". BACKSTAGE AREA........ TRAVIS WAKEMAN IS SHOWN IN THE BACK AND IS APPROACHED BY SHELTON BENJAMIN. Shelton Benjamin: "Hey man, I was just wondering if you needed someone to watch your back tonight. Tatanka has the Corporation and well, we know what they're capable of. Plus....... Travis Wakeman: "I appreciate the offer Shelton, but this is a problem I want to take care of myself". WAKEMAN WALKS AWAY AND SHELTON JUST LOOKS ON AS THE SHOT GOES BACK OUT TO THE BUILDING WHICH WILL CONTAIN THE HOUSE OF HORRORS MATCH. MAX OGDEN AND CANDICE MICHELLE WALK UP AND ARMANDO ALEJANDRO ESTRADA IS STANDING NEAR THE DOOR, PUFFING ON A CIGAR. Armando Alejandro Estrada: "Good luck.... ha ha..... jour gonna need it". OGDEN LOOKS AT CANDICE BEFORE OPENING THE DOOR AND ENTERING THE BUILDING. THE DOOR CLOSES BEHIND HIM AND TWO MEN QUICKLY PADLOCK IT SHUT. Lawler: "Where is Umaga, J.R.? He could be anywhere". J.R.: "Anything goes in this environment folks, the first man to escape this building wins"! House of Horrors Umaga vs. Max Ogden Ogden walked around the building, lit only by one overhead light, looking for Umaga. Suddenly, a tire came rolling at him. Ogden moved out of the way of it but Umaga appeared out of nowhere with a thrust to the throat. From there, Umaga took him and rammed him face first into the hood of an old, beat up vehicle. Ogden was down on the pavement as Umaga, wearing street clothes instead of his usual attire that includes no shoes, made his way to the door. But Ogden came running up and hit him from behind. He had a chain wrapped around his fist and when Umaga got up, he hit him right between the eyes. Ogden went towards the door and grabbed the key that hung above it but Umaga came from behind and pushed him face first right into the door. For some reason, Umaga took the key and flung it across the old automotive shop. He was intent on inflicting more bodily harm to Ogden and he took him face to the car, throwing him head first into the driver side window. It didn't break, but Ogden still fell to the ground and looked out of it. Umaga walked over and grabbed another tire, throwing it at Ogden as he stood up. The tire ricocheted right off the head of Ogden and that looked like it would be the end of him. Umaga went over, looking for the key, but he couldn't find it. Precious time was wasted and Ogden was able to get to his feet. He came from behind, wielding a 2x4 and he cracked Umaga in the back of the head. The piece of lumber broke in half on impact. Ogden then looked up as they were near 3 stacks of tires, each about 20 high. Ogden got on the other side and found a forklift with the key in it. He started it up and drove the lift towards the tires, barrelling them over. The sixty or so tires came falling down onto Umaga, burying him! Ogden got out of the forklift and went straight for the key, which he obviously saw land when Umaga threw it. He went over and stuck the key in the padlock, unlocking it before pulling the door open before raising his arms. Candice ran up and jumped into his arms as the camera got a great shot of a stunned Estrada. Match Time: 13:00 J.R.: "That's it.... Ogden has won the House of Horrors"! Lawler: "Somebody needs to get in there and dig Umaga out, they may never find him under all that rubber"! J.R.: "Hell of a win for Ogden! He may look like an underdog on paper, but this kid has heart and he'll take on all comers! You gotta love that"! BACKSTAGE....... JASON OLIVER IS TAPING HIS FISTS UP, PREPARING FOR HIS MATCH WHEN STACY SNOW COMES UP. Jason Oliver: "Hey girl, what's up"? Stacy Snow: "I just think it's so cool that you challenged High Octane to a first blood match and I think it's even cooler that you're standing up for me". Oliver: "Ah, it's nothin'". OLIVER PULLS STACY IN AND THEY MAKE OUT, TAKING THE SHOT BACK TO THE RING. THE SPIRIT SQUAD THEME HITS AND ASHLEY K. COMES OUT TO MOSTLY BOOS. Lawler: "I was just about to ask which members of the Spirit Squad Ashley was gonna come out with but I guess my question is answered..... none of them"! J.R.: "Yeah, they're probably all in the back talking about their girlfriends not realizing it's the same girl". MICKIE JAMES' MUSIC HITS AND SHE EXCITEDLY COMES OUT TO A MIXED REACTION, WITH THE WOMEN's TITLE AROUND HER WAIST. Lawler: "Well if Stacy Snow can get her tongue out of Jason Oliver's mouth, this is probably a match she should keep an eye on"! J.R.: "As should all the divas here on Rampage which if you ask me, is as competitive as it's ever been". TWF Women's Title Match Challenger: Ashley K. vs. Mickie James The match started with the two women interlocking hands ans trying to get position on the other. Mickie went to her back and tried to use her feet to flip Ashley over but Ashley landed on her in a mount position, something the male base seemed to enjoy. Mickie bridged up and grabbed the wrist of Ashley, trying to flip her over but Ashley grabbed her hair and yanked her to the mat, drawing a warning from referee Jack Doan. Ashley kicked Mickie twice in the body before shooting her to the ropes, looking for a hurracanrana but Mickie countered with a sitdown powerbomb that nearly won her the match. Control had gone to the champion and Mickie had Ashley in a lot of trouble after a jumping bulldog. A monkey flip led to a flying headscissor by Mickie and a legdrop off the middle turnbuckle got her her fourth two count of the match. But Mickie posted her left shoulder after sending Ashley to the corner and missing with a running shoulder. Ashley used a backdrop suplex and covered Mickie for a 2 count of her own. After a scoop slam, Ashley went to the top rope and came off with the move once known as the Molly Go 'Round. But Mickie moved and Ashley landed hard on her posterior. Mickie then blasted her with a roundhouse kick to the head before grabbing her in a front facelock. Mickie let out an inspired scream before using the ring ropes to shoot her off for a tornado DDT. But Ashley threw Mickie across the ring and although she landed on her feet, Ashley caught her with a yakuza kick that looked to knock Mickie clean out. Ashley covered her and Doan registered the 3 count. Match Time: 8:04 Lawler: "Wow, she got her"! J.R.: "I have to admit I'm a little surprised by that one and look, here comes the Spirit Squad, this should be interesting"! DOAN HANDED ASHLEY THE BELT BEFORE SHE WAS SWARMED BY KENNY, NICKY, MIKEY, JOHNNY AND MITCH. THEY TOOK TURNS HOISTING HER ON THEIR SHOULDERS AND EACH OF THE OTHERS SEEMED A LITTLE IRKED EVERY TIME. THE CROWD BOOED AND LAUGHED AS THE CELEBRATION WENT ON. J.R.: "Who knows King, now that she's Women's champion, maybe it'll help her decide which one of these guys she likes best"! Lawler: (laughs) "Or maybe there's one thing about each guy she just can't live without"! MICKIE SAT DEJECTED ON THE MAT AS THE SPIRIT SQUAD LED THE VICTORIOUS ASHLEY UP THE RAMP. PARKING GARAGE....... CAMERAS CATCH THE ARRIVAL OF A NICE BLACK STRETCH LIMOSINE PULLING INTO THE PARKING GARAGE. THE BACK DOOR OPENS AND MONEY MIKE STEPS OUT ALONG WITH STEPHANIE McMAHON. Stephanie McMahon: "Ya know, someone told me that Steve Austin has history right here in this parking garage. Any idea what for"? Money Mike: "Babe, you know I don't give a crap about Detroit. Did you see some of the people we saw on the way in? Nothing but trash. Take this guy for example....... MONEY MIKE AND STEPH WALK UP TOWARDS AN ENTRANCE DOOR WHERE A SECURITY GUARD STANDS. Nothing more than a disgusting slob who does nothing more than eat twinkies and watch porn on his days off. So all I want to do here in Detroit is beat the hell out of Austin and then get the hell out of this dump". MONEY MIKE GOES INSIDE BEFORE STEPHANIE JUST LOOKS AT THE SECURITY GUARD AND LAUGHS. "THE NEXT EPISODE" BY DR. DRE COMES ON AND THE BOOS REIGN DOWN ON MATT CRUZ WHO COMES OUT WITH A BIT OF AN ARROGANT SMILE. J.R.: "Boy Money Mike, he's just a class act isn't he"? Lawler: "He's just saying how he feels, J.R.". J.R.: "Yeah well I think the rattlesnake is gonna say how he feels later tonight but he's gonna do so in a physical manner but is this the night for Matt Cruz? He's chased the King of Cable title for months, he's turned his back on Rey Mysterio, a man he at one time considered family. Is this the night he breaks out and wins the gold"? Lawler: "Well he's been close on a couple occassions but I think this is more about pride than it is a title belt. Yeah, the King of Cable title is on the line, but these two men have something to prove to one another"! THE CROWD GIVES ONE OF THEIR BIGGER POPS ALL NIGHT WHEN "BOOYAKA 619" HITS AND REY MYSTERIO POPS UP FROM UNDER THE RAMP WITH THE KING OF CABLE TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST. HE IS WEARING A DETROIT PISTONS RASHEED WALLACE JERSEY WHICH HE FLINGS INTO THE CROWD BEFORE RUNNING DOWN THE RAMP TO THE RING. J.R.: "And Mysterio's not wasting any time.... here we go"! MYSTERIO SLID UNDER THE BOTTOM ROPE AND INTO THE RING AS REFEREE SCOTT MARTIN ASKED FOR THE BELL TO START THE MATCH. TWF King of Cable Title Match Challenger: Matt "Madik" Cruz vs. Rey Mysterio Cruz immediately put the boots to Rey, stomping on his back before pulling him up and nearly knocking him out of the ring with back to back european uppercuts. Off an irish whip, Cruz smashed Rey with a clothesline before getting down and using both hands to choke him. Martin reached a count of 4 before he released the illegal hold. Mysterio seemed unaware of what had hit him as Cruz pulled him up and whipped him to the corner. He ran in but Rey lifted himself up to the middle turnbuckle and was able to get his feet around the body of Cruz to turn it into a sunset flip for a 2 count. Both men got up and Cruz through a clothesline but Rey ducked and springboarded off the ring ropes with a reverse crossbody block to get the 1..........2........., but Cruz kicked out. Rey then the ropes again, this time looking for a hurracanrana but Cruz caught him on his shoulders and powerbombed him right on one of the top turnbuckle pads. He then used his right shoulder, driving it into the midsection of Rey, who was stuck in the corner. Cruz then used a fireman's carry to get Rey to the mat, which was exactly where he wanted him. After wearing him down in a reverse chin lock, Cruz worked him into a bow and arrow lock. There truly was no escape for Rey, but much like Mick Foley earlier, he wouldn't give it up. Cruz finally broke the hold himself and used an amatuer takedown to get Rey back on the mat. But when he went for a dragon sleeper, Rey used his leg in an upward swinging motion, catching Cruz right in the bridge of the nose. Rey then hit the ropes and used a bodyscissor into the wheelbarrow bulldog before going outside the ring to the apron. From there, he jumped to the top ring rope and came off with a legdrop, "dropping the dime" on Cruz. Rey covered him and hooked the leg but Cruz was up at 2 and 1/2. Rey again waited for Cruz to get up but when he hit the ropes, Cruz caught him with a quick kick to the head. He then went to the top rope, looking for a dramatic finish. Cruz reached way down in his arsenal, hitting a gorgeous top rope moonsault that seemed to have effectively ended the match. But somehow, Rey reached down deep and found what he needed to kick out at 2 and three quarters. Cruz picked him up and loaded him up for a big powerbomb. But Rey countered into a headscissor throw before hitting the ropes and catching Cruz with the 6-1-9 as he hung over the middle ring rope. Rey followed that up with a well timed "West Coast Pop" and he hooked both legs for the 3 count and the win. Match Time: 8:18 J.R.: "Once again, Mysterio has beaten Cruz! Can you believe that"?! Lawler: "I honestly thought this would be Cruz's night, but Rey obviously has his number"! "BOOYAKA 619" PLAYED LOUDLY AND THE CROWD ENTHUSIASTICALLY CHEERED AS MARTIN MET REY HALFWAY UP THE RAMP, RAISED HIS ARM AND HANDED HIM THE BELT AS CRUZ STOOD IN THE RING, OBVIOUSLY NOT HAPPY. J.R.: "Well it's a damn shame that Matt Cruz can't be happy for his friend and a man who was like a brother to him! He can't do that because he turned his back on his friend and for what?! What the hell does he have to show for it"?! Lawler: "It's hard to argue that point, J.R., but Matt Cruz still has a bright future ahead and I think everyone knows that"! BACKSTAGE....... STACY SNOW IS SHOWN IN THE BACK TALKING WITH JESSICA LOPEZ WHEN HIGH OCTANE COMES UP, WEARING A DETROIT RED WINGS JERSEY. High Octane: "So Stacy, how's your nose feel? I mean, if you weren't such a......... JUST THEN, JASON OLIVER RUNS UP FROM BEHIND AND NAILS HIGH OCTANE. REFEREE MIKE CHIODA IS RIGHT THERE WITH HIM AS THE BELL SOUNDS TO START THEIR MATCH. First Blood Match "High Octane" Damion West vs. Jason Oliver After throwing High Octane into the wall, Oliver kicked him in the gut as the match had begun in the backstage area. Stacy Snow and Jessica Lopez hurriedly ran for cover as the two men slugged it out. After getting a kick into the groin area, Octane walked Oliver through the backstage area towards the gorilla position. That's where he picked up a chair and smashed him across the back with it. Oliver went through the curtain and the crowd inside the arena cheered before Damion West followed him out. After a sharp kick to the gut of Oliver, Octane ripped off the Red Wings jersey he wore out and spit right on it, throwing it down on the entrance ramp. He then pulled Oliver up and walked him to the ring where he tried to whip him into the ring steps but Oliver reversed it and sent him head first into them. Oliver then asked for a beer from a ringside fan. The fan obliged and Oliver smashed the full cup over the head of Oliver. Oliver reached under the ring and pulled out a janitor's push broom. He took a swing but West luckily ducked and caught Oliver with the big superkick which sent him straight to the floor. West pulled him up and rolled him into the ring where he made a cover but Chioda quickly reminded him that those would do him no good. West went over and removed one of the turnbuckle pads before pulling Oliver up and trying to ram him face first into the exposed bolt. Oliver put his foot on the middle turnbuckle to block it before elbowing West in the gut and ramming him into the bolt. Chida checked, but he wasn't bleeding. From there, Oliver grabbed West by the back of the head and just launched him over the top rope before using a suicide dive but West moved out of the way. Oliver landed hard on the floor and West pulled him up, ramming him face first right into the corner of the ringside barricade. Both men were exhausted as they went all out, looking for the home run shot. West tried to suplex Oliver on the steel ramp but Oliver blocked it and countered into a jackhammer slam right on the steel! He then grabbed the jersey Octane wore out and wrapped it around his throat before taking a full spin and just flinging High Octane off the side of the ramp! Octane hit the ground hard but Oliver wasted no time, following him down. Then, he grabbed the feet of West and used a catapult, sending him face first right into the side of the ramp. Octane fell to the floor, covering his face but a couple of fans yelled "He's bleeding" and a great camera shot revealed that he indeed was. Chioda saw it and called for the bell as Oliver raised his arms in victory. Match Time: 11:10 "SUPERSTAR" BY SALIVA HIT AS EMT's HIT THE SCENE TO CHECK ON HIGH OCTANE. J.R.: "He did it, he busted him open"! Lawler: "Well he did exactly what he said he wanted to do, J.R., and he's gotten himself a huge win"! OLIVER STOOD ON THE RAMP, STARING DOWN AT OCTANE BELOW WHO LOOKED UP WITH BLOOD STREAMING DOWN HIS FACE. J.R.: "No question about it! He wanted to make High Octane pay for that superkick on a defenseless woman that caused her to bleed and that's exactly what he's done"! PARKING GARAGE....... A LOUD ENGINE IS HEARD AND A BLACK MUSCLE CAR PULLS INTO THE LOT, SLAMMING RIGHT INTO THE PERSONAL LIMO MONEY MIKE AND STEPHANIE ARRIVED IN. THE FANS INSIDE JOE LOUIS ARENA GO WILD AS THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR OPENS AND "STONE COLD" STEVE AUSTIN STEPS OUT. J.R.: "There he is! The Texas rattlesnake has arrived at Joe Louis Arena in a nice piece of Detroit built muscle"! Lawler: "But did you see what he did, J.R.? He drove that thing right into Money Mike's limo! Do you have any idea what that's worth"?! THE SHOT SWITCHES OVER TO THE MILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION's DRESSING ROOM WHERE A FEW ARENA EMPLOYEES ARE SETTING A TABLE FULL OF CATERED FOOD AND FINE WINES. TED DIBIASE AND IRWIN R. SCHYSTER COME INTO THE SHOT. Ted Dibiase: "Is this perfect or what, Irwin? Our victory celebration is ready"! I.R.S.: "Oh yeah, it's perfect". Dibiase: "Soon, we will witness Tatanka crowned the new TWF World champion and then, then everyone will finally realize the power of money and the fact that everybody has a price....... for the Million Dollar Man"! DIBIASE AND I.R.S. SHARE A LAUGH AS THE SHOT IS SENT BACK TO THE RING. "LYING FROM YOU" BY LINKIN PARK PLAYS AND THE CROWD GOES INTO SOME VERY LOUD BOOS AS PAUL HEYMAN AND JOE COREY MAKE THEIR WAY TO THE RING. J.R.: "The Million Dollar Corporation is being a little presumptuous getting that party ready, don't you think"? Lawler: "It just shows me the confidence they have in Tatanka tonight, they're ready for him to go out and win the World title"! J.R.: "Joe Corey on his way to the ring here to face a man who knows what it's like to be the top dog here in the TWF and that's Rob Van Dam. Why do you suppose Paul Heyman has chosen to make RVD's life a living hell lately, King"? Lawler: "I don't believe he has. He presented RVD with an option and RVD turned it down, therefore sealing his own fate"! A LOUD POP IS HEARD AS "ONE OF A KIND" BY BREAKING POINT COMES ON AND PYRO GOES OFF ON THE SET AS ROB VAN DAM STEPS OUT TO ONE OF THE BIGGER REACTIONS ALL NIGHT. J.R.: "Yeah, that option was to join what Paul Heyman called his brigade but the funny thing is, that's just a two man brigade to this point"! Lawler: "For now.... but if Corey defeats RVD here, which I think there's a good chance he will, there will be a lot of people who start to believe in what Corey and Heyman are trying to do"! J.R.: "Which is what exactly?! It seems to me that Heyman wants to live off of what he did in ECW and Joe Corey is, for whatever reason, buying into it"! "The Show" Joe Corey w/ Paul Heyman vs. Rob Van Dam Corey looked supremely confident as the bell sounded, but it was clear that RVD had him scouted, baiting him into a few quick kicks to the body before jabbing him twice and then shooting him to the ropes for a monkey flip. RVD then hit the ropes but Corey popped up, missing with a clothesline and as he came off the other side, RVD used a cartwheel to avoid Corey before catching him with a nice spinning heel kick. Trying to keep the match quick, RVD went for the Rolling Thunder but Corey got his knees up and RVD landed very awkwardly on them. Corey then pulled Van Dam up by his hair, rocking him with 2 hard right hands that knocked him into the corner. After a kick to the gut, Corey shot RVD across the ring to the opposite corner with such velocity that the ring shook and Van Dam fell face first to the mat. Corey rolled him over before dropping a flying knee right across his forehead. A cover was made but RVD was up at the count of 2. Corey had however taken complete control of the contest and after a swinging neckbreaker, he went to the apron where he shot himself back into the ring with a well place slingshot elbow drop. Corey made another cover but again, 2 was all he could get. A chant of "R-V-D" began to run through Joe Louis Arena but Corey kept the match at a slow, methodical pace. But off an irish whip, he dropped his head too soon and Van Dam flipped off his back, landing on his feet. Corey turned and threw a clothesline but RVD dropped down and used a back footsweep to take him off his feet. That led to the Rolling Thunder and Heyman could see that his man was in trouble. Heyman got up on the apron, distracting referee Chad Patton but the crowd popped when Bill Alphonso came running out from the back. Alphonso yanked Heyman off the apron and put him down with a right hand. But in the ring, RVD had become distracted by the altercation and he turned right into a kick to the crotch from Corey. From there, Corey loaded him up and hit the "Showstopper", rolling him over to get the 1.......2.......3. Match Time: 7:58 J.R.: "Oh, I'll be damned! Joe Corey with a damn low blow has won this thing"! Lawler: "Well this little jerk Bill Alphonso or whatever the heck his name is tried to come out here and play hero and look what he did, he ended up costing RVD the match"! "LYING FROM YOU" PLAYED AND THE CROWD LOUDLY BOOED AS A LAUGHING HEYMAN LEFT WITH A VICTORIOUS JOE COREY WHILE ALPHONSO CHECKED ON RVD IN THE RING. J.R.: "Well if you ask me, Heyman's brigade as he likes to call it may've started a war tonight, this thing is far from over"! BACKSTAGE...... MONEY MIKE AND STEPHANIE ARE SHOWN IN THE BACK ALONG WITH TODD GRISHAM, LOOKING AT A MONITOR. Money Mike: "Well where is it, where's the replay"? Todd Grisham: "Here we go, this is it, this is "Stone Cold" Steve Austin's arrival earlier". A REPLAY IS SHOWN OF AUSTIN ARRIVING AND SLAMMING RIGHT INTO MONEY MIKE's PERSONAL LIMOSINE. Money Mike: "That son of a bitch is gonna pay for that, c'mon babe". MIKE AND STEPHANIE WALK AWAY, PRESUMABLY TOWARDS THE RING. TWO ARMORED KNIGHTS ARE SHOWN ON HORSEBACK.... CHARGING TOWARDS EACH OTHER WITH SWORDS DRAWN. Voiceover: "A tournament of champions......... AS THEY GET CLOSER, THE HORSES BEGIN TO CHARGE QUICKER. A one night test of strength...... endurance...... stamina". BOTH KNIGHTS SWING THEIR SWORDS AND AS THEY CRASH TOGETHER, THE TWF KING OF THE RING LOGO IS SHOWN. Who will be crowned King? Find out at the 2006 TWF King of the Ring, live and only on Pay-per-View". BACK AT RINGSIDE, "LET's GO" BY TRICK DADDY COMES ON AND MONEY MIKE COMES OUT TO SOME SERIOUS HEAT WITH STEPHANIE McMAHON. J.R.: "Back to the action here and as you just saw the King of the Ring is our next Pay-Per-View event and from what I understand, this man is in it". Lawler: "I've talked to Money Mike and winning the King of the Ring is something he has high on his to do list, J.R., but not as high as beating "Stone Cold" Steve Austin tonight"! J.R.: "This is a match that I have personally looked forward to seeing and I talked to Austin today, he feels good, he looks good and he's ready for a fight and as far as I'm concerned, that spells trouble for Money Mike". THE MUSIC STOPPED AND THE FANS CAME TO THEIR FEET, CHEERING IN ANTICIPATION. THEN, THE SOUND OF BREAKING GLASS WAS HEARD AND STEVE AUSTIN's MUSIC PLAYED. HE CAME OUT TO WHAT WAS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE LOUDEST CHEER OF THE NIGHT. MONEY MIKE AND STEPHANIE LEFT THE RING AS AUSTIN WENT TO ALL FOUR TURNBUCKLES, SALUTING THE CROWD AS ONLY E KNOWS HOW, WITH THE DOUBLE MIDDLE FINGERS. Lawler: "We've seen Austin beat the meanest, toughest guys in the TWF over his career, J.R., but even you can't deny the fact that the time away from the ring is something that will hurt him tonight! Money Mike is an experienced superstar and if Austin makes one mistake, he's gonna make him pay"! J.R.: "Austin has been training for a short comeback, that I know for sure. He told me a few months back that he had a few good matches left in him and I know the rattlesnake, he will bring everything to the fight tonight"! Money Mike w/ Stephanie McMahon vs. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin The crowd was on their feet, yelling and cheering as Austin stood across the ring from Money Mike, ready to go. The two men locked up and jockeyed for position. Austin gained control and backed Mike into the corner but Mike ducked his head under the top rope. Referee Scott Martin asked for a break but Mike tried to get in a quick cheap shot and Austin blocked it, firing back with a right hand that put Mike down. Austin then went into a barrage of stomps, stomping at the head and chest of Mike in the corner, looking to put a "mudhole" in him. Austin was finally pulled away by Martin and he threw his hands up to the crowd who was wild at this point. Mike used the ropes to pull himself up but Austin struck with a quick clothesline before pulling him up. Mike was able to reverse an irish whip attempt and lock Austin in a sleeper hold. He seemed to have the hold in good but Austin countered with a sitdown jawbreaker. He then got up and kicked Mike in the gut, looking for the Stunner but when he grabbed him around the head, Mike pushed him to the ropes. Mike charged at him but Austin avoided a clothesline and picked him up, dropping him over the top rope throat first. Austin covered Mike but Martin could only get a 2 count. Stephanie seemed desperate as she yelled for Mike to get back into it. Austin pulled him up and set him up on the top rope, looking for a superplex. But as he climbed up with him, Mike got in a headbutt before pushing Austin to the mat. He then flew off with an elbow drop that found it's mark. The crowd seemed surprised as the high flying move was not something they'd seen out of Money Mike. But instead of going for a cover, he got up and taunted the crowd. Austin was shaken at this point and Mike ran through him with a clothesline before getting on top of him and just ramming the back of his head into the mat repeatedly. Martin pulled Money Mike off, but he added one more shot, a kick right to the face. But suddenly, Austin got up with a head of steam and tackled Mike, taking him to the mat and smashing him with some wild right hands as Mike tried in vain to defend himself. Austin pulled him up, rocking him with more haymakers before whipping him to the corner. He charged in but Mike moved out of the way and Austin crashed hard into the steel ring post. Seeing this, Mike pulled Austin up and threw him into the post, head and shoulder first, one more time. Austin was in a great deal of pain and it seemed as though there was cause for concern but he tried to get up, only to be locked into the "Money Pit" which Mike delivered with plenty of authority before hooking the leg for the 1.......2.........3. Match Time: 9:00 Lawler: "He got him, J.R.! Money Mike just pinned the rattlesnake"! J.R.: "Well Austin is hurt folks, I'm not sure exactly what happened in that exchange, but Austin is hurt"! "LET's GO" PLAYED AGAIN AND MONEY MIKE LEFT WITH STEPHANIE AS MARTIN CHECKED ON AUSTIN WHILE SEVERAL EMT's RUSHED DOWN TO THE RING. Lawler: "I think you're right, J.R., he is hurt"! J.R.: "Well if I know Austin, he'll walk outta here under his own power"! AUSTIN ROLLED OUT OF THE RING AND ALTHOUGH IN PLENTY OF PAIN, HE STUMBLED OFF UNDER HIS OWN POWER AS THE CROWD SHOWED THEIR APPRECIATION. Lawler: "You gotta wonder if this is the last we see of "Stone Cold" Steve Austin in a wrestling capacity, J.R., he seems to have done some real damage"! J.R.: "If it is, by God folks you are witnessing one of the toughest, flat out best competitors this business has ever seen and I'm damn proud to say I watched him! God bless ya Steve"! BACKSTAGE...... TRAVIS WAKEMAN's DRESSING ROOM....... TRAVIS WAKEMAN HAS JUST FINISHED PUTTING BLACK TAPE OVER BOTH HIS HANDS AND HE GRABS THE WORLD TITLE WHEN MELINA COMES IN. Travis Wakeman: "There you are". Melina: "I'm so sorry, I was........ Wakeman: "Look Melina, I don't need an apology. Tatanka has the Corporation and all of Dibiase's money on his side tonight. I need to know that you are on my side". Melina (smiling): "Of course I am, why wouldn't I be"? MELINA GIVES WAKEMAN A HUG BUT HE QUICKLY PULLS AWAY. Wakeman: "I just need to know that, now let's go". J.R.: "Well folks, it's main event time, Travis Wakeman defending the TWF World title against Tatanka. Let's take a look at how we got here". A VIDEO PACKAGE STARTS OFF BY SHOWING THE FIRST TIME TATANKA APPROACHED TRAVIS WAKEMAN WITH RUMORS THAT HE HAD "SOLD OUT" TO THE MILLION DOLLAR MAN. THAT WAS FOLLOWED BY THE SUBSEQUENT TIMES TATANKA CAME TO WAKEMAN. WAKEMAN THEN GETS INTO A BACKSTAGE ALTERCATION WITH LANCE CADE AND TREVOR MURDOCH WHICH LEADS TO A TAG TEAM MATCH ON RAMPAGE. SINCE WAKEMAN CAN'T FIND A PARTNER DUE TO THE RUMORS, TATANKA DECIDES TO TEAM WITH HIM SO WAKEMAN HAS A CHANCE TO VINDICATE HIMSELF. BUT AFTER THE MATCH, TATANKA TURNS ON HIM WITH A VIOLENT ATTACK, REVEALING IT WAS HE WHO HAD SOLD OUT TO DIBIASE ALL ALONG. THE VIDEO THEN SHOWS US A CLIP OF TATANKA ADDRESSING EVERYONE AS TO WHY HE DID WHAT HE DID BEFORE SIGNING TED DIBIASE's CONTRACT TO JOIN HIS CORPORATION. AN INDIAN WARCHANT IS HEARD, LEADING INTO "MONEY, MONEY, MONEY" AND BOOS FILL THE ARENA AS TATANKA COMES OUT WITH THE MILLION DOLLAR MAN. J.R.: "I shudder to think what the members of the Lakota Tribe, who set up a special ceremony to include this man in their group, think of what he has done? Has he thought about that, or is it all about the money"? Lawler: "Everybody's got a price, J.R., how many times have we seen that proven! And let's be honest, J.R., how close would Tatanka be to a world title shot without doing what he did"?! J.R.: "If memory serves me correctly, he won a match at WrestleMania that guaranteed him a title shot! He didn't need to do this! What, was his God given ability not good enough?! He has to go out and buy a World title"?! THE CROWD's BOOS TURN TO CHEERS AS "MAKE WAY" BY METHOD MAN PLAYS AND TRAVIS WAKEMAN IS LED TO THE RING BY MELINA. MELINA PERFORMS HER INFAMOUS RING ENTRANCE AS WAKEMAN GETS INTO THE RING, HANDS REFEREE JIM KORDERAS THE WORLD TITLE AND GOES INTO A FIGHTING STANCE. Lawler: "Look at Wakeman.... he's ready for this"! J.R.: "You're damn right he is! He's fighting not only against Tatanka, not only against Dibiase and his corporation, but he's fighting the general thought that money will buy you anything"! TWF World Title Match...... Challenger: Tatanka w/ The Million Dollar Man vs. Travis Wakeman w/ Melina The bell rang to start the match and Tatanka, who was the bigger of the two, was not quick enough to keep up with what Wakeman had in mind and after a quick go behind, Wakeman took him to the mat with ease and locked in a quick front facelock, only to immediately let it go. This process was repeated 2 more times and Tatanka slapped the mat in frustration as Wakeman seemed to be showing him how easily he could beat him. But Tatanka resorted to cheap tactics, getting in a quick thumb to the eyes before pushing Wakeman into a corner and slapping him across the chest with 3 knifedge chops. After a european uppercut, Tatanka sent him to the ropes but missed with a backhand. Wakeman came off the other side with a crossbody block but Tatanka caught him and turned it into a swinging sideslam, quickly covering him for the 1..........2.........., but that was all. After a scoop slam, Tatanka made his way outside the ring before climbing to the top rope where he flew off with a tomahawk chop that was right on the mark. Dibiase laughed as he loved what he was seeing. Tatanka got Wakeman up for the Trail's End but Wakeman slipped off his shoulders and ran him to the ring ropes, turning it into a rollup but Tatanka used his own momentum against him and rolled him up himself, grabbing a handful of tights but he still couldn't get him! Tatanka caught Wakeman with a big knifedge but when he went for a suplex, Wakeman blocked it and countered with a spinning toehold and from there, he somehow locked in the Round Table. The crowd was in awe at the wrestling ability displayed and Dibiase couldn't believe it. Dibiase pulled some money out of his pocket. It was unclear what he planned to do with it but Melina made her way over and slapped him across the face. The money flew up into the air and some even went into the crowd where a few fans got a great souvenir just as they looked in the ring to see Tatanka tap out to the hold. Match Time: 6:40 J.R.: "Well I think Melina just showed the Million Dollar Man where he can put all that money he's got and Wakeman has retained the gold"! Lawler: "I really thought the odds would be too much tonight, J.R., but that was amazing"! "MAKE WAY" PLAYED AND MELINA BROUGHT THE BELT IN, HANDING IT TO WAKEMAN BEFORE RAISING HIS HAND AND GIVING HIM A HUG. J.R.: "This business is about wrestling, no matter how much money you have, the better in ring competitor is gonna win the match and Wakeman has proven that tonight! What a champion"!
