THE TWF WOULD LIKE TO WISH ALL OUR FANS HAPPY HOLIDAYS
THE SHOT OPENS INSIDE THE OAKLAND COLISEUM WHERE A RAIDERS GAME IS IN PROGRESS. THOUSANDS OF FANS ARE SHOWN IN THEIR USUAL RAIDERS REGALIA, THEIR CHEERS DROWNING OUT THE SIGNALS BEING CALLED BY THE QUARTERBACK. ON THE NEXT PLAY, THE RAIDERS SCORE ON A LONG TOUCHDOWN PASS SENDING FANS IN THE "BLACK HOLE" INTO A FRENZY. THE PLAYER WHO SCORED SPIKED THE BALL INTO THE END ZONE AND WENT INTO A CELEBRATORY DANCE. BUT WHEN HE TURNED AROUND, SMOKE HAD FILLED THE ENTRY TUNNEL TO THE LOCKER ROOM AREA AND OUT WALKED TWF SUPERSTAR NEMESIS. NEMESIS WALKED OUT AND STOPPED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PLAYER. Oakland Player: "Man, these fans are getting wierder all the time". JUST THEN, NEMESIS SLAPPED A HAND AROUND HIS THROAT AND CHOKESLAMMED HIM HARD ON THE FIELD. RAIDERS PLAYERS AND THEIR OPPONENTS STOOD IN SHOCK. NEMESIS LOOKED DOWN AT HIM AS THE DEADLY GAMES LOGO WAS STAMPED ONTO THE SCREEN. Nemesis: "Don't call me wierd"! "And now, TWF Entertainment and Stacker 2 present a joint production of RAW and PrimeTime...... Deadly Games"!
THE COMPLETELY SOLD OUT COW PALACE IS PICTURED AND LIT UP WITH FIREWORKS, SENDING THE FANS INTO A FRENZY. THOUSANDS OF FANS SCREAMED AND YELLED AS "RAISE UP" BY SALIVA BLARED THROUGH THE BUILDING. ONE SIGN WAS IMMEDIATELY CAPTURED ON CAMERA SAYING "TRIPLE H..... YOUR TIME IS UP". Jim Ross: "Pay-per-view as only the TWF can do it as we are live in the Cow Palace for Deadly Games and King, I can't remember a night that had so much action in store... this is incredible"! Jerry Lawler: "The PrimeTime guys are here too J.R. but I know the majority of these people are here to see the RAW division do it's thing"! "HELL's GAURDIAN" BY SLIPKNOT HITS AS NAILS COMES OUT TO A LOT OF HEAT, FOLLOWED BY HIS TEAM. J.R.: "On a night where Nemesis will try and take the World title away from The Undertaker, we also have some elimination action King and that's what we've got headed our way now"! Lawler: "Oh this is gonna be chaos J.R., there is so much heat coming into this one"! "DON'T PLAY WITH FIRE" BY 2 PAC HITS AND THE CROWD COMES TO THEIR FEET AS STACY KIEBLER COMES OUT IN AN EXTREMELY SHORT PAIR OF CAMOFLAUGE SHORTS WITH AUSTIN PYROMANIA. BILLY GUNN STRUTS OUT BEHIND THEM AND HE IS FOLLOWED BY JOHN HEIDENREICH AND ANIMAL WHO ARE BOTH WEARING THE TRADEMARK ROAD WARRIOR SPIKED SHOULDER PADS. J.R.: "It didn't take these fans long to nearly blow the roof off! Listen to this ovation"! Lawler: "Well J.R. they weren't sure if they were even gonna see Pyromania tonight but speaking of getting up..... Stacy got me there"! J.R.: "Well there is no question the leggy Stacy Kiebler looks magnificent tonight but with all the heat as you called it surrounding this match, it may not be the best place for her"! Lawler: "Well she plays with fire all the time hanging around Pyromania but if she wants, I'll put her fire out"! J.R.: "Okay King, let's see if we can focus on this match, shall we? Folks, keep your eye on the situation between Pyromania and Nails here! If they get in there together, all hell is gonna break loose"! Lawler: "Well hopefully Pyromania remembers what happened to him the last time he came face to face with Nails! He'd be best to stay far away from the hockey masked maniac"! Deadly Games Elimination Match Nails, Scott Steiner & La Resistance w/ William Regal vs. Austin Pyromania, Billy Gunn and the New Road Warriors w/ Stacy Kiebler As the bell sounded, Pyromania was in the ring, yelling for Nails to get in there with him but Billy talked him out of starting the match and Billy started off withh Sylvan Grenier. After a collar and elbow tie, Billy whipped him hard into the mat. Billy then hit the ropes and Grenier went down to the mat. Billy jumped over him and hit the other side but Scott Steiner kneed him in the back. Billy grabbed his lower back in pain but turned around and punched Steiner. Billy turned around and ducked a clothesline by Grenier before hitting him with 3 straight jabs and sending him to the ropes, locking in a sleeper and hitting the One and Only. Billy topped him but Rene Dupree came in to break it up. Billy tagged in Heidenreich and Grenier scurried to his corner, tagging in Dupree. Dupree was less than enthused with the tag but he took a swing at Heidenreich. Heidenreich caught his fist and twisted it before lifting him into the air and delivering a gorilla press slam. Heidenreich pulled Dupree up and whipped him to the ropes but when he put his head down, Dupree kicked him in the head and tagged in Steiner. Steiner came in and went after the massive Heidenreich with some powerful shots but they didn't seem to phase him. Heidenreich then reversed an irish whip and caught Steiner with a boot to the face before tagging an eager Billy Gunn back in. Billy was all over Steiner like a cheap suit until William Regal stuck his nose in. Referee Jim Korderas went over to get him off the apron but Billy took it into his own hands, knocking him to the floor with a right hand. But that allowed Steiner to get up and come up from behind, dropping Gunn with his deathdrop DDT and pinning him. With Gunn out, Pyromania came in and went at Steiner but Steiner reversed an irish whip and drilled him with a Steiner Line. After one of his trademark poses, he tagged in Nails who picked apart a fallen Pyromania, attacking him like a rabid dog. After using his hockey mask as a weapon. Nails pulled Pyromania up and just punched him in the gut. Nails began to just toy with Pyromania but Pyromania got his second wind and came back with a few right hands. They began to trade shots and even though Nails threw a heavier punch, Pyromania caught him with a jumping enziguri. Simultaneous tags were made, Nails to Dupree and Pyromania to Heidenreich. But after Heidenreich got in a heavy forearm, Grenier came into the ring with a chop block. Heidenreich was able to get back up and toss Grenier out of the ring but Dupree rolled him up from behind and got a 3 count to put him out. Pyromania came back in and knocked Dupree into the corner with a dropkick. Grenier slapped Dupree's arm, bringing himself into the match and he and Pyromania went toe to toe until Pyromania countered a scoop slam with a small package to put him out. Dupree came back into the ring as Steiner got in Korderas' face. Heidenreich came in to remove Big Poppa Pump which caused a big stir, allowing Nails to drop Pyromania with a loaded right hand.... loaded with his brass knucks! Pyromania's blood had stained the mat but he still fought his way to his feet, taking errant swings. Even with Stacy yelling for him to watch out, he walked right into the "Nail Gun" and was pinned. The order was extremely tall for Animal who had yet to get physically involved in the match. He came in and went shot for shot with Nails until the Hardcore Icon got in a headbutt, knocking him to the mat and smudging his face paint. Nails tagged in Steiner who came in, looking to put the finishing touches on the legendary superstar. Off an irish whip, Steiner caught him and hooked him up for a belly to belly suplex but Animal blocked it and came back with one of his own, hooking Steiner's legs deep to get the 3 count. Dupree jumped into the ring and went right after the lower body of Animal. It was obvious conditioning was becoming a factor for the aging superstar but the fans would not let him die. After catching Dupree with a huge hip toss, Nails tagged himself in and caught Animal with a running forearm. He then began to punch away at the rib cage of Animal but the crowd began to furiously chant "LOD... LOD....LOD"! This fired up the former multi-time tag team champion and he was able to reverse an irish whip and send Nails to the corner. He charged in and crashed into him with a hard clothesline and that led to a huge powerslam. Animal hooked the leg and Nails kicked out but according to Korderas, it was after his hand hit the mat a third time and he was eliminated. The fans rose and began to get louder as it became clear Animal had a chance to do the impossible. But the fresh, young Dupree came in and locked in a side headlock. Animal tried to whip him to the ropes but Dupree held the hold and rode him to the mat. After a hard neckbreaker, Dupree tried to lift Animal up but he couldn't muscle him up and Animal picked him up in a torcher rack. In a nearly inescapable predicament, Dupree waved his hand, signaling he was done. Match Time: 22:33 Sole Survivor: Animal J.R.: "Are you kidding me?! Animal has done it King"! Lawler: "I can't believe it J.R.! It looks like it's 1985 again the way he just wrestled"! ANIMAL WENT DOWN TO ONE KNEE AND RAISED A FINGER TO THE SKY AS "AH WHAT A RUSH" LED INTO HIS MUSIC. J.R.: "This is a proud, proud moment for a truly legendary competitor who is still carrying a heavy heart King"! Lawler: "Well I gotta hand it to him..... even I counted him out"! J.R.: "Animal has had a lot of great moments in his career but this one.... this one may be one of the best"! BACKSTAGE...... THE MILLION DOLLAR MAN IS WITH HIS MEN IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA. Ted Dibiase: "So Charlie, go to the room, stay warm cause tonight, that IC title is coming to the Corporation. Rob, Nick, you guys...... JUST THEN, THE FBI COMES UP, STILL IN STREET CLOTHES. Guido Maritato: "Hey guys, sorry to interrupt, but we need our cut". Dibiase: "Excuse me"? Maritato: "Our cut, ya know, our part of the deal". Dibiase: "Well ya know, two of you guys are gonna team with Rob and Nick in just about five minutes. The job was to eliminate the Four Elements.... that hasn't been done yet... there is no cut right now". DIBIASE AND THE MILLION DOLLAR CORPORATION WALK AWAY AS THE FBI JUST LOOKS ON. BACK AT RINGSIDE, THE 4 ELEMENTS THEME SONG HITS AND REY MYSTERIO POPS UP FROM UNDER THE RAMP, BRINGING THE CROWD TO A LOUD ROAR. HE IS FOLLOWED OUT BY THE REST OF THE ELEMENTS. Michael Cole: "It's time to get the PrimeTime side of Deadly Games rollin' and Jesse, here comes our sparkplug"! Jesse Ventura: "I can't believe it Cole, I didn't think he'd be able to be here"! Cole: "Rey may not be at one hundred percent but he wasn't gonna let the attack by the FBI and Dibiase keep him out of this one"! TED DIBIASE's LAUGH FILLS THE LOUDSPEAKERS AS "MONEY, MONEY, MONEY" HITS AND HE COMES OUT WITH ROB CONWAY AND NICK DINSMORE WHO ARE FOLLOWED BY ALL 3 MEMBERS OF THE FBI. Ventura: "It makes no difference Michael, Dibiase has formed an alliance here that even these Elements can't overcome". Cole: "It's been said that when together, the Elements are superior to any group but that will be tested in a major way tonight, especially when the FBI is being motivated by the mighty dollar bill"! Ventura: "Well the FBI had their price and tonight, they're ready to help Dibiase cash in"! Deadly Games Elimination Match The 4 Elements vs. Rob Conway, Nick Dinsmore, Johnny Stamboli and Frankie "The Future" Kazarian w/ Ted Dibiase and Guido Maritato This one got off to a frantic start with all 8 men going at it inside and outside the ring. Nick Dinsmore and Dylan Jansens were finally made the legal men and it was Jansens who took control after a spinning wheel kick, catching Dinsmore charging in. Jansens then hit the ropes but Dinsmore caught him with a spinebuster and tagged in his partner Conway. Conway came in and put the boots to Jansens, looking for a quick elimination. After a scoop slam by Conway, Stamboli came into the ring for a double suplex but Benoit was not gonna have it, knocking the Bull over the top rope with a running forearm. Jansens then dove over and tagged in Mysterio who lit the ring up with his high flying attack, catching Conway with a springboard dropkick. Kazarian came in and tried to catch Rey with a superkick but Rey ducked and hit the ropes before catching the Future with his wheelbarrow bulldog. Rey turned his attention back to Conway, putting him down over the middle rope after a drop toe hold. Rey then screamed 6-1-9 and hit the move with the same name as the crowd went nuts. Referee Chad Patton had his hands full trying to seperate the other superstars as Rey went to the apron for the "West Coast Pop". But when he came off, Conway caught him and countered into a sit down powerbomb as Patton turned to make the 3 count. Conway then tagged in Stamboli who was tangled up with Benoit, now the legal man. Benoit stifled him with his knifedge chops but after a whip to the corner, Stamboli got his foot in his face as Benoit charged in. Stamboli then came at him with a clothesline but Benoit countered into the Crossface. Stamboli was ready to tap out but Kazarian came in to break it up. This brought Jansens into the ring and he clotheslined Kazarian over the top rope as Carney took Dinsmore off the apron with a running forearm. Jansens then went to the apron to get the tag from Benoit as Patton came over to get Carney out of the ring. But as this was transpiring, Maritato snuck into the ring and just rocked Jansens with a dropkick from the middle turnbuckle, sending a wad of spit flying from his mouth. Jansens stumbled up looking for a retaliatory shot but Stamboli came from behind and lifted him up for a torcher rack drop that put Jansens out. The Elements were reeling in a 4 on 2 situation but Benoit and Carney buckled down, working together to try and get the odds closer. But it didn't get any better as Dinsmore countered the "C-Drive" into a bridged german suplex to eliminate Carney. Dibiase laughed uncontrollably as Benoit watched his last remaining partner walk to the back. Dinsmore tagged in Kazarian who wanted to get the last elimination and make it a clean sweep but Benoit didn't back down an inch. Fighting with everything he had, Benoit went for a german suplex of his own but Kazarian snuck in a back elbow. He then went for a superkick but Benoit caught his leg and took him down with a leg whip. That led to the Sharpshooter and before Conway to get there to make the save, Kazarian tapped out. Conway locked in a front face lock on Benoit but the Crippler turned it into a northern lights suplex to get a long 2 count. Conway got up and kick him in the gut but then made the mistake of trying to wrench his arm around, only to have Benoit turn that into the Crossface and he too tapped out. Down to 2 on 1, Stamboli came into the ring and put the heavy shots to Benoit. After a military press into a powerslam, Stamboli went for the same torcher rack drop that put Jansens out but Benoit escaped his clutches and turned it right into the Crossface. Stamboli held on for almost 20 seconds before having to give in. Fans in the arena came to a standing ovation in appreciation of what they were seeing. But Dinsmore was ready to spoil it all, giving Benoit his best run by mat wrestling him. But he soon found out that that is Benoit's strength and after a quick standing switch, Benoit hit his triple german suplex series, bridging into the last one to get the 1.......2.......3. Match Time: 18:39 Sole Survivor: Chris Benoit "WHATEVER" BY OUR LADY PEACE ROCKED THE ARENA AS BENOIT STOOD IN THE RING AMIDST AN OUTBURST OF CHEERS. Cole: "Are you kidding me?! Chris Benoit has just taken out the entire team put together by Dibiase"! Ventura: "Look at Dibiase Cole... he's beside himself"! Cole: "I don't wanna take anything away from what Animal accomplished in the opening match, but Chris Benoit may have just completed the single most impressive performance in TWF history"! BENOIT WALKED TO THE BACK AS DIBIASE COULD ONLY SHAKE HIS HEAD. Ventura: "They'll be talking about this one for a long time"! BACKSTAGE..... "THE SHOW" JOE COREY IS SHOWN TALKING WITH SHANE McMAHON.
Joe Corey: "I don’t know Shane, I just don’t know if it is a good idea".
Shane McMahon: "Of course it is Joe, just think about it. Ever since you went to RAW, you have been disrespected. If you were to come to PrimeTime, you wouldn’t have to deal with that. I have been following your career for many years and it was me who got the TWF offices to start looking into bringing you here. If it wasn’t for my no good sister, you wouldn’t have had to go to RAW and deal with the things you have".
Joe Corey: "That’s a good point Shane and I must admit that I have regretted coming to RAW for the last couple of weeks. I just chalked everything up to bad luck, but after your sister cost me that win over Val Venis, the one that would have ended his career, I have really wanted to get back at her".
Shane McMahon: "That is exactly what I mean. There is no reason why you should have had to lower yourself to the level of Val Venis when you came here. I mean come one Show, look at what you would be competing against here on PrimeTime. There would be the match that the Japanese fans have wanted to see forever. Just picture this, on one side of the ring, “The Show” Joe Corey, and on the other side, the “Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels".
Joe Corey: "Damn that would be a dream match for Japanese fans and a real treat for the fans here in the U.S.".
Shane McMahon: "Not only could that match happen, but there are also stars who are exclusive to PrimeTime that would present you with world-class competition, such as Jordan Rockwell and the Intercontinental Champion, Chris Tirpak. However, I think I know what would be the biggest match of all and that would be “The Show” Joe Corey versus the TWF Universal Champion, Travis Wakeman".
Joe Corey: "I have to say Shane, you really know how to sell a guy on your product. You know, last week on Saturday Night’s Main Event, I saw Travis Wakeman in the back, and I caught a glimpse of that Universal Championship Belt. Tell me Shane, how great would that belt look around this waist"?
Shane McMahon: "Oh come on now Joe, you know that title would look incredible around your waist".
Joe Corey: "Yeah, I know, and not only that, but Alexis has this thing for gold, and she would love it".
Shane McMahon: "So Joe, do we have a deal"?
Joe Corey: "You know what Shane, I like what I am hearing, and…
Just then, Stephanie McMahon walks up to the two men with a disturbed look on her face.
Stephanie McMahon: "Damm it Shane, what are you doing, trying to lure away my talent? You know that the only way to switch talent is in a trade, and you damn sure better come to me first with any ideas that you have. And you, (turning to Corey), what are you thinking talking to Shane about leaving RAW? You have a contract, and if you want out of that, that can be arranged, but you come to me for that. Do you understand me"?
Joe Corey: "Hey princess, why don’t you calm down. If you had let me finish instead of interrupting like an immature pre-Madonna, you would have heard me politely decline Shane’s gracious offer. As much as things haven’t gone as well as I would have liked, I am comfortable here on RAW. And why would I leave now, I have a feeling that big things are about to happen on this brand. And not only do I intend to witness these grand events, I am going to be in the thick of it all. So you know what Ms. McMahon, you have a good night, and I will see you on RAW".
Joe Corey walks away and Stephanie McMahon stares angrily at her brother, who also walks away. THE CIVIL RIGHTS THEME HITS AND BROTHER LONG LEADS OUT RON KILLINGS AND NATHAN JONES TO A LOT OF BOOS. Lawler: "What is Shane McMahon tryin' to do J.R., steal our guys"? J.R.: "That was an interesting conversation and good for Stephanie for cutting it off. Joe Corey is contracted to RAW and I wanna see him turn into the superstar the TWF was promised he would"! PYRO AND FIREWORKS GO OFF AFTER KURT ANGLE's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A MAJOR POP. Lawler: "Well ya know Kurt Angle's favorite catch phrase, it's true"? J.R.: "Sure do". Lawler: "Well tonight, he's gonna find out exactly what the truth really is.... get it"?! J.R.: "Yeah, you should do stand up. But fans, this one has grown into a very volatile situation that started out as a rift between The Truth and Angle but Brother Long enlisted the services of this seven foot Australian maniac Nathan Jones"! Lawler: "Well Angle has enlisted the services of someone too.... we just don't know who"! ANGLE IS HANDED A MIKE. Kurt Angle: "Now I know you two three have no respect for the man I have as my partner tonight, but these fans and everyone watching at home, myself included, we all have respect for this man! He is a real American and he fights for the real rights of every man, not your twisted idea of what rights are! So boys, get ready...... "REAL AMERCIAN" HITS AND HULK HOGAN COMES OUT TO BY FAR THE BIGGEST POP IN MONTHS. J.R.: "Oh my God! Listen to this place.... it's the Hulkster King"! Lawler: "I don't believe my eyes! Hulk Hogan"? J.R.: "We heard him say he had one run left in him... I guess it starts tonight"! Kurt Angle and Hulk Hogan vs. Ron "The Truth" Killings and Nathan Jones w/ Brother Long Hogan jumped right into the action, trading shots with Jones as Long scattered to get out of the ring. Angle and Killings went to the floor and Angle whipped him into the ring steps. In the ring, the Colossus of Bogo Road caught Hogan with a back elbow before just choking him down with 2 hands. Jones then dropped Hogan with a headbutt as Angle and Killings got to their corners. Jones whipped Hogan to the ropes but Hogan held on to stop his momentum and then rocked Jones back with a big clothesline. He would hit him with 2 more to finally knock him off his feet before tagging in Angle. Angle took Jones to the mat and really expoloited one of his weaknesses. But Angle backed off, demanding Killings tag in. Killings obliged and the fight was on. The two exchanged heavy right hands but Angle's had more behind them. After knocking Killings into the corner, Angle got onto the middle turnbuckle and began driving fists into the side of Killings' head as the crowd counted along. But Long got on the apron, breaking the count at 7 and got referee Brian Hebner over. This allowed Killings to get in a low blow and then drop Angle over the top rope with a stun gun. Killings then laid into Angle, wearing him down with some kicks to the ribs. After an inverted atomic drop, he did the splits before hitting a clothesline. He then tagged in Jones who used his physical style to break Angle down. After a gorilla press slam that dropped Angle on his face, Jones went over and showed he had no respect for Hogan, spitting in his face. Hogan tried to come in which made things worse for Angle. Jones and Killings double teamed him all they could and after a drop suplex, Jones went for the cover but Angle kicked out at 2. Hogan was begging for the tag but Angle was stuck trying to fend off the constant switching of Jones and Killings. After a gutwrench suplex, Killings tagged in Jones and then went over and went for a cheap shot on Hogan. Hogan blocked the right hand and fired back with one of his own and this time, Hebner could not prevent him from entering the ring. Hogan came in and hit Killings with 2 more right hands before whipping him to the ropes and hitting him with his big boot to the face. Jones sat in wait for Hogan to turn around but Angle spun him around and caught a kick attempt from Jones, turning it into a standing ankle lock. Seeing this, Hogan dropped the leg on Killings and with nowhere to go, Jones tapped out. The crowd went nuts as Long slapped the apron in frustration. Match Time: 8:39 J.R.: "The ankle lock has done the big Aussie in and King, do you feel the nostalgia here"?! AS ANGLE's MUSIC PLAYED, HE AND HOGAN SHOOK HANDS BEFORE CHANTS OF "HOGAN" BROKE OUT. Lawler: "There's no way I thought I'd ever see this J.R. but these fans are loving every second of it"! "REAL AMERICAN" HIT AND ANGLE OPENED THE ROPES FOR HOGAN WHO EXITED THE RING; ANGLE FOLLOWED. J.R.: "You're damn right they do and what about the class of Angle, showing Hogan the respect he deserves"! BACKSTAGE...... CHRIS TIRPAK IS SHOWN WITH HIS INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE, STANDING ACROSS FROM THE DYNAMIC DUO. Hurricane: "Citizen Tirpak, Cyclone and I would just like to wish you good luck in your match tonight". HURRICANE EXTENDS HIS HAND AND TIRPAK SHAKES IT. HE THEN SHAKES THE HAND OF CYCLONE. Chris Tirpak: "Thanks guys, but I got this. Charlie Haas may have won in his little wrestling holds only match but tonight, he's about to learn the meaning of the word pain". TIRPAK WALKS AWAY AS THE SHOT CUTS TO THE PRIMETIME BROADCAST TABLE WHERE MICHAEL COLE AND JESSE VENTURA ARE POSITIONED. Cole: "Well in just a few moments, we will have that Intercontinental title match". Ventura: "Here comes the cage"! THE STEEL CAGE IS SHOWN LOWERING FROM THE CEILING Cole: "First off, we wanna thank everyone here at the Cow Palace for making TWF Deadly Games a sellout and we are alos proud to announce that this event is being seen in forty one countries tonight"! "MONEY, MONEY, MONEY" HITS AND CHARLIE HAAS COMES OUT WITH THE MILLION DOLLAR MAN. Ventura: "There are fans all over the world Cole and with good reason..... the TWF is the best there is"! Cole: "Is tonight the night for Charlie Haas? He has a golden oppurtunity to become Intercontinental champion here and he may even have a slight edge over Tirpak due to that wrestling holds only match on Saturday Night's Main Event"! "TNT" BY AC/DC HITS AND CHRIS TIRPAK COMES OUT TO A BIG POP WITH THE IC TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST. Ventura: "And I credit Dibiase for that Cole.... it was a brilliant idea"! Cole: "You conveniently leave out the fact that a low blow, not a wrestling hold, propelled Haas to that win but here, a low blow will be mild compared to what these two men are about to go through"! HAAS BLOCKED THE CAGE DOOR, NOT ALLOWING TIRPAK TO GET IN. INSTEAD, TIRPAK TURNED AND DECKED DIBIASE BEFORE HAAS OPENED THE DOOR AND SLAMMED IT INTO HIS FACE. Ventura: "There ya go! Serves him right"! Steel Cage/TWF Intercontinental Title Match Challenger..... Charlie Haas w/ Ted Dibiase vs. Chris Tirpak After Haas rolled Tirpak in, the door was shut and padlocked as the only way to win the match was to climb over and out of the cage. Haas went into an attack mode, looking to make quick work of the champion. He draped Tirpak over the middle rope and just stood on the back of his neck, choking him. Haas showed he was more than ready for the fight as he lifted Tirpak up and just slapped him across the face. He then shot Tirpak to the corner but when he charged in, Tirpak charged out with a hard clothesline that turned him inside out. Tirpak then let out a scream, drawing energy off the crowd. He put Haas onto his shoulder and threw him into the cage like a javeline. Tirpak then pulled Haas up and rammed him 3 times into the cage, busting him open. Tirpak was on fire as he removed one of the turnbuckle pads but Haas was able to block being rammed into it with his foot and then elbowed Tirpak in the gut before ramming him into it. Haas then delivered a textbook german suplex and both men were down. Dibiase waved to the back for someone to come out and Guido Maritato came running out with a pair of bolt cutters. He used them to cut the padlocked chain off the cage, opening the door. Haas crawled over and fell through the door to the floor but the bell never sounded. Seconds later, TWF official Tony Garea ran out and explained the fact that Haas needed to climb out of the cage to win it. Haas got back into the ring, bolt cutters in hand as Dibiase exchanged heated words with Garea but when Haas turned around, Tirpak was waiting with the Impaler DDT. Not satisfied, he picked up the bolt cutters and drove them into the forehead of Haas, spilling blood everywhere. Tirpak threw the bolt cutters at the cage and then made his way out of the chain link structure, falling to the ground to get the win. Match Time: 16:44 Ventura: "This is a screwjob! Dibiase, demand an investigation"! Cole: "The rules were made clear.... the door was not an exit and Tirpak is still the Intercontinental champ"! TIRPAK WALKED UP THE RAMP WITH HIS BELT IN HAND AS "TNT" PLAYED. Ventura: "I still say it's gotta be investigated! Dibiase is 0 for two tonight because of this garbage"! BACKSTAGE..... DRESSING ROOM... TRIPLE H IS STANDING IN FRONT OF A ROOM WHERE THE BASHAM BROTHERS, VICTORIA AND SPAWN ARE SITTING. Triple H: "Like I said when I made this team, I will make damn sure that the four of you will be well taken care of here on RAW, so long as I remain the Enforcer. So let's do what we have to do, no matter what it takes, cut corners, take cheap shots, whatever, I don't give a damn! Just make sure I'm in that office on the next RAW"! THE SCENE SWITCHES TO ANOTHER PART OF THE ARENA WHERE IDALIS IS WITH RIC FLAIR. Idalis: Ric Flair, in just a short while you will be part of Brock Lesnar's team who will be facing a team captained by Jordan Rockwell, but it really appears that yourself and your protege Randy Orton have a problem with Rockwell himself".
Ric Flair: "Truth be........ well look who it is".
The camera turns as the fans cheer when Jordan Rockwell walks up.
Jordan Rockwell: "Ya know, it's funny cause I can recall a time back when I was like ten years old, I actually looked up to you. I mean, I thought you were the greatest of all time and the greatest wrestler alive and fact is, to this day you are one of the reasons why I trained to be a technical wrestler and yet you come here to PrimeTime with that little jackoff Randy Orton and you show no respect for me and all the things I've done here in the TWF and as part of PrimeTime! Well that's okay, cause I'm gonna do what I always do and that's make a believer out of you, the great Ric Flair and as far as Orton goes, well I gotta tell you, I got some plans for him. I recall you had a saying, we're gonna pay the price of a wrestling lifetime, well starting tonight, Randy Orton's gonna learn what that means.... the hard way.
FANS CHEER
And you know that famous saying of yours to be the man you gotta beat the man"?
Flair: "It still rings true baby".
ROCKWELL GETS RIGHT IN FLAIR's FACE
Rockwell: "You're lookin at 'em"!
ROCKWELL BACKS UP AND WALKS AWAY, LEAVING FLAIR WITH A GRIN ON HIS FACE. THE CAMERA FOLLOWS ROCKWELL WHO WALKS DOWN THE HALL WHERE THE UNDERTAKER IS STANDING. Undertaker: "Don't let Flair get to you man, we all know what Flair has done. But that kid, Orton, you can't let him disrespect you man. Lay down the law tonight, show that chump who the man on PrimeTime really is". UNDERTAKER KNOCKS FISTS WITH ROCKWELL AND STARTS TO WALK AWAY. Rockwell: "Hey Taker. UNDERTAKER TURNS AROUND Keep that title where it belongs". Undertaker: "You know it". THE SHOT GOES BACK TO SHOW A-TRAIN COMING OUT TO A LOT OF HEAT AS SMOKE BLOWS UP EACH SIDE OF THE RAMP. J.R. AND THE KING ARE SHOWN AT THEIR BROADCAST TABLE. J.R.: "King of Cable is ready to be decided but take a look at that blood spattered mat King, we're not even halfway done yet"! Lawler: "And I'm afraid more blood is gonna be spilled here.... John Cena's that is"! "BASIC THUGANOMICS" HITS AND JOHN CENA COMES OUT THROWING UP THE DOUBLE HORNS AND WEARING A NICE BARRY BONDS SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS JERSEY THE KING OF CABLE TITLE IS AROUND HIS WAIST. THE CROWD REACTS IN HIS FAVOR. J.R.: "This match came out of left field as A-Train took the oppurtunity to become King of Cable by turning on Cena and with his size, you gotta like his chances"! Lawler: "How cheap is this? He's just trying to get on the fans' side by wearing that jersey"! J.R.: "They just like his style King, they've been on his side for months... even when he's insulted them"! Lawler: "Well I have a feeling he's gonna suffer an insult of his own tonight.... courtesy of the A-Train"! King of Cable Title Match Challenger.... A-Train vs. John Cena As the bell sounded, the 2 men locked up and knowing he couldn't match A-Train's power, Cena slipped in a knee lift before knotting his head up with some hard right hands. Cena was relentless but A-Train fought him off with a headbutt before ramming him into the corner with an avalanche. A-Train then hit a slinging body splash out of the corner and got 1......2....., but Cena got a shoulder up. A-Train pulled him up and slapped his chest with 2 open handed slaps before whipping him to the corner so hard that he hit it and then hit the mat face first. A-Train pulled him up, looking to deliver the baldo bomb but Cena kicked him in the knee and bounced off the ropes. But he ran right into the pump kick and A-Train covered him, hooking the leg for the 1........2........, aq count so close it was unbelievable. But referee Jack Doan said it was only 2 and this seemed to throw A-Train's focus off. Cena was then able to duck a backhand swing and catch him with a dropkick to the left knee. That led to a barrage of right hands before Cena put him down with a DDT. He covered him but 2 was all he could manage. Cena then lifted him up, looking for the "F-U" but he couldn't muscle him up and A-Train pushed him right into Doan. But when he moved in, Cena lowblowed him and picked up his chain, wrapping it around his fist. But A-Train sensed the shot coming and when Cena swung, he ducked and put 2 hands around his throat, lifting him up and putting him down with the Baldo Bomb as Doan got in position to make the 3 count. Match Time: 7:47 J.R.: "I can't believe I'm saying this.... but A-Train is the new King of Cable! (sarcastically) What a representation of RAW"! Lawler: "That's what Cena gets for trying to cheat"! J.R.: "Well we both know that A-Train would've taken the same shortcut if given the oppurtunity but you gotta wonder, after all the punishment Cena took from A-Train before this match, if it just became too much"! You guys do what you want to to those other three punks, but Mr. Showtime, he's mine tonight". Cole: "Before we get to the next match, we wanna take this time to tell you about the next Pay-per-view event exclusive to PrimeTime.... War in the Winter"! Ventura: "I hear the War match is gonna be brutal this year Cole... Shane has something up his sleeve"! A CROD STRIKES AND BROCK LESNAR'S MUSIC HITS AND HE AND HIS TEAM COME OUT WITH SABLE. HE AND BATISTA HAVE THEIR TAG TEAM TITLES WITH THEM. Cole: "All I hope is that the eight men involved here are able to make it to War in the Winter... this is gonna be brutal"! JUST THEN, THE SOUND OF BREAKING GLASS IS HEARD AND THE CROWD GOES NUTS AS "STONE COLD" STEVE AUSTIN's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT WITH THE REST OF THE TEAM. FANS ARE ON THEIR FEET. Ventura: "I still can't believe Shane is allowing the Enforcer of PrimeTime to compete in this match"! Cole: "After that chair shot Orton gave him a couple weeks ago, it's a wonder Shane let Orton compete for fear he might not do so again"! Ventura: "Well let's see, you've got Austin, who doesn't compete regularly anymore and Shane Thompson, who doesn't get along with Rockwell.... these guys are screwed Cole"! Cole: "Lesnar, Batista, Orton and Flair make a formidable team no doubt... they will have to work as a cohesive unit"! JUST THEN, REFEREE MIKE CHIODA POINTED AT SABLE AND TOLD HER TO GO TO THE BACK. Ventura: "What the hell is Chioda doing"?! Cole: "Oh wow.... he's sending Sable to the back early"! Ventura: "That's total b.s. Cole! She's supposed to be out here"! Cole: "It's an even playing field and the fans seem to like that decision"! Deadly Games Elimination Match Brock Lesnar, Batista, Randy Orton and Ric Flair vs. Jordan Rockwell, Rhyno, "Awesome" Shane Thompson and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin As the bell sounded, Sable was struggling with 3 TWF officials tp get back down to the ring but they forced her into the back as Thompson and Orton locked up. The 2 young superstars had a great series that ended with a hip toss by Thomspon followed by a wheel kick. He tagged in Rockwell who went after Orton but Orton jumped to his corner and tagged in Batista. Batista stepped through the ropes and locked up with Rockwell. Neither man could get control but Batista slapped his chest, wanting to lock up again. But Rockwell drilled him with a right hand before bouncing off the ropes and spearing him before hitting him with a succession of hard rights while both men were on the mat. Rhyno was tagged in and he and Batista got into a slugfest. After being whipped to the ropes, Batista's shoulder was slapped by Flair who tagged himself in. Rhyno tossed Batista over the top rope and Rockwell went to the floor to follow up on it. Inside the ring, Rhyno was pounding Flair who was begging for mercy but the manbeast was relentless, stomping Flair while he was in the corner. But as Chioda tried to get the brawl between Rockwell and Batista to stop, Orton came in and hit the "RKO" on Rhyno. Flair then rolled onto him and got the 3 count when Chioda turned around. Batista had made it back to his corner and Flair tagged him in but Austin jumped into the ring and blasted Batista with about six right hands before whipping him to the ropes. But he put his head down too early and Batista made him pay for it with a clubbing forearm to the back. Batista then lifted him onto his shoulder for a running powerslam but the Rattlesnake slipped off and caught him with the Stunner when he turned around. Austin then rolled onto him and hooked the leg to get the 1.....2....3. Flair came back into the ring and hit Austin with knifedge aftyer knifedge but Austin absorbed them and flung Flair into the corner, hammering him with some chops of his own. Austin whipped Flair to the corner and he flipped up over it and to the floor. Flair seemed like he was in extreme pain but Austin didn't notice the tag made by an alert Orton, slapping Flair's arm when he hit the corner. Austin turned around and Orton was waiting with the "RKO" and he covered him for the 3 count, a surprise to everyone. Orton drew some serious heat as he celebrated the pin but when he turned around, Rockwell kicked him in the gut and hit a new move he calls the Scarlet Fever. Rockwell hooked the leg and got 1......2.......3. It became a tag team match and Flair was in bad shape. But after catching a charging Thompson with a knifedge, Flair tagged in Lesnar.... a fresh Lesnar. Lesnar hammered the Lightheavyweight champion, tossing him into the corner and driving his huge shoulders into his gut. Lesnar then tossed Thompson halfway across the ring with a gutwrench suplex. Flair was tagged back in and he rocked Thompson with the knifedge as the crowd "WOOOED" along. After a snap mare, Flair locked in a side headlock but Thompson countered with a backdrop suplex. With both men down, Thompson crawled to his corner and tagged in Rockwell but Flair was able to get to Lesnar. This was a clash of titans but after the Rock Smasher, Rockwell looked like he was gonna put him away. But Thompson tagged himself into the match and went to the top rope. He dove at Lesnar with a cross body block but Lesnar caught him and went for a fallaway slam. Thompson showed some incredible agility by landing on his feet but just then, had his head kicked in by a Rockwell superkick that Lesnar ducked. Flair then came in and traded shots with Rockwell as Lesnar put Thompson away with the "F5". Chioda forced Flair out of the ring as Rockwell and Thompson exchanged words, both obviously not happy. But Rockwell took his eyes off the task at hand because of it and Lesnar lifted him up, putting him down with the "F5" and then tagging in Flair who covered Rockwell and hooked the leg as Chioda got down and made the 3 count. Match Time: 25:11 Survivors: Brock Lesnar and Ric Flair Ventura: "Put this one in the books Cole.... the fat lady has sung"! Cole: "A very unfortunate turn of events has derailed the efforts of Rockwell and Thompson here! Lesnar's team has won this thing"! LESNAR AND FLAIR CELEBRATED AS THE CROWD VEHEMENTLY BOOED. Ventura: "There they are Cole! There was talk earlier tonight about who the man is but if you ask me... Flair is the greatest of all time and if there's someone on PrimeTime who might be able to fill his shoes.... it's Brock Lesnar"! BACKSTAGE..... INSIDE A DIMLY LIT DRESSING ROOM, NEMESIS IS SHOWN LOOKING AT HIMSELF IN A SMALL MIRROR. SECONDS LATER, HE SMASHES THE MIRROR AGAINST THE WALL AND LEAVES THE ROOM. BACK TO THE ACTION, "THE GAME" BY MOTORHEAD HITS AND TRIPLE H STEPS OUT WITH HIS TEAM. Lawler: "Well you heard what Triple H told these guys.. they have incentive J.R. and they're gonna pull out all the stops"! "DOWN WITH THE SICKNESS" HITS AND AN ENGINE REVS AS HIGH OCTANE, SHAWN MICHAELS, MARK JINDRAK AND SHELTON BENJAMIN COME OUT TO A GREAT CHEER. J.R.: "Well ever since Triple H came into the position, he has avoided High Octane at all costs and I know these fans, myself included, would love to see nothing more than Damion West get the game out of that position"! J.R.: "Well I think our own owner Stephanie McMahon wants to see the same thing but these guys are gonna have to work overtime to out do the game J.R."! Deadly Games Elimination Match Triple H, Spawn and The Basham Brothers w/ Victoria vs. "High Octane" Damion West, Shawn Michaels, Shelton Benjamin and Mark Jindrak Before the bell sounded, High Octane went at Triple H and clotheslined him over the top rope and to the floor. He fell out with him and the 2 were at each others throats outside the ring. In the ring, Shawn Michaels escaped the russian leg sweep-clothesline combo from the Basham's and Jindrak caught Danny with a nice dropkick. Michaels then pasted Doug with the "Sweet Chin Music" and covered him for the elimination. Spawn came into the ring and clobbered Michaels with a clothesline but Jindrak, who was still in the ring, came from behind and spun the big man around, hitting him with 3 right hands. Jindrak then whipped Spawn to the ropes but missed with a dropkick as referee Charles Robinson finally got High Octane to go to his corner. Spawn put Jindrak down with a huge chokeslam and got the pin on him. But about 30 seconds later, High Octane avoided a big boot from Spawn and drilled him with the "Head on Collision", allowing him to finally pin the masked man. High Octane pulled himself up but Triple H was waiting with a kick to the gut and a punishing Pedigree, finishing a period that saw 3 eliminations in under 2 minutes. Triple H had some words for High Octane but Shelton Benjamin came into the ring and went straight at the game, a man he has had trouble with as well. After a belly to belly suplex, Benjamin went to the top rope and came flying off but Triple H kicked him in the abdominal region and hooked him up for the Pedigree, putting him down and pinning him. Shawn Michaels was left by himself and he was soon put down with Triple H's facebuster on the knee. After a big kneedrop, Triple H tagged in Danny Basham, his only remaining partner, but he came in and did a number on Michaels, focusing on his lower back. After a pendulum backbreaker, Basham told Victoria to get up onto the apron and he distracted Robinson as she hit Michaels with her flip over the rope legdrop. Basham then turned and covered him but Michaels was up at 2. Basham then shot him to the corner and charged in with a heavy clothesline. He then hoisted him onto his shoulders but Michaels escaped his clutches and caught him with the "Sweet Chin Music". He fell right into a cover and Basham was out. Down to a 1 on 1 situation, Helmsley wasted no time setting up his former best friend for the Pedigree. But Michaels had seen it one too many times and he countered with a backbody drop. Michaels then hit the ropes and went for a flying forearm but no one was home. Helmsley locked in an Indian deathlock and had Michaels in a lot of trouble but Michaels was able to get to the bottom rope to break the hold. Helmsley then shot him to the corner and lifted him to the top rope, looking for a superplex. But after he climbed up, Michaels pushed him to the mat. He then leaped off with a sunset flip. Triple H did his best to hold his balance and he took a swing straight down. But Michaels slid out of the way and sized Triple H up. Triple H ducked a clothesline when he turned but it was just bait as Michaels blasted him with the "Sweet Chin Music" and hooked the leg to get the 1.......2.......3. Match Time: 19:36 Sole Survivor: Shawn Michaels Lawler: "No, no, no, no"! J.R.: "The party is over for Triple H and if that's not poetic justice, I don't know what is! Ventura: "You've literally gotta go through fire to get to the title"! Flaming Cage/TWF Universal Title Match Challenger.... Bahamut vs. Travis Wakeman As the bell rang, a member of the crew started the cage ablaze and the fight was on. Wakeman went at the much bigger Bahamut like a wild man but Bahamut kept tossing him away until finally sticking a boot into his face. He followed that up with a heavy clothesline before making his first trip up the cage. Wakeman grabbed his right leg and just pulled him to the mat. Then it was a steady diet of right hands as it was evident Wakeman was in street fighting mode. Very few technical wrestling moves were used and that type of match favors Bahamut, which it did here. The cage was almost like a tag team partner for Bahamut as he threw Wakeman from one side to the other. He another attempt to get out but Wakeman followed. Both men were straddling the top of the cage and Wakeman rammed Bahamut's face into the steel, causing him to fall all the way to the mat! As the crowd chanted "HOLY SHIT", Wakeman flew off with legdrop but Bahamut rolled out of the way! He then made his way to the cage and began climbing but somehow, Wakeman got up and pulled him down. The two then traded shots but Bahamut kicked him in the stomach and locked in a front face lock. But Wakeman showed great ring presence, running and using the cage as a springboard for a swinging DDT. Wakeman then waited for him to get up and when he did, he kicked him straight in the groin before catching him with a wicked DDT. As the fans came to their feet, Wakeman climbed the cage and looked down, showing no fear as he jumped through the flames and to the floor. The bell rang to end the match and Wakeman was handed the Universal Title as "Make Way" hit again. Match Time: 12:39 Cole: "It's over.... Wakeman has won it"! Lawler: "He rubbed Nemesis the wrong way when he asked him to remove the paint! Nemesis didn't see that as help J.R."! TWF World Title Match Challenger.... Nemesis vs. The Undertaker The match ended with an all out war between the veteran Undertaker and the man many say is ready to take his place. After an initial tradeoff of punches, Nemesis got in a kick to the gut before whipping Taker to the corner. When he came out, he backdropped him. Nemesis drove a forearm into his face and went for a cover but Undertaker was up at 1. Nemesis pulled him up and Undertaker jab him in the ribs before overtaking him with his fists. Taker then hit a vertical suplex followed by a high elevation elbow drop. He went for a cover but could barely even get a 1 count. Nemesis seemed to be imprevious to pain as Taker could not slow him down and off an irish whip, Nemesis caught him with a flying clothesline before taking a page right out of Taker's book and delivering the top rope walking flying forearm smash. Nemesis then chose the right leg of the champion as his focal point. He locked in a side leg lock and Taker did his best to fight off the pain before Nemesis got up and turned it into a figure 4. Taker was able to reach one of his arms out and grab the bottom rope. Nemesis was in firm control as he whipped Taker into the ropes and slapped a hand around his throat, looking for a chokeslam. But Undertaker elbowed his way out of it and delivered a chokeslam of his own. He went into a cover but Nemesis was up at 2. Taker then he a big legdrop on Nemesis before setting him up for the "Last Ride" only to have Nemesis counter with a backdrop. Nemesis then went for the "Shut Down" and he got him up but Taker slipped off his back by wiggling his legs free and then scooped him up, resorting to the Tombstone. Undertaker then hooked the leg of Nemesis deep to get the 1........2......3. Match Time: 11:00 "YOU'RE GONNA PAY" HIT AND THE FANS LOUDLY CHEERED AS UNDERTAKER WAS HANDED HIS BELT.
