Weapons were strewn about as the war began. The first highlight of the match came when Essa Rios came flying over the top rope onto Tajiri outside the ring. Rios got him back in the ring and hit him with a trash can lid, follwed by his beautiful moonsault to put him out. A few seconds later, Raven hit Rios with the "Raven Effect" on a stop sign but Maddogg came over and attacked his former leader with a metal object. But Raven slid out of the ring amidst all the confusion and came out from the other side, smashing Blackman in the head with a fire extinguisher to put him out. Much to the surorise of many, Nuke and Nails hadn't crossed paths. Blood covered the canvas after Maddogg busted Al Snow open with a pair of bolt cutters. Soon, every man was outside the ring except for Raven, who sqauted in the corner and watched the other men pound on each other. Meanwhile, Al Snow and Maddogg were engaged in a brutal fight. Soon, Rios got between them and was crushed with the bolt cutters by Maddogg and eliminated. Al Snow continued to throw blows with Maddogg as Nails and Nuke double teamed Raven. Raven took an extreme beating as Maddogg pulled out another dangerous weapon- brass knucks! He hit Raven and then connected with Snow, busting them both open. Maddogg then pinned Raven, ending his long reign as champ and rolled over on Snow, pinning him! Maddogg was left against the surprisingly united Nuke and Nails. He put up a good fight but after a double powerbomb on 3 set up chairs, that was all he could take as Nuke pinned him. Nails and Nuke took a long look at each other across the ring and then went at it, title up for grabs. It was a fierce fight. Nails gained control with a running ddt and then grabbed the fire poker. But this fire poker was wrapped in barb wire! Still at ringside, Maddogg threw his pair of bolt cutters and struck Nails in the back. As he turned around to see who threw them, Nuke came to his feet, spun him around and kicked him in the abdomen. He then delivered the "Atom Bomb" on a pile of thumb tacks to defeat Nails and win the title!

Heyman:"I gotta say it, that was EXTREME"!

Heenan:"That was psychotic! I've never seen anything like that in my life"!

J.R.:"Welcome to the TWF brain, where the real big boys play".

MOLLY HOLLY'S MUSIC HITS

Heyman:"Oh here we go, time for the women"!

J.R.:"This much will be alot like the last one. Last woman remaining will win it".

The champion was at a definite disadvantage here. Molly started off against Tori as Lita and Lopez tangled. Lopez used a quick victory roll on Lita to catch her by surprise, getting a long 2 count. However, Molly was the first one eliminated moments later when Lita caught her with a spinning hurracanrana, ensuring a new champion. Lita and Lopez then double teamed Tori as Lita suplexed her and Lopez came flying off the top rope with a moonsault to pin her arch rival. But Lita immediately went after Lopez, ramming her head in the mat 6 times. But Lopez surprised her agian, this time with a schoolboy to get a long 2 count. But Lita got up and caught her with the twisting hurracanrana into a pin to once again claim the Women's title"!

J.R.:"Lita's done it! What a match"!

Heyman:"Do I need to remind anyone where Lita came from? She's extreme"!

Heenan:"I've heard the women's divison was competitive here but that was unreal".

J.R.:"We've had two matches and two titles change hands. But we're gonna switch gears here a bit. Take a look at this".

FOOTAGE OF PERRY SATURN DUMPING A BOWL OF PUNCH OVER TERRI ON RAW A FEW WEEKS AGO ON RAW IS SHOWN.

PERRY SATURN'S MUSIC HITS

Heyman:"As Saturn comes out, we have another subject to talk about J.R., the lightheavyweight title match".

J.R.:"That's right Paul, as Free 4 All went off the air last night, Weapon R hit the man who won the tournament, Juventud Guerrera, with a steel chair from behind and we have been told that Guerrera suffered a major concussion".

Heenan:"Well is he gonna compete"?

This was a mediocre matchup which had trouble keeping the fans interest. Bulldog pulled off a nice dropkick followed by a piledriver. But he made a rookie mistake by turning his back on Saturn. Saturn came from behind with a clothesline and then grabbed Terri by the hair. Bulldog charged but Saturn moved and he hit Terri, knocking her to the floor. Saturn capitalized by rolling him up for the win.

Heyman:"Saturn made him pay for his mistake boys".

J.R.:"Well folks, we're off to a quick start at Wrestlemania. What do ya think brain"?

Heenan:"Oh it's great and it's only gonna get better"!

Doctor:"Juventud, the concussion is too severe. You're risking permanent damage going out there".

Guerrera:"Doc, nothing will keep me from going out there".

J.R.:"Well folks, apparently Juventud will take on Weapon R tonight. But last night on Free 4 All, Bull Buchanan and The Goodfather won a battle royale to earn a shot at The Dudleys tonight".

Heyman:"Here's an interesting scenario. What if RTC wins the titles but Richards loses to HBK"?

J.R.:"That is an interesting scenario".

RTC had a good gameplan here. They kept Buh Buh out of the ring and isolated D-Von. D-Von took a ton of punishment from both men. As Bull and Buh Buh went at it in the front row, Goodfather dropped D-Von with his jumping shoulderbreaker and got a long 2 count before Buh Buh came flying in to make the save. Moments later, Buh Buh was finally tagged in but RTC used great tag team technique against him as well. After hanging tough in a long match, The Dudleys took over. The fans erupted as they cleaned house. But referee Jack Doan lost control and all 4 men were in the ring. The Goodfather and D-Von went outside the ring and fought. As Bull whipped Buh Buh into the ropes, The Goodfather smacked a steel chair across his back, unbeknownst to Doan. Bull then pulled off a move that stunned everyone. He caught Buh Buh with a hurracanrana into a pinning predicament and RTC left with the titles.

Heenan:"My gosh, I've never seen a man his size do a move like that"!

Heyman:"But what if Richards loses? RTC is no more, right"?

J.R.:"Well this is a huge miscarriage of justice and another example of why there needs to be two referees assigned to all tag team matches".

AS THE DUDLEYS TRY TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HAPPENED, 2 OF THE TWF'S MOST RECENT SIGNINGS COME OUT OF THE CROWD AND ASSAULT THEM.

Heenan:"Wait a minute, that's Shawn O'haire and Chuck Palumbo"!

Heyman:"What the hell are they doing"?

J.R.:"As you all probably know, the TWF purchased WCW yesterday and some of their wrestlers have decided to come here".

JERRY LYNN'S MUSIC HITS

Heenan:"This will be the fourth title match tonigh".

Heyman:"And so far, all the champions have lost".

J.R.:"The European title will be on the line momentarily but we have just received word that Juventud Guerrera got a call from his family and they have convinced him not to compete tonight".

Heyman:"What about the lightheavyweight title match"?

Jerry Lynn came in with the mindset that he was gonna win it easily. But Norton showed a dominant side no one knew existed. Norton used a spinning clothesline followed by a hard knifedge chop to slow Lynn down. He then caught him with a spinning back drop and a running clothesline that made him do a 360. Smelling victory, Norton put it away with his "Bankruptcy" manuever.

Heenan:"Finally someone's retained their title".

Heyman:"I must admit, that was impressive".

J.R.:"That may be the quickest match in Wrestlemania history"!

WEAPON R's MUSIC HITS

Heenan:"Apparently, this guy's gonna come out here and accept a forfeit victory".

J.R.:"I guess cause Juvi's not gonna compete".

COMMISSIONER FOLEY APPEARS ON THE TWF TRON.

Foley:"Hey Weapon R, I know you thought you didn't have to defend your title tonight cause you concussed the man who won the tournament last night. Well remember your old friend Bruce Pritchard, head scout for the TWF? Well, he's found a last minute opponent. Have a nice day"!

AN UNFAMILIAR THEME HITS AS BILLY KIDMAN COMES OUT.

J.R.:"It's Billy Kidman! You gotta be kiddin' me"!

Heenan:"I don't know much about this Weapon R, but I know this won't be a walk in the park for him".

Heyman:"Yes! This is a dream match"!

The crowd was pumped to see the TWF debut of Kidman but Weapon R was ready. Weapon R caught him off guard and his quick, martial arts tactics were something Kidman wasn't used to. Kidman had his moments, especially after connecting with a tornado ddt. But he came running off the ropes right into a superkick from Weapon R that knocked a tooth loose. In severe pain, Kidman fell victim to Weapon R's spinning powerbomb.

Heyman:"Wow! Is there anyone in the world who can defeat this man"?

J.R.:"That's a good question Paul".

Heenan:"I'm definitely a believer".

TRIPLE H AND STEPHANIE BARGE IN.

Foley:"Oh, hey guys".

Triple H:"Enough games Foley. You wanna keep my opponent tonight a secret, that's fine, but if I defeat this guy, I wanna shot at the TWF title at Foul Play".

Foley:"Ok, I'll take it under advisement".

Stephanie:"Your mystery man's gonna need some advisement after tonight".

THEY TURN AND WALK OUT; SLAMMING THE DOOR.

Heyman:"Why won't Foley just say who it is"?

J.R.:"That's right folks, our next pay-per-view event is Foul Play and it will come your way next month from The Ice Palace in Tampa, Florida".

FOOTAGE OF THE RIVALRY BETWEEN STRIFE AND BAHAMUT IS SHOWN.

Heyman:"Well Bobby, if you think you've seen it all, wait till you see this match".

STRIFE'S MUSIC HITS.

J.R.:"Careers could be changed forever! It's the Elevated Fall match"!

This was the match of the night up to this point. It was clear early that Strife was the stronger of the two. He used that advantage to try and muscle Bahamut out. Nearly out 4 times, Bahamut refused to take the fall. In one instance, Bahamut came off an irsih whip and Strife backdropped him out. Strife thought it was over but Bahamut had caught himself on the bottom rope and pulled himself back in. The two men hammered each other, showing their pure hatred for one another. After hitting the "Wings of Bahamut", Bahamut had the big guy halfway out but Strife poked him in the eyes. Then Strife bounced off the ropes and jumped but Bahamut caught him, spun around and his momentum carried Strife over! Strife came crashing from 15 feet in the air through the spnish announce table!

HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! CHANTS WERE HEARD THROUGHOUT THE GARDEN.

J.R.:"Oh my god! In twenty five years in the business, I've never seen anything like that in my life"!

Heyman:"Is this fued over? Is Strife's career over"?

Heenan:"This has been an unbelievable night! Did you hear that thud"?

J.R.:"Our thoughts and prayers go out to Strife. It's to bad it had to come to that".

FOOTAGE OF THE SITUATION BETWEEN THE HARDY BOYZ IS SHOWN.

Heyman:"In just a second, one of the most popular tag teams ever will have a wedge driven between them".

J.R.:"This will be a great match. Let's hope these two brothers can keep their cool".

This was wrestling at it's best! Jeff was in complete control early but Matt reversed that by slowing the pace and making it a technical match. The 2 knew each other in and out and it made for some great action. After both men came off the ropes, they knocked heads. Matt got to his feet first and went up top. He went for a 450 splash but Jeff got his knees up in his midsection. Jeff was looking good at this point as he hit his brother with a flying clothesline. Jeff signaled for the fans to get up, and they did, as he went for his Swanton Bomb. However, Matt rolled out of the way and waited to finish his younger sibling. Jeff staggered to his feet and backed right into the sleeper drop and Matt got the pin.

Afterwards, Matt helped Jeff up and extended his hand. Jeff shook his hand and the two embraced, to the delight of the crowd.

J.R.:"That a way guys".

Heyman:"Oh, isn't that sweet".

Heenan:"Now that's action I gaurantee you won't see anywhere else".

WILLIAM REGAL'S MUSIC HITS.

J.R.:"Well folks, here comes William Regal of Corporation X as we are set for the brahma bullrope match".

Heyman:"Wait'll you hear the ovation for The Rock, Bobby"!

The intensity was etched all over The Rock's face as he and Regal each took an end of a 10 foot rope and tied it to their wrist. The match started and Regal took out Rock's knee. He used a variety of submission holds, using the rope for as much leverage as he could get. But The Rock came back with his spinebuster. He then jerked the rope towards him and hit Regal with a ddt in 1 swift motion. But anything was legal here as Regal lowblowed him and ripped off a turnbuckle pad, exposing a steel ring. Regal rammed Rock's face into this, opening up a cut. But Rock fought back behind an energized crowd. But after a samoan drop, Shane McMahon made his way down the ramp. The Rock climbed the ropes and yelled at Shane. But Regal climbed up with him and tied the bullrope around his arms. He then performed a double underhook suplex and Rock's arms came down in a hideous looking way. Regal covered him for the 1-2-3.

Match Time: 10:43

J.R.:"Well Regal's won this one but The Rock's in pain".

Heenan:"Both his arms may be broken".

As Shane and Regal leave, EMT's rush to the ring and load Rock onto a stretcher.

J.R.:"The Rock will be going to a nearby hospital and we will keep you updated on his status as we receive any information".

FOOTAGE OF THE SHAMROCK-BENOIT FUED IS SHOWN.

Heyman:"You just saw Shamrock break the wrist of Benoit which is exactly why Benoit found a man to eliminate him tonight".

DREW BLOOD'S MUSIC HITS; HE COMES OUT WEARING A TRENCH COAT AND CARRYING A GOBLET.

J.R.:"And this is the man he found. He's known as Drew Blood".

Shamrock was like a wild animal here. He tackled Drew Blood immediately and began to go to town on his face until referee Teddy Long called for a break. He hit him with 1 of his trademark belly to belly suplexes and then began to work on his lower leg. But Shamrock put his head down too early after an irish whip and caught a piledriver. But to Drew Bloods dismay, Shamrock got right up and roundhouse kicked him. He then pinned him with a fisherman suplex.

Match Time: 3:03

But Shamrock wasn't done. He locked on the ankle lock until Chris Benoit came out with a steel chair and hammered him with it. Benoit then slapped Drew Blood across the face and asked for a microphone.

Benoit:"I guess I have to do this myself huh? I hired an incompetent loser to do my work".

With that, Benoit tossed the microphone aside and put the Crossface on Shamrock, broken wrist and all. Drew Blood grabbed the chair and nailed Benoit with it. Shamrock came to his feet and Blood cracked him with the chair as well.

Heyman:"What the hell is goin' on here"?

J.R.:"I don't know what to make of this".

Heenan:"What else is gonna happen tonight"?

Michael Cole:"I'm standing here with the Right to Censor. First off, congratulations Bull and Goodfather, new tag team champions. Now Steven, HBK is the man you idolized for nearly ten years. Do you really wanna end his career"?

Richards:"Well ya see, I'm not the one who told him to put his career on the line. He couldn't see that we were just trying to help he and his family. But I idolized him, I emulated him, I wanted to be him. But when I came to the TWF, I was a nobody in his eyes. So Michael Cole, ending his career will just be an added bonus".

FOOTAGE OF THE LEVIATHAN ATTCKING KANE ON RAW IS SHOWN.

J.R.:"Up next folks is one of our big matches. No, this isn't taking place in hell. These are two monsters hellbent on destroying each other.

THE LEVIATHAN'S MUSIC HITS; HE COMES OUT WITH PAUL BEARER.

"Well we all know that Paul Bearer is Kane's father. He said he wants The Leviathan to put an end to Kane in order to end all his misery Kane put him through as a young child".

Heenan:"I know I'm a new guy here, but Kane looks more like a victim to me".

This was a classic which went way longer than expected. It could have gone either way as The Leviathan gave Kane all he could handle. The Leviathan dominated Kane like no one before him with headbutts and blatant chokes. But Kane would not stay down. It seemed as if he'd have to be run over by a diesel. But Leviathan kept the abuse coming until Kane caught him with a boot to the face. He then picked him up with a military press and dropped him flat on his face in an awesome display of power. This led to the Tombstone but The Leviathan kicked out at 2! Kane had to Tombstone him a second time to get the pin.

Match Time: 14:05

After the match, Kane grabbed a hold of his father, Paul Bearer, by the throat and chokeslammed him hard to send a lasting message.

Heyman:"Oh boy Kane, I think you'll pay for that one"!

Heenan:"That was a battle that will go down in history"!

J.R.:"This one, I gaurantee ya, isn't over! We have also just received word that X-rays were taken at a New York hospital and they revealed that The Rock has suffered two broken arms".

Heyman:"Ouch".

Heenan:"Did I call that or what"?

FOOTAGE OF WHAT'S LED TO THE AUSTIN-JERICHO MATCH IS SHOWN.

CHRIS JERICHO'S MUSIC HITS.

J.R.:"Here's the match I feel can steal the show. Two of the greatest competitors in the TWF are about to lock horns".

Heenan:"This is another dream match".

This was a quick match, in which, to the surprise of many, Jericho controlled. He used his quickness to avoid the rattlesnake and employed a hit and run technique. But Austin caught him and began to stomp a mudhole through him. But Austin mistakenly tried for the Stunner too early and caught a low blow from Y2J which went undetected by referee Mike Chioda. Jericho then lifted him for a double powerbomb, dropping him hard on his neck. Y2J covered Austin and won it!

Match Time: 4:33

Heenan:"What an upset"!

J.R.:"You got that right! That'll go a long way in solidifying Y2J's career as a top notch superstar".

FOOTAGE OF THE UNDERTAKER-ANDRE FUED IS SHOWN.

Heyman:"Yeah, that really stole the show J.R., here's the one I've been waiting for".

CORPORATION X'S MUSIC HITS AS ANDRE THE GIANT COMES OUT.

J.R.:"A little over a month ago, that man cost The Undertaker the TWF title".

Heenan:"Well I've known Andre forever and he's one of the scariest men to get in that ring with".

This one didn't last long. The 2 began the match by trading punchs until Andre got the advantage with several headbutts and a bodyslam. But Andre's feet failed him as the deadman was too quick. Undertaker fought back with stinging right hands and with the giant wobbling, came off the ropes with a running ddt to get the pin.

Match Time: 3:27

Heyman:"You forgot Bobby, The Undertaker IS the scariest individual to get into the ring with"!

Heenan:"All I can say again is WOW"!

J.R.:"That win puts The Undertaker right back in the title hunt".

Michael Cole:"HBK, you heard the comments made earlier by your opponent tonight, Steven Richards. Will you wrestle your last match tonight"?

Michaels:"Well I'm certainly not plannin' on it. I mean, this is Wrestlemania. The event I made famous. I'm gonna go out there and do what I do better than anyone else and that's putting on a show for the fans. Steven Richards, your group has met it's end. You will find out why I'm known as the main event. You will remember why you tried to emulate me. And even though there's some idiot in the MFW callin' himself The Showstoppa, well I'm the original Showstopper pal. So Michael Cole, to answer your question, no, this won't be my last match".

RIGHT TO CENSOR'S MUSIC HITS; STEVEN RICHARDS COMES OUT.

J.R.:"Well hold onto your seats everybody. Is it the end of RTC or the end of one of the greatest careers of all time"?

Heyman:"Hopefully the first thing you said".

Richards came out with Bull Buchanan and The Goodfather for backup. But it didn't matter. HBK taught Richards a lesson he won't soon forget. After a flying elbow off the top rope found it's mark, Bull and The Goodfather got up on the apron. But just as quickly, HBK knocked 'em down. As he turned around, Richards went for the "Steven Kick" but Michaels ducked and caught him flush in the face with "Sweet Chin Music"! Michaels covered for the 1-2-3 as the capacity crowd went nuts!

Match Time: 3:10

J.R.:"That's it. Say goodbye RTC, you're outta here"!

Heyman:"I love it"!

Heenan:"HBK's legacy continues".

Triple H wasn't intimidated by the biggest name in the history of the business. He dished out a ton of punishment to Hogan with his main moves, the flying knee and the facebuster. Then Hogan took everyone back in the day as he began to shake his head and suddenly seemed impervious to pain. After his set up, the big boot, Stephanie got up and distracted referee Tim White. Hogan went and grabbed her by the hair but Helmsley came from behind and rolled him up, hooking the tights to get the pin.

Match Time: 3:57

Heyman:"He did it! He beat the immortal"!

J.R.:"He hooked the tights! Come on ref"!

Heenan:"Now, will Foley give Triple H that title shot"?

Suddenly, Triple H sets Hogan up for the Pedigree but Hogan backdropped him to counter it. He hit Triple H with a clothesline which knocked him out of the ring. Stephanie came in and jumped on Hogan's back. But Hogan flipped her off and came off the rope, dropping his trademark legdrop on her! As Hogan's music plays, he does his traditional in ring routine for the fans.

J.R.:"Only at Wrestlemania! This is great".

Michael Cole:"Val Venis, have you properly trained for this match"?

Venis:"What do you think? Of course I have".

Trish:"Unlike some people, we won't mention names, Val can go nonstop for sixty minutes".

Cole:"What role will you play in this match Trish"?

Trish:"The role of putting the belt around my man's waist when the time expires".

J.R.:"What a tramp".

Heyman:"She's awesome J.R.".

Heenan:"Seems cheap to me but I'd do her".

TRAVIS WAKEMAN'S MUSIC HITS AS HOWARD FINKEL EXPLAINS THE IRON MAN MATCH RULES.

J.R.:"Well here we go folks, sixty minutes, the man with the most decisions at the end leaves with the title"!

The atmosphere was electric as the bell sounded. Both men started with a laid back approach. The first fall came 8 and a half minutes into the match when Val rolled Wakeman up as he was distracted by Trish. Venis used his legs for tremendous leverage to pin him. Wakeman got up and rammed Venis' head into the steel ring post, opening a cut over his eyes. With 49 minutes to go, how much of a factor would this be. Val continously used a single leg crab to hamper the lower back of Wakeman. But Wakeman would then kick it into high gear, catching Venis with a swinging sambo suplex and a hard sit down powerbomb. With 43 minutes left, Wakeman locked in an inescapable full nelson-camel clutch combo and Val tapped out, making it 1-1. The fight then carried outside where the 2 fought for nearly 5 minutes. Val choked Wakeman with a nearby electrical cord and many felt a DQ was necessary. But referee Earl Hebner let it go and Wakeman eventually got out. As fatigue started to set in, it was clear this was a classic in the making. It was a matter of which man was in better conditon. The two would then kick out of several pinning situations. Wakeman escaped a nice fisherman suplex and a powerbomb and Val got out of a big splash off the top rope and a textbook float over suplex. The fans rose and began to clap in appreciation of what they were witnessing. Wakeman then got Venis up in the torcher rack but Val got free after a thumb to the eyes. After a crushing clothesline made Val do a flip, Wakeman took him outside and belly to belly suplexed him through the announce table! With under 5 minutes left, the 2 men fought up and down the aisle, tied 1-1. The fight went back to the ring and with under a minute left, Val whipped Wakeman into the ropes and Trish threw a steel chair at him from the floor. But Wakeman ducked and the flying chair nailed Val. With time running out, Wakeman dropped Val with the "Royal Flush" to get the pin with just seconds left. Realizing Wakeman had won it, Trish came in and hugged King T. But Wakeman picked her up and planted her with the Royal Flush as well and raised the title up in victory!

J.R.:"Wakeman is the champion! What a match and what a way to drop the tramp"!

Heyman:"Wakeman truly is an iron man. That was unbelievable".

Heenan:"This Wrestlemania had it all! I'm just glad that I'm part of such a great organization".

J.R.:"As am I Bobby, this will certainly go down as the greatest pay-per-view event of all time"!
