FROM THERE, IMAGES OF SEVERAL SUPERSTARS FROM THE PRIMETIME DIVISION ARE SHOWN, AS A RASPY VOICE IS HEARD.

Audio Voiceover: "Tonight........ several gladiators will step into the battlefield, ready for combat.

"I DON'T WANNA STOP" BY OZZY OSBOURNE PLAYS BEFORE BOBBY LASHLEY AND AXL IRVIN ARE SHOWN.

Blood will be spilled......

DEUCE AND DOMINO ARE SHOWN SITTING IN ONE OF THEIR 1950s VEHICLES, FOLLOWED BY SHAWN MICHAELS AND JORDAN ROCKWELL.

There will be the cheers of victory...... the agony of defeat.

CM PUNK AND EDGE ARE SHOWN.

Individual accolades, titles, and even careers will be at stake.

PJ CASH IS SHOWN WITH MONEY RAINING DOWN ON HIM, FOLLOWED BY THE LEGENDARY FACE OF RIC FLAIR.

AFTER THE SHOT FADES TO BLACK FOR 3 SECONDS, RANDY ORTON IS SHOWN WITH THE TWF UNIVERSAL TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST. HIS FACE DISPLAYS AN EAR TO EAR GRIN.

But no matter what these men bring to the ring..... there is one thing they are in search of the most..........

A SHADOWY FIGURE MAKES HIS WAY DOWN WHAT APPEARS TO BE A DARK ALLEY. WHEN THE PERSON STEPS INTO THE SHOT OF A STREETLIGHT, IT IS SHOWN TO BE JOHN CENA, A CALM, CONFIDENT LOOK ABOUT HIM.

THE CAMERA THEN TAKES US INSIDE THE QWEST CENTER AND A VERY IMPRESSIVE PYRO DISPLAY OPENS THINGS UP. THE PYRO CONCLUDES WITH A SET OF RED, WHITE AND BLUE FIREWORKS, AND THE CROWD IS CHEERING INCREDIBLY LOUD.

A STEEL CAGE HAS BEEN PLACED OVER THE RING AND THE CROWD IS READY FOR THE OPENING BOUT AS A HUGE "LASHLEY" CHANT BREAKS OUT. BUT FIRST, "THE REALEST" BY YOUNG JEEZY COMES ON AND AXL IRVIN MAKES HIS WAY OUT, ALONG WITH TRACI BROOKS, WHO IS WEARING A PAIR OF TIGHT BLACK PANTS, AND A SHORT WHITE HALTER TOP.

Michael Cole: "Thank you for joining us here on pay-per-view, we are live in Omaha, Nebraska and what an event this is sure to be"!

JBL: "The only thing to go out of the house for in Nebraska is Cornhusker football, Michael, and even though you don't know a damn thing about football, I'll let you in on the fact that we're in the offseason, and this is the biggest event possibly in the history of Omaha"!

THE FANS BREAK OUT INTO A HUGE CHEER AS BOBBY LASHLEY's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT FOLLOWED BY AN EXPLOSION OF PYRO. AXL IS INSIDE THE CAGE, GETTING LOOSE AND LISTENING TO A WHISPER IN THE EAR FROM TRACI AS THE MASSIVE LASHLEY MAKES HIS WAY TO THE RING.

Cole: "And on the day before our nation celebrates it's independence, how fitting is it that we start this night off with a man who served in the Army"?

JBL: "Bobby Lashley is a true proud American, Michael, and I can respect him for that. But tonight, he faces a man who has made a career out of making believers out of people like you and I. A man who won the Universal title inside an Elimination Chamber, when no one even thought he should be in the match! Lashley may be bigger, he may be stronger and he may be more athletic, but do not count out Axl Irvin".

Steel Cage Match

Axl Irvin w/ Traci Brooks vs. Bobby Lashley

When the bell sounded, Axl was alert to a major mistake by the outside referee, Mickey Henson. Henson forgot to lock the cage door shut, and Axl went for it, nearly getting out. Lashley grabbed his right leg and with all his might, yanked him back in. Henson slammed the door shut and Axl was inside with the beast known as Lashley. Lashley grabbed him by the throat and tried to get him up for a military press, but Axl raked his hand across his eyes to break free. After a kick to the back of each of Lashley's legs, Axl ran him into the cage wall with all the force he could get. Lashley tried to shake off the effects, but Axl used a double ax handle across the back before whipping him to the corner. Axl ran in but Lashley pushed him over his head. Showing dexterity, Axl was able to latch on to the cage and he began to climb out. He was halfway up before Lashley realized it and he grabbed the back of Axl's pants. Traci was yelling for Axl to get free, but Lashley's strength prevailed as he pulled Axl to the mat. Rejuventated, Lashley smashed Axl with a clothesline before pulling him up and whipping him right into the cage. Axl was in trouble as Lashley got him onto his shoulder, but Axl avoided the running powerslam and took advantage of the fact that there were no disqualifications, kicking Lashley right in the crotch area. Lashley went down to his knees in pain and, seeing a huge opening, Axl made another attempt to escape. But Traci pointed back, showing Axl that Lashley was getting up. From the top turnbuckle, Axl flew off but Lashley incredibly just speered him right out of mid air. The crowd was on their feet after the back of Axl's head smashed off the mat, and Lashley made the cover for the 1.......2........3.

Match Time: 3:18

Cole: "Are you kidding me?! Did you see what Bobby Lashley just did"?!

JBL: "When you're not a high flyer, you don't fly, simple as that! That's why you never saw me come off the top rope"!

THE CAGE WAS LIFTED OVER THE RING AND TRACI RUSHED IN TO CHECK ON AXL, WHO LOOKED LIKE HE WAS BARELY CONCIOUS. LASHLEY's MUSIC LOUDLY PLAYED AND HE STAYED INSIDE THE RING, PLAYING TO THE CROWD, WHO WAS HEAVILY BEHIND HIM.

Cole: "A great start to Payback and a huge victory for Bobby Lashley in what was a rubber match between these two men"!

BACKSTAGE AREA.....

IN THE BACK, MARIA IS STANDING BY WITH DAIVARI, WHO HAS THE LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT TITLE OVER HIS SHOULDER.

Maria: "Daivari, tonight you will be putting your TWF Lightheavyweight title on the line against the mysterious Black Tiger. This guy hasn't lost a match, are you at all nervous about facing him"?

Daivari (laughs): "Do I look nervous? I mean, what would prompt you to ask me a question like that, Maria? I am going to go out there tonight and show these people how a real champion defends their title, something their precious Cornhuskers have never done. Black Tiger, Blue Cat, Yellow Dog, I don't care who comes to the ring tonight.... the title is staying with me".

DAIVARI WALKS AWAY AS THE SHOT GOES TO ANOTHER PART OF THE BACKSTAGE AREA, WHERE DUECE, DOMINO AND CHERRY PULL UP IN A TURQUOISE BLUE, 1965 CHEVY MALIBU. THEY ALL GET OUT OF THE CAR AS A SECURITY GUARD COMES UP.

Domino: "Ya see dis....... make sure it stays right there, got it"?!

Deuce: "Got it"?!

DEUCE AND DOMINO WALK AWAY AS CHERRY GIVES THE SECURITY GUARD A LOOK, BEFORE SKATING AWAY.

"MY NAME IS FINLAY, AND I LOVE TO FIGHT" IS HEARD AND FINLAY COMES OUT AS HIS IRISH TUNE BEGINS TO PLAY, CARRYING HIS SHILLELAGH. HE IS MET BY A PLETHORA OF BOOS.

Cole: "Well if I'm Deuce and Domino, I'm worried about me street fight tonight, not some car".

JBL: "This company from a man who drives a Saturn. If you had any kind of appreciation for cars, Michael, you'd know what a fine piece of machinery that is"!

Cole: "Okay, we've already established I know nothing about football and I know nothing about cars, let's talk wrestling, shall we"?

JBL: "Fine, let's talk about this man, known as the Belfast Bruiser. Finlay has come here tonight to beat somebody up! I gotta tell ya, after I leave this place tonight, I might ask Finlay if he wants to go out for a Guinness or something"!

"DOWN WITH THE SICKNESS" BY DISTURBED COMES ON AND HIGH OCTANE COMES OUT TO A VERY POSITIVE RESPONSE.

Cole: "I don't know, John, there might not be a whole lot to go out and celebrate if this man has anything to say about it"!

JBL: "High Octane is a great athlete, he moves around the ring very well and he's as quick as anyone we've ever seen here! But if this turns into a brawl, like Finlay wants it to, he doesn't stand a chance"!

Cole: "Ever since High Octane came over to PrimeTime in the recent draft lottery, Finlay has taken a strong dislike to him, and has been out to show him that PrimeTime is quote, 'much rougher and tougher than Rampage'.

JBL: "So far, Damion West has been up to the challenge as far as Finlay goes, but I predict that all ends tonight"!

Finlay vs. "High Octane" Damion West

The bell sounded and the two men got nose to nose. Referee Charles Robinson tried to get in between them, but they started slugging away. After a whip kick to the midsection, High Octane caught Finlay with a spin kick to the face before whipping him to the corner. Octane followed in, jumping up to the middle turnbuckle, but Finlay pushed him down and got a hold of his right leg. That's when the very sound gameplan of Finlay kicked in. After dropping an elbow on the right knee, Finlay pulled and twisted at the knee. He then got up, spinning the knee and yanking it in several awkward positions. West used his left leg to try to kick Finlay off, but Finlay went after that leg next and after attacking it, he locked in a single leg crab. It looked like West might tap out early, but he hung tough and willed his way to the ropes to earn a break. Finlay stayed on him though, dropping a falling axe handle on the back of his head. Finlay then picked West up and drove him into the corner before burying his right shoulder into his abdomen. Finlay then backed up and ran in, but West had a big knee waiting for him, and he caught him right in the head. Octane ran out, but Finlay threw him over his head with a belly to belly. Finlay went over into a cover, but West was up at 2. The match continued, with Finlay the aggressor. After some hard European uppercuts, Finlay shot West to the corner again but this time he ran into a kick to the face. Octane tried to hit the "Head on Collision", but Finlay saw it coming and moved. He then whipped Octane to the ropes, but Octane came off with a well placed flying forearm, knocking Finlay to the mat. He then went to the middle turnbuckle and came off with an elbow drop, covering Finlay and hooking the right leg, but a 2 count was all he got. Octane tried to pull the Irishman up, but Finlay drove a headbutt right into his gut. He then got a hold of his shillelagh, but Robinson saw him and grabbed it. The two struggled over the weapon, but Finlay finally gave in and let him have it. But as Robinson was disposing of the shillelagh, Finlay lowblowed High Octane! He then hit the ropes and with Octane bent over, he kicked him in an upward motion, like punt in football, and Octane fell back, out cold. Finlay covered him and Robinson turned to make the 3 count.

Match Time: 4:52

Cole: "Oh come on! That was all planned out by Finlay"!

JBL: "Somebody might wanna get in there and scour the mat for High Octane's teeth"!

Cole: "I think Finlay knew he couldn't beat him, so he had to revert to cheap, underhanded tactics"!

FINLAY's MUSIC PLAYED AND THE OMAHA CROWD LOUDLY BOOED AS HE LEFT WITH HIS SHILLELAGH RAISED IN THE AIR.

JBL: "What?! This is wrestling, Michael, where you win at all costs! It's not chess or checkers, Finlay won the match"!

BACKSTAGE AREA........

IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA, A LOT OF COMMOTION IS HEARD COMING FROM A DRESSING ROOM. CAMERAS IN THE BACK MOVE IN, AND FIND A DOOR HALFWAY OPEN. INSIDE, PJ CASH IS SHOWN WITH 2 VERY LOVELY LADIES, EACH SITTING ON ONE SIDE OF HIS LAP. CASH IS HAVING A GREAT TIME AS THE WOMEN TAKE TURNS FEEDING HIM WHAT APPEARS TO BE VARIOUS FRUITS.

THE CROWD LOUDLY POPS WHEN THE HARDY's MUSIC HITS AND THEY COME OUT, PLAYING TO THE CROWD AS THEY MAKE THEIR WAY TO THE RING.

Cole: "We are ready for some six man tag team action, but for a man looking at the biggest match of his young career, I wouldn't expect PJ Cash to be behaving like that, John".

JBL: "It's called confidence, Michael. He may be just twenty one years old, but he is exuding the confidence that will defeat the greatest of all time tonight, Ric Flair"!

"REPEAT OFFENDER" BY TRAPT COMES ON AND GABRIEL CROSS MAKES HIS WAY TO THE RING. HE GETS A DECENT CHEER.

Cole: "The very disciplined Gabriel Cross will team with Matt and Jeff Hardy tonight as they try to put some kind of blemish on this ECW contingent here in the TWF".

THE LIGHTS GO OUT AND BOOS IMMEDIATELY FILL THE ARENA AS "MISERIA CANTARE" BY AFI COMES ON AND SONNY ONOO LEADS THE BLOOD BROTHERS AND KATO OUT FROM THE ECW ENTRANCE IN THE CROWD. AS THEY MAKE THEIR WAY THROUGH THE CROWD, THE BLOOD BROTHERS HAVE THEIR TAG TEAM TITLES IN ONE HAND AND THEIR BLACK FIGHTING STAFFS IN THE OTHER.

JBL: "They can try all they want, Michael, but this group is here to stay! Kato has become a one man wrecking machine and the Blood Brothers are arguably the greatest tag team in TWF history! I don't like the chances of Cross and the Hardy Boys"!

Cole: "Cross and the Hardy's clearly have the fans' support, though. ECW has really become hated everywhere we seem to go".

JBL: "I don't think anyone cheers for Gabriel Cross and the only people backing the Hardy's are the twelve and thirteen year old girls in the crowd! Real wrestling fans, wrestling purists have got to love the ECW, they have been as dominant as any group in the history of this industry"!

6 Man Tag Team Match

ECW: The Blood Brothers and Kato w/ Sonny Onoo vs. Gabriel Cross and The Hardy's

The bell sounded and it was one half of the TWF Tag Team champions, Dustin Kash, starting things off with Matt Hardy. The two men locked up and Matt pushed Kash into the corner. Referee Mike Enos moved in to break it up but it was Matt who was thinking like Kash normally would, drilling him with a right hand after the break. Matt followed that with some stiff knees to the upperbody before shooting Kash to the far corner. Matt ran in but Kash met him with a boot to the face before going for a clothesline. Matt ducked that and just tagged Kash with a discus punch, knocking him to the mat. Matt made the tag to his brother Jeff who came in and kept the pressure on Kash. After grabbing both of his legs, Jeff dropped a double leg into his lower midsection. Kash got up but Jeff caught him with a right hand before shooting him to the corner. Matt came in and got down on all fours, ready for Jeff to hit the Poetry in Motion. But Kash got out of the way and Jeff crashed into the turnbuckle. Kash went over and made the tag to the man quickly becoming known as the Masked Assassin, Kato. Kato belted Jeff with 2 kicks to the ribs before pulling him into a seated position and locking in a nerve hold. Kato had control of the carotid artery, and Jeff was in a lot of pain. The crowd tried to get behind Jeff, rallying him to get free. Kato had the hold pinched in for nearly a minute and a half before Jeff finally shook free. Jeff threw a kick that Kato caught but Jeff turned it into a reverse mule kick, knocking Kato to the mat and allowing him to make the tag to Cross. Anxious to avenge an earlier loss to Kato, Cross came in and threw Kato over his body with perfect judo technique, taking him right into a an armbar. Kato looked like he might tap out, but the Blood Brothers both came into the ring to break it up. Enos chased the tag champs back to their corner, but after a knifedge bladed the chest of Cross, Kato blasted him with a round kick to the head to put ECW back in control. Sean O'Haire tagged into the match and he went to the power game to dominate Cross. Cross, who was still staggered by the kick from Kato, was no match for O'Haire. After an irish whip, O'Haire went down to one knee and caught Cross with a backhand to the midsection. He then shot him to the ropes for a huge powerslam. The crowd hastily booed as O'Haire grabbed the ropes and yelled obscenities at them. O'Haire then tagged in his partner, Dustin Kash and after a boot right to the side of the head, Kash set up for his Vertebreaker. But Cross pushed his way out of it and used a hurracanrana to take Kash down. Cross then pounded Kash with right hands on the mat before pulling him up and catching him with a palm strike. The impact bloodied the nose of Kash, who fell into a swinging neckbreaker from Cross, who was showing more of his offensive arsenal than we've seen in his young career. Cross made the cover, but Kash was up at 2. Cross pulled Kash to his feet and went for an irish whip, but it was reversed. Matt Hardy slapped the back of Cross to make a blind tag and after a yakuza kick from Cross found the mark, Matt went to the top rope and came off with his huge legdrop, right across the throat of Kash. Matt made the cover for the 1.........2.........., but O'Haire was in to prevent the 3 count. Jeff Hardy, Cross and Kato all came into the ring and Enos was caught in the middle of a brawl. Matt Hardy hit the ropes but Kash, from his knees, punched him right in the groin. Kash then lifted Hardy up for O'Haire to catch him with an amazing jumping roundhouse kick right to the head. Matt looked like he was clean out as Kash fell into the cover and Enos issued the 3 count.

Match Time: 8:45

JBL: "Put another mark in the win column for ECW, Michael"!

Cole: "Gladly, and I'll put an asterisk next to it saying they used a lowblow to help them win"!

"MISERIA CANTARE" PLAYED AND KATO, SONNY ONOO AND THE BLOOD BROTHERS WALKED UP THE RAMP, ARMS RAISED AS THE CROWD BOOED.

JBL: "You're like one of those idiots that brings those signs to the games Barry Bonds plays in! Like it or not, he's the best home run hitter of all time and like it or not, this group, ECW, will go down as the greatest group in the history of this industry"!

THE OUTSIDE OF THE QWEST CENTER IS SHOWN WITH A SIGN IN FRONT OF THE ARENA IN THE PARKING LOT SAYING "TWF PAYBACK... LIVE TONIGHT" IN FLASHING RED LETTERS.

Cole: "The Qwest Center is the site of all of tonight's great action and JBL, we're just getting started"!

AS THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING, THE BLACK TIGER IS INSIDE GETTING LOOSE.

BOOS POUR INTO THE QWEST CENTER WHEN DAIVARI's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT WITH THE LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST.

Cole: "It was back at TWF Eruption last October that Daivari ended the nearly year long title reign of Paul London and since, he's gone on to hold it for eight months"!

JBL: "The Lightheavyweight division has been a staple of PrimeTime ever since the brand split all those years ago! Daivari has a chance to stamp his name as the best ever in this division! I firmly believe that"!

Cole: "Well let's talk for a minute about this Black Tiger. He showed up a few weeks ago on PrimeTime and although we don't know much about him, we do know how talented he is in the ring".

JBL: "He's been impressive, Michael, no doubt. But Daivari did what great champions do, he accepted this match without hesitation! Daivari knew there was a new threat in the division, and he has stepped up to extinguish it".

TWF Lightheavyweight Title Match

Challenger: The Black Tiger vs. Daivari

Referee Chris Kay held the title up for the fans to see as Black Tiger and Daivari locked in for the first title match of the night. The two men locked up and Daivari was taken down with a quick arm drag. But the Tiger was way off with a dropkick and Daivari pulled him up and took him down with a big DDT. It was clear very early that this wasn't the same Black Tiger we've seen before. Daivari pulled him up again and whipped him to the corner before using the ropes to springboard off and nail a flying calf kick. Daivari almost seemed surprise over the ease at which he was handling the Black Tiger and after a scoop slam, he went to the top rope. But the Black Tiger got up and knocked Daivari's legs out from under him before pulling him off the top rope with a diamond cutter. The Tiger rolled Daivari into a cover, but only got a 2 count. The Black Tiger then pulled Daivari to his feet and shot him to the corner where he used an impressive bicycle kick. But when Black Tiger landed on his feet, Daivari caught him with a reverse wheel kick right in the head. Daivari then pulled him up and delivered a big reverse tornado DDT, which he probably could've won the match after. But instead, Daivari went to the top rope and flew off with a guillotine legdrop before covering the masked Black Tiger for the 1.......2.........3.

Match Time: 5:01

JBL: "Once again Daivari is victorious, Michael! Remember what I said before the match, this man has the ability to go down as the best lightheavyweight ever"!

Cole: "Well the long title reign will continue for Daivari, but I sensed it and I know the majority of this crowd sensed it.... something wasn't right here".

JBL: "Look at this... up there, on the stage"!

AS DAIVARI's MUSIC PLAYED AND HE HELD HIS TITLE UP, HE LOOKED TO THE TOP OF THE ENTRANCE WAY TO SEE ANOTHER MAN, DRESSED JUST LIKE THE BLACK TIGER, STARING BACK AT HIM. DAIVARI LOOKED A BIT CONCERNED, BUT GOT A GRIN ON HIS FACE WHEN THE MAN BEGAN APPLAUDING.

Cole: "I..... I don't know what to make of this, but it seems Daivari has pulled one over on us! Maybe that's why he was so eager to put the title on the line"!

JBL: "Daivari might know something about this Black Tiger that none of us do, and if that's the case, he's brilliant"!

BACKSTAGE.......

THE GIRLS OF THE HAREM ARE SHOWN IN THE BACK WHEN PJ CASH IS SHOWN IN THE BACKGROUND. CASH CHUGS WHAT's LEFT OF A GLASS OF WINE BEFORE APPROACHING THE GIRLS.

PJ Cash: "Hey there ladies, are you here for the..... party"?

THE FOUR GIRLS JUST GIGGLE WHEN JOHNNY HAZARD COMES UP.

Johnny Hazard: "Don't you have a match to be getting ready for? You don't look like you're ready for it".

Cash: "Don't you have a match to get ready for"?

Hazard: "Oh don't worry about me, because I'm ready. I'm ready to show this world exactly how extreme Johnny Hazard can be. Oh, and just a little tip, girls like this..... well they can be hazardous to your health, bitch".

JOHNNY HAZARD WALKS AWAY AND PJ CASH IS CLEARLY IRKED.

BACK AT RINGSIDE, THE FANS COME TO THEIR FEET AND CHEER AS "THIS FIRE BURNS" BY KILLSWITCH ENGAGE BLARES OVER THE LOUDSPEAKERS. CM PUNK COMES OUT, FULL OF ENERGY, AS THE CROWD POPS FOR HIM.

Cole: "He's straight edge and he's addicted to only one thing.... competition! CM Punk has the biggest chance of his career right here tonight"!

JBL: "Well he's gonna get some competition tonight, Michael, in the form of one of the best superstars the TWF has ever seen"!

BOOS FILTER IN AS SMOKE FILLS THE ENTRANCE AND "METALINGUS" BY ALTER BRIDGE HITS. EDGE POPS THROUGH THE SMOKE WITH THE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST. TRUE TO FORM, EDGE TAUNTS THE CROWD AS HE MAKES HIS WAY TO THE RING.

Cole: "Edge has held multiple titles in his career and has been in big match after big match! That alone makes him the favorite in this one"!

JBL: "Something about CM Punk just rubs me the wrong way! I don't think he even belongs in the same building as a guy like Edge, let alone the same ring"!

TWF Intercontinental Title Match

Challenger: CM Punk vs. Edge

The bell sounded and the Intercontinental title match was underway. Edge was trying to bait Punk into a mistake, but Punk was very smart about his attack, pinpointing when and where to strike. Edge lunged at him, and Punk knocked him back with a stiff kick. Punk grabbed Edge and whipped him to the ropes, lifting him up with a big backdrop. Punk followed that up with a basement dropkick and Edge was in some early trouble. Sensing this, Edge rolled out of the ring, looking to regroup. But Punk flew over the top rope with a vaulting body press, landing right on Edge and getting a huge pop from the crowd. Punk pulled him up and rolled him into the ring, but as he came back in himself, Edge got up and stomped right on the back of Punk's head. Edge then wildly threw a barrage of right hands at Punk and he could do nothing but cover up to defend them. Edge was pulled away by referee Mike Chioda, who gave Punk a chance to get up. But when he did, Edge ran in with a big kick to the head, knocking Punk into the ropes. From there, Edge pushed Punk into the corner before lifting him up to the top turnbuckle and climbing up with him. The crowd knew what was coming, and Edge followed up with a superplex. He then floated over into a cover for the 1.......2........, but Punk was up. Edge pulled him up and whipped him to the ropes but when he dropped his head a little early, Punk kicked him right in the chops. Punk then hit a backhand to either side of Edge's head but when he threw a round kick, Edge blocked it and then lifted him up, dropping the challenger throat first over the top ring rope with a hot shot. Edge then positioned himself in the corner, calling for Punk to get up. Punk got to his feet, and Edge steamrolled at him with the spear. But Punk leapfrogged the oncoming champion and Edge hit the turnbuckle hard. Punk then rolled him up for a very near fall. Edge got to his feet and threw a right hand but he missed everything and Punk scored with the round kick this time before shooting Edge to the corner. Punk followed in with a knee right to the jaw before pulling him in for an impressive jumping bulldog. Punk rolled Edge over and got a 1........2........, but the Rated R superstar got his right shoulder off the mat. Punk tried to stay on the offensive and after a scoop slam, he went to the apron, waiting for Edge to get up. When he did, he used the ring ropes to slingshot himself at Edge with a clothesline, but Edge moved out of the way and then pulled Punk to the mat with the Edge-o-Matic for another near fall. Edge pulled Punk up in position for the "Edge-a-Cution", but Punk swung free and had Edge set up for the Uranagi. But Edge elbowed his way out of it and then bounced off the ropes. But when he went for the spear, Punk kicked him right in the face. A stunned Edge then fell victim to the Uranagi and Punk rolled on top, hooking both legs as Chioda pounded the mat 3 times and a new champion was crowned.

Match Time: 9:19

Cole: "He got him! We have a new champion"!

JBL: "Absolutely unbelievable! This has to be considered a shocking upset, Michael"!

"THIS FIRE BURNS" PLAYED AGAIN AND PUNK WAS NEAR TEARS AS CHIODA HANDED HIM THE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE. HE THEN HELD IT UP FOR THE CROWD, WHO WAS LOVING THE SCENE.

Cole: "Well you said that Punk didn't belong in the same ring as Edge when this match started and I gotta know, John, have you changed your stance on that"?!

JBL: "I'll give the devil his due, Michael, CM Punk wrestled a great match tonight"!

Cole: "Well now in addition to calling him straight edge, you can call CM Punk Intercontinental champion"!

BACKSTAGE....... TRAINER's OFFICE....

CAMERAS IN THE TRAINER's OFFICE SHOW SHAWN MICHAELS BEING EXAMINED BY THE TWF MEDICAL STAFF. JORDAN ROCKWELL IS LOOKING ON.

Jordan Rockwell: "C'mon, doc, we need a decision, we're up next".

Trainer: "Well I don't know, your knee is pretty banged up, Shawn. I'll leave the decision up to you".

MICHAELS GETS OFF THE TABLE

Shawn Michaels: "Seriously, my knee feels fine. These punks challenged us to a street fight tonight, and if I can physically go out there, I'm goin' out there"!

MICHAELS LEAVES THE OFFICE, AND ROCKWELL FOLLOWS.

WHEN THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING, DEUCE AND DOMINO's 1950's TUNE HITS AND THEY ROLL OUT IN THE TURQUOISE CHEVY MALIBU THEY ARRIVED AT THE ARENA IN. THEY GET OUT OF THE CAR, ALONG WITH CHERRY, AND ARE LOUDLY BOOED.

Cole: "I still can't get over the fact that these guys claim to be from the other side of the tracks, what a......

JBL: "Get over it, Michael! Deuce and Domino have found a way to win here on PrimeTime and even though everyone is considering them the underdogs tonight, they have the numbers of two of the biggest superstars the TWF has ever had"!

THE FANS GET INCREDIBLY LOUD WITH CHEERS WHEN "BACK IN BLACK" BY AC/DC HITS.

Cole: "This one promises to be physical! Deuce and Domino asked for a street fight, and Rockwell and Michaels were more than happy to accept"!

JBL: "Where the hell are they?! I hear the music! Whoa, Deuce, Domino, turn around"!

THE CROWD WENT WILD AS MICHAELS AND ROCKWELL CAME FROM BEHIND DEUCE AND DOMINO, AND THE FIGHT WAS ON!

Street Fight/Falls Count Anywhere

Deuce and Domino w/ Cherry vs. Jordan Rockwell and Shawn MichaelsIn this street fight, falls were able to take place anywhere, and Deuce and Domino were in a lot of trouble early after the surprise attack. Rockwell had Deuce down in the corner, smashing him with right hands. Michaels took Domino over the top rope with a clothesline and he went over as well. But before Michaels could follow up on it, Cherry jumped on his back, choking him. Domino then got up and punched Michaels square in the face before whipping him into the ring steps. Michaels hit the steps with his hobbled knee first. In the ring, Rockwell kept the attack coming on Deuce, but Domino came from behind with a shot to the back. Rockwell found himself in two on one odds while Michaels tried to pick himself up. Deuce and Domino were all over the Franchise with kicks to the head and body. Deuce then lifted Rockwell up and slammed him across the outstretched knee of Domino. Domino covered Rockwell, but only got a 2 count. Deuce went outside the ring and got a steel chair, bringing it in. But before he could hit Rockwell with it, Rockwell broke free of Domino's grasp and tackled Deuce, knocking the chair loose. Michaels got back into the ring, his knee clearly in bad shape. But he willed himself to hang tough and off an irish whip, he drilled Domino with a flying forearm. Michaels then nipped up and had Domino in sight for the "Sweet Chin Music". But Domino came from behind with a chop block to the bad knee. But Rockwell took Domino down with a clothesline before backdropping Deuce over the top rope and to the floor when he ran in. Rockwell then whipped Domino into the corner and caught him with a Masa Chono style kick right to the face. Domino was knocked for a loop, but for the second time, Cherry got involved, coming into the ring and lowblowing Rockwell from behind. Cherry then skated around the ring, smiling at the booing crowd. But the boos quickly turned to cheers as Maria ran out from the back and got into the ring, speering Cherry! Maria was all over the girl on roller skates as the match continued. Rockwell tossed Domino over the top rope and to the floor, but Deuce was waiting for Rockwell with a steel chair to the head when he tried to come out. Michaels rolled to the floor, but Domino picked him up and dropped him over the ringside barracade. Domino then pulled the protective padding up on one side of the ring, loading Michaels up for a piledriver. But Michaels countered with a backdrop and Domino landed hard on the concrete floor! Before Michaels could recover, Deuce jabbed him in the ribs with the steel chair. He dropped the chair and yelled for some of the ringside fans to move. As they got out of the way, Deuce climbed up the ringside barrier and jumped off. But on his way down, Michaels smoked him with his superkick, falling into the cover for the 1.........2..........3.

Match Time: 6:00

Cole: "Oh what a shot! Shawn Michaels might've just kicked Deuce back into the fifties"!

JBL: "Deuce made a big mistake there and the Heartbreak Kid, one of the great veterans in this business, made him pay for it"!

"SEXY BOY" PLAYED AS MICHAELS AND ROCKWELL GOT INTO THE RING AND SLAPPED HANDS IN AN ELATED STATE WHILE MARIA HELPED CELEBRATE WITH THEM AND THE CROWD LOUDLY CHEERED.

Cole: "A huge win for Rockwell and Michaels, and give a small assist to Maria"!

JBL: "You gotta give that girl some credit for jumpin' into the fire.... I've gained a new respect for Maria"!

BACKSTAGE.......

CAMERAS IN THE BACK SHOW PJ CASH ON HIS WAY TO THE RING. HE SEEMS A BIT ANGRY, AND THROWS HIS EMPTY WINE GLASS AGAINST THE WALL, SHATTERING IN. WHEN CASH TURNS THE CORNER, HE RUNS INTO TWF AGENT ARN ANDERSON. THE CROWD INSIDE SHOWS THEIR RESPECT FOR DOUBLE A, CHEERING AT HIS SIGHT.

Arn Anderson: "You ready for this match, kid"?

PJ Cash: "You're damn right".

Anderson: "That's good, because I talked to Ric not too long ago, and he's ready. He's ready to.......

Cash: "Look, I don't care what Flair told you. I don't care what Flair told anybody. What I said to him a few weeks ago was true. Ric Flair is in the twilight of his career and to me, there's nothing worse than someone who doesn't know when to say when".

Anderson: "Isn't that like the pot calling the kettle black? How much did you have to drink tonight, son? That's why I ask if you're ready. Ya see, Ric Flair is my best friend. He and I have been in this business together for a long, long time and we've seen guys like you come and go. Ric knows he's not as good as he once was, but he's still the greatest wrestler this business has ever seen. Honestly, I think Ric would love to see a guy like you follow in his footsteps, you have all the tools to do it. Just don't let your career go down in smoke before it gets started, ya know"?

ANDERSON WALKS AWAY AND CASH JUST LAUGHS TO HIMSELF.

"WOOOOOOO" IS HEARD AND RIC FLAIR's MUSIC COMES ON, BRINGING THE NATURE BOY OUT TO AN INCREDIBLE POP.

Cole: "Well as if PJ Cash didn't have enough to think about, he just ran into Arn Anderson, who put a few more thoughts into his twenty one year old mind"!

JBL: "PJ Cash offered Ric Flair one million dollars to basically give up the sport he loves in order to take his spot himself! I think it was a brilliant idea on Cash's part, but I don't think all the money in the world could take wrestling away from the Nature Boy, simply the greatest of all time"!

"DEFY YOU" BY OFFSPRING HITS AND PJ CASH COMES TO THE RING TO NOTHING BUT BOOS.

Cole: "Well so far tonight, we've seen PJ Cash partying with wine and lovely ladies, the kind of lifestyle Ric Flair has lived for over thirty years in this business"!

JBL: "I think Arn Anderson made some very valid points just a few minutes ago and as much as I love this kid PJ Cash, I hope he hasn't gone about this the wrong way".

Cole: "Charles Robinson, who has often been referred to as "Little Naitch", will referee this match, scheduled for one fall".

Ric Flair vs. PJ Cash

Never in the history of the TWF had there been a bigger age discrepancy in a match. 58 year old Ric Flair against the 21 year old millionaire, PJ Cash. But the aging Flair wrestled a great, great match. Cash showed his complete disrespect for Flair, belting him with a slap. But Flair came back with one of the moves that has made him a household name, his stinging knifedge chop. He smashed the chest of Cash with 3 of those before pushing him into the corner where he went to his right and left hands, looking like Sugar Ray Leonard with hooks to the head and body. After a snap mare, Flair paid a little homage to one of his great friends, the late Curt Hennig, with a somersault neckbreaker. Flair then hit the ropes, dropping a big knee right on the forehead oc Cash and covering him for the 1.......2......, but Cash was up. In total control, Flair did his famous strut around the ring, followed by a big "Wooooooo", which got a huge cheer from the crowd. Flair pulled Cash to his feet and shot him to the ropes, but Cash came off with a spinning back elbow that caught Flair flush in the jaw. After putting the boots to Flair, Cash took it to him in the corner with right hands. After a snap suplex, Cash went to the middle turnbuckle, flying off with a legdrop right across the throat of Flair. A cover got him a 2 count, but the tide had definitely turned in Cash's favor. Cash pulled Flair up and went for a side Russian legsweep, but Flair blocked it and then lifted Cash up, connecting with a shinbreaker. Flair then went at the left knee of Cash, setting up for his trademark figure four. Flair was relentless in his attack on the leg, yanking and pulling it out of place and sending Cash into a lot of pain. Flair was able to get the hold on, and Cash was in a lot of trouble. Fans could sense a submission coming, but Cash showed something by moving himself in position to grab the bottom rope to earn a break. Flair moved in to pull Cash up, but Cash grabbed the front of Flair's tights and flung him forward into the corner. After a big backdrop suplex, Cash grabbed Flair's left leg and let out a "Woooooo" of his own. But when Cash tried to lock in a figure four, which would've been another slap in the face of Flair, the Nature Boy countered with a clever small package and Robinson counted a quick 3!

Match Time: 7:29

Cole: "He got him! Ric Flair has won the match and John, it looks like the Nature Boy's still got it"!

JBL: "He sure does and trust me, I wouldn't say this if I didn't mean it, but PJ Cash has a huge future in this business and there's no shame in losing to a guy like Ric Flair"!

FLAIR's MUSIC PLAYED AND AS HE WALKED UP THE RAMP LOOKING BACK, ROBINSON RAISED HIS HAND FOR THE CHEERING CROWD. WITH HIS HANDS ON HIS WAIST, CASH JUST LOOKED ON AT FLAIR.

Cole: "They may not be friends, but I almost sense a little mutual respect here"!

JBL: "It's hard not to respect Flair, he's done it all, but like I said, PJ Cash has as bright a future in the TWF as anybody we've got"!

BACKSTAGE..... ECW DRESSING ROOM......

JOE COREY IS GETTING READY FOR HIS MATCH AND THE REST OF ECW IS IN THE BACKGROUND WHEN THERE IS A KNOCK ON THE DOOR.

Joe Corey: "Paul, can you get that"?

PAUL HEYMAN COMES OVER AND OPENS THE DOOR. ON THE OTHER SIDE THERE IS A MAN DRESSED UP IN A COSTUME THAT IS A SAUSAGE PATTIE.

Paul Heyman: "What the hell is this"?

Man: "Uh, I was sent here by Johnny Hazard. He told me that if you guys were going to have a sausage party, that you needed some sausage".

JOE COREY MOVES HEYMAN OUT OF THE WAY AND GRABS THE MAN, PULLING HIM INSIDE.

Joe Corey: "Oh yeah?! Well you can take your stupid costume and go back to Hazard with a message! Tonight, in our extreme rules match, not only will I prove to the world that ECW reigns supreme, which the Blood Brothers and Kato already did earlier, but I will beat the living crap out of him"!

COREY PUSHES THE MAN OUT OF THE ROOM AND SLAMS THE DOOR IN HIS FACE.

A PAIR OF HANDS IS SHOWN FURIOUSLY TYPING ON A COMPUTER KEYBOARD.

Audio Voiceover: "Anarchy Rulz has truly become an event where anything can happen because of one thing........ you. The one event of the year which makes the fans the matchmaker. Majority rules in this event where the wrestlers, general managers and championship committee put the powers in the hands of you, the fan. Don't miss TWF Anarchy Rulz- Majority Rules"!

"NEW WORLD DISORDER" BY BIOHAZARD HITS AND THE CROWD LOUDLY POPS AT THE SIGHT OF THE HAREM, WHO COME OUT IN MATCHING, VERY SKIMPY OUTFITS. THE CHEERS BECOME EVEN LOUDER WHEN JOHNNY HAZARD APPEARS, RAISES ONE ARM UP, AND MAKES HIS WAY TO THE RING.

JBL: "The time for talk is over, Michael. Johnny Hazard has talked his trash, he's played his jokes and now it's time to back it up in the ring"!

Cole: "And I think that's something Johnny Hazard has been chomping at the bit for! This is an oppurtunity Hazard has been waiting for and he plans to make the most of it"!

THE LIGHTS GO OUT AGAIN AND AFTER A RED FLASH GOES ACROSS THE ARENA, FANS BEGIN TO BOO AS "MISERIA CANTARE" PLAYS AGAIN AND JOE COREY STEPS OUT FROM THE ECW ENTRANCE WITH THE ECW WORLD TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST. HE IS FOLLOWED CLOSELY BY PAUL HEYMAN.

JBL: "And here comes the champion and frankly, Michael, I don't think it matters whether Johnny Hazard has the Harem with him or the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team, this is the real ECW World champion and it's gonna take a monumental collapse on his part for him to lose the title tonight"!

Cole: "So you're saying that the extreme rules stipulation in this match favors Joe Corey"?

JBL: "Damn right"!

Cole: "And I disagree. We've seen Hazard in a Hazardous to your Health match, we saw the Lights Out match between he and Chaos Wolf. Johnny Hazard is as tough as a two dollar steak, to steal a line from Jim Ross"!

JBL: "Maybe he is, but in an anything goes atmosphere, ECW is always the favorite"!

Extreme Rules/ECW World Title Match

Challenger: Johnny Hazard w/ The Harem vs. "The Show" Joe Corey w/ Paul Heyman

Right as the bell sounded, Johnny Hazard leaned through the ropes, accepting a kiss on the cheek from each member of the Harem. But he made a sudden move, jumping through the ropes. Paul Heyman didn't realize Hazard was behind him and Hazard spun him around, dropping him with a right hand. Corey saw this and came after Hazard with a head of steam, but that played right into Hazard's hand and after he jumped off the apron, Hazard punched him right in the midsection. Hazard then reached under the ring and pulled out a street sign, pounding Corey over the head with it. Heyman got to his knees and tried to swing at Hazard but missed. Hazard looked like he was going to do more damage to Heyman, but Corey came from behind with a clothesline to the back of the head. After throwing Hazard into the front row, Corey grabbed a cup of beer right from a fan and smashed it in the face of Hazard. Corey then threw Hazard back over the barricade and climbed over, pulling Hazard up by the hair. After ramming him face first into the ring steps, Corey rolled him back into the ring. After following him in, Corey pulled Hazard up and whipped him to the ropes, catching him with a huge spinebuster. Corey made the cover, hooking the leg, but Hazard was up at 2. Corey asked Heyman for a chair and Heyman got him one, sliding it in to the ECW World champion. Corey picked it up and turned around, but Hazard was waiting with a kick to the gut followed by a wicked swinging neckbreaker drop. Hazard then got the chair but just before he was about to hit Corey with it, the rest of ECW on PrimeTime ran out. The Blood Brothers came out, only to be smashed with the chair by Hazard. Kato came from behind and got a thrust into Hazard's throat but after he hit the ropes, Hazard kicked him low and delivered the "Toxic Drop". Hazard picked Corey up and delivered a Toxic Drop to him as well, covering him for the 1.........2..........., but Heyman pulled referee Chris Kay out of the ring to prevent the 3 count. Hazard got up to see a woman standing outside the ring with The Harem. She was wearing a mask like one you would see at a masquerade ball. Suddenly, the woman began taking the girls out one by one with right hands. Hazard looked like he was going to go after her, but a masked man appeared behind him too, holding a shovel. The mask looked very similar to the character Venom from Spiderman, and he smashed Hazard in the back of the head with the shovel! Hazard fell to the mat like a sack of potatoes, flat on his face. The crowd booed but the majority of them were in shock at what they were seeing. The woman came into the ring and her and the man with the shovel removed their masks....... it was Monica and Eddie Saint James! The two of them left to easily the most heat of the night as Corey came over and locked The Cage on Hazard. Chris Kay got back in and got no response from the out cold challenger, calling for the bell. Corey had retained the title.

Match Time: 4:46

JBL: "What did I tell ya, Michael?! These rules favored the champion"!

Cole: "But no one saw this coming! Eddie Saint James and Monica have made their returns to the TWF in shocking fashion and they have cost Johnny Hazard the ECW World title in the process"!

"MISERIA CANTARE" PLAYED AGAIN AND HEYMAN LED COREY UP THE RAMP TO A LOT OF BOOS. HAZARD HADN'T MOVED AS EMTs RUSHED TO THE RING, SURROUNDING HIM.

JBL: "Johnny Hazard had this coming, Michael! He has made one too many enemies, and it came back to bite him"!

Cole: "I wouldn't have guessed in a million years that Johnny Hazard would dispose of all of Corey's ECW henchmen, only to have someone else cost him this match! Now, it looks like the health of Hazard is more important at this point"!

JBL: "And how fitting is it that you say that? The man who always talks about being hazardous to your health, only seems to be hazardous to his own"!

Cole: "Folks, Johnny Hazard is now being loaded onto a stretcher after being hit in the back of the head with a shovel. We will keep you posted on this situation".

THE CROWD SHOWED THEIR RESPECT BY CHEERING FOR HAZARD AS EMTs GOT HIM ONTO A STRETCHER AND PUSHED HIM UP THE RAMP, TO THE BACK.

REPLAYS ARE SHOWN OF THE ATTACK BY THE MASKED MONICA ON THE HAREM AND THEN EDDIE SAINT JAMES, ALSO WEARING A MASK, HITTING JOHNNY HAZARD IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WITH A SHOVEL.

BACK TO LIVE ACTION, CAMERAS IN THE BACK SHOW THE EMTs LOADING THE STRETCHER CONTAINING JOHNNY HAZARD INTO AN AMBULANCE. THE HAREM GIRLS LOOK ON, SOME CRYING, IN DESPERATION.

Cole: "We understand that Johnny Hazard is being taken to a local medical facility here in Omaha and as I stated earlier, we will keep you posted on this situation on TWF.com".

JBL: "Okay, okay, enough about Johnny Hazard already, let's talk about the main event".

Cole: "Folks we've reached that time. Up next, it will be two out of three falls for the Universal title. Let's take a look at how we got to this point".

"I DON'T WANNA STOP" BY OZZY OSBOURNE PLAYS AS A VIDEO PACKAGE BEGINS TO ROLL. IT STARTS WITH ALL THE BUILDUP TO THE UNIVERSAL TITLE MATCH AT WRESTLEMANIA 8, ONE THAT JOHN CENA WON. A MONTH LATER, AT FOUL PLAY, RANDY ORTON TAKES THE TITLE BACK AFTER AN "RKO" ON CENA. ORTON THEN GOES ON PRIMETIME AND SAYS HE WON'T DEFEND THE TITLE AGAINST CENA UNTIL HE ABSOLUTELY HAS TO. BUT AFTER RIC FLAIR DEFEATS PJ CASH IN A MATCH, IT GIVES CENA THE RIGHT TO HAVE HIS REMATCH WHEN HE WANTS IT.

A WEEK LATER, THE REMATCH TAKES PLACE, AND ORTON TAKES A DELIBERATE COUNT OUT TO PRESERVE THE TITLE. SHANE McMAHON TELLS ORTON THAT BECAUSE OF HIS COWARDLY ACTIONS, HE HAS SIGNED A 2 OUT OF 3 FALLS MATCH BETWEEN HE AND CENA FOR PAYBACK. DESPITE ORTON's PROTESTS, THE MATCH IS ON.

IN A COUPLE OF SINGLES MATCHES, CENA DEFEATS EDGE AFTER ORTON's INTERFERENCE BACKFIRES AND CENA LATER HELPS CM PUNK DEFEAT ORTON. A WEEK LATER, IN MILAN, ITALY, PUNK AND CENA DEFEAT EDGE AND ORTON IN A 2 OUT OF 3 FALLS TAG TEAM MATCH, LEADING TO TONIGHT.

"THE TIME IS NOW" COMES ON AND JOHN CENA MAKES HIS WAY OUT TO HIS USUAL MIXED RESPONSE BUT HE MAKES HIS WAY STRAIGHT FOR THE RING, NOT FLINCHING AN INCH.

Cole: "Tonight will be the final chapter in this trilogy. John Cena comes into Omaha the challenger, but he exudes the confidence of a champion, JBL".

JBL: "Well I know where you're going with this, you want me to touch on the fact that Cena has had Orton's number for everything but Foul Play but I'm not fallin' for it! You simply can't change the fact that Orton is the champion, and has the championship advantage"!

BOOS LITTER THE QWEST CENTER AS "BURN IN MY LIGHT" BY MERCY DRIVE COMES ON AND RANDY ORTON STEPS OUT AMID HIS PYRO. ORTON PUTS HIS ARMS UP IN HIS TYPICAL POSE, AS THE UNIVERSAL TITLE GLEAMS AROUND HIS WAIST.

Cole: "There he is, already a three time Universal champion and a man who in my opinion, comes in here the underdog, champion or not"!

JBL: "You make no sense, Michael! You just called Orton a three time Universal champion, which by the way, is more times than anyone has held that belt, but he has the championship advantage! Meaning he doesn't have to beat Cena, Cena has to beat him"!

Cole: "I'm failing to understand that logic, because this is two out of three falls, meaning he does have to beat Cena and he has to do it twice! This isn't one of those things Orton can just get counted out on"!

JBL: "This coming from someone who has never wrestled a match! Don't question my analysis, Michael, just sit there and call the damn match"!

2 out of 3 Falls/TWF Universal Title Match

Challenger: John Cena vs. Randy Orton

The crowd was buzzing as referee Mike Chioda handed the belt to the timekeeper and called for the bell to start the match. The two men locked up in a collar and elbow tie and each man jockeyed for position in the tie up. Both men have great upper body strength and couldn't get the other to budge, but Orton finally released the hold and raked Cena's eyes. After a kick to the gut, Orton shot him to the ropes and tried to lock in a sleeper hold but Cena spun through it and pushed Orton to the corner before catching him with his spinning sideslam. Cena sized the champion up for the 5 Knuckle Shuffle, but Orton rolled out of the ring. Cena tried for a suicide dive, which surprised the crowd, but Orton moved out of the way and Cena hit the floor hard. Orton then got a running start and kicked Cena right in the face. He picked him up and rolled him back into the ring before climbing back in and rubbing his forearm across the bridge of Cena's nose. Orton made a cover, but Cena was up easily. Orton locked in a reverse chin lock, but he couldn't keep Cena grounded. Cena got up and drove 3 elbows into the ribs of Orton before hitting the ropes, but Orton buried a knee in his abdomen. Orton then pulled Cena up and whipped him to the ropes for his textbook dropkick. Orton felt comfortable enough to taunt the crowd but Cena rolled him up from behind for a 1........2........., but Orton pushed off the mat to stop the count. Orton then smashed Cena with a clothesline before pulling him up and going for the "RKO". Cena countered, pushing Orton to the ropes and catching him with a great powerslam, which got him a long 2 count. Cena pulled Orton up and wheeled him around, but when he went for a backdrop suplex, Orton flipped off his shoulder and landed on his feet, pulling Cena down into his backbreaker across his body. From there, Orton went to the top turnbuckle, raising his arms before flying off with a crossbody. Incredibly, Cena caught him in mid air, showing incredible strength, before flinging Orton to his shoulders and delivering the "F-U" before covering Orton and hooking the leg for the 1.......2.........3.

Fall Time: 6:28

Cole: "And Cena takes the first fall"!

JBL: "C'mon Orton, you gotta take two in a row"!

Cole: "There will be a thirty second rest period before the start of the second fall, but this is what I was talking about, John, Cena just seems to have Orton's number"!

JBL: "Cena couldn't catch him like that again in a hundred years"!

The bell sounded to start the second fall, and Orton was still staggered from the F-U. Like a shark smelling blood, Cena moved in with right hands that rocked Orton. He had him on the ropes, and if it were boxing, the match would be stopped. Cena shot Orton to the ropes and shot him up with a big backbody drop. Orton hit the mat hard, but the relentless Cena barely allowed the champion to get his feet before sending him into the corner. Cena followed in, but Orton was waiting with a boot to the face before taking Cena down with a clothesline. Orton seemed re-energized as he mounted the challenger, wailing on him with some stiff right hands. Cena scrambled to his feet, but Orton stayed on him, smashing him with 2 European uppercuts. Orton then whipped him to the ropes and went for the dropkick again, but Cena grabbed the top rope to stop his momentum and Orton fell to the mat. Cena hit back to back clotheslines before picking Orton up again for the spinning sideslam. Off that, Cena made a cover, but Orton was up at 2. Cena used a scoop slam before going to the middle rope, but Orton got up and impressively dropkicked him right off! Cena fell to the mat at an awkward position and when he got up, Orton went for another RKO. This time, Cena just pushed Orton, throwing him across the mat. A head full of steam, Orton got up and ran at Cena, but Cena was waiting with a drop toehold. From there, he got Orton in the STFU right in the center of the ring, and the champion was in a ton of trouble. Chioda got down, asking Orton what he wanted to do. Finally, Orton realized he had no choice but to tap out.

Fall Time: 4:49

Match Time: 11:17

Cole: "He's done it! John Cena has taken back the Universal title by taking two straight falls from Randy Orton! You got anything to add, John"?!

JBL TAKES HIS HEADSET AND JUST THROWS IT DOWN AS "THE TIME IS NOW" PLAYS AGAIN AND CENA PERCHES HIMSELF ON ONE OF THE TURNBUCKLES, HOLDING THE UNIVERSAL TITLE UP FOR THE FANS, WHO ARE NOW MOSTLY CHEERING.

Cole: "I guess not! Fans, we thank you for joining us for Payback..... good night everyone"!
