THE TWF LOGO IS SHOWN FOLLOWED BY THE COPYRIGHT INFORMATION AS THE PAY-PER-VIEW BEGINS.

THE SCENE SHIFTS TO A RENAISSANCE SETTING. AN OUTDOOR ARENA FULL OF SCREAMING PEOPLE IS SHOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF AN OLD VILLAGE. TWO KNIGHTS ON HORSES CHARGE EACH OTHER IN A JOUST AND THE ONE WEARING BLUE KNOCKS THE ONE WEARING RED OFF HIS HORSE AND TO THE GROUND. ANOTHER KNIGHT ENTERS THE ARENA ON HORSEBACK AND HAS A GREEN FEATHER PROTRUDING FROM HIS HELMET. HE CHARGES THE BLUE KNIGHT BUT SOON AFTER, THE BLUE KNIGHT DEFEATS HIM AS WELL.

IN THE CENTER OF THE ARENA, LOCATED IN AN AREA ABOUT 20 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND, A MAN WEARING A CROWN AND A JEWEL COVERED ROBE RISES FROM HIS THROWN AND ANNOUNCES "THIS WILL BE TONIGHT's FINAL CONTEST".

A MAN ON A BEAUTIFUL BLACK HORSE ENTERS THE ARENA THROUGH A WIDE SWINGING DOOR. THE BLUE KNIGHT READIES HIMSELF AS THE KNIGHT ON THE BLACK HORSE CHARGES HIM. AFTER A BACK AND FORTH BATTLE, THE KNIGHT ON THE BLACK HORSE PULLS OUT HIS SWORD AND KNOCKS THE BLUE KNIGHT TO THE GROUND TO WIN THE JOUST. HE THEN RIDES TO THE EDGE OF THE ARENA AS THE CROWD IS COMPLETELY SILENT. THE KING MAKES SLOWLY MAKES HIS WAY DOWN THE STAIRWAY WITH AN AWESTRUCK LOOK ON HIS FACE.

King: "Who are you"?

JUST THEN, THE KNIGHT TAKES HIS SWORD OUT AND FLIPS IT OVER, REVEALING THE LETTERS TWF CARVED INTO THE BLADE. USING THE END OF THE SWORD, THE KNIGHT REMOVES THE KING's CROWN.

THE KING OF THE RING THEME SONG, "FACING HELL" BY OZZY OSBOURNE HITS AS THE NIGHT RIDES OUT OF THE ARENA.

THE KING OF THE RING LOGO THEN APPEARS ON THE SCREEN AS THE DEAFENING, SOLD OUT REUNION ARENA COMES INTO VIEW.

Narrator: "And now, TWF Entertainment presents the 2002 King of the Ring"!

THE PANNING CAMERA PICKS OUT A FEW SIGNS IN THE CROWD.

ONE HAD AN ARTISTIC DRAWING OF SABU WEARING A CROWN AN PROCLAIMING HIM TO BE THE KING OF THE RING WINNER. ANOTHER SAID AUSTIN 3:16= DREW BLOOD's BLOODY NIGHTMARE AND A THRID SAID STRIFE AND BAHAMUT's REIGN WILL NEVER END.

Jim Ross: "Hello fans and welcome to pay-per-view the way only the TWF knows how to do it and I can't remember being in a more chaotic environment King, these fans have lost it"!

Jerry Lawler: "They sure have J.R. and I think one of the main reasons why is that huge Hell in the Cell match for the TWF Title later tonight"!

J.R.: "That's right King, Triple H and The Undertaker will settle their dispute once and for all tonight in the career shortening Hell in a Cell and the winner will walk out with the biggest prize in our business. But not only that, one of eight men will become the 2002 King of the Ring"!

Lawler: "There's so many big superstars in that round of eight, it's hard to pick a winner J.R., but my money is on our very own goodwill ambassador, William Regal"!

J.R.: "And in addition to all that, five other titles will be up for grabs tonight and the immortal Hulk Hogan will go one on one with the NWO's Nails"!

AN ENGINE LOUDLY REVS AND LEADS INTO HIGH OCTANE's MUSIC AS HIS NEW VALET, NIDIA, LEADS HIM DOWN THE AISLE MOSTLY TO BOOS.

Lawler: "And here we go J.R. and like I said a few minutes ago, the final eight of the King of the Ring is loaded with talent and here's one of my favorites and look at Nidia, oh my gosh"!

J.R.: "High Octane has been on as big of a roll as anyone in the TWF of late but he did need the help of that vixen Nidia to beat Rey Mysterio".

WILLIAM REGAL's MUSIC HITS AND THE CROWD IMMEDIATELY BOOS.

Lawler: "This is only the second time you've seen her and you're already bad mouthing her J.R., give her a break"!

J.R.: "I'm not bad mouthing her it's just that I've never cared for underhanded tactics in this business but the guy coming down the aisle may be the king of those".

Lawler: "And that's exactly why I picked him to win this tournament J.R.! Regal will do whatever it takes to come out on top"!

King of the Ring Tournament Round of 8

"High Octane" Damion West w/Nidia vs. William Regal

Regal came right out and took West down with a few amatuer moves and tried to overpower him with submission wrestling but High Octane seemed to have it well scouted as he cleverly escaped each hold and frustrated Regal. After ducking a clothesline, West tagged Regal in the backs of the legs with some stiff kicks before catching him with a roundhouse to the head. High Octane went for the cover but only got a 1 count. Regal then ducked a spinning heel kick and locked in a full nelson. He then dropped West right on the back of his head with a back suplex out of the full nelson but neglected to go for a cover. But Regal's size and weight advantage started to become a factor as he attacked West's arm, literally rendering it useless. In the process, it made West a lot slower. After delivering a double underhook powerbomb, it looked like Regal had the match won when Nidia jumped up on the apron and got his attention. But Regal viciously delivered a forearm shiver and knocked her to the floor! But when he turned back around, High Octane was waiting and delivered a jumping spin kick to the head. Blood began flowing from Regal's nose as High Octane made the cover 1....2...., but at the last second, Regal got a shoulder up. High Octane tried to stay on the offensive, whipping Regal to the corner. But when he followed in, Regal moved and took High Octane down by grapevining the left arm and locking in a hard pulling armbar. Regal had a psychotic look on his face and High Octane had no choice but to tap out as he was in the center of the mat.

Match Time: 5:15

J.R.: "My god what is wrong with Regal? He hit a woman for god sake"!

Lawler: "Oh come on J.R.! Not that I agree with hitting women but why are you concerned, you called her a vixen when she came out"!

J.R.: "Well in any event, William Regal has advanced to the semi-finals and will meet the winner of the Sabu-"Too Hot" Taylor match".

ARENA PARKING LOT

A LIMOSINE PULLS INTO THE PARKING GARAGE AND STOPS AS NWO MEMBERS KEVIN NASH, SCOTT HALL, X-PAC AND NAILS ALL GET OUT TO A MIXED REACTION INSIDE THE ARENA.

Lawler: "There they are J.R., the NWO's here"!

J.R.: (sarcastically) "Oh god I can hardly contain it here King I'm so excited. Wait a minute, there's Jim Cornette".

BACKSTAGE

JIM CORNETTE IS WEARING A JACKET WITH THE JAPANESE FLAG ON IT AS HE STANDS AT THE FOOT OF AN UNMARKED DRESSING ROOM DOOR.

Jim Cornette: "Listen, I know you're ready to kick Dylan Jansens ass tonight and I can't wait to see it. I just wanted to let ya know that we're up after the next match. I can't wait till all these people see who've I've got in Camp Cornette now".

CORNETTE WALKS AWAY.

Lawler: "Who is he talkin' to J.R."?

J.R.: "Well that's the twenty five million dollar question tonight King and I have no earthly idea but we're gonna find out soon enough"!

HARDCORE HOLLY's MUSIC HITS WITH THE LINE "HOW DA YA LIKE ME NOW" AND HE COMES OUT TO A PRETTY GOOD POP.

Lawler: "I have no clue who it could be J.R. but I'd say Dylan Jansens is in for a big surprise".

J.R.: "I think we all are in for a big surprise King but shifting to the PrimeTime side of the King of the Ring tournament, this one has slobberknocker written all over it".

RHYNO's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT POUNDING HIS CHEST AND LOOKS VERY DETERMINED.

Lawler: "Well I've heard all week long that the PrimeTime side isn't as strong as the RAW side but I don't know if that's true J.R.".

J.R.: "Well personally, I'd like to see someone from the RAW division become King of the Ring but there's no doubt that this man can beat anyone here when he's at one hundred percent and you gotta look at this tournament as who is in the best condition King. The winner will have to win three matches tonight to earn the presitgous honor".

Lawler: "Not to mention the matches they've already won in the other rounds".

King of the Ring Tournament Round of 8

Hardcore Holly vs. Rhyno

This one was fought tooth and nail and both men went full throttle trying to advance. After a serious exchange to begin the match, Holly walked right into a wicked spinebuster and Rhyno quickly went for the "Gore" looking to end it. But Holly moved and he rammed shoulder first into the steel turnpost. After a series of armdrags, Holly drilled Rhyno with the Best dropkick in the business and went for the cover 1....2...., but Rhyno got a shoulder up just in time. Holly tried to shoot Rhyno to the corner but Rhyno reversed it and followed in but Holly again got out of the way. Holly then hopped onto the top turnbuckle but Rhyno swung his arm in desperation and swept Holly's feet out from under him, straddling him on the top turnpad. Rhyno then climbed to the middle strand and brought Holly off with an overhead belly to belly suplex and Holly landed with a tremendous impact as the crowd was in awe. Rhyno then covered Holly and hooked the leg to get the 3 count.

Match Time: 5:19

Lawler: "You were right J.R., that was a slobberknocker"!

J.R.: "It damn sure was but on this night, Rhyno got the best of Hardcore"!

BACKSTAGE

MICHAEL COLE IS STANDING WITH TWF NEWCOMER JOHN CENA.

Michael Cole: "John Cena, last week on PrimeTime, you pulled perhaps the upset of the year in the TWF when in your first match, you defeated former TWF champion Val Venis. What kind of impact do you think this will make on your career"?

John Cena: "Impact Michael? Oh, you're talkin' to the guy who will make the biggest impact on this company for years to come. Ya see, I don't consider it to be a huge upset. And ya know.....

CENA IS CUT OFF WHEN FORMER TWF SUPERSTAR CHRIS MICHAELS ENTERS THE SCREEN!

Chris Michaels: "You wanna talk big impact, rookie? Well watch and learn".

MICHAELS WALKS AWAY AS CENA AND COLE LOOK PERPLEXED.

DYLAN JANSENS' MUSIC HITS AS HE AND MOLLY HOLLY COME THROUGH THE ENTRANCE TO A HUGE POP.

J.R.: "Do you know who that was King"?

Lawler: "Of course I do, that was Chris Michaels"!

J.R.: "What is he doing at King of the Ring and what is he talking about when he says watch and learn"?

Lawler: "I have a feeling we're gonna find out soon enough".

J.R.: "Well here we go fans. Dylan Jansens and Molly are on their way down the aisle and Jansens still doesn't know who his opponent will be for this match. It had to be tough to prepare for this one".

Lawler: "Well he's the one that wanted this match so bad J.R.".

"WHATEVER" BY OUR LADY PEACE" HITS AND JIM CORNETTE LEADS CHRIS BENOIT TO THE RING TO A MIXED REACTION.

J.R.: "Wait a minute, don't tell me, oh no, Chris Benoit has joined Camp Cornette's anti-Americans"!

Lawler: "Oh boy, Jansens is in for the wrestling lesson of his life J.R."!

J.R.: "I never guessed that this man would align himself with someone like Jim Cornette but apparently he has"!

Dylan Jansens w/Molly Holly vs. Chris Benoit w/Jim Cornette

It didn't take long for the fans to get all over Benoit with the chants of USA, USA, USA but coincidentally, neither man was American. Benoit took over from the collar and elbow tie up but taking it into a standing armbar. But Jansens countered by somersaulting into a dragon arm whip and then put a dropkick right on Benoit's chin. Jansens then whipped Benoit to the ropes and went for a hurracanrana but Benoit caught him and turned it into a shoulder breaker. Benoit then grabbed him and rammed the same shoulder into the turnpost as Jansens writhed in pain. Benoit then stomped the shoulder a few times. He went to lock in the Crossface but Jansens quickly countered with a roll out. Benoit charged him with a clothesline but Jansens grabbed the arm and jumped down to the mat with a hard armbar. Jansens then delivered a textbook snap suplex. When Benoit got up, he whipped him to the corner and bounced off the ropes. As Benoit staggered out, Jansens hit a nice faceplant and went for the cover 1....2...., but Benoit kicked out. Jansens then delivered a scoop slam and went upstairs looking for the "Deep Sea Dive" but Benoit had it well scouted and rolled out of the way just in time. Benoit then immediately capitalized as Jansens tried to recover by going to the same turnbuckle and delivering his patented diving headbutt which connected. Benoit was a little dazed but put and arm over Jansens to get the 1....2.....3.

Match Time: 3:44

Lawler: "I didn't expect Jansens to give Benoit that much trouble but a win is a win".

J.R.: "And now look at this, Extreme Japan are on their way out! Somebody stop this"!

YUJI MATASAMO AND HAYABUSA CAME OUT AND CONTINUED THE ASSAULT UNTIL PERRY SATURN AND SPIKE DUDLEY CAME OUT TO HIS AID AND CHASED CAMP CORNETTE OUT OF THE RING. BUT THE DAMAGE HAD BEEN DONE.

Lawler: "What are Saturn and Spike doing out here"?!

J.R.: "They're doing the right thing and thank god they did! I don't know if there would've been anything left of Jansens"!

Lawler: "Well Jim Cornette's group is getting stronger every time we see them J.R. and soon, they could become unstoppable! At least they're on PrimeTime".

THE CAMERA SHOWS CORNETTE CELEBRATING AND BENOIT WITH A GRIN ON HIS FACE AS MATASAMO AND HAYABUSA HEAD BACKSTAGE.

J.R.: "That's what I'm afraid of King. But I look at it as a threat to the whole company, not just one division".

BACKSTAGE... THE HURRICANE's DRESSING ROOM...

THE HURRICANE IS WITH CARNEY STRATEGIZING HIS MATCH AGAINST MATT HARDY WHEN JEFF HARDY COMES THROUGH THE AJAR DOOR.

Hurricane: "Great jumping lizard skin, what are you doing in here"?

JEFF GIVES HURRICANE A WEIRD LOOK.

Jeff Hardy: "I just came to give this to Carney.

JEFF TOSSES HIM A T-SHIRT

Don't ever forget that man".

JEFF WALKS OUT AS CARNEY UNFOLDS THE SHIRT REVEALING THE TEAM XTREME LOGO. CARNEY GETS A SLIGHT SMILE ON HIS FACE.

Hurricane: "We must get to the bottom of this however, we can't lose focus on the task at hand. My hurri-senses tell me someone is trying to pull something over on this superhero".

OTHER SIDE OF THE ARENA.... NWO LOCKER ROOM....

Scott Hall: "I can't wait to see that old man get his ass handed to him tonight".

X-Pac: "Yeah Nails, after what he did by leaving the NWO, you gotta take him out tonight man".

Nails: "Oh I will. Hogan's gonna get a beating like never before".

THERE IS A KNOCK ON THE DOOR.

Kevin Nash: "Somebody wanna get that"?

X-PAC GETS UP AND ANSWERS THE DOOR AND A MAN HANDS HIM A PACKAGE.

X-Pac: "It's for you Kev".

HE GIVES IT TO NASH WHO OPENS IT TO FIND 2 FOAM ROB VAN DAM THUMBS. NASH TAKES THE BOX AND THROWS IT AT THE WALL.

Nash: "Damn it! It's that damn RVD"!

BACK AT RINGSIDE, JAZZ' MUSIC HITS AND SHE COMES OUT TO A LOT OF HEAT.

J.R.: "The Women's title will be put on the line momentarily but the NWO just received a message from Rob Van Dam and he's not backing down King".

Lawler: "Well he must want his career to be over soon cause that's exactly what's gonna happen messin' with those guys".

THE LIGHTS GO DIM AND AKASHA's MUSIC HITS. SHE IS BOOED BY THE MAJORITY OF THE CROWD.

J.R.: "Easily the two toughest women in the business are gonna get it on here and this isn't gonna be about who looks better in a bikini, this is gonna be a fight".

Lawler: "And it's all over how they collectively disposed of a former female superstar".

TWF Women's Title Match

Challenger.... Jazz vs. Akasha

Jazz treid to come out the agressor but Akasha didn't give an inch as she returned the right hands of Jazz with a series of hard forearm shots. After a russian leg sweep, Akasha set her up on the top rope and pulled off a fabulous frankensteiner. Akasha hooked the leg and got 1....2....., but at the last possible second, Jazz got her left shoulder up. Akasha then came off the ropes but Jazz caught her with a powerslam and followed that with an in place jumping legdrop which connected with a high impact. Jazz then dropped her across the top ring rope with a hot shot and went for the cover but only got 1 and a half. Jazz then went for an irish whip but Akasha reversed it. As Jazz came off the ropes, she kicked her in the gut and went for a clothesline but Akasha ducked and double Jazz up with a shot of her own to the stomach. But Jazz reversed an irish whip and went for a clothesline but Akasha again ducked and bounced off the far side ropes, absolutely leveling Jazz with a jumping back elbow that caught her right in the mouth. Akasha hooked the leg after that and got a 3 count to retain the title.

Match Time: 3:50

J.R.: "Well I don't think anyone expected that to be a mat wrestling classic and what a shot by Akasha! I wonder if Jazz is missing some teeth"!

Lawler: "I've never seen a more physical women's match J.R. and normally, that'd be a good thing but these two women just tried to kill each other"!

AKASHA IS SHOWN WALKING UP THE RAMP WITH HER TITLE AS IN THE RING, JAZZ CHECKS TO SEE IF SHE's BLEEDING.

J.R.: "And Akasha again reigns supreme and she is becoming perhaps the strongest female force we've ever had around here".

BACKSTAGE.... ARENA ENTRANCE...

NEMESIS AND FRANCINE ENTER THE ARENA AS THE CROWD POPS LOUDLY. FRANCINE IS ON A CELL PHONE.

Francine: "No, I don't think he thinks anything. It's going perfectly. (pauses) Ok, I'll talk to ya soon, bye".

Nemesis: "What's going perfectly"?

Francine: "Oh, that was my dad. He was asking me what I thought of his business".

NEMESIS GIVES HER A WEIRD LOOK THAT SHE DOESN'T SEE.

SCOTT TAYLOR's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A LOT OF HEAT FROM THE CROWD.

J.R.: "What's that all about"?

Lawler: "It's all because of Sam Wilde. Nemesis is probably gonna be suspicious about anything now".

J.R.: "Scott Taylor's on his way out here for a round of eight King of the Ring match and this will be a classic difference is styles".

SABU's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A HUGE CHEER.

Lawler: "Well I love Scott Taylor and I almost picked him to win the whole tournament but he's gonna have his hands full here".

J.R.: "A poll conducted over at TWF.com showed among those who voted that the man from Pompey, Sabu, is a big favorite to become King of the Ring. But Taylor has beaten Jeff Hardy and Sam Wilde already so Sabu can't overlook him here".

King of the Ring Round of 8

"Too Hot" Scott Taylor vs. Sabu

Taylor seemed to underestimate the speed and quickness of Sabu as Sabu got off to a great early start. Taylor tried to slow it down with eye gouges and blatant choke holds and was warned by referee Jim Korderas about it several times. After a knee to the midsection, Taylor came off the ropes and went for a headscissor takedown but Sabu caught him on his shoulders and delivered a death valley driver. The crowd was on the edge of their seats the rest of the way as Sabu scored with a spinning wheel kick. He then propped Taylor up in the tree of woe in the corner and came sliding in with a devastating dropkick to the face. After a back suplex, Sabu went to the top rope and tried to come off with a moonsault but he got too much hang time and it allowed Taylor to roll out of the way. Taylor then grabbed Sabu's leg and went outside of the ring, wrapping it around the steel post. Taylor then scored with a swinging neckbreaker and went for the cover 1....2..., but Sabu's right shoulder shot up. Then came the move of the night. Taylor came off the ropes but Sabu pushed him straight up into the air by his chest. The crowd came to their feet when on the way down, Sabu delivered a spin kick right to the face. The echo of the contact was heard around Reunion Arena as Sabu made the cover and the crowd counted along 1....2.....3.

Match Time: 5:32

J.R.: "Oh my god what a move! Can you believe that King"?

Lawler: "No I can't, Taylor may be out cold here".

J.R.: "So that means it will be William Regal meeting Sabu in the RAW final of this tournament and you wanna talk contrast in styles, that is sure to be one".

FOOTAGE IS SHOWN FROM THE LAST PRIMETIME OF SHAWN STASIAK ATTACKING VLAD THE IMPALER BACKSTAGE FOLLOWED BY FOOTAGE OF VLAD WINNING THE TOUGHMAN TITLE. THAT CUTS INTO LIVE FOOTAGE WHERE IDALIS STANDS WITH VLAD WHO HOLDS THE TOUGHMAN TITLE OVER HIS SHOULDER.

Idalis: "First off Vlad, congratulations on winning the Toughman Title. I just wanted to ask you what kind of champion you will make and what you think your chances are of becoming King of the Ring based on what's already transpired tonight".

Vlad: "Well first off, many of these people might not realize it, but I have wrestled in some of the deadliest matches ever created in several countries. There's no one who can take this title from me. As for King of the Ring, it's one match at a time and Shawn Stasiak, you sealed your fate by jumping me from behind on PrimeTime the other night and in a few minutes, the King of the death match is gonna end your chance to be King of the Ring".

VLAD WALKS AWAY AS BACK AT RINGSIDE, SHAWN STASIAK's MUSIC HITS AND HE IS MET WITH A CHORUS OF BOOS.

J.R.: "Well here comes the man who attacked Vlad the Impaler from behind on PrimeTime and whether he thought that would give him an added advantage in this match of if Wakeman Enterprises put him up to it to hurt Vlad's chances of winning the Toughman Title, neither worked".

Lawler: "What do you mean an added advantage J.R.? This man doesn't need any advantages against someone like Vlad".

VLAD THE IMPALER's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A GOOD CHEER WITH THE TOUGHMAN TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST.

J.R.: "This is a guy I could see winning the whole thing".

Lawler: "And what's with calling himself the King of the death match? I've seen plenty of deathmatches and I've never seen him in one".

J.R.: "Vlad has competed in Japan and a few other places in barbed wire matches and matches with C4 explosives, he's a tough hombre King".

Lawler: "Well he's gonna have to outwrestle Stasiak tonight".

King of the Ring Round of 8

Shawn Stasiak vs. Vlad the Impaler

Stasiak took Vlad off his gameplay with a slow, deliberate attack that focused on Vlad's right knee. Stasiak delivered 3 consecutive shin breakers and then began stomping on the knee. He picked Vlad up and went for an irish whip but Vlad tried to reverse it into a short arm clothesline. Stasiak ducked and used a chop block to take out the knee again. He then locked in the figure 4 in the middle of the ring and Vlad was in a lot of trouble. But he fought off the pain and struggled to the ropes. Stasiak used all of referee Charles Robinson's 5 count to break the hold. He then delivered a double arm ddt and went for the cover but Vlad was up at 2. Suddenly, Vlad got an adrenaline rush and began fighting back, blocking each of Stasiak's punches and connecting with right hands of his own. After a hard backbreaker, Vlad dropped a big legdrop on Stasiak and got a 1 and a half. Vlad then picked Stasiak up on his back with the infamous Gory Special. He whipped Stasiak to the corner and followed him in but Stasiak moved and rolled him up with a schoolboy. He put his legs on the ropes 1.....2...., but Robinson noticed Stasiak bending the rules. Stasiak didn't appreciate Robinson doing this and knocked him down with a hard right hand! But suddenly, as Stasiak taunted the crowd, Chris Michaels came running out and when Stasiak turned around, he was dropped with the "Sudden Impact" superkick. Michaels left through the crowd as Vlad got up and delivered "Lights Out" to get the 3 count.

Match Time: 6:41

Lawler: "What the heck was that about? Chris Michaels just cost Stasiak the match"!

J.R.: "Back in the day those two used to make up the Impact Players! Michaels said he was gonna make an impact and he did but in all reality King, Stasiak would've been disqualified anyway for hitting the referee"!

BACKSTAGE

NEMESIS IS STANDING BACKSTAGE WHEN SAM WILDE APPROCAHES HIM.

Sam Wilde: "Hey Nemesis, sorry for the misunderstanding in your match on RAW. I know you should be here tonight with a chance to be King of the Ring. But did you at least think about what I said"?

Nemesis: (he grabs Wilde by the collar) "You meant Francine didn't you you little bastard! Listen, she is everything to me. You don't know what my world is like and she saved me from total darkness. So don't even think about messing with her, got it"?!

HE LETS GO OF WILDE

Wilde: "Yeah, I got it. Just keep in mind, there's other ways to be saved".

WILDE WALKS AWAY

PARKING LOT....

JIM CORNETTE AND HIS GROUP ARE WALKING THROUGH THE PARKING GARAGE.

Jim Cornette: "That was great Chris, I knew you'd beat him with ease".

Chris Benoit: "It was my pleasure Jim. Anything to make America unhappy and on the next PrimeTime, our campaign against it will officially begin".

BENOIT GETS INTO AN AWAITING CAR WHEN MUTA AND MASA CHONO APPROACH. AFTER STARING MATASAMO AND HAYABUSA DOWN FOR A MOMENT, THE 4 MEN SHAKE HANDS. MATASAMO AND HAYABUSA GET INTO THE CAR AND IT SPEEDS AWAY.

BACK IN THE ARENA, DAWN MARIE IS IN THE RING.

Dawn Marie: "At this time, I'd like to call the owner of PrimeTime out to the ring. So Shaney, come on out".

Lawler: "Shaney"?

"HERE COMES THE MONEY" HITS AS SHANE McMAHON COMES OUT TO A PRETTY GOOD POP.

J.R.: "Well Dawn Marie said she was gonna have a surprise for Shane tonight and this must be it".

Shane McMahon: "Okay Dawn Marie, first off, my name is not Shaney, it's Shane McMahon, owner of PrimeTime. Now I don't know what you brought me out here for tonight but it better be good".

Dawn Marie: "Oh trust me, it is. Well, ya know how you and your dad are in this power struggle over who's half of the TWF is better"?

Shane: "Yeah".

Dawn Marie: "And not too long ago, I helped out your cruiserweight division by convincing Jamie Noble to sign with PrimeTime"?

Shane: "Yeah, where is this going Dawn Marie"?

Dawn Marie: "Well, this time I decided to focus on the tag team division. So, I convinced the hottest up and coming tag team in the TWF to sign with PrimeTime. The Island Boyz"!

J.R.: "The Island Boyz on PrimeTime, that's huge news"!

Lawler: "We need a negotiator like Dawn Marie on RAW"!

Shane: "That's great! Thank you so much"!

Dawn Marie: "That's it, just thanks"?

Shane: "Well yeah, what'd you expect? Listen, I got work to do in the back, I have a big announcement to make concerning the European title match".

SHANE DROPS HIS MIC AND TURNS TO LEAVE.

Dawn Marie: "Well maybe this will change your mind".

JUST THEN, DAWN MARIE PULLS HER TOP DOWN AND THE CROWD GOES WILD. SHANE's EYES LOOK LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO POP OUT OF HIS HEAD.

Lawler: "Oh my god! I've died and gone to heaven! Look at this J.R."!

J.R.: "I can't believe my eyes! Wait a minute, there's Trish Stratus"!

TRISH ENTERS THE RING AND PROCEEDS TO HAND IT TO DAWN MARIE WHO IS IN NO POSITION TO FIGHT BACK. TARVIS WAKEMAN AND BROCK LESNAR COME OUT AND HAVE SHANE CORNERED IN THE RING AS THE WOMEN GO AT IT ON THE FLOOR. BUT THE ISLAND BOYZ COME OUT AND TAKE CARE OF WAKEMAN ENTERPRISES, CLEARING THE RING! TRAVIS WAKEMAN THEN GOES OVER AND PULLS TRISH OFF DAWN MARIE AS THE ISLAND BOYZ STAND TALL WITH SHANE IN THE RING.

J.R.: "My god what a transpiration of events"!

Lawler: "But Dawn Marie wasn't lying! She delivered, in more ways than one"!

J.R.: "Well her and Trish have a lot of unfinished business but I believe Shane has got himself a personal admirer".

Lawler: "Lucky dog"!

MATT HARDY's THEME BY OUR LADY PEACE HITS AND STACY KIEBLER LEADS HIM OUT WEARING A VERY SHORT BLACK MINI-SKIRT. HE IS MET WITH A MIXED REACTION.

J.R.: "Bck to the action fans as we are set for a Lightheavyweight title match with quite a story behind it".

Lawler: "That's right J.R., this man and Carney at one time fueded over Stacy and it looks like Matt ended up with her. And tonight, Carney will be in the corner of Matt's opponent, the Hurricane"!

THE LIGHTS GO OUT AND "STAND BACK.... THERE's A HURRICANE COMIN' THROUGH.... HITS AS THE HURRICANE COMES OUT HOLDING HIS LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT TITLE CLOSE TO HIS CHEST AS CARNEY FOLLOWS BEHIND.

J.R.: "And at the center of this whole thing is Jeff Hardy. Matt's brother and Carney's tag team partner over on RAW".

Lawler: "And this will be the first interdivisional match since the roster split J.R.".

J.R.: "And that's why I gotta root for Hurricane because even though Matt Hardy is not your conventional lightheavyweight, he just fit into the weight limit by three pounds and he could take the title over to PrimeTime, a blow RAW cannot afford right now".

TWF Lightheavyweight Title Match

Challenger... Matt Hardy w/Stacy Kiebler vs. The Hurricane w/Carney

This was the fastest paced match all night as Matt used his size to gain control early. After a few headlock takeovers, Matt tagged Hurricane with some serious right hands before catching him with a back body drop off an irish whip. But Matt then ran right into a stiff superkick that snapped his head back and Hurricane then began yelling at Carney for the bad scouting report. Hurricane went to the top rope and hit the blockbuster and went for a cover but Matt got a shoulder up just in time. Hurricane then went to the top again but Matt countered with a kick to the gut and then caught Hurricane with a cactus clothesline. Matt then delivered a russian leg sweep before climbing to the middle turnbuckle and hitting his flying legdrop. Matt went for the cover 1....2...., but Hurricane kicked out. Matt then went for an irish whip but Hurricane reversed it. As Matt came off the ropes, he ducked a clothesline and hit the Side Effect. He went for the cover but failed to hook a leg 1.....2...., but Hurricane got up just in time. Matt then went for a piledriver and Hurricane countered with a back drop but Matt hung on into a sunset flip. Hurricane rolled through it and had Matt stacked up 1....2...., but Matt got up. When they got to their feet, Matt kicked him in the stomach and yelled for the "Twist of Fate". But Hurricane countered it and went for a clothesline which Matt ducked right into a high impact sleeper drop. This time Matt did hook a leg and he got the 3 count to win the title.

Match Time: 4:25

J.R.: "Matt Hardy has done it! He has taken the title over to PrimeTime"!

Lawler: "Shane is starting to pull away from Vince, I can't believe it"!

AFTER THE MATCH, THE HURRICANE WENT AND SHOVED CARNEY BUT GOT A SUPERKICK RIGHT IN THE MOUTH AS RETALIATION. CARNEY THEN GOT IN THE RING AND HE AND MATT CAME NOSE TO NOSE. WITH STACY AT HIS SIDE, MATT SHOOK CARNEY's HAND. STACY SEEMED UPSET THAT MATT DID THIS AND SHE SLAPPED HIM ACROSS THE FACE! MATT AND CARNEY LOOKED AT EACH OTHER BEFORE EACH GRABBING STACY BY THE BACK OF THE HEAD AND LAUNCHING HER OUT OF THE RING! JEFF HARDY CAME OUT AND GRABBED THE LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT TITLE AND HANDED IT TO MATT AS THE 3 MEN EMBRACED!

Lawler: "Well, I didn't think I'd ever see this"!

J.R.: "The Hardy Boyz and Team Xtreme, in the same ring and apparently, Matt has said the hell with Stacy! What an event this is so far folks and next month, we expect the same thing as we bring you SummerSlam on pay-per-view"!

LIVE FROM SAN JOSE ARENA IN SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA! ONLY ON PAY-PER-VIEW!

BACK AT RINGSIDE, WILLIAM REGAL's MUSIC HITS AS THE RAW LOGO FLASHES ACROSS THE SCREEN AND HE IS LOUDLY BOOED.

J.R.: "This crowd is definitely not behind the so called goodwill ambassador William Regal but whoever wins this match will represent RAW in the King of the Ring finals".

Lawler: "And I just don't understand how you could boo a man of Regal's caliber. He just wants people to have good manners and respect others".

SABU's MUSIC HITS AND THE CROWD GOES NUTS AS HE COMES DOWN THE AISLE.

J.R.: "Well I don't think manners are at the top of Sabu's importance list and I'm sure he doesn't respect Regal. This will be a battle or Regal's ground based attack against the high risk offense of the homicidal, suicidal, genoicidal maniac".

King of the Ring Semi-Finals

William Regal vs. Sabu

Regal, like Scott Taylor, was not ready for the unorthodox attack from Sabu. After ducking a wild clothesline, Sabu delivered the death valley driver followed by an in place moonsault which drew a quick 2 count. But Regal moved out of the way of a flying forearm and got things under control, tattoing Sabu with his forearms to the face and some blistering european uppercuts. He went for a running powerslam but Sabu slid off his shoulders and delivered a reverse ddt. Sabu then put Regal upside down over the turnbuckle in the tree of woe and delivered a sliding dropkick that the crowd went wild over. Sabu pulled Regal down as referee Chad Patton tried to get some seperation. But Regal used it as an oppurtunity to get in a low blow which Patton missed. Regal then came bouncing off the ropes with a knee to the side of the head. Regal then used an STF and had Sabu in a lot of trouble. But Sabu would not tap out. Regal relinquished the hold and stomped on the back of Sabu's head before going back to the STF. This time, after more than a minute in the painful hold, Sabu used everything he had left in the tank to make it to the ropes and grab them. Regal then whipped Sabu into the ropes but missed a clothesline and Sabu came off the other side with a spinning wheel kick. He then used one of his favorite moves, a springboard spinning heel kick which caught Regal right in the face. Sabu pointed to the sky as the crowd came to their feet but Scott Hall came down the aisle and jumped on the apron. Chad Patton got in Hall's face telling him to go back when Kevin Nash came over the barricade and into the ring. Sabu turned around and ate Nash's huge boot. Regal capitalized by delivering a double underhook into a powerbomb to get the 3 count.

Match Time: 8:11

J.R.: "Oh for god sakes, the NWO has spoiled another one"!

Lawler: "Look at this, it's RVD"!

JUST THEN, ROB VAN DAM SPRINTS OUT AND SLIDES INTO THE RING, CATCHING AN UNSUSPECTING HALL WITH A SPINNING JUMP KICK RIGHT IN THE MOUTH. HE THEN WENT TO THE TOP ROPE AND CAME OFF WITH A MARTIAL ARTS KICK STRAIGHT TO THE FACE OF NASH. BY THIS TIME, X-PAC AND NAILS HAD COME OUT AND WHEN RVD JUMPED DOWN, X-PAC KICKED HIM IN THE STOMACH AND DELIVERED THE "X-FACTOR". HALL AND NAILS THEN GOT ON HIM LIKE WILD ANIMALS AND WHEN THEY WERE THROUGH, THEY SET HIM UP FOR NASH WHO RAISED A CLOSED FIST IN THE AIR AND DELIVERED THE JACKNIFE POWERBOMB. SABU AND RVD WERE LEFT LAYING IN THE RING AS THE NWO THEME HIT.

J.R.: "My god, doesn't the NWO ever get sick of this crap"?!

Lawler: "Well you can't say RVD didn't ask for it by sending that package earlier".

J.R.: "But to take it out on Sabu and cost him the chance to be King of the Ring"?

Lawler: "Hey, you're guilty by association J.R., remember that"!

AN AD FOR THE SOON TO BE OPEN TWF MALL IS SHOWN.

RHYNO's MUSIC HITS AS THE PRIMETIME LOGO FLASHES ACROSS THE SCREEN.

J.R.: "The TWF Mall will open sometime in August folks and judging by the reaction of this crowd, they wouldn't buy any of Rhyno's stuff".

Lawler: "You never know J.R., his t-shirt could say 2002 King of the Ring"!

VLAD THE IMPALER's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A LOUD CHEER, THE TOUGHMAN TITLE BELT CLUTCHED IN HIS RIGHT HAND.

J.R.: "Not of this man has anything to do with it. Both men hav had an impressive run through this tournament but Vlad is growing more and more popular amongst these people".

Lawler: "That's what I don't understand, they'l boo Regal but cheer a baffoon like this guy"!

J.R.: "Go call him a baffoon to his face and see what happens King! I'll be conducting the rest of this show myself, that's what'll happen"!

King of the Ring Semi-Finals

Rhyno vs. Vlad the Impaler

2 of the heaviest hitters in the TWF slugged it out in this one as it was more like a heavyweight boxing match. The two traded punches for the first couple of minutes with Vlad seemingly getting the best of it. But Rhyno absorbed a lot of punishment and got back into it with a vicious spinebuster. After a big elbow drop, Rhyno went for an irish whip but Vlad reversed it and caught him with a big powerslam. Vlad then delivered a piledriver which laid Rhyno flat out. But instead of going for the cover, Vlad got an evil look in his eyes and went outside the ring and grabbed a table from underneath it. He brought it into the ring and propped it up in the corner but Rhyno popped up seemingly unphased and when Vlad turned around, he was driven through the table with the "Gore"! Rhyno hooked the far leg and got the 3 count to advance to the finals.

Match Time: 5:02

Lawler: "This isn't a toughman match Vlad! That didn't work against the manbeast"!

J.R.: "For those of you at home wondering why that isn't a DQ, it's because Vlad brought the table in and referee Mike Chioda let it go at that. The mistake has cost Vlad and Rhyno is into the finals".

BACKSTAGE....

SAM WILDE IS DEJECTEDLY WALKING BACKSTAGE WHEN HE WALKS BY MR. PERFECT AND CHRISTOPHER NOWINSKY.

Mr. Perfect: "Well look at that, if it isn't Sammy Wilde. What is it boy, bad day at church"?

NOWINSKY AND PERFECT BREAK OUT INTO LAUGHTER.

Sam Wilde: "Listen, if you two had a little stronger religous beliefs, maybe you wouldn't be sitting out here bullying people to make yourselves happy".

Christoper Nowinsky: "No you listen to me. You might think you're the TWF's golden boy because of your religious beliefs, but do you have a degree from Harvard? Did you graduate with a 5.25 gpa? Were you captain of the football team? I didn't think so. So save us your Sunday sermon pal, it has no place in the TWF"!

Perfect: "Yeah, and you're sure as heck not perfect".

Wilde: "Ya know, you two are everything that is wrong with this company".

WILDE TURNS TO WALK AWAY WHEN NOWINSKY COMES FROM BEHIND WITH A SHOT TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD.

PERFECT AND NOWINSKY WALK AWAY LAUGHING WITH WILDE FACE DOWN ON THE GROUND.

J.R.: "Sam Wilde's night has just gone from bad to worse".

BACKSTAGE.... OUTSIDE SHANE's OFFICE....

IDALIS IS STANDING WITH SHANE.

Idalis: "Shane, as you stated earlier tonight, you have a Texas sized announcement as it pertains to the European title match tonight between Val Venis and Jordan Rockwell".

THE CROWD CHEERS.

Shane McMahon: "Yes, yes I do. Ya see, these two have battled furiously for the last several weeks on PrimeTime and tonight, I think we should find out who really is the baddest of these two men. So it will now be a Bunkhouse brawl, the match made famous in this state".

CROWD CHEERS.

Idalis: "Okay, anything else".

Shane: "Oh yeah, there's one other thing. I have decided to appoint a special guest referee to help make sure this one stays one on one".

Idalis: "And who might that be"?

Shane: "Making his TWF return, San Antonio's own, Shawn Michaels"!

THE CROWD GETS LOUDER THEN THEY HAD ALL NIGHT

J.R.: "No way, it can't be! Shawn Michaels is supposed to be at home nursing a possible career ending injury"!

Lawler: "Shawn Michaels? Tonight"?

THE NWO THEME HITS AS NAILS MAKES HIS WAY OUT TO SOME OF THE BIGGEST HEAT ALL NIGHT.

J.R.: "It was only about six months ago that this man and Hulk Hogan were in the NWO together".

Lawler: "That's exactly right J.R.. Nails is NWO for life, exactly what Hogan said he was. Can you imagine how long Nails has been waiting for this moment"?

"REAL AMERICAN" HITS AS THE CROWD GOES NUTS. HOGAN COMES OUT TO THE ONE OF THE BIGGEST CHEERS ALL NIGHT.

J.R.: "Listen to the reaction for the true icon of this industry! Yeah, what a mistake leaving the NWO was"!

Lawler: "Well this icon is gonna get an NWO sized beating courtesy of a guy who used to respect him"!

J.R.: "Nails doesn't respect anyone".

Nails vs. Hulk Hogan

Hogan came out the agressor as he pounded Nails with his right hands but they didn't seem to have a lot of effect on the man with the hockey mask. After blocking a right hand, Nails came back with a series of knifedge chops followed by a thrust to the throat. He then used the ropes in the corner to stand right on Hogan's face. He blatantly choked him and then draped him over the middle ring rope as he came bouncing off the other side and draped his leg across the back of Hogan's head. Hogan was barely hanging on as Nails made the cover 1....2.... but Hogan powered out. Nails whipped him to the corner and followed in with a hard clothesline into a big bulldog. He went for the cover again but again, Hogan was up at 2. This time, Hogan popped up and waved his finger at Nails who responded with a right hand to the head. Hogan blocked the next shot and hit Nails with a right hand of his own before sending him to the ropes for a big clothesline. Hogan then landed a succession of 3 right hands before whipping him into the ropes and catching him with his big boot. Hogan then called for the legdrop as the crowd rose. But Nails rolled out of the way. After delivering a hard ddt, Nails went outside the ring and grabbed a steel chair but when he got in with it, referee Tim White tried to take it away. A struggle ensued and Nails quickly gave up. But as White leaned between the ring ropes to put the chair back outside, Nails took a pair of brass knuckles out of his back pocket and hit a "hulking up" Hogan right between the eyes. Hogan fell like a ton of bricks as Nails made the cover and White got down to count the 1.....2....3.

Match Time: 6:12

J.R.: "My god what was that? Brass knuckles"!

Lawler: "You hit the nail on the head with that one J.R.! AHAHAHAHA, that was brilliant"!

J.R.: "Oh and look at this, here come all his buddies to celebrate with him"!

THE REST OF THE NWO CAME OUT AND SCOTT HALL TOSSED NAILS A CAN OF SPRAYPAINT. WITH IT, HE PUT THE LETTERS N-W-O IN BLUE RIGHT ACROSS HOGAN's BACK.

Lawler: "Look at that J.R., Hogan used to do this with them"!

J.R.: "This is a disgrace, an absolute disgrace and something needs to be done about this NWO".

BACKSTAGE

MICHAEL COLE IS STANDING WITH "STONE COLD" STEVE AUSTIN.

Michael Cole: "Stone Cold, you are just moments away from what could be the most brutal match of your career. What kind of thoughts are going through your mind"?

Stone Cold: "Through my mind? Well let's see, I'm thinking of whippin' Drew Blood's ass and Deacon Batista's too if he wants to get involved and making the son of a bitch bleed. Then, I'm thinkin' about celebrating by drinking a few beers. Is there anything else"?

Cole: "Well yeah, there is. Last week on PrimeTime, you were on the receiving end of a pedigree courtesy of Triple H. What do you plan on doing about that"?

AUSTIN GIVES COLE A LONG STARE AND THEN JUST WALKS AWAY.

BACK AT RINGSIDE, VAL VENIS' MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A LOT OF BOOS.

J.R.: "Well Stone Cold is damn sure prepared for that first blood match but ya gotta believe he has retaliation in store for the game".

Lawler: "Well here we go J.R., it's the Bunkhouse brawl"!

J.R.: "For those of you who aren't familiar with a Bunkhouse brawl, the rules are simple, there are none. Anything goes and the toughest will survive".

"ROCK HARD" BY JA RULE HITS AS LITA LEADS THE EUROPEAN CHAMPION JORDAN ROCKWELL DOWN THE AISLE TO A TREMENDOUS CHEER.

Lawler: "Rockwell has been the champ since WrestleMania but I think that's all gonna end tonight. He's in there with one of the best"!

J.R.: "Rockwell has wanted this one just as bad though King and I think he's primed for an upset. I'm goin' with Rockwell".

AFTER A BRIEF PAUSE, "SEXY BOY" HITS AND SHAWN MICHAELS COMES OUT AS THE CROWD COMES UNGLUED!

Lawler: "When was the last time you saw the referee get introduced last"?

J.R.: "Listen to this Texas crowd go wild for the Heartbreak Kid! It's so good to see him back after all the news and rumors that we've heard"!

Lawler: "Which one of these guys is gonn be able to overcome all the hoopla to begin this match and focus on a win"?

Bunkhouse Brawl/TWF European Title Match

*Special Referee: Shawn Michaels

Challenger..... Val Venis vs. Jordan Rockwell w/Lita

Both men entered the ring with their fists taped and the match started with a series of heavy shots from both men. After a backdrop suplex, Venis went out and got a box full of weapons including a garden hose. He wrapped the hose around Rockwell's neck and began choking him. He then cracked him over the head with a cookie sheet, putting a big dent in it. Venis then used the garden hose to fling Rockwell by the neck. He charged Rockwell but Rockwell sidestepped him and he went hard into the corner. Rockwell then removed the hose and wrapped it around Venis' neck and used it for a modified neckbreaker. Rockwell then went to the box of weapons and grabbed a bamboo stick and held it up a the crowd cheered in approval. He gave Venis several numbing shots with it but Rockwell ducked one swing and Venis kicked him in the groin. After pelting Rockwell 4 times with the stick, Venis set him up in the corner and tried to take his head off but Rockwell moved and the stick bounced off the ring rope and struck Venis in the face. Rockwell then delivered the Rock Smasher and hooked the leg 1.....2....., but just in time, Venis got a shoulder up. Rockwell then bounced off the ropes but Venis countered with a spinebuster. He followed that with a jumping knee drop and made the cover 1....2...., but Rockwell was up. Venis then caught him with a textbook powerslam and called for the "Money Shot". Venis went up top but took too much time up there and went he came off, Rockwell stuck a foot right in his bread basket. Venis was doubled up in pain but managed to stagger to his feet. But when he did, BOOM! Rockwell was waiting and emphatically delivered "Extreme Measures" as Michaels got down to count 1.....2.....3.

Match Time: 6:54

Lawler: "No way, that was a fast count! Fast count"!

J.R.: "Oh it was not King! Jordan Rockwell beat him fair and square in a brutal match"!

HBK HANDED ROCKWELL THE TITLE AS A TRICKLE OF BLOOD DRIPPED FROM HIS FOREHEAD FROM AN OPEN CUT. LITA CAME IN AND GAVE HIM A BIG HUG AND THEY WALKED UP THE RAMP TO A HUGE OVATION. NUT IN THE RING, VENIS WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE OFFICIATING AND HE SHOVED MICHAELS. MICHAELS LOOKED DOWN FOR A MOMENT BEFORE DRILLING HIM WITH THE "SWEET CHIN MUSIC" AS "SEXY BOY" HIT AND THE CROWD REACHED IT's HIGHEST NOISE LEVEL ALL NIGHT.

Lawler: "Oh, now the referee's can beat up the wrestlers! What is this conspiracy against Val about"?!

J.R.: "Oh for god sakes King, he put his hands on HBK first! The bottom line is it was a tremendous moment for Rockwell but ya gotta wonder what the status of HBK is"!

NWO LOCKER ROOM....

A CAMERA CATCHES THE NWO CELEBRATING WITH CHAMPAGNE IN THEIR DRESSING ROOM AND NASH CALLS THE NIGHT "A COMPLETE VICTORY". AS THE CAMERA PANS TO THE RIGHT, IT CATCHES A FEMALE SILHOUETTE CHANGING ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CURTAIN.

J.R.: "Unfortunately it has been a total victory for the NWO but up next, the TWF tag team titles will be on the line"!

FOOTAGE IS REPLAYED FROM PRIMETIME OF STRIFE AND BAHAMUT COSTING TRAVIS WAKEMAN THE TWF TITLE TO VLAD THE IMPALER.

"MAKE WAY" BY METHOD MAN HITS AS TRAVIS WAKEMAN AND BLOCK LESNAR MAKE THEIR WAY DOWN THE AISLE TO A LOT OF HEAT AS THE WAKEMAN ENTERPRISES LOGO SWIRLS AROUND THE RING.

J.R.: "The long reign of Strife and Bahamut could be in serious jeoprady tonight against these two men however, conspicuous byu her absence is Trish Stratus who Shane barred from ringside for this match".

Lawler: "She has a manager's license! He can't do that"!

"BOMBSHELL" BY POWERMAN 5000 HITS AS STRIFE AND BAHAMUT COME OUT WITH THE TAG TEAM TITLES TO A HUGE OVATION.

J.R.: "Oh yes he can and he did! He just wants to see a clear winner as I'm sure all these fans do".

Lawler: "Well I think you're right about one thing J.R., Strife and Bahamut's reign is in serious jeopardy tonight"!

J.R.: "Well they've gone through every team the TWF has to offer and although I think the combination of Wakeman and Lesnar will give them a run for their money, I don't think they'll get the job done tonight".

TWF Tag Team Title Match

Challengers... Wakeman Enterprises vs. Strife and Bahamut

This was a classic tag team war in which both teams showed a lot of continuity. Strife and Bahamut began the match surprisingly picking overpowering Lesnar and making frequent exchanges. Each man took their best shots at Lesnar and they kept him on their half of the ring. Lesnar reversed an irish whip to the corner and tried to run through Strife with his shoulder but Strife moved and Lesnar posted it. Strife then tried to pick Lesnar up for a shoulder breaker but he blocked it and pounded on Strife's back with a double axe handle. Lesnar then dropped the locomotive with a hard clothesline and tagged in Wakeman. With Strife on the ground, Wakeman saw an oppurtunity to take control and like the savvy veteran he is, Wakeman chose a body part and focused on it. Wakeman thoroughly picked Strife apart piece by piece with his attack being emphasized on Strife's legs. After a russian leg sweep, Wakeman whipped him to the ropes and caught him with a backhand to the midsection from his knee before scoring with a high impact ddt. Wakeman made the cover but Strife was easily up. Wakeman whipped him to the ropes but put his head down too early and Strife clubbed him across the back. Strife then went for a running boot but Wakeman ducked and each man had the same idea as they drilled one another with a clothesline. Far from their corners, both men struggled over and made the tag and Lesnar and Bahamut came in at the key point of the match. Lesnar scored with a few hard shots but Bahamut seemed to want it more as he returned each one and then knocked him down with a discus punch. Wakeman then came in but Strife cut him off at the pass. Lesnar got to his feet but Strife and Bahamut combined to deliver a big spinebuster as the crowd really got into it. Strife then charged Wakeman but he used a low bridge with the top rope and Strife went flailing to the floor. As Wakeman taunted him, Bahamut came from behind and picked him up in a military press position. He then tossed him all the way to the floor! But Bahamut took his eye off the ball and the next big thing was waiting for him. When he turned around, Lesnar picked him up onto his shoulders with ease and delivered the "F5" as a hush came over the crowd. Lesnar hooked the leg for the 1....2....3.

Match Time: 8:57

J.R.: "Oh my god, I thought this day would never come! Strife and Bahamut have been defeated"!

Lawler: "And they were beaten fair and square by a better team J.R., this Wakeman Enterprises may be the best team I've seen".

J.R.: "I don't think they'll ever be a team as good as Strife and Bahamut but on this night, Wakeman Enterprises was and RAW has lost another title over to PrimeTime".

BACKSTAGE...

MICHAEL COLE IS STANDING WITH WILLIAM REGAL WHO HAS A TOWEL AROUND HIS NECK.

Michael Cole: "William Regal, you are on win away from becoming the 2002 King of the Ring. However, it will be your third match tonight. How much of a factor is conditioning gonna play in this final matchup between you and Rhyno".

William Regal: "Well don't get me wrong Michael, Rhyno is everything they say he is and then some. But I don't think anyone is on my level when it comes to conditioning. I could wrestle thirty times tonight for god sake. But you know what I found quite amusing Mr. Cole"?

Cole: "No William, what would that be"?

Regal: "How the NWO, who just two months ago physically took me out of the NWO, helped propel me into the King of the Ring final. I mean, I don't think they even realize that. And if they do, maybe they finally have respect for a goodwill ambassador such as myself. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a tournament to go win. By the way, how does King William sound"?

REGAL WALKS AWAY AS COLE JUST SHRUGS.

Cole: "Back to you guys".

THE LIGHTS GO DIM AND THE IMAGE OF BLOOD TRICKLING OFF THE TWF TRON CAN BE SEEN AS DEACON BATISTA LEADS DREW BLOOD TO THE RING. BATISTA IS CARRYING THE TWF INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE IN ONE HAND A A METAL SUITCASE IN THE OTHER.

J.R.: "Well here we go folks. This is one the fans have been waiting all night to see. The rules in this one are simple, first man to bleed loses".

Lawler: "And not only that, it's for the Intercontinental title J.R."!

THE SOUND OF GLASS BREAKING IS HEARD AND THE CROWD GOES NUTS AS "STONE COLD" STEVE AUSTIN COMES OUT TO ONE OF THE LOUDEST POPS OF THE NIGHT, IF NOT THE LOUDEST.

J.R.: "Oh wow! Listen to this ovation for the Texas rattklesnake! I don't think Austin really cares about the title King! He's here for one thing and that is to punish Drew Blood"!

Lawler: "This one has been heatin' up for awhile but I don't recall ever seeing Drew Blood bleed and I've seen Austin bloodied on numerous occasions"!

J.R.: "And don't forget about Drew Blood's crypt keeper the Deacon who will be lurking around ringside".

First Blood/TWF Intercontinental Title Match

Challenger..... "Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs. Drew Blood w/Deacon Batista

This was the best match all night and should be a lock for match of the month! Austin's agressive style was way too much for Drew Blood early on as he pounded him from one side of the ring to the other. Drew Blood wildly swang at Austin but he ducked and delivered the Stunner just over a minute into the match as the crowd went berserk. Batista got up on the apron but Austin hit him with a right hand that sent him to the floor. But when he turned around, Drew Blood had recovered from the Stunner and kicked him right in the groin. Drew Blood then slowed down the pace and took the crowd out of it, working on Austin's left arm. He then went to Austin's big weakness, his knees and worked on them for a good 5 minutes. After a russian leg sweep, Drew Blood pulled Austin's leg around the steel post and went outside the ring and wrapped the knee around the post as Austin screamed in pain. Drew Blood went into the ring and got into the face of referee Jack Doan as Batista came around the ring and hit Austin over the knee with the briefcase. He then tossed Drew Blood a steel chair which he blasted Austin with. Austin went face down but when he rolled over, it was a surprise to see that he wasn't bleeding. The fight continued on but there were no serious threats to cause a cut. Drew Blood delivered a pulling piledriver and then instructed the Deacon to get into the ring. Batista came in and raised the briefcase over his head but Austin kicked him in the gut and delivered the Stunner! Drew Blood then got on Austin with ferocious right hands but Austin reversed an irish whip and caught him with a dropping spinebuster. Austin then grabbed the briefcase and clocked Drew Blood over the head with it. Drew Blood went down in a heap but slowly staggered to his feet when Austin nailed him again. A red stain could be seen on the mat and Drew Blood very slowly, almost in a drunken state, got back up and turned around, revealing his head had been lacerated and Doan called for the bell. But Austin took a long look at Drew Blood and then plastered him one more time with the briefcase as the crowd went nuts. Austin's music hit as Doan handed him the IC belt and he got up on each turnbuckle to show off the gold.

Match Time: 18:42

J.R.: "My god what a war! This one will be remembered for a long time folks but in the end, it was the toughest sob that proved to much for Drew Blood"!

Lawler: "I gotta hand it to Austin there. Anybody would've been beaten a long time ago but he hung in there with one of the best and proved he is still the toughest man in the TWF J.R."!

BACKSTAGE

SHAWN MICHAELS IS CARRYING HIS DUFFEL BAG OUT OF THE ARENA WHEN MICHAEL COLE CATCHES UP TO HIM.

Cole: "Shawn, Shawn, wait up".

Shawn Michaels: "What'd ya need man"?

Cole: "Well first off, it's great to see ya back.

CROWD CHEERS.

But I know the question every fan is dying to have an answer to is this, are you ready to make a full time return to the TWF"?

Michaels: "And I'd love to give them an answer Michael Cole. But the truth of the matter is I can't. I was asked by Shane McMahon to do the referee thing tonight here in my home state so I thought it'd be cool. But as far as me wrestling again, I'm still not medically cleared and I don't know if I ever will be".

Cole: "Alright, there ya have it folks from heartbreak himself, let's get back to you and the King J.R.".

WILLIAM REGAL's DREADED MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A HOARD OF BOOS.

J.R.: "This is it King, this is for the 2002 King of the Ring"!

Lawler: "And this man was my pick at the start of the night, what a royal prediction"!

RHYNO's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT PUMPED OUT TO A MIXED REACTION.

J.R.: "This one really isn't a treat for the fans as far as crowd favorites go but it should be a hard hitting brawl nonetheless".

Lawler: "I don't know how he's gonna do it J.R., but I'm gonna take Regal to win this"!

King of the Ring Tournament Final

William Regal vs. Rhyno

Power and agression met finesse and technique in this one as control of the match teetered back and forth. The manbeast fought off all Regal's offense as nothing Regal could do had an effect on him. But Regal hung in there too, kicking out after a powerslam and a vicious spinebuster. Rhyno shot him to the ropes but Regal ducked a clothesline and kicked Rhyno in the back of his left knee, buckling it. He then bounced off the ropes and caught him with a glancing knee to the side of the head. Using his forearm across the mouth of Rhyno, Regal made a lateral press but Rhyno kicked out. Regal then whipped him to the ropes but Rhyno came off and drilled him with the "Gore". Regal had the wherewithall to roll out of the ring as referee Mike Chioda applied the count. Once Chioda reached 4, Rhyno went and grabbed the motionless Regal and rolled him back into the ring. Chioda got in Rhyno's face, saying he just thwarted a count out when Regal got up and locked in a full nelson. But Rhyno back elbowed Regal hard enough to break the hold. Rhyno then threw a wild swing but Regal ducked and locked his arms around his waist with a go behind. He then ran him to the ropes and rolled him up. Regal grabbed a handful of Rhyno's tights as Chioda made the 3 count and Regal had done it!

Match Time: 8:26

J.R.: "My god Regal did it! William Regal is King of the Ring folks and about the only good that can come of it is he's on the RAW division".

Lawler: "I'm only gonna say this J.R., it takes a king to know a king".

REGAL WALKS UP THE RAMP WITH A HUGE SMILE ON HIS FACE AS THE CROWD GETS ALL OVER HIM. HE THEN WAVES TO THE FANS.

THE HELL IN THE CELL STRUCTURE BEGINS LOWERING FROM ABOVE.

J.R.: "Here we go, the main event is just moments away! Let's see how this all got started".

"FACING HELL" BY OZZY OSBOURNE HITS AS A VIDEO PACKAGE IS SHOWN OF THE LONG ONGOING FUED BETWEEN TRIPLE H AND THE UNDERTAKER.

"DEAD MAN WALKIN'" HITS AS THE UNDERTAKER CALMLY MAKES HIS WAY DOWN THE AISLE TO A MIXED REACTION.

J.R.: "There is the veteran, the phenon, The Undertaker and King, he wants nothing more than to regain that TWF Title here tonight".

Lawler: "It's gonna be tough, but my money is on the deadman".

"THE GAME" BY MOTORHEAD HITS AS THE CROWD ERUPTS AND TRIPLE H COMES OUT TO HIS USUAL PRE MATCH RITUAL WITH THE TWF TITLE AROUND HIS WAIST.

J.R.: "Well it's hard to bet against this man in a big match situation as he always rises to the occasion".

Lawler: "He is what he says he is J.R., he is the game and he is that damn good but The Undertaker has left quite a trail of destruction behind him in his career"!

J.R.: "I'll agree with ya there King and there is certainly no love loss between these two. This is tough to call. It's the Last Ride versus the Pedigree, here we go"!

Hell in a Cell/TWF Title Match

Challenger... The Undertaker vs. Triple H

What a main event! The Undertaker attacked Triple H from behind as the match started and he wasted no time using the chain link fence structure to his advantage. After launching Triple H into the cage like a missile off his shoulder, he took his face and used the fence like a cheese grater. But Triple H kicked and punched his way back into the match, whipping Undertaker hard into the ring steps. He then laid Undertaker's right arm on the stairway and went to hit it with a steel chair but The Undertaker moved it just in time. He then gave Triple H a thrust to the throat before pulling him by the arm right into the steel post. Undertaker then rolled him onto the announce position and went to the top rope. He then came flying off with a legdrop but Triple H got out of the way and Undertaker crashed through it as the crowd began chanting "HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT"! Triple H then took over. He rolled Undertaker into the ring and followed him in with a trash can. After pummeling him with the trash can, Triple H set it down and came off the ropes but The Undertaker grabbed him by the throat and chokeslammed him right through the trash can! The Undertaker went for the cover 1....2...., but Triple H got a shoulder up. Both men were covered in blood as Undertaker whipped him into the ropes but when he put his head down too early, Triple H countered with his facebuster to the knee. He then rolled outside the ring again and grabbed a steel chair and brought it in. After smacking Undertaker acoss the back 3 times, he raised it above his head but The Undertaker stuck a big boot in his face and went for the pin 1.....2...., but again, Triple H was up. Undertaker whipped Triple H to the corner but Triple H grabbed the steel chair and threw it right into the face of the following Undertaker! The Undertaker didn't even go down but he was dazed and Triple H kicked him in the gut and delivered the Pedigree to get the 1.....2.....3.... to retain the gold.
