THE NWO OF SCOTT HALL, KEVIN NASH AND HOLLYWOOD HOGAN ARE SHOWN AS THE FAINT PULSE GROWS MORE DISTANT BEFORE THE SOUND OF A HEARTBEAT FLATLINING IS HEARD.

Narrator:"Tonight, the most dominating group in TWF history faces the will and determination of three of it's most colorful stars as TWF Entertainment presents Code Red"!

THE PICTURE GOES INTO HISTORIC JOE LOUIS ARENA AS FIREWORKS CANVAS THE BUILDING.

Jim Ross:"A sellout crowd is on hand in Joe Louis arena tonight and King, what a night this should be as the card is jam packed with big matches"!

Jerry Lawler:"Tonight, Hollywood Hogan has to put the TWF Title on the line in the most ridiculous match in the history of the TWF thanks to Commissioner Piper"!

J.R.:"Hogan's gonna have to prove he's everything he says he is and folks, that's not to mention the huge first ever Ambulance match that will take place between Jordan Rockwell and Scott Steiner"!

Lawler:"And what about the possibility of Trish Stratus having to spend twenty four hours with the World's Most Dangerous man"?!

CARNEY's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A GOOD POP. THE SPECIAL REFEREE, JEFF HARDY, IS ALREADY IN THE RING.

J.R.:"It could happen King but we're ready to go to the ring for our first match and there's no love loss between these two guys, take a look".

A VIDEO PACKAGE DEPICTING THE EVENTS LEADING TO THE MATT HARDY-CARNEY SITUATION IS SHOWN, STARTING WITH CLIPS OF THE HARDY's AND CARNEY's FRIENDSHIP THROUGHOUT THE MONTHS WHEN STACY KIEBLER COMES INTO THE PICTURE. THAT IS FOLLOWED BY THE FOOTAGE OF MATT HARDY BEING REVEALED AS HER "ADMIRER" AND STACY FINALLY ENDING UP WITH MATT.

MATT HARDY's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A MIXED REACTION FROM THE CROWD AS STACY COMES OUT DRESSED IN A SHORT BLACK SKIRT AND A TEAM EXTREME SHIRT. SOME BOOS CAN BE HEARD AS CARNEY LOOKS AT MATT VERY FOCUSED.

Lawler:"Wow! Look at Stacy J.R."!

J.R.:"Calm down King, we got a match to call and I expect this one to be a fast paced thriller with two guys who know each other's styles".

Lawler:"Don't forget about the wild card in this one J.R., Jeff Hardy is the referee"!

J.R.:"Tough spot for Jeff tonight as he's in the middle of his brother and one of his good friends".

Matt Hardy vs. Carney

Special Referee: Jeff Hardy

The match started with a stare down before Matt slapped Carney across the face. This fired Carney up as he slapped Matt back and hit him with a swinging neckbreaker followed by a russian leg sweep as he got to his feet. Both men went for a lot of pin attempts and Jeff used a slow, deliberate count. After being whipped into the ropes, Carney's foot was grabbed by Stacy. Jeff saw this and demanded that Stacy leave! Matt went berserk and got in Jeff's face about the call when Carney hit him in the back of the head with a missile dropkick and barely missed the 3 count. Carney then went for the "Carney Bomb" but Matt countered by pushing Carney in the back, causing he and Jeff to smack heads. As the dazed Carney stumbled backwards holding his head, Matt spun him around and dropped him with the "Twist of Fate" as Jeff got into position and made the 3 count.

Match Time: 4:57

AS MATT LEFT, CARNEY LOOKED AT JEFF AND SEEMED VERY DISAPPOINTED.

J.R.:"Matt Hardy has escaped with a victory and what an unfortunate turn of events for Carney".

Lawler:"Matt overcame all obstacles tonight, including his brother sending his girlfriend backstage, that was not right"!

J.R.:"Jeff made the choice he felt was necessary and I respect him for it".

BACKSTAGE... COMMISSIONER PIPER's OFFICE....

COMMISSIONER PIPER IS AT HIS DESK WHEN RHYNO BARRELS THROUGH THE DOOR WITH THE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE OVER HIS SHOULDER.

Commissioner Piper:"Rhyno, what are you doing here"?

Rhyno:"Well, I came here, cause I'm not out there tonight. I'm the Intercontinental champion Piper, but you already knew that".

Piper:"You're right Rhyno, I did know that and I realized earlier today that you should have a match, and you will. On RAW is WAR, there's gonna be a six way match to determine the number one contender to that title. Yuji Matasamo vs. Chris Benoit vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Edge vs. Christian vs. Ahmed Walker. Does that make ya feel better"?

Rhyno:"Oh yeah, that means one of those guys is gonna get his ass kicked"!

RHYNO PICKS UP HIS BELT AND WALKS OUT, SLAMMING THE DOOR BEHIND HIM.

VIDEO CLIPS ARE SHOWN OF AN IN RING ALTERCATION BETWEEN DREW BLOOD AND VLAD THE IMPALER. AFTER VLAD CALLED OUT DREW BLOOD DUE TO HIS DISDAIN FOR HARDCORE WRESTLING, THE LIGHTS WENT OUT. WHEN THEY CAME BACK ON, DREW BLOOD WAS IN THE RING BEHIND VLAD AND HE DROPPED HIM WITH THE "BLOODBATH". THAT IS FOLLOWED BY FOOTAGE OF VLAD SCORING A PINFALL VICTORY OVER DREW BLOOD AFTER ILLEGALLY USING A FOREIGN OBJECT.

VLAD THE IMPALER's MUSIC HITS AND HE IS MET BY A CHORUS OF BOOS AS HE COMES OUT WITH A TRASH CAN FULL OF WEAPONS.

Lawler:"I don't see what the big deal is J.R.. I mean, hardcore wrestling is part of this business now and this man here is ready to defend that".

THE LIGHTS SLOWLY DIM AND DREW BLOOD's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO A SURPRISINGLY MIXED REACTION.

J.R.:"Well King, I don't agree with everything this man has done and I certainly don't hate hardcore wrestling, but I do agree that the day of pure wrestling is something a lot of fans would like to see again. However King, that's just a side issue in this match, a very strong bitterness has developed between these two over the last few weeks".

Lawler:"This is a tough one to pick J.R.".

J.R.:"Well hardcore rules do apply so on paper, Vlad would be the favorite. But I certainly wouldn't under estimate someone like Drew Blood King".

Hardcore Rules

Vlad the Impaler vs. Drew Blood

Drew Blood was intent on making a statement and he did---a big one. Showing a very aggressive side, Drew Blood used his mat technique to take Vlad out of his element. Vlad's trash can sat in the corner, untouched all match. Drew Blood took him down with a drop toe hold and then used a few basic holds (a single leg crab and a reverse armbar) The moves did little damage but Vlad was visibly frustrated. He battled his way to a vertical base and elbowed Drew Blood in the stomach 3 times to force him to break the side headlock he had maintained for awhile. Vlad then charged Blood but got caught with a knee to the midsection. After a side backbreaker, Drew Blood went to the middle turnbuckle and made his only mistake of the match, missing an elbow drop when Vlad rolled out of the way. Vlad then clotheslined Blood out of the ring and went for a suicide dive but Drew Blood dodged it and he crashed hard into the floor. Drew Blood then reached into Vlad's trash can and pulled out a kendo stick. He held it up in the air but rather than using it, he broke it across his knee and tossed it aside. Vlad then used a low blow and picked up one half of the broken kendo stick. Drew Blood ducked and he hit the steel post with it. Than, very impressively, Drew Blood used a full nelson german suplex and Vlad's head struck the corner of the ring steps, busting his head open as Blood covered him for the win.

Match Time: 3:31

AS DREW BLOOD WALKED UP THE RAMP, HE HAD A VERY SINISTER LOOK ON HIS FACE.

Lawler:"That was impressive J.R."!

J.R.:"To say the least, Drew Blood really dominated the match but did you see the disturbing look on his face afterwards"?

Lawler:"Yeah, I think he enjoyed it"!

BACKSTAGE

Chuck Palumbo:"Hey Billy, I know I've said it over and over again, but thank you for helping me realize what a joke the New Breed is".

Billy Gunn:"I told ya, you weren't gonna go anywhere with those losers".

Palumbo:"Now it's time to make all these people realize that we are the two best looking superstars in the TWF and soon, we're gonna be the best team".

Billy:"Oh we're definitely good looking".

THEY EXCHANGE HIGH FIVES.

OUTSIDE PIPER's OFFICE....

Michael Cole:"Commissioner Piper, I understand you have an important announcement to make concerning one of tonight's matches".

Piper:"Tonight, in the first ever Ambulance match, I've decided to add a no outside interference stipulation to it. That means everyone is barred from ringside, including Lita. I want those two guys to settle their differences like men".

Cole:"Okay guys, there ya have it".

Lawler:"How can he do that"?

J.R.:"Number one, because he's the Commissioner and I like the idea, I wanna see who the better man is. But next folks, we're gonna go outside the arena as we get ready for another first in the TWF, a Backyard wrestling match".

THE CAMERAS GO OUTSIDE THE ARENA AND FOCUS ON A MAKESHIFT RING, MAKE OF OLD CABLES AND RUBBER AUTO TIRES. JUSTIN SANE IS ALREADY IN THE RING AS SCOTT TAYLOR's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT WEARING THE LIGHTHEAVYWEIGHT TITLE.

J.R.:"Backyard wrestling has been the subject of controversy across the U.S. in recent years but this is how Justin Sane got his start and he's got his whole family here tonight to support him".

Lawler:"This isn't right J.R., Taylor should not have to be subjected to this kind of match, especially with the title on the line".

J.R.:"Well he didn't have to accept the challenge either".

Backyard Style/TWF Lightheavyweight Title Match

Challenger... Justin Sane vs. "Too Hot" Scott Taylor

This was an all out war that was in Sane's backyard---literally. The hometown superstar took it to Taylor right away, using his experience with the surroundings to his advantage. He used a facebuster and then caught Taylor with a cross body block off the top rope to get a 2 count. But Taylor surprised everyone, showing a ton of resiliency as he absorbed a lot of punishment. After ducking a clothesline, Taylor hit Sane with a pump handle slam and then acted like he was gonna do the "Worm" but stopped in mid action as the crowd gave him a lot of heat. But after missing a top rope senton bomb, Sane hit him with a nice belly to belly suplex. Sane then grabbed a wool bag from underneath the ring and brought it in, emptying it's contents, thumbtacks, on the mat. Taylor then walked right into a double arm ddt right into the tacks but instead of making the cover, Sane brought a nearby picnic table into the ring and rolled Taylor on top of it. He then climbed a ladder onto the arena's parking garage roof and leaped off. But Taylor rolled off the table and Sane slammed through it. Immediately grabbing his lower back. Taylor had the wherewithall to put an arm across Sane's chest to get the pin as the bloody champ retained his title.

Match Time: 7:15

AFTER TAYLOR LEFT THE AREA, SANE REFUSED MEDICAL ATTENTION AND WALKED AWAY UNDER HIS OWN POWER TO A GOOD OVATION.

Lawler:"What'd you think of that J.R.? Do you understand why this type of match has become a national outcry"?

J.R.:"Yes I can, but I also respect these two guys for the performance they just gave and who knows what would have happened if Justin Sane would've hit that daredevil move. We would've had a new champion".

Lawler:"He really is insane"!

BACKSTAGE... HARDY BOYZ' DRESSING ROOM...

JEFF HARDY IS GETTING READY TO GET INTO THE SHOWER WHEN THERE IS A KNOCK AT THE DOOR. CAMMIE COPELAND COMES IN.

Cammie:"Hi Jeff".

Jeff Hardy:"Oh hey Cammie, what's up"?

Cammie:"Well, I saw you were a little down about the match between your brother and Carney but I just wanted to say that I think you did a great job".

Jeff:"Thank you, I appreciate that".

Cammie:"Okay, well I just wanted to say that, I'll see ya around".

Jeff:"Okay".

BACKSTAGE

Mr. PERFECT IS BACKSTAGE PLAYING PAPER BASKETBALL IN A TRASH CAN. AFTER MAKING A LONG SHOT AND SAYING "NOW THAT WAS PERFECT", HE ATTEMPTS ANOTHER WHEN TAZZ WALKS THROUGH AND IT HITS HIM ON THE HEAD. TAZZ GETS IN PERFECT's FACE.

Tazz:"You better watch it if you wanna have that hand your whole life".

Mr. Perfect:"And who are you, munchkin from the hood"?

Tazz:"Ya know, I've dealt with guys like you my whole life and you, Mr. Perfect, the guy who's used the same lines since like 1991. Keep something in mind, you mess with me, we'll get in the ring, we get in the ring, I'll make you tap out".

TAZZ WALKS AWAY.

Mr. Perfect: (to himself) "Yeah whatever".

FOOTAGE IS SHOWN OF GOLDUST REVEALING THE ROCK AS "THE STAR" HE WANTED TO MEET PERSONALLY.

GOLDUST's MUSIC HITS AND 24 KARAT PRODUCTIONS APPEARS ON THE TWF TRON AS GOLD CONFETTI BEGINS TO FALL FROM THE SEASON. GOLD SPARKLES LAUNCH FROM SOMEWHERE BEHIND THE GIANT VIDEO SCREEN AND RAIN ON THE CROWD.

Lawler:"Here we go J.R., it is time for a silver screen classic"!

J.R.:"This situation is one of I can't seem to understand. There you see Goldust who by the way is cookier than a pet coon for those of you who don't know him and from what I gather of all this, he is mad at The Rock for landing a role in the movie, The Scorpion King".

"IF YA SMELL.....WHAT THE ROCK....IS COOKIN'" HITS AS THE ROCK COMES OUT TO A THUNDEROUS OVATION.

Lawler:"Listen to this place J.R.! They should react this way for Goldust, the real star"!

J.R.:"The Rock can't take Goldust lightly. Despite his unusual look, Goldust is an experienced grappler and he'll brawl with ya if he has to. Should be an interesting match to say the least".

Goldust vs. The Rock

The Rock came into the ring and didn't even wait for the bell to sound as he was all over Goldust with hard right hands and a samoan drop. The Rock was on a roll until Goldust used a thumb to the eyes to stop his momentum. He then whipped The Rock into the ropes and used his rear end to hit him right in the face. Goldust then began to work on Rock's lower back, using a slingshot into the ring ropes and letting The Rock fall directly onto his knees. He did this 2 more times as the pace really began to slow down and favor the bizarre one. He tried to whip Rock to the corner but Rock reversed it and sent Goldust into the corner. Rock charged in but Goldust moved and bounced off the near ropes, bringing the People's champ down with a bulldog. In total control, Goldust began running his hands up his chest in a taunt of the crowd when The Rock kipped up, spun him around and planted him with a hard ddt. Rock then locked in a sleeper hold off an irish whip but Goldust escaped moments later but using a mule kick which referee Jim Korderas failed to see. He then propped The Rock's legs up on the ropes in the corner and tried for a running groin kick but The Rock moved and all he got was the turnbuckle. The Rock then planted Goldust with the Piebuster and followed that with the "People's Elbow". He covered Goldust and the crowd counted 1.....2.....3 in unison. The Rock got up in the corner and raised his right arm in the air and relished the moment as the crowd chanted "Rocky, Rocky, Rocky".

Match Time: 5:37

J.R.:"The Rock has gotten a huge win and this crowd loves it"!

Lawler:"I thought Goldust had him right where he wanted him"!

J.R.:"You can't underestimate the grit and determination of....

SUDDENLY, GOLDUST GETS UP WITH A MIC IN HAND. THE ROCK STOOD AT THE TOP OF THE ENTRANCEWAY.

Goldust:"Congratulations Rock. But that was just the first take and the director just cut it. Scene two will take place on RAW is WAR, see you there".

J.R.:"What the.."?

Lawler:"This isn't over J.R., this sounds like it's just begun"!

J.R.:"Look at The Rock! He's as confused as all of us are"!

BACKSTAGE

Michael Cole:"Scott Steiner, you were just given word of the stipulation added to your Ambulance match tonight against Jordan Rockwell. How does this change your gameplan"?

Scott Steiner:"What are you trying to imply pencil neck? You think I give a damn? Piper, you think you pulled one over on the big bad booty daddy? I could care less! Rockwell, tonight, you are gonna feel pain that I gaurantee you've never felt before and keep in mind, Lita can't be out there either.

STEINER GETS REAL CLOSE TO COLE.

After all, it's because of Lita that this all started anyway".

STEINER WALKS AWAY.

Lawler:"What's he talking about J.R."?

J.R.:"I have no idea, I'm already confused as hell but that was a very interesting statement somebody might wanna look into".

IN ANOTHER AREA OF THE ARENA

TRIPLE H AND SHAWN MICHAELS ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A CONVERSATION.

Triple H:"So how's that sound"?

Shawn Michaels:"Sounds good to me man".

"STONE COLD" STEVE AUSTIN WALKS UP HOLDING AN OPEN BEER.

Stone Cold:"Hey guys, are ya ready for the big match tonight"?

Triple H:"What"?

Stone Cold"I said the big match"!

Triple H:"I meant, are you kidding, of course I'm ready"!

Michaels:"Steve, Hunter and I were just telling each other that the goal tonight should not be on winning the TWF Title, but on defeating the NWO".

Austin:"I agree".

Triple H:"Me too, but it'd be great to get one of them and hit the Pedigree, that'd shut 'em up for awhile".

Austin:"The Stone Cold Stunner would shut 'em up longer".

Triple H:"Oh yeah, how so"?

Austin:"Are you trying to say the Pedigree is more devastating then my Stunner? What"?

MICHAELS STEPS IN BETWEEN THE TWO.

Michaels:"Guys, guys! We can't have that! That's what the NWO wants you to do. We gotta stay focused"!

Triple H:"He's right, just leave it at that".

MICHAELS AND TRIPLE H START TO WALK AWAY.

Austin:"What"?

THE ACOLYTES' MUSIC HITS AND FAAROOQ AND BRADSHAW COME OUT TO A HECK OF A POP.

J.R.:"Tag team titles are gonna be on the line momentarily King and let's not forget how this whole thing came about. Faarooq and Bradshaw challenged Strife and Bahamut's loyalty to the TWF, saying they didn't seem to oppose the NWO much".

"BOMBSHELL" BY POWERMAN 5000 HITS AS STRIFE AND BAHAMUT CAME OUT HOLDING THE TAG TEAM TITLES HIGH IN THE AIR.

Lawler:"Well Strife and Bahamut denied it J.R. but I know they'd love to be part of the NWO"!

J.R.:"I doubt that. These are arguably the two most popular and physically dominant teams in the TWF. This has slobberknocker written all over it".

TWF Tag Team Title Match

Challengers..... The Acolytes vs. Strife and Bahamut

This was one of the best tag team matches in a long while in the TWF between 2 seemingly even matched teams. The match started with all 4 men in the ring slugging it out before Strife hit Bradshaw with a big boot to the face. Bahamut and Strife then relegated their attack to Faarooq as the match had no tag format, all 4 men in the ring at once. Bradshaw and Strife engaged in an awesome brawl that saw Bradshaw use his fallaway slam. Then, The Acolytes used a double back body drop on Bahamut, sending him all the way to the floor outside the ring! Bahamut immediately grabbed his right leg as The Acolytes hit Strife with a double clothesline. After a 1 handed spinebuster by Faarooq, they hit Strife with a double powerbomb and Bradshaw covered him but Strife reached down deep and kicked out. Bahamut started to get up outside the ring as Strife ducked the "Clothesline from Hell" and then hit Faarooq with a running boot to the face. Then, Bahamut came in and despite a hurt leg, went absolutely off, hitting Bradshaw with a right hand that sent a wad of saliva flying. He then dropped him with a swinging neckbreaker. Strife and Bahamut then waited for Bradshaw to get up and when he did, they double clotheslined him to the floor. Strife followed and brought "Holy Shit"! chants from the crowd after powerbombing Bradshaw on the floor! In the ring, Faarooq went for the 1 handed spinebuster but Bahamut beautifully blocked it by holding the back of his head. Bahamut then hit Faarooq with his new finisher "The Halt of Time" and covered him for the pin.

Match Time: 20:04

Lawler:"I have never seen the Acolytes get treated like that J.R.! Who's gonna stop this team"?

J.R.:"I don't know if there's a team out there that can do it and I know I've said that before, but this win should put all questions to rest".

PARKING LOT

A LIMOSINE WITH THE LETTERS N-W-O ON THE LICENSE PLATE PULLS UP. HOLLYWOOD HOGAN, SCOTT HALL AND KEVIN NASH STEP OUT.

Hollywood Hogan:"I still can't believe Piper made this match. We shouldn't even be here tonight guys".

Kevin Nash:"There's nothing to worry about Hollywood, they can't beat us".

Scott Hall:"Yeah, I'm not gonna get pinned and Big Kev ain't gonna get pinned, you don't have anything to worry about man".

Hogan:"Alright guys, well let's go kick some TWF ass".

"ROLLIN" BY LIMP BIZKIT HITS AS THE UNDERTAKER COMES OUT TO A MIXED REACTION RIDING HIS TITAN BIKE.

J.R.:"Last month at the Royal Rumble, this man outlasted twenty nine other superstars to earn the right to face the TWF champion at WrestleMania. So King, he'll have a vested interest in that six man tag team match later tonight".

Lawler:"That match should be called off right now J.R., it's not right"!

THE NWO MUSIC HITS AND NAILS COMES DOWN THE AISLE TO SOME OF THE LOUDEST BOOS ALL NIGHT.

J.R.:"Well here comes a gutsy individual. Not only did this man attack The Undertaker during a match a couple weeks ago, he made the challenge for this one"!

Lawler:"He doesn't have a death wish J.R. so don't even go there, he's just filled with confidence"!

J.R.:"You gotta wonder what bearing it would have on the Undertaker's number one contender status if Nails could pull it off here".

Nails vs. The Undertaker

2 of the flat out toughest men in the TWF locked horns here as Nails got the jump on Undertaker early, tagging him with hard right hands but they didn't seem to phase The Undertaker. Nails bounced off the ropes but Undertaker slapped his right hand around his throat and chokeslammed him. It was over already but William Regal came running out to distract The Undertaker but caught a boot to the face for his trouble and was forced to leave by referee Jack Doan. But this was the opening Nails needed and from behind, he used a chop block on Undertaker's leg and began to stomp away on Undertaker's chest and he used 2 blatant choke holds. Nails bounced off the ropes again but Undertaker recovered and drilled him with a hard clothesline. He then grabbed his arm and climbed the turnbuckle, walking across the ropes and hitting Nails with the Old School hammer to the back. This brought Stephanie McMahon to the ring. As she got up on the apron, The Undertaker gave her an evil look and began to walk towards her. But Nails came from behind with a low blow and Stephanie handed Nails a steel chair. But when he turned to use it, The Undertaker was already on his feet and he kicked in right in Nails' face! Undertaker covered him for the 1.....2....3 and Stephanie could not believe it.

Match Time: 7:18

J.R.:"Against all odds, The Undertaker has won it"!

Lawler:"Against all odds? He kicked a chair in his face J.R."!

J.R.:"Oh gimme a break! He just essentially won a three on one handicap match, I thought you liked the guy King"!

Lawler:"I do like him, I'm just callin' it like I see it"!

J.R.:"Then you would call it as Stephanie, again, trying to screw someone"!

BACKSTAGE

MICHAEL COLE IS STANDING WITH A NERVOUS LOOKING JORDAN ROCKWELL.

Michael Cole:"Jordan, you are just moments away from something you've been waiting almost four months for, a match with your attacker, Scott Steiner. What about the comments he made earlier tonight, especially as they pertain to Lita".

Jordan Rockwell:"Well Michael, Lita is very upset right now. She wanted to be out there tonight and the comments made by Steiner didn't help any. But Steiner, (he looks into the camera) mark my words, you and I are gonna beat the hell out of each other tonight and yeah, you might cause me pain that I've never felt before, but this is the biggest match of my career so far and count on this, you're gonna feel some pain too".

Lawler:"Rockwell is ready J.R. but you wanna talk pain, this next match is gonna contain thirty minutes of pain"!

J.R.:"That's one point I'll have to agree with ya on King, take a look at this volatile situation fans".

A VIDEO PACKAGE RUNS FOR ALMOST 2 MINUTES SHOWING THE FUED BETWEEN TRAVIS WAKEMAN AND KEN SHAMROCK.

"MAKE WAY" BY METHOD MAN HITS AS TRAVIS WAKEMAN COMES TO THE RING FOLLOWED BY TRISH. HIS PYRO POUNDS BEHIND HIM.

Lawler:"Oh I can't bear it J.R, that pretty little Tris with that idiot Ken Shamrock"!

KEN SHAMROCK's MUSIC HITS. HE COMES OUT WEARING THE UFC TITLE. HE WALKS UP THE RING STEPS AND SLAPS HIMSELF ON THE HEAD WITH BOTH FISTS BEFORE ENTERING THE RING.

J.R.:"Well Wakeman has a chance to prevent that King and the rules are simple, the man who earns the most submissions in thrity minutes wins".

Lawler:"That clearly favors Shamrock J.R., it's not fair"!

J.R.:"The style probably does favor Shamrock so Wakeman is gonna have to dig down deep to pull the upset, if he does, he'll take the UFC Title with him".

UFC Title/30 minute Ultimate Submission Match

Challenger... Travis Wakeman vs. Ken Shamrock

This match will no doubt go down in TWF history as a classic. The match started with a lot of basic wrestling holds as both men were aware that a mistake would be very costly. Shamrock used a fireman's carry into a toop wristlock but Wakeman stood up and elbowed him in the abdominal area. He went for a right hand but Shamrock blocked it and kicked him in the side. Shamrock then scoop slammed Wakeman and went to an armbar. Wakeman stretched his foot to the rope behind him and Shamrock had to break the hold. After a few rabbit punches to the head, Shamrock went for a german suplex but Wakeman fell straight down into a hard armbar before applying a surfboard stretch. 15 minutes into the match, the score was 0-0. Shamrock had Wakeman reeling after a belly to belly suplex and a roundhouse kick to the head. He then got Wakeman in a front face lock and went for a suplex but Wakeman latched onto the top rope to block it and Shamrock fell. Wakeman immediately locked into the Round Table. Shamrock fought it momentarily but the paralyzing hold forced him to tap out. Shamrock got 30 seconds to recupperate but when they were up, Wakeman kept the pressure on, hitting Shamrock with a very nice sitdown spinebuster and a hard ddt. He picked Shamrock up for the "Royal Flush" but it turned out to be a mistake as Shamrock slid out of his grasp, fell behind him and tripped him up. He then locked in the ankle lock as Wakeman tapped out with 7:45 to go. With the score knotted 1-1, both men were very tentative for the next several minutes as no one wanted to slip up. They locked up in a collar and elbow tie and Wakeman used a go behind. But Shamrock elbowed him in the mouth and went for the ankle lock but Wakeman crawled quickly to the ropes before he grabbed his foot. With about 1:50 left, Shamrock was in total control as he ducked a wild clothesline and hit Wakeman with an overhead belly to belly suplex. He put the ankle lock on again. Wakeman reached desperately for the ropes when Trish came and grabbed his hand. She helped him grab the bottom rope. Shamrock went over and yelled at Trish as Wakeman hit him in the back from behind. He whipped Shamrock into the ropes and attempted a clothesline but Shamrock ducked and went for a hurracanrana. But Wakeman caught him on his shoulders and powerbombed him. Holding Shamrock's legs the whole time, Wakeman used the Sharpshooter in the center of the ring. With 33 seconds left, Shamrock tapped out as Wakeman sat down on it as far as he could, the pain of the match etched on both men's face. As the seconds ticked off, Shamrock couldn't get to Wakeman as Trish ran over to the Timekeeper's table and snatched the belt. She gave it to Wakeman who held it up as he walked backwards up the ramp. Shamrock was absolutely stunned.

J.R.:"I gotta say, I predicted that one wrong. Wakeman has won the UFC Title"!

Lawler:"And more importantly than that, he didn't lose Trish for even one minute"!

J.R.:"That title is Shamrock's pride and joy and now it belongs to Wakeman"!

Faith:"Hey, that was uncalled for, you don't talk to my friend like that".

Jazz:"And what are you gonna do about it, bitch"?

Cammie:"Come on Faith, let's just leave, she's not worth it".

CAMMIE PULLS FAITH AWAY AS JAZZ LOOKS VERY ANGRY.

Lawler:"Come on, I wanna see a cat fight"!

J.R.:"Well King, we're about to see a fight. Take a look at what's led to the first ever Ambulance match".

A VIDEO PACKAGE CHRONICOLING THE STORY BETWEEN SCOTT STEINER AND JORDAN ROCKWELL IS SHOWN. IT STARTS WITH ROCKWELL BEING ATTACKED BY A MASKED MAN AT DOOMSDAY AND THEN BECOMING THE VICTIM OF A HIT AND RUN AT SURVIVOR SERIES. J.R.:"Well they call him the genetic freak but in my opinion, he should be in jail"!

"ROCK HARD" BY JA RULE HITS AS JORDAN ROCKWELL COMES OUT TO ONE OF THE BEST CHEERS ALL NIGHT.

Lawler:"No Lita though, what kind of affect will that have on this match"?

J.R.:"I don't think it will have any, this man is too focused. If the no interference stipulation hurts either of these guys, it'll be Steiner cause it makes sure Scott Taylor won't be out here to provide an assist and we have just been told that anyone who does interfere in this match is suspended for the next six months"!

No DQ Ambulance Match

Scott Steiner vs. Jordan Rockwell

Rockwell charged and tackled Steiner and the fight was on. But Rockwell seemed to play right into Steiner's plan as Big Poppa Pump caught him with a knee to the stomach to slow the pace. Steiner drew a lot of heat for talkin' trash but he began to physically dominate Rockwell, hitting him with a powerslam and a Steiner Line. He backed Rockwell up against the ropes and charged at him but Rockwell backdropped him right onto the hood of the ambulance as Steiner landed with a thud. Rockwell went out and grabbed Steiner by the shoulders, pulling him to the floor. Rockwell then grabbed a trash can from underneath the ring and tucked it under his right arm as he got up on the apron. He then came flying off with an elbow that drove the aluminum can into Steiner's chest, ala Cactus Jack. He opened the ambulance door and tried to get Steiner in but Steiner buckled his knees and elbowed the back door into Rockwell's face, knocking him backwards. Steiner then whipped Rockwell hard into the ring steps. He then climbed into the ambulance and turned the key, starting the ignition! He backed up about 10 feet and took off, trying to run Rockwell down! But Rockwell moved and he ran into the apron. Rockwell then pulled Steiner out of the drivers seat and threw his head through the driver's side window, busting him wide open! Rockwell then went to the top turnbuckle as Steiner rummaged around the back of the ambulance. Rockwell came flying off but Steiner sprayed a fire extinguisher in his face. Then, in one of the most devastating moments ever, Steiner used a screwdriver suplex on the steel ramp, a move he's called the "Steinerizer". Rockwell's head went directl down and he was out. Steiner threw Rockwell into the back of the ambulance and slammed the doors to win the match.

AFTERWARDS, STEINER CLIMBED ON TOP OF THE AMBULANCE AND POSED UP THERE. SEVERAL FANS THREW OBJECTS FROM THEIR SEATS AT HIM.

J.R.:"That was one of the damndest things I've ever seen! Can you believe Steiner tried to run him over! That's attempted vehicular assault"!

Lawler:"Yeah, but it was sacntioned by the TWF and Steiner has made history"!

J.R.:"Well fans, I would suggest that there is more to this story and it's far from resolved".

Lawler:"Oh it's time J.R., the main event is all that's left".

J.R.:"Six men folks, one big match, take a look".

6 Man Tag Team match for the TWF Title

Hollywood Hogan, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash vs. "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, Triple H and Shawn Michaels

The fans were into every second of this match as the action was inside and outside the ring. Michaels and Hall were in the ring as Nash traded shots with Austin in the aisle and Triple H and Hogan went at it around the barricade. Hall was overpowering HBK with his hard right hands in the ring and he then suplexed him. Nash rammed Austin face first into the stairs and Hogan used a thumb to the eye on the Game. The brunt of the match was occupied by Hall and Triple H after all 6 men got to their corners. The momentum shifted back and forth as Triple H absorbed a ton of punishment from Hall before connecting with a knee to the head after ducking a clothesline. He then hit the Pedigree but Nash came in to stop the 3 count. At the tail end of the match, Triple H hit Hogan with the Pedigree but referee Earl Hebner was distracted by Austin and Nash, who again were going at it outside the ring. As Triple H got up to get Hebner's attention, Hall clotheslined him out of the ring. As Hall followed him outside the ring, Austin came out of nowhere and drilled him with the Stunner. In the ring, the oppurtunistic Shawn Michaels waited for Hogan to get up and when he did, he hit him with "Sweet Chin Music". Michaels covered Hogan and hooked the leg as Hebner turned and counted 1......2....3! The NWO was livid as they left the ring. Austin and Helmsley stuck around for a second but the moment belonged to the new TWF champion, Shawn Michaels. "Sexy Boy" blared over the loudspeakers and Michaels did his signature pose as the crowd went wild.

J.R.:"Oh hell yeah! Shawn Michaels has done it! For the first time, he is TWF champion"!
