"I'M RAMPLIN's PARTNER" SAID ONE WHILE ANOTHER HAD THE PHRASE "R.I.P. Y2J".

Jim Ross: "Thank you for joining us live here on Pay-Per-View from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto..... this place is packed, King"!

Jerry Lawler: "A reported eighteen thousand plus fans here in Toronto ready to check out the ninth War in the Winter"!

J.R.: "Eight huge matches will take place tonight including a tag team match that provides Jason Oliver's only oppurtunity to get a rematch with Orton"!

Lawler: "I can't wait for that one, but I also can't wait to find out who J.J. Ramplin's mystery partner is gonna be here in a minute"!

J.R.: "We are also joined here tonight by our colleagues from PrimeTime.... what's up fellas"?

THE CAMERA SHIFTS OVER TO THE PRIMETIME BROADCAST POSITION WHERE SCOTT HUDSON IS SEATED NEXT TO THE HONKY TONK MAN.

Scott Hudson: "Well I know I am very happy to be taking part in my first TWF pay-per-view, J.R., something my partner is becoming something of a veteran of".

Honky Tonk Man: "And it is something I am excited to be a part of as well, Scott, even if I have to be out here with Jerry Lawler for a few hours".

"I WILL BE HEARD" BY HATEBREED STARTS UP AND BOOS FILL THE ARENA AS MONICA LEADS OUT EDDIE SAINT JAMES AND THE BOOGEYMAN. BOOGEYMAN CRAWLS OUT WITH HIS TAG TEAM TITLE AROUND HIS NECK WHILE THE SAINT HAS HIS STRAPPED TO HIS WAIST.

Lawler: "Oh would you shut up"!

J.R.: "Let's try to turn our attention to the match at hand here, King, as this team who has become to be known as the BoogeySaints may be walking into their biggest challenge to date".

Lawler: "Well I'll tell ya somethin', J.R., I am a believer in this team. They have held these titles for over a year, I believe, and they have won match after match that they weren't supposed to. So I don't think it matters who Ramplin's tag team partner is tonight".

J.R.: "This match came about in the heat of the moment, after The Saint lost a singles match to Ramplin and he offered this challenge, a move I don't feel was too bright".

"WANTED MAN" BY REV THEORY HITS AND J.J. RAMPLIN COMES OUT TO A HUGE CHEER.

Lawler: "How can you say it wasn't a bright move, J.R.? Maybe Ramplin wasn't even able to come up with a partner"!

RAMPLIN STOPS ABOUT HALFWAY DOWN THE ENTRANCE RAMP AND TURNS AROUND, LOOKING BACK AT THE ENTRANCE. "BOOM, BOOM, POW" BY THE BLACK EYED PEAS COMES ON AND DUKE AXE STEPS OUT TO A MILD RESPONSE.

Lawler: "Who the heck is this guy"?

J.R.: "Well it doesn't sound like the crowd expected this at all, but this is a relative newcomer to the TWF, Duke Axe. He's slowly been working his way into the fold on Rampage".

Lawler: "Slowly? I'll say..... I've never even heard of the guy"!

J.R.: "Well if he and Ramplin can pull this off, everyone will know him"!

Rampage Tag Team Title Match

Challengers: J.J. "The Ram" Ramplin and Duke "Diamond Spider" Axe vs. The BoogeySaints w/ Monica

Axe started the match off for his team and The Saint jumped into the ring, clocking him with a right hand that he never saw coming. The Saint then put the boots to the young rookie before picking him up and pulling him into a short-armed clothesline. After a big scoop slam, Boogeyman made the tag and he came in with a falling headbutt onto Axe. Boogeyman used several chokes to keep Axe down before pulling him up and shooting him to the corner, his corner. Saint tagged in again and it as becoming clear that the challengers were in trouble. The Saint used both hands to choke Axe before just flinging him across the ring. After dropping an elbow across his chest, he went for a cover and got a 2 count before Axe rolled a shoulder off the mat. Ramplin tried to rally the crowd behind Axe, but the Saint was having none of it. After a gutwrench suplex, he waited for Axe to get up before smashing him with a clothesline. Boogeyman tagged back into the match and he and Saint combined to whip Axe to the ropes and shoot him into the air with a double back body drop. Axe landed very hard on his back and Boogeyman made a cover, but Axe again escaped before the count of 3. Boogeyman pulled him up in a match that was becoming a dominant performance for the champions and he swung him into the corner. Boogeyman then reached into his pocket and pulled out a handful of worms, stuffing them into his mouth! The crowd looked on in disgust as Boogeyman flew in with his Boogeysplash. Ramplin yelled "Move" and Axe did just that as Boogeyman hit the corner hard. Axe was on the mat, trying to get to his corner as the fans cheered him on. Ramplin stretched out his right hand as far as he could and Axe slapped it. A roar broke out from the crowd as Ramplin came in off the hot tag, hitting Boogeyman with a clothesline before pulling him up and whipping him to the ropes, connecting with a spinebuster. Ramplin then got up with a head of steam and knocked The Saint off the apron with a hard forearm. Boogeyman was trying to get up but Ramplin scrambled over and pulled him in for the "Dead Weight". He drove Boogeyman into the mat with authority and made the cover. Referee Chad Patton came over and made the count, 1...............2................, but The Saint was able to come in at the last second to make the save! Axe got into the ring and drilled Saint James with a dropkick and Ramplin continued to work on The Boogeyman. After shooting him to the ropes, he slammed into him with the Ram's Horns. Boogeyman was in trouble as Ramplin made the cover, but he was able to kick out at 2! Ramplin couldn't believe it but he made the tag to Axe. Axe immediately went to the top rope but Monica got on the apron to distract him. Axe and Monica had some words but from the back came Natalya Neidhart. She pulled Monica off the apron and clubbed her with a clothesline! That allowed Axe to take flight, looking for a missile dropkick but Boogeyman was able to swat him out of the way. Boogeyman made the tag to The Saint who came in and blasted Ramplin with a right hand that knocked him to the floor. He then pulled Axe up and got him up for the "Death to Humanity". The Saint hurriedly covered Axe and Patton made the 3 count.

Match Time: 11:15

J.R.: "Ramplin and Axe were that close.... that close to winning the titles but the BoogeySaints have survived again"!

Lawler: "Look at Monica and Natalya.... they're still going at it"!

THE HART DYNASTY CAME OUT TO PULL NATALYA AWAY FROM MONICA BEFORE THE WOMEN's CHAMPION GOT INTO THE RING TO CELEBRATE WITH HER TEAM.

J.R.: "I just can't believe it, I really thought this would be the night we'd see new champions but give credit where credit is due, Boogeyman and Saint James still have the gold"!

Lawler: "And by beating a team they weren't even prepared to face! All I want to know now is..... who made a not so bright choice now, J.R."?!

AFTER THE BOOGEYSAINTS AND MONICA LEFT THE RING WHILE "I WILL BE HEARD" AGAIN PLAYED LOUDLY, RAMPLIN CAME IN AND HELPED AXE TO HIS FEET.

J.R.: "Well I'm sure some people are gonna question the decision of Ramplin to use this rookie, but they wrestled a great match and had every chance to win the titles".

BACKSTAGE.......

IN THE BACK, LENA YADA IS STANDING BY WITH CHRIS JERICHO.

Lena Yada: "Chris, tonight, you have issued a challenge for The Undertaker to be here tonight. What do you have in mind"?

Chris Jericho: "What kind of stupid question is that, you overpaid little trollip? I made it very clear that I am tired of being overlooked by the TWF Board of Directors. So if The Undertaker is stupid enough to show up in Canada tonight, he'll realize that things are different here....... and people will have no choice but to take notice of superstar who is the greatest in the world at what he does...... Chris Jericho".

JERICHO WALKS AWAY WITH A SMUG LOOK ON HIS FACE. THE SHOT THEN SWITCHES OVER TO THE OFFICE OF ROWDY RODDY PIPER.

INSIDE THE OFFICE OF PIPER, MUHAMMAD HASSAN IS LYING ON A COUCH. SEBASTIAN CAIN ENTERS THE ROOM AND HASSAN QUICKLY SITS UP.

Sebastian Cain: "Where's Piper"?

Muhammad Hassan: "He..... uh..... he stepped out for a minute. I'm the one who called for you?

CAIN GETS A PUZZLED LOOK ON HIS FACE.

I think you and I may've gotten off on the wrong foot.... pull up a chair..... let's watch the show".

CAIN STILL SEEMS A LITTLE TENTATIVE, BUT HE GRABS A CHAIR AND TAKES A SEAT AS THE CAMERA PANS OVER TO A LARGE TV SCREEN IN THE ROOM, WHICH IS NOW FOCUSED ON RINGSIDE.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE" BY WITHIN TEMPTATION STARTS UP WHEN THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING AND BLADE COMES OUT TO BASICALLY ALL BOOS.

Hudson: "Well Honky, the Rampage side had opened things up with quite a bang but this is one I've really been looking forward to".

HTM: "And look at the look of confidence on the face of Blade. He is ready for this match which is by far the biggest of his career to this point".

Hudson: "Confidence? I think you may be mistaking that for doubt. Blade hasn't done any damage to the real Nails yet and tonight..... he's gotta peer into that hockey mask and face him one on one"!

"LEFT BEHIND" BY SLIPKNOT PLAYS NEXT AND WALLY WILLSON LEADS NAILS OUT TO A BIG CHEER.

HTM: "Look at this..... it's like a three ring circus whenever these two are around! Who knows what they have in mind"!

Hudson: "This is the first time in years that Wally Willson has been in the corner of Nails and let's not forget that Nails requested this match be changed from No Holds Barred to just a regular one on one encounter".

HTM: "Yeah..... as if it needed to get any wierder".

Nails w/ Wally Willson vs. Blade

As the bell sounded, Blade came out and he and Nails began to circle one another. Blade decided to become the aggressor, attacking Nails with some heavy right hands to the body. But Nails gained an advantage and took him down with a quick arm drag. Blade popped up, very surprised, but ran right into another one. Nails then held Blade in a top wristlock before getting him to his feet and shooting him to the ropes. Blade was able to put Nails down with shoulder tackle before running the ropes again but Nails got up and went to one knee, hitting Blade with a swinging back elbow to the gut. Nails then got up and hit the ropes before delivering a running kneelift that knocked Blade for a loop. After landing a big elbow drop, Nails seemed to go crazy as the fans were surprised to see his new in-ring approach. After smashing his own head against one of the turnbuckle pads 4-5 times, Nails turned around and kicked Blade right in the face. He then picked him up and shot him to the corner, slamming into him with a clothesline. After getting Blade up on his shoulder, Nails used the snake eyes on Blade before grabbing him by the head and just pulling him down to the mat with a ton of force. Blade was in trouble as Willso raised both hands outward, signaling something to Nails. Nails then scooped Blade up and delivered the "Nail Driver" to put a quick and very emphatic end to the contest.

Match Time: 3:50

Hudson: "Wow! I...... I'm speechless"!

HTM: "What the heck has gotten into Nails"?

Hudson: "I may be new to the TWF, but I've followed Nails for years and I have never....... I have never seen anything like that".

HTM: "Wally Willson has done something to transform this guy"!

"LEFT BEHIND" PLAYED AGAIN AS WILLSON AND NAILS LEFT THE RING, LEAVING BLADE LYING ON THE MAT.

Hudson: "Blade has been dominated here tonight in Toronto..... he'll have better days but this was about Nails proving a point".

BACKSTAGE.........

THE SHOT GOES INTO THE BACK WHERE TED DIBIASE HAS COME ACROSS CODY RHODES. THE CAMERAS HAVE PICKED UP THEIR CONVERSATION.

Ted Dibiase: "Just help me to understand man.... it doesn't......

Cody Rhodes: "Look Ted, I told you why I did what I did. GeNext wasn't gonna help me get to where I need to go".

Ted Dibiase: "And Orton is?....... Just tell me..... you and I...... we're still cool..... right"?

Cody Rhodes: "The only thing I know..... is that you and I are on opposing sides tonight".

RHODES WALKS AWAY AS DIBIASE JUST LOOKS ON, NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ANSWER.

THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE RING WHICH IS NO ENCLOSED BY THE FIFTEEN FOOT HIGH, MESH STEEL CAGE STRUCTURE.

SYLVESTER TERKAY's THEME COMES ON AND HE COMES OUT TO MOSTLY BOOS.

Hudson: "Wow..... well we'll see what happens in that big Rampage tag team match later tonight, but first, we've got two of the biggest, strongest men on PrimeTime ready to settle their score inside the cage, Honky".

HTM: "We've seen the Manbear and the Masterpiece battle it out for weeks on PrimeTime and tonight will be a rubber match of sorts"!

GOLD PYRO SPRAYS OFF ON THE SET AS CHRIS MASTERS' MUSIC BEGINS TO PLAY. MASTERS COMES OUT AND KNEELS ON THE STAGE BEFORE STANDING UP AND FLINGING THE ROBE OFF HIS BACK BEFORE MARCHING THE RING.

Hudson: "It's been a real war between these two but tonight not only will the winner get the last say between these two men, but he will also be the first man to qualify for the 2010 Royal Rumble".

HTM: "And what an important step on the road to WrestleMania that is. These two men both know what it's like to hold championship gold and a win here could put them on the cusp for more, Hudson".

Hudson: "No doubt about that and from my understanding, this match can be won by not only escaping the steel structure, but pinfalls and submissions will be in effect as well".

Steel Cage/Royal Rumble Qualification Match

Sylvester Terkay vs. Chris Masters

Right as Masters climbed into the cage, the referee on the floor, Charles Robinson secured the door and locked it behind him. He then ran straight at Terkay but the former North Carolina State division 1 wrestler took him down with a double leg and bombarded him with rights and lefts. Terkay then pulled Masters up and went to the body with several uppercut punches to both sides of the body, looking to strike the kidney area. Terkay tried for an irish whip but Masters reversed it and pulled him right into a powerslam. Masters then got up and dropped a big elbow across the chest of Terkay before riling the crowd up by flexing his arms. The crowd seemed to be against both men, but there was definitely more support for Terkay, who moved out of the way of another elbow drop. Terkay then grabbed the right arm of Masters, pulling at it and slamming it against the mat twice. After stomping right on his arm at the point of his elbow, Terkay pulled Masters up and went for a discus style clothesline but Masters ducked and hit him in the back of the head. Masters then shot Terkay to the far side of the ring but it was clear his arm just gave out. Masters yelled in pain and shook his arm, trying to regain some feeling. But Terkay grabbed him by the back of the head and threw him face first into the fence of the cage. He then used his head like a basketball, bouncing it off the cage again and again before hitting a backdrop suplex. Terkay then looked to the top of the cage and began to climb. He was about halfway up when Masters got to his feet and used the bottom rope to stand on, grabbing a hold of Terkay's kneepad and pulling him to the mat. Masters looked to the door and asked for Robinson to open it. Robinson unlocked the door and opened it as Masters made his way over. But Terkay came from behind and kicked Masters in the right elbow, sending him into what appeared to be unbearable pain. Terkay then dropped him with a round kick to the head. Terkay then positioned himself behind Masters, grabbing hold of his right arm before applying his standing triangle armbar. In serious discomfort, Masters had to tap out.

Match Time: 5:26

Hudson: "That's it..... Masters is saying Uncle... this is over"!

HTM: "Masters may have a dislocated elbow, a seperated shoulder.... hell he may have both"!

TERKAY's MUSIC AGAIN PLAYED AS HE PACED AROUND THE CAGE IN VICTORY.

Hudson: "And in the process, Sylvester Terkay has become the first man to qualify for this year's Royal Rumble! What a win for the Manbear"!

BACKSTAGE AREA.......

RANDY ORTON AND CODY RHODES ARE SHOWN HEADING TO THE RING WHEN THEY COME ACROSS AXL IRVIN.

Randy Orton: "Wait up Cody, look at this........

ORTON MAKES HIS WAY OVER TO AXL AND THE TWO MEN ENGAGE IN A STAREDOWN.

Randy Orton: "So..... I guess I don't have to worry about you trying to cash in on me tonight...... I mean, you have to have the briefcase to do that".

ORTON AND RHODES BEGIN LAUGHING WHEN AXL FAKES THROWING A PUNCH, ONE THAT MAKES ORTON FLINCH BADLY. ORTON GETS RIGHT UP IN AXL's FACE BUT RHODES COMES OVER AND PULLS HIM AWAY.

Cody Rhodes: "Come on, Randy, we've got much more important things to deal with tonight than this guy".

RHODES AND ORTON TURN AND WALK AWAY TOWARDS THE "GORILLA POSITION". THE SHOT THEN RETURNS TO ROWDY RODDY PIPER's OFFICE.

PIPER's OFFICE......

INSIDE THE OFFICE, MUHAMMAD HASSAN AND SEBASTIAN CAIN ARE ENJOYING WAR IN THE WINTER, TALKING ABOUT THE CAGE MATCH, WHEN ROWDY RODDY PIPER WALKS IN.

Rowdy Roddy Piper: "We....he....hell....... what do we have here? Don't tell me you boys went and made friends, did ya? That's just great".

Muhammad Hassan: "Actually, Sebastian and I were just taking in this great event together. Most importantly, I'm getting the chance to tell him the same things I told you".

Roddy Piper: "Ah..... well watch out for this guy..... I used to want to beat the hell out of him!

PIPER AND HASSAN STARE AT EACH OTHER.

But...... now I guess he's okay".

PIPER TAKES A SEAT AND PEERS INTO THE SCREEN IN HIS OFFICE. STEPHEN DEANGELIS IS IN THE RING TO INTRODUCE THE NEXT MATCH.

"FLY FROM INSIDE" BY SHINEDOWN COMES ON AND JASON OLIVER IS OUT ALONG WITH TED DIBIASE. THEY RECEIVE A MIXTURE OF BOOS AND CHEERS FROM THE CROWD.

J.R.: "I don't know what the heck is goin' on back there, King, but I can tell you that right now, it's time for one of the marquee matches here tonight at War in the Winter. Jason Oliver is in a must win situation if there ever was one, King"!

Lawler: "Well if he and Dibiase don't win this match, Oliver has no chance to get a World title rematch with Orton"!

"VOICES" BY REV THEORY HITS NEXT AND RANDY ORTON STEPS OUT WITH CODY RHODES AT HIS SIDE. BOOS FILL THE ARENA AS THE TEAM SLOWLY MAKES THEIR WAY TO THE RING. ORTON HAS THE TWF WORLD TITLE STRAPPED AROUND HIS WAIST.

J.R.: "Well we all know by now what got us here. Cody Rhodes took the largest knife he could get his hands on and stabbed Jason Oliver in the back, costing him the World title on TWF's Main Event and for what? Well because he apparently feels he's a bigger star than he was ever gonna be in GeNext".

Lawler: "And tonight is his chance to prove it! Everything is on the line for Oliver and well, not much of anything is on the line for Orton, except a possible rematch with a man he's already beaten"!

Jason Oliver and Ted Dibiase vs. Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes got in the ring with Oliver to start things off, with a quick loss on the last Rampage to the Canadian Mustang fresh in his mind. The two locked up and Oliver backed Rhodes into the corner but Rhodes was able to slip out of his hold and into a go behind. Oliver tried to throw a back elbow but Rhodes ducked and then wrapped him up around the waist, driving him into the corner. Rhodes then slapped Oliver right across the face! But that lit a fire inside Oliver and he rocked Rhodes with 3 hard right hands before shooting him to the ropes. As Rhodes came back, Oliver delivered a sleeper hold slam. Oliver then waited for Rhodes to get up and when he did, he kicked him in the gut before going for the "Claymore". But Rhodes pushed him away and quickly got out of the ring. Oliver and Dibiase knew how close they were to a victory as Orton and Rhodes met outside the ring, looking for a new strategy. Rhodes got back into the ring and made a quick tag to Orton. Oliver exchanged with Dibiase as well. Orton moved in and acted like he was going to go for a collar and elbow tie but instead kicked Dibiase in the stomach before punching him hard in the left temple. Orton whipped Dibiase into the corner and ran in but Dibiase was waiting with a foot to the face. He then smoked Orton with a clothesline before going for a cover but he barely got a 1 count. Dibiase got Orton up and knocked him into the ropes with 2 right hands but Orton was able to reverse an irish whip and catch Dibiase with a perfect powerslam, putting him down hard. From there, Orton made like 'Rugged' Ronnie Garvin and stomped Dibiase from head to toe. After pulling him up, Orton delivered a big suplex. But he decided against going for a cover in order to make the tag to Cody Rhodes, who was very eager to pick up the win for his team. Rhodes went right to the top rope and came off with a big splash attempt but Dibiase got his knees up, caving in the chest of Rhodes! Dibiase was then able to roll to his corner and make the tag to Oliver. Oliver was fresh and he could smell blood. After a big kick to the ribs, Oliver grabbed Rhodes and slapped on a Dragon Sleeper. Rhodes had no escape, but from behind came Orton with a boot to the back of the head. Both Rhodes and Oliver were down but after taking the sole of Orton's boot to the skull, Oliver was in worse shape. Rhodes was able to make his way to the corner and he tagged in Orton who got in there for the first time with Oliver. Orton got a grin on his face as he had Oliver right where he wanted him. After delivering his patented backbreaker by pulling Oliver down against his own body, Orton pounded the mat with both fists, looking for the "RKO". Oliver got up and as Orton came in, he kicked at his knees with a swiping motion and took Orton out. Oliver then dove to his corner to tag in Dibiase. Dibiase positioned himself behind Orton and when he got up, he delivered "Dream Street"! The match was over as Dibiase rolled Orton to his back and covered him, hooking the leg for the 1...........2.........., but Rhodes came in to stop the count from going to 3. Oliver came in and hit Rhodes came into the ring but referee Scott Martin stepped in his way and pushed him back to his corner. Orton got to his corner and made the tag to Rhodes who came in and stood over the prone Dibiase. But when he tried to pull him up, Dibiase countered with an inside cradle and he got an extremely close count, one he appealed to Martin. Oliver asked for the tag and Dibiase made it. Oliver came in and went right at Rhodes with a barrage of right hands before shooting him to the ropes and punching him right in the midsection. He then hit a high angle neckbreaker drop and Rhodes was in trouble. Oliver made the cover but Orton came in to break up the count, something that was becoming the theme of the match. Dibiase ran in and went after Orton but Orton pulled down the top rope to lowbridge the lunging Dibiase, sending him out to the floor. Orton then got on the apron, prepared to jump onto Dibiase. But from behind, Oliver used an axe handle to knock Orton off the apron and to the floor. The mistake Oliver made was turning his back on his opponent, the legal man in the match. Rhodes grabbed him from behind and hit the "Cross Rhodes", covering Oliver and hooking the leg for the 1............2..................3!

Match Time: 16:10

Lawler: "Yeeeesssssss! No rematch for Oliver"!

J.R.: "What a chaotic situation that match turned into, credit to the official for keeping it mostly under control, but Cody Rhodes has shocked the wrestling world"!

"IT's A NEW DAY" LOUDLY PLAYED AS RHODES AND ORTON LEFT THE RING WITH THEIR ARMS RAISED. ORTON ALSO HELD UP THE WORLD TITLE BELT AS DIBIASE LOOKED ON. OLIVER COULD ONLY STARE AT THE LIGHTS IN PURE DISBELIEF.

Lawler: "Well I know we both questioned Cody Rhodes' decisions on the last Rampage, J.R., but no one should be questioning them now"!

J.R.: "The big thing here is that not only have Orton and Rhodes won this match, but they have also effectively eliminated Jason Oliver from the World title picture for the time being"!

OUTSIDE THE ARENA.......

CAMERAS OUTSIDE THE AIR CANADA CENTRE SHOW THE REQUIEM STANDING AROUND A METAL TRASH CAN. THE TRASH CAN IS ON FIRE AND IT SEEMS TO BE SOME SORT OF RITUAL.

BACK AT RINGSIDE, "THE TIME IS NOW" PLAYS AND JOHN CENA COMES OUT TO A VERY MIXED RESPONSE, EXCITED AND READY TO COMPETE.

Hudson: "What a night it's been so far here in Toronto and..... oh wait a minute..... there's Shane Thompson"!

SHANE THOMPSON CAME OUT FROM THE SIDE OF THE ENTRANCE RAMP, BLINDSIDING CENA. HE HAD SOMETHING ROLLED UP IN HIS FIST AS HE ATTACKED HIM.

HTM: "And he is all over John Cena"!

Hudson: "And he has something.... he's got something in his hand and he's, wait, it's a belt"!

THOMPSON HAD A BELT AND HE BEGAN TO WHIP CENA ACROSS THE BACK WITH IT. REFEREE MARTY ARIAS CAME OUT ON THE RAMP AND WARNED HIM THAT HE WAS ABOUT TO THROW THE MATCH OUT. ARIAS THEN ASKED CENA IF HE WAS OKAY TO COMPETE AND CENA GAVE HIM THE THUMBS UP. AFTER ANOTHER KICK TO THE RIBS, THOMPSON PULLED CENA UP AND RAN WITH HIM TO THE RING, ROLLING HIM IN.

Shane Thompson vs. John Cena

Cena was behind the 8-Ball in this one after the early attack by Thompson, but he refused to let the match end that way. Thompson gave him no time to recover, smacking him with a heel kick to the back of the head before pulling him to the mat from his knees with a DDT. Thompson made a cover, but Cena was up at 2. After pulling Cena up and shooting him to the corner, Thompson walked in and kicked him about 8 or 9 times in the chest, ribs, kidneys and every other part of the body he could hit. A snap mare took Cena out of the corner and a soccer style kick to the upper back by Thompson left him yelling in pain. Thompson got Cena up and slammed him to the mat. He then went outside the ring and began to climb the turnbuckle. But he took his sweet time doing it and Cena got up, grabbing Thompson with one arm on his throat and the other by his armpit. With a look of sheer anger in his eyes, Cena flung Thompson head first to the mat. He then looked right into the camera with the most serious look we've ever seen on the face of John Cena before picking Thompson up on his shoulders and delivering the "F-U". Cena made the cover and just like that, the match was over.

Match Time: 3:09

Hudson: "John Cena has just put about as emphatic a stamp on this thing as he possibly could, sending Thompson to a crushing defeat"!

HTM: "This crowd seems to be pretty anti-Cena to me, but like him or not, that was impressive".

Hudson: "A sneak attack and a belt couldn't defeat John Cena tonight! Maybe Shane Thompson should consult Wile E. Coyote for some better ideas next time"!

"THE TIME IS NOW" LOUDLY PLAYED AS CENA STOOD IN THE RING WATCHING THOMPSON WALK TO THE BACK IN DEFEAT, HOLDING THE BACK OF HIS HEAD.

BACKSTAGE...... DRESSING ROOM.......

CAMERAS IN THE BACK SHOW PAUL BURCHILL AND RENE DUPREE PREPARING FOR THEIR TITLE DEFENSE WHILE KATIE LEA LOOKS ON.

"AMAZING" BY KANYE WEST PLAYS AND THE TEAM OF JOE COREY AND PJ CASH COMES OUT TO SOME STIFF BOOS.

Hudson: "The second tag team title match of the night here at War in the Winter and this should be a fight".

HTM: "I've really been looking forward to this one, Scott, and as good as the United Nations have been, these two guys may be the favorites after picking up singles wins against each of them".

MORE BOOS FILTER IN WHEN THE UNITED NATIONS' THEME HITS. KATIE LEA BRINGS OUT THE CHAMPIONS, PAUL BURCHILL AND RENE DUPREE, WHO HAVE THEIR TAG TEAM TITLES AROUND THEIR WAISTS.

Hudson: "Well the BoogeySaints have received a ton of credit, and rightfully so, but this has been one heck of a dominant tag team as well. To my knowledge, Corey and Cash have not teamed up before".

HTM: "But Joe Corey has been atop the elite names in the TWF for years and I don't know if there is a bigger up and comer than Cash..... this should be great"!

Hudson: "Well there ya see Katie Lea and to think that this match was made after an accidental incident, one which Joe Corey refused to apologize for".

HTM: "And he's still not in the apologetic mood".

TWF Tag Team Title Match

Challengers: "The Show" Joe Corey and PJ Cash vs. The United Nations w/ Katie Lea

As the bell sounded to start the match, Cash and Corey were going over strategy in their corner when Paul Burchill charged in, looking for a sneak attack on Cash. But Corey pushed his own partner out of the way and caught Burchill with a quick jab. Cash then moved in and he and Corey did a number on Burchill in the corner. After a nice standing dropkick, Cash made the tag to his partner who came in and was all over Burchill before dropping a big knee across his chest. Corey pulled Burchill up and rocked him with a right hand before whipping him to the ropes. Burchill ducked a clothesline but Corey connected with a flying knee when he came off the other side. Cash tagged back into the match and he went straight for the top rope, flying off with an elbow drop that landed right on the mark. Cash made a cover, but Burchill popped up at 2. Cash got him to his feet and chopped the chest of Burchill but when he whipped him into his own corner, Rene Dupree was able to slap the shoulder of Burchill to make a tag. Burchill came out of the corner and ducked a swinging back elbow before Cash turned into a pretty dropkick from Dupree. After a quick elbow drop, Dupree performed his 'French Tickler' before pulling Cash up. Dupree then delivered a scoop slam followed by another elbow drop, but a pin attempt only got him a 2 count. Dupree then draped Cash over the middle rope and pulled referee Scott Armstrong to the other side of the ring as Katie Lea came over and used both hands, pulling down on the back of Cash's head and neck to choke him. But Corey ran over and chased Katie away, which drew the ire of Paul Burchill. Burchill came over and got into Corey's face. The two began trading shots on the floor before Corey got a knee into the midsection before just throwing Burchill into the ring steps. But in the ring, Cash was able to reverse an irish whip and hit Dupree with a flying back elbow. Armstrong had his attention on the brawl outside the ring while Cash readied Dupree for the "Cash Register" in the ring. But Katie Lea ran in and delivered a low blow to Cash. Dupree then delivered a vicious DDT and the match appeared to be over. Armstrong was a little slow to turn around but when he did, he made the count and got 1..................2................, but Cash got a shoulder off the mat! The jaw of Dupree dropped in shock before he went to his corner and slapped the hand of Burchill. Burchill came in and pulled Cash to his feet, kicking him in the abdomen. He then tried to get him up for a suplex but Cash used his foot to block it. He then got free and punched Burchill in the throat area before making the tag Corey. But Armstrong didn't see the tag as he was tied up with Katie Lea and Dupree in the corner. Armstrong turned around and pushed Corey back to his corner as Burchill pulled Cash to the other side of the ring. But Cash fought him off again and then knocked Dupree off the apron with a running forearm. But Katie Lea struck Cash with a thumb to the eye and Burchill rolled him up from behind, grabbing a handful of tights as he got the 3 count!

Match Time: 9:33

Hudson: "You gotta be kidding me! As Jim Ross would say, that was highway robbery"!

HTM: "The champions have found a way again..... what a match"!

Hudson: "What a match? I beg to differ.... I mean, I'm no fan of PJ Cash and Joe Corey, but that was a glorified handicap match"!

THE UNITED NATIONS' THEME MUSIC PLAYED AS THEY LEFT WITH KATIE LEA AND THE BELTS. IN THE RING, A FURIOUS JOE COREY BERATED ARMSTRONG.

HTM: "Joe Corey looks like he's about to deck Scott Armstrong...... and I wouldn't blame him"!

Hudson: "Well you knew Katie Lea would have her say in this match, but that was ridiculous"!

BACKSTAGE........

The shot shifts backstage and the fans cheer as Jordan Rockwell is shown sitting on a metal case with the Universal title behind him. He has his head down in obvious concentration while he tapes his hands up.

The fans quickly boo as Chris Jericho enters the shot.

Chris Jericho: "Well if it isn't the TWF Universal champion, the so called Franchise. Ya know, it makes me sick to my stomach that Shane McMahon made Kevin Thorn the number one contender for the title tonight but it really doesn't suprise me..... after all you're coddled and protected..... especially from me, Chris Jericho".

Rockwell doesn't move at all but finishes taping his hand up.

Jericho: "Nothing to say champ? Huh, Franchise?! Yeah no surprise, you're afraid of me aren't you? Oh yeah you were terrified when you saw that I was drafted over to PrimeTime cause you knew you would be done and I would expose you as the fake and fraud you are! You would be nothing if I were here the past eight and a half years and not only do you know it, but so does your precious hero, The Undertaker. He is afraid of me just like you are and tonight, I am going to go to the ring and I am going to call him out even though I know he is not here tonight. I will expose him to be exactly what you are.......... a coward and a fake".

Jericho walks off with a smirk on his face to a chorus of booing when Rockwell slowly moves his head to the right, then stands and grabs the Universal title, looking in Jericho's direction.

Jordan Rockwell: "Ya know, you were right..... some people need to learn the hard way".

Behind Rockwell a rather large hat wearing shadow can be seen. Then the lights flicker and the shadow is gone to a loud cheer from the fans.

THE LIGHTS IN THE ARENA GO OUT AND BOTH SCREAMS AND CHEERS ARE HEARD. A BELL TOLLS...... THEN AGAIN. THE UNDERTAKER's MUSIC BEGINS TO PLAY AS A THICK FOG FORMS ON THE ENTRANCE RAMP.

Hudson: "And it looks like The Undertaker is not even gonna wait for Chris Jericho to come out! He's showing his hand first here"!

THE UNDERTAKER APPEARS AND SLOWLY MAKES HIS WAY TO THE RING.

HTM: "Well we know he's here now, Jericho! I sure hope you've got a plan"!

THE UNDERTAKER GETS INTO THE RING AND IS HANDED A MICROPHONE BY RING ANNOUNCER HOWARD FINKEL. BUT BEFORE HE CAN SAY A WORD, CHEERS POUR INTO THE ARENA WHEN CHRIS JERICHO APPEARS ON THE TWF TRON.

Chris Jericho: "Just as I expected, deadman. I knew you would be stupid enough to show up here tonight....... did you really think I'd be stupid enough to be out there waiting for you? This isn't ab out you, Undertaker. We all know how this company and the wrestling world looks upon you..... yet I have no idea why. They are cheering for some tatted up, mascara wearing, half-dead weirdo, while I..... Chris Jericho.... continually get shunned! Well not anymore, Undertaker, because tonight, I make an example out of you. An example that I will put forth to the TWF championship committee before saying..... ignore me no more! Ya see, deadman, you have stepped into my terriotory, Toronto.

THE CROWD AGAIN CHEERS FOR THEIR HOMETOWN HERO.

And ya see, here in Canada, we have rules that need to be enforced. Ya see, the way I look at it.... you're trespassing. Trespassing is a crime, right? A crime we enforce here in Canada"!

Hudson: "Whoa wait a minute"!

JUST THEN, THE MOUNTIE, A WRESTLER WHO HASN'T BEEN SEEN ANYWHERE IN YEARS, COMES OUT OF THE CROWD. THE UNDERTAKER BEGINS TO TRADE SHOTS WITH THE MOUNTIE BUT JERICHO LEAVES THE BACKSTAGE AREA AND COMES OUT INTO THE ARENA, GETTING INTO THE RING AND TAKING THE UNDERTAKER DOWN WITH A CHOP BLOCK. AS THE MOUNTIE TRIED TO HOLD OFF THE DEADMAN, JERICHO WENT OUTSIDE AND GRABBED A STEEL CHAIR.

HTM: "Jericho's got a chair"!

Hudson: "What the heck is goin' on here"?!

JERICHO GOT BACK INTO THE RING AND SLAPPED THE UNDERTAKER ACROSS THE BACK WITH THE CHAIR. THEN, THE MOUNTIE PULLED OUT HIS CADDLE PROD, AND SHOCKED THE UNDERTAKER WITH THE HIGH VOLTAGE SUSTAIN DEVICE! THE UNDERTAKER LAID ON THE MAT, TREMBLING FROM THE VOLTS RUNNING THROUGH HIS BODY. JERICHO THEN STOOD OVER HIM AND RAISED HIS RIGHT ARM. SOME OF THE CROWD WAS NOW BOOING JERICHO, WHO LEFT WITH THE MOUNTIE AS "BREAK THE WALLS DOWN" PLAYED.

Hudson: "I don't even know what to think here! That's Jacques Rougeau.... The Mountie.... whatever you want to call him, but Chris Jericho has apparently enlisted in his services to put The Undertaker down"!

HTM: "The Undertaker was trespassing.... you heard them"!

Hudson: "Oh stop, that's ridiculous! Fans, I don't know what to think here, but I do have a pretty strong feeling that Jericho just made a monumental mistake"!

BACKSTAGE.... ROWDY RODDY PIPER's OFFICE......

IN PIPER's OFFICE, HE, MUHAMMAD HASSAN AND SEBASTIAN CAIN ARE STILL WATCHING THE EVENT AND ENJOYING SOME APPETIZERS.

Rowdy Roddy Piper: "I'll tell ya, Shane-O-Mac's got his hands full with that situation".

Muhammad Hassan: "Well I better get going..... I have some things to go do, but it's been good talking with you, Sebastian".

Sebastian Cain: "Yeah.... hey, uh..... thanks for the food".

HASSAN CLOSES THE DOOR BEHIND HIM AS HE LEAVES THE OFFICE. CAIN LOOKS OVER AT PIPER, WHO JUST SHRUGS HIS SHOULDERS.

"METALINGUS" BY ALTER BRIDGE COMES ON AND EDGE COMES OUT FROM THE BACK, RECEIVING PERHAPS THE BIGGEST POP OF THE NIGHT. IN HIS RIGHT HAND IS THE WRESTLEMANIA JACKPOT BRIEFCASE.

Lawler: "Well things are always weird when we come to Canada, J.R......... listen to the cheers for Edge".

J.R.: "Why doesn't The Mountie come out here and reprimand Edge for committing a crime? He is in possession of stolen property, isn't he"?

Lawler: "Well Axl Irvin will have every oppurtunity to get that briefcase back tonight".

"THE REALEAST" BY YOUNG JEEZY STARTS UP AND AXL IRVIN COMES OUT AND IS BOOED, DUE TO THE CANADIAN AUDIENCE BEING ON THE SIDE OF EDGE.

J.R.: "Fans I want to make one thing perfectly clear. That briefcase still contains a contract with the name of Axl Irvin on it for a guaranteed shot at either the World or Universal title. It is completely worthless to Edge so what the hell does he have it for"?!

Lawler: "Right, but without it, Axl can't turn it in and as we know, WrestleMania is not that far off. The clock is ticking on Axl".

J.R.: "Well I know Axl wants that briefcase back more than anything but his focus really needs to be on Edge first and foremost".

Edge vs. Axl Irvin

There was no lack of action in this one as the match started with Edge taunting Axl with the briefcase. But after setting it down in the corner, Edge was rolled over by a clothesline. Axl then got Edge to his feet and used the corner to hit a tornado DDT. He covered him and hooked the leg, coming within an eyelash of a very quick victory. For the first part of the match, it seemed as though the briefcase was the furthest thing from Axl's mind. Axl was all over an overwhelmed Edge, knocking him into the corner with kicks and punches before lifting him to the top rope. Axl climbed up and tried to pull Edge off with a superplex, but Edge got in a couple of quick jabs to midsection before pushing Axl to the mat. He then flew off with a spear attempt but Axl got out of the way. Axl then used a quick Oklahoma roll and got another very near fall. Axl picked Edge up again and not to be outdone, set him back up on the top turnbuckle. This time, he was able to execute the superplex, but the impact took something out of him as well. Axl rolled over and draped an arm over Edge as referee Mike Enos got down and counted a long 2 count before Edge shot his right shoulder off the mat. Axl had blindsided Edge with an early barrage of offense to start the match, but he was unable to finish the deal. Axl got Edge up and whipped him to the ropes but Edge came off with a flying clothesline, a move almost out of desperation that connected. Edge was able to regain his senses as he put the boots to Axl, looking to transform the match. Axl got up and Edge was waiting with a kick to the gut followed by a right hand. He then went for an irish whip but Axl reversed it. Edge was able to duck a clothesline though and then he put Axl down with his faceplant manuever. Edge again got ready for the spear, waiting patiently for Axl to get up. Axl got to his feet and saw Edge charging at him, kicking him right in head. Edge fell back and Axl fell atop him, hooking the leg and getting the 1..............2...................., but Edge again escaped! Axl got him up and tried to get Edge to his shoulders for the "Axl Cutter" but Edge slipped out of his grasp and grabbed Axl around the head and neck. Axl was able to counter that by driving Edge into the corner. He then grabbed him in a standing side headlock and delivered a big running bulldog. Axl got up and the fans were loudly booing but Axl's eye caught the briefcase in the corner. He went and grabbed it and was holding the case outward but when he turned around, Edge got up and kicked the briefcase in a punting motion, kicking it right into Axl's face. Edge then grabbed him again and delivered the "Edge-a-cution", covering him and hooking a leg but Axl kicked out just before the count of 3! Edge couldn't believe it, pulling at his own hair. But he got up and went to the corner, smashing Axl with the spear when he got up. Another cover was made by Edge and this time, he had enough to keep him down.

Match Time: 9:55

After getting the pinfall, Edge quickly grabbed the briefcase and left the ring as "Metalingus" blared over the loudspeakers again.

J.R.: "Edge has won a war here against Axl Irvin and he's leaving with the briefcase"!

Lawler: "Axl may never get that briefcase back...... Edge has single handedly sabotaged the WrestleMania Jackpot"!

AXL WAS DOING HIS BEST TO GET BACK UP IN THE RING AS EDGE LEFT HOLDING THE BRIEFCASE UP HIGH.

J.R.: "I just don't understand Edge's motivation here! If you ask me, he's a grade A jackass"!

J.R.: "Well fans we hope you join us for our next pay-per-view event, the annual Royal Rumble which we look forward to every year".

Lawler: "Oh without a doubt and we still have one more match tonight that I know everyone is looking forward to"!

J.R.: "It's the battle for the Universal title and for that, we will go over to our PrimeTime broadcast colleagues".

Hudson: "And we are ready for what is sure to be a slobberknocker, if I can borrow that term".

HTM: "A great way to end this event, Hudson! And I predict that we are going to see a new champion here in Toronto"!

THE LIGHTS GO OUT AS "MI DESTROJERO" COMES ON. A RED HAZE FALLS OVER THE ARENA AS ARIEL LEADS OUT KEVIN THORN. ARIEL IS WEARING A BLACK HOODED CAPE DOWN THE AISLE AND THORN IS CARRYING HIS WALKING STICK.

Hudson: "Well here they come, Honky, the leader of The Reqieum and his dark queen. Now, I don't want to say Kevin Thorn has gone unnoticed, but he's put himself in position to be at the top of the PrimeTime food chain in relatively quiet fashion".

HTM: "I love this guy and everything about him! I know he has what it takes to put the Franchise down tonight and I can't wait to see him do it"!

"SAVE ME" BY BURN HALO STRIKES UP AND JORDAN ROCKWELL COMES OUT FROM THE BACK TO A HUGE ROAR FROM THE CROWD. HE IS CARRYING THE UNIVERSAL TITLE FROM THE STRAP IN HIS RIGHT HAND AS HE MAKES HIS WAY TO THE RING.

Hudson: "And here he comes..... arguably the biggest big match performer in the history of this company to face a challenge that if you ask me, he is more than ready for"!

HTM: "Well he better be.... Kevin Thorn is hungry and I'd say he's got an appetite for more than just Rockwell's title"!

TWF Universal Title Match

Challenger: Kevin Thorn w/ Ariel vs. Jordan Rockwell

Thorn stared across the ring from Rockwell, a look of serious determination in the eyes of the Franchise. They moved towards the center of the ring, face to face. Surprisingly, Rockwell threw the first punch, knocking Thorn about a foot back. Thorn came back with a right hand of his own but Rockwell blocked it and grabbed him with his free hand, whipping him to the ropes. Thorn came off and ran right into a back elbow from Rockwell. Rockwell made it clear what he wanted to do, keep Thorn on the mat and try to grind out a victory. Rockwell rode Thorn on the mat with a side headlock before rolling over into a hammerlock. Ariel screamed "Get up" from outside the ring, but Rockwell had Thorn right where he wanted him. Thorn was able to get to the ropes and referee Mike Chioda stepped in, informing Rockwell the hold would need to be relinquished. Rockwell let go, but right when Thorn got up, he got him in a standing hammerlock. But Thorn connected with a vicious back elbow before dropping Rockwell with a right hand. The ringside cameraman got a great close up of Rockwell, showing that his nose had been busted open. Thorn was now in control, dropping a big elbow across his chest. Thorn pulled Rockwell up and draped him over the middle ring rope but Chioda refused to allow Thorn to pull him away from the action, keen on what Ariel may try to do to get involved. Instead, Thorn hit the ropes and ran across the ring, trying to jump on the back of the champion. But Rockwell got away from the ropes and Thorn hit them hard. Rockwell was able to come up with a rollup from behind to get a 1...............2............, but Thorn was up. Both men got to their feet and when Rockwell went for a clothesline, Thorn put up both arms in an "X" to block the move before just kicking Rockwell in the face. After picking Rockwell up and delivering a sidewalk slam, the demented Thorn wiped some of the blood off of Rockwell's face and actually tasted it! He then looked out to Ariel who had a huge smile on her face. He pulled Rockwell up and put him in position for his Crucifix Powerbomb. But Rockwell countered, backdropping Thorn. Thorn backed into the corner where Rockwell ran in and smashed him with a Masa Chono style kick to the face. Thorn looked out on his feet as Rockwell went over and forced Ariel to jump off the apron. He went back to Thorn and Thorn ran right into a wicked spinebuster. Chioda was warning Ariel about trying to get involved as she had the walking stick in hand and he could be heard threatening to send her to the back. Rockwell picked Thorn up and tried to get him up for the "Eternal Flame" but Thorn blasted him with an elbow to the side of the head before shooting him to the ropes. Rockwell was able to duck a wild clothesline before taking Thorn down with a drop toehold which he took right into the STF. Thorn was in trouble in the center of the ring and looked like he was ready to tap out. Ariel slid the walking stick in under the bottom rope which Chioda didn't see. Rockwell let go of the hold as Chioda became distracted by Ariel again. Rockwell picked up Thorn's own walking stick and smashed it across his skull before disposing of it. Ariel saw what happened and tried to keep Chioda from turning around. She was able to buy a few seconds as Rockwell made the cover and got 1...................2....................., but Thorn kicked out! Rockwell looked out at Ariel, bloody nose and mouth, and was actually smiling. He picked Thorn up and slammed him to the mat before going outside the ring to the apron. He went to the top rope and he and Ariel exchanged some words. Thorn got to his feet and out of complete desperation, he just fell into the ring ropes, knocking Rockwell's feet out from under him. With Rockwell crotched on the top rope, the challenger saw the opening he needed. Thorn hurried over and grabbed Rockwell around the back of the head and neck, pulling him from the turnbuckle with the "Dark Kiss"! Rockwell was folded up big time from the impact and Thorn grabbed both legs, pulling them across his body as much as he could as Chioda got down and pounded the mat 3 times, sending the crowd into disbelief.

Match Time: 11:05

HTM: "It has happened! We have a new Universal champion"!

Hudson: "This crowd of over eighteen thousand people is in complete silence...... I can't believe it".

ARIEL CAME INTO THE RING WITH THE TWF UNIVERSAL TITLE BELT AND HANDED IT TO THORN BEFORE JUMPING INTO HIS ARMS AS "MI DESTROJERO" HIT AGAIN.

HTM: "Jordan Rockwell has been dethroned here in Toronto! Nobody saw this coming"!

Hudson: "You're right about that, Honky Tonk Man, and I would go as far as to say some very dark days are upon us here in the TWF! Wow"!
