A DARK, CLOUDY SKY, LIT BY A FULL MOON, IS SHOWN AND SOON, THE SOUND OF A WOLF LOUDLY HOWLING IS HEARD. AFTER A BRIEF PAUSE, A FLASH OF LIGHTNING STRIKES ACROSS THE SKY.

MAY 4, 2000

A VIDEO CLIP IS SHOWN OF VINCE McMAHON PINNING TRAVIS WAKEMAN, BEFORE HOLDING UP THE TWF WORLD TITLE BELT WHILE CURSING OUT THE BOOING FANS.

FROM THERE, CLIPS OF BOTH McMAHON AND TRAVIS WAKEMAN ARE SHOWN.

Audio Voiceover: "Tonight, two men with fierce hatred towards one another, wage war. For one, a chance to avenge an embarrassing defeat..... for the other, a chance to take care of a growing problem.... on his own. Tonight, two men fight for one golden prize..... how far will they go...... how much will it take to be victorious...... and...... will lightning strike twice"?

ANOTHER BOLT OF LIGHTNING FLASHES ACROSS THE SCREEN, CREATING THE FOUL PLAY LOGO.

THE SHOT OPENS INSIDE THE PYRAMID WHICH IS ROCKING WITH TWF FANS. PYRO SPRAYS OFF THE SET, WHICH IS THE FOUL PLAY LOGO SURROUNDING THE ENTRANCE AND ON THE RAMP, THERE IS THE CHALK OUTLINE OF A BODY THAT HAS BECOME A FIXTURE AT FOUL PLAY.

THE RING IS SHOWN, SURROUNDED BY A STEEL CAGE AND THE ROAR OF THE FANS FILLS THE BUILDING AS THE BROADCAST POSITION IS SHOWN.

Michael Cole: "We are live at the seventh annual edition of Foul Play and, John, this is your first sitting right here"!

JBL: "And I plan on it being memorable, Michael, look at what we're starting with! A steel cage is surrounding the ring"!

BOOS POUR FROM THE CROWD AS KEVIN THORN's GOTHIC THEME HITS AND HE AND ARIEL MAKE THEIR WAY DOWN THE RAMP.

Cole: "Both the Universal and World titles will be defended here tonight, but here comes the freaky duo of Kevin Thorn and Ariel".

JBL: "What do you mean freaky, Michael? Aren't you into this whole vampire thing"?

Cole: "No, not at all".

THORN STEPS INSIDE THE CAGE AND LOOKS ON AS "BEFORE I FORGET" BY SLIPKNOT PLAYS AND TAZ MARCHES DOWN THE RAMP WITH A BLACK TOWEL COVERING HIS HEAD.

JBL: "This guy's from the streets of New York but I can promise you that he was never in a street fight where he took a beating like he will inside that cage tonight"!

Cole: "Both men are now locked inside the cage for this WrestleMania rematch. Taz won at WrestleMania, but ever since, Kevin Thorn and Ariel have been a thorn in his side, no pun intended".

Steel Cage Match

Kevin Thorn w/ Ariel vs. Taz

The bell sounded and Foul Play was underway. This was a classic cage match with the only way to win being escaping the steel structure. Thorn moved in on Taz, throwing a right hand that missed and Taz grabbed him for a suplex, but Thorn blocked it by holding the top rope. Thorn then got in a big knee to the face before throwing Taz into the cage wall by the back of his head. Thorn then got a running start but missed with a big boot and Taz connected with a clothesline. Thorn was knocked in between the ring ropes and the cage wall and Taz took advantage, smashing his head into the cage numerous times before just jumping into him with his body. Thorn fell to the apron and Ariel screamed at him to get up. Taz waited for Thorn to slither back into the ring area, where he put the boots to his head and face. Taz went to pick him up, but Thorn raked the eyes and then dropped Taz with a right hand. Letting out a loud yell, Thorn grabbed Taz by the back of the head and threw him into the cage. He thought he'd done enough to allow him to get free, and he asked the referee outside the ring, Chris Kay, to open the door. But Taz wasn't about to let him escape, getting to his feet and grabbing Thorn from behind by the waist. Thorn tried to block it again by holding the top rope but Taz pulled him off and delivered a big german suplex. From there, Taz shot him to the corner for a big clothesline before whipping him back to the other side but he came in leading with his right shoulder and he posted it when Thorn moved. Thorn then used an armbar DDT and pulled Taz's arm awkwardly behind his back. Taz did all he could to get free and finally did, but his right arm was in bad shape. Thorn went back to work, looking for the move that would finish the match. After pulling Taz up into a gordbuster, Thorn again asked for the door to be open. But when Kay swung it open, Thorn saw Taz moving. He went to throw a kick, but Taz caught his foot and tripped him up. Taz then stood over Thorn, blasting him with swinging forearm after swinging forearm to the side of the head. Thorn did all he could to cover up and defend himself, but he'd given up his back and Taz went down, locking in the "Tazmission". Thorn was in a lot of trouble as Taz had the hold in deep. Ariel screamed for Thorn to do something, but he was turning purple! Finally, Taz let go of the hold and Thorn was out. Ariel went and stood in front of the cage door, hoping to block Taz. But Taz just went over to the wall and climbed up and over it, falling to the arena floor in victory.

Match Time: 9:51

Cole: "Yes! Yes, that's it! Taz has escaped"!

JBL: "Taz has escaped by using the most illegal move in the history of this business! There's no honor in that"!

"BEFORE I FORGET" PLAYED AGAIN AS TAZ LEFT IN VICTORY. IN THE RING, ARIEL CHECKED ON THORN, WHO WAS MOTIONLESS.

Cole: "You of all people know what it takes to win a cage match! It's win at all costs"!

JBL: "Well I guess we just found out why this event is called Foul Play because Taz just choked a man out"!

BACKSTAGE AREA.......

IN THE BACK, SHANE McMAHON IS SHOWN DOING SOME SHADOWBOXING, GETTING READY FOR HIS MATCH, WHEN VINCE McMAHON WALKS UP WEARING A BLACK SWEATSHIRT AND BLACK JEANS.

Vince McMahon: "Hey, son".

Shane McMahon: "Hey".

Vince: "Do you realize how long it's been since both Shane and Vince McMahon competed together on a TWF pay-per-view"?

Shane: "Uh, probably back at WrestleMania one when I made you say I quit".

VINCE DOES NOT LOOK AMUSED.

Vince: "Yeah, whatever. Anyway, good luck out there tonight.

VINCE STARTS TO WALK AWAY, BUT COMES BACK.

Aren't you gonna wish me good luck"?

Shane: "No".

SHANE WALKS OFF IN THE OTHER DIRECTION.

Vince: "Fine..... I don't need your good luck wishes! I've beaten Wakeman before and damnit, I'll do it again"!

Cole: "Well, John, up next is going to be a tag team match for the ages. Many people are making the claim that this is a match between the top two teams in TWF history".

JBL: "And I include myself as one of those people. You've got Strife and Bahamut, who have done it all over their long TWF careers! But they are taking on the team not only of today, but the team of tomorrow, the Blood Brothers".

Cole: "Let's take a closer look at what these two teams have been able to do...........

A VIDEO PACKAGE ROLLS STARTING WITH SHOTS OF BAHAMUT AND STRIFE AT DOOMSDAY 2001 WHERE THEY WON THEIR FIRST TAG TEAM TITLES. THE SHOT THEN ADVANCES TO ERUPTION 2004 WHERE THEY WON THE TITLES FOR THE SECOND TIME. A MONTAGE THEN ROLLS OF THEIR FINAL TWO SUCCESSFUL TAG TEAM TITLE SHOTS, AS WELL AS SEVERAL OTHER BIG MOMENTS IN THEIR CAREERS WHILE A VOICE OVER OF JIM ROSS GOES OVER THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS AND MAKING THE CLAIM THAT THEY ARE “ARGUABLY THE BEST TAG TEAM IN TWF HISTORY”.

THE SCREEN THEN GOES BLACK AND THE BLOOD BROTHERS SYMBOL FLASHES SEVERAL TIMES AS “COME ON” BY WATERPROOF BLONDE IS HEARD AND SHOTS OF THEIR FIRST TAG TEAM TITLE WIN IS SHOWN, FOLLOWED BY SHOTS OF THEIR BEATINGS ON RODDY PIPER, RICKY “THE DRAGON” STEAMBOAT, AND SEVERAL OTHER OPPONENTS THAT THEY’VE LEFT BLOODY AND BATTERED OVER THE PAST YEAR, WHILE A VOICEOVER OF MICHAEL COLE IS HEARD SAYING “ONE OF THE MOST RUTHLESS TAG TEAMS IN TWF HISTORY, AND AGREE WITH THEIR ANTICS OR NOT, THEY’VE DEFINITELY TAKEN THE TAG TEAM DIVISION BY STORM”.

SHOTS THEN SHOW THE BLOOD BROTHERS’ FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH BAHAMUT AND STRIFE LAST OCTOBER, AND A VOICEOVER OF SEAN O’HAIRE SAYING “AND IF WE WIN, THEY CAN NEVER HAVE A SHOT AT OUR TITLES AS LONG AS WE’RE THE CHAMPS”. SHOTS OF RANDY ORTON COVERING STRIFE FOR THE PIN IS THEN SHOWN, INDICATING THAT BAHAMUT AND STRIFE WOULD NEVER GET A TITLE SHOT AT THE BLOOD BROTHERS AS LONG AS THEY HELD THE TITLES.

THE SHOT THEN FORWARDS TO WRESTLEMANIA 8 IN THE EPIC TRIPLE THREAT TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH WHERE BAHAMUT AND STRIFE LOST THEIR TITLES TO THE BLOOD BROTHERS WITHOUT EVEN BEING INVOLVED IN THE DECISION. SHOTS ARE THEN SHOWN OF SEAN O’HAIRE DEFEATING STRIFE, AND THE BEATING THAT THE BLOOD BROTHERS LAID ON BAHAMUT AND STRIFE THE WEEK AFTER WRESTLEMANIA, BEATING THEM DOWN WITH THEIR FIGHTING STAFFS. THEN SHOTS ARE FINALLY SHOWN OF BAHAMUT’S WIN OVER DUSTIN KASH ON LAST WEEKS PRIMETIME, AND THEN STRIFE AND BAHAMUT CLEARING THE RING OF THE BLOOD BROTHERS.

A VOICE-OVER OF SHANE MCMAHON IS THEN HEARD SAYING “IT HAS BEEN DECIDED THAT THE REMATCH CLAUSE OVERRULES THE INFORMAL DECISION THAT BAHAMUT AND STRIFE WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO FACE YOU GUYS FOR THE TAG TITLES”.

"BOMBSHELL" BY POWERMAN 5000 HITS AND THE CROWD ERUPTS AS STRIFE AND BAHAMUT MAKE THEIR WAY TO THE RING.

Cole: "They are looking for an unprecedented fifth reign as tag team champs.... here comes Strife and Bahamut"!

JBL: "This is a team that once forfeited the titles, Michael, claiming they were too tough to be beaten! If I was in charge, they'd never get another shot at the belts! On top of that, they lost a match that carried a stipulation that as long as the Blood Brothers were the champions, they could not challenge for them! It's an utter disgrace"!

"COME ON" BY WATERPROOF BLONDE HITS AND THE CROWD HAMMERS THE CHAMPIONS WITH BOOS AS THEY MAKE THEIR WAY OUT WITH THEIR FIGHTING STAFFS AND THE TAG TEAM TITLES AROUND EACH OF THEIR WAISTS.

Cole: "Let's say you're a champion, do you want to be considered the best because you beat the best, or because you found a little loophole that prevented the best from facing you"?

JBL: "I want the rules to be followed, Michael, nothing more, nothing less".

Cole: "Well that shows what kind of competitor you are. Whether there was a stipulation or not, if the Blood Brothers want to be considered the tag team of tomorrow as you seem to think they are, then this is a team that they have to face"!

TWF Tag Team Title Match

Challengers: Strife and Bahamut vs. The Blood Brothers

The Blood Brothers seemed to be strategizing to start the match as Bahamut waited on the other side. Sean O'Haire elected to start the match for the champions, but as soon as Bah moved in, he tagged out to Kash. Kash moved in on Bahamut, but just as they were about to lock up, he backed up and slapped the hand of O'Haire, bringing him right back in. It was clear the Blood Brothers were trying to play head games with the challengers, and it was working as Bahamut took a swipe at Kash. But O'Haire came from behind, drilling Bahamut in the back which led to a falling backdrop suplex. Bahamut tried to sit up but O'Haire kicked him square in the chest. O'Haire then grabbed the right leg of Bahamut, trying to turn him over, but when he did, Strife came into the ring and kicked him right in the face. Bahamut then got up and ran O'Haire over with a clothesline before turning and dropping Kash with a right hand. The challengers had taken a page out of the Blood Brothers' book and turned the match around. O'Haire got up and threw a jump kick but Bahamut caught him and just ran towards the corner, slamming into it with O'Haire. Strife tagged into the match and O'Haire was in a lot of trouble. Strife drove back elbows into the side of the head of O'Haire before measuring him for a barrage of right hands. After barrelling into O'Haire with a clothesline, Strife lifted O'Haire to the top rope, grabbing his arms as he looked for the Derailer. But Kash got up and ran along the apron, catching Strife with a shot to the head that knocked him to the mat. O'Haire then came off the top rope with the Seanton Bomb, landing it with perfection. He made the cover, but Strife kicked out at 2! Strife was slow to get up and O'Haire made the tag. After a double arm wringer, the Blood Brothers pounded the chest of the Locomotive with a double knifedge. Kash stayed in the ring, keeping the pressure on Strife. But he had trouble getting the big man off his feet and when he went for a bodyslam, he seemed to wrench his back. Strife followed up with a clubbing shot to the back before tagging out to Bahamut who came in with a double sledge to the back. Bahamut then shot Kash to the ropes and threw him into the air. Kash landed face first on the mat and Bahamut rolled him over into a cover for a 2 count. Bahamut pulled Kash to his corner and slapped the hand of Strife, who had an open rib cage of Kash to drive his fist into. O'Haire could only watch helplessly as his partner was picked apart. Off an irish whip, Strife caught Kash with a huge powerslam which probably would've won the match, but O'Haire came in to break up the fall. Strife tried to go at O'Haire, but Kash came from behind with a chop block. O'Haire then kicked Strife as hard as he could in the same leg and the knee of Strife visibly buckled. O'Haire then tagged into the match and drilled Strife with a spinning martial arts kick. He went for the pin and referee Charles Robinson got down for the 1......2........, but that was it. O'Haire went and perched himself on the middle turnbuckle, waiting for Strife to get up. But when he did, he flew off, only to have Strife catch him in mid air in a bear hug. Kash tried to come in, but Bahamut was waiting to prevent it. O'Haire was hanging on for dear life as Strife squeezed with all his might. But as Robinson moved Bahamut back to his corner, Kash came in with one of the fighting staffs and broke it across the back of Strife! Strife fell to the mat and O'Haire quickly locked in a single leg crab on the injured knee. Bahamut tried to come in, but Kash came around the other side and hit him from behind, knocking him through the ropes and to the floor. Strife was in a lot of pain, but it got even worse when Kash grabbed the other leg and turned that into an STF! Strife was in a high angle single leg crab and an STF all at once! With no way to get out, he had to give it up as the Blood Brothers retained the gold.

Match Time: 12:02

JBL: "Oh yeah! Let the celebration begin, Michael"!

Cole: "The Blood Brothers have done it! What a huge win"!

"COME ON" PLAYED AS BOTH SEAN O'HAIRE AND DUSTIN KASH HOBBLED UP THE RAMP, HOLDING THEIR TITLES HIGH IN THE AIR WHILE THE CROWD BOOED.

JBL: "They just answered the question of who is the best tag team in the TWF! The debate is over"!

Cole: "The debate may be over for now, but Strife and Bahamut will be back".

JBL: "We have just witnessed a passing of the torch, Michael! You are looking at the tag team of tomorrow"!

BACKSTAGE..... DRESSING ROOM......

IN HIS DRESSING ROOM, CHAOS WOLF IS GETTING READY FOR HIS MATCH AND IS TAKING SOME ADVICE FROM JAMES MITCHELL WHEN VLAD THE IMPALER WALKS IN, ONE OF THE FEW TIMES HE's BEEN SEEN WITHOUT A MASK OF LATE.

James Mitchell: "Vlad, I told you about this".

Vlad the Impaler: "Wolf...... I don't want to fight about this again..... there is no way you can win tonight without my help"!

WOLF WALKS UP AND GETS RIGHT IN VLAD's FACE.

Chaos Wolf: "And like I said..... I don't want your help..... I can do this alone".

FRUSTRATED, VLAD LEAVES THE ROOM, SLAMMING THE DOOR BEHIND HIM.

IN ANOTHER PART OF THE BACKSTAGE AREA, KRISTAL IS STANDING WITH TRAVIS WAKEMAN, WHO HAS JUST ARRIVED AT THE ARENA AND IS STILL IN HIS STREET CLOTHES.

Kristal: "Just a quick word, Travis. Tonight you face Vince McMahon, who has taken the World title from you before.... are you concerned heading into tonight's title defense"?

Travis Wakeman: "Kristal, this is a match I've looked forward to for seven years. Vince McMahon has always bragged about getting that win, even though he didn't do it alone and he didn't have the guts to defend the title after he won it. Tonight, Vince is gonna find out just how far I've come in seven years and he's gonna wish he never put himself into this match".

WAKEMAN WALKS AWAY AS THE SHOT GOES BACK TO THE BROADCAST TABLE.

Cole: "Does Vince McMahon stand a chance tonight"?

JBL: "Is that a serious question? Of course he stands a chance, he's the chairman of this company! Plus, he's beaten Wakeman before"!

MUHAMMAD HASSAN's MUSIC HITS AND HE COMES OUT TO SOME HEAVY BOOS, MAKING HIS WAY TO THE RING AFTER HOLDING HIS HANDS OUTWARD AND LOOKING UP.

Cole: "That match is coming up later but do we have some circumstances in this one or what? Not only is this a matchup of each show's general managers, but this match will kick off this year's draft lottery"!

JBL: "The draft lottery has always been completely random, Michael, but the man who wins this match will get to pick anyone from the other's roster to bring to his show! Can you imagine some of the possibilities"?

"HERE COMES THE MONEY" PLAYS AND SHANE McMAHON IS INTRODUCED TO A GOOD CHEER.

Cole: "From what I understand, they will have the power to select champions, members of tag teams, anyone they want"!

JBL: "There is as much intrigue in this match as any I can remember in years and I know we're supposed to remain unbiased, but I hope Shane McMahon beats the hell out of this class A jerk from Rampage"!

Muhammad Hassan vs. Shane McMahon

The fans had not sat down as the bell rang to start this match. Hassan stared across the ring at Shane with a smile before they moved in on each other. They locked up and Shane was able to move Hassan into a corner. Referee Mike Enos stepped in, looking for a break, but Hassan got in a thumb to the eye followed by a kick to the gut. Hassan then put Shane down with a swinging neckbreaker before rolling him into a cover, but Shane was easily up. Hassan pulled him up and went for an irish whip to the corner but Shane reversed it and followed in with a clothesline. From there, Shane went to the body, looking like a skilled boxer with several punches to teh body. After a nice european uppercut, Shane set Hassan up for a suplex, but it was blocked and Hassan delivered a suplex of his own. The target of Hassan's attack became the lower back of Shane. Hassan drove two knees into the back before pulling Shane up for a side backbreaker. Hassan yelled "What do you think of Shane-O-Mac now"?! but the crowd just responded with a some loud boos. Hassan pulled Shane up but Shane still had plenty of fight in him, punching Hassan in the gut. Hassan came back with a huge kneelift before sending Shane to the ropes but Shane ducked a clothesline and came back with an impressive flying back elbow. The crowd was re-energized as Shane began to stick and move, hitting Hassan with a healthy dose of right jabs. He then bounced off the ropes but Hassan blasted him with a clothesline. Hassan then positioned himself behind Shane, pulling him down with a backcracker on his knees. Hassan then made a nasty throat slash gesture before trying to get Shane in the vaunted Camel Clutch. But Shane intelligently has his hands under his chest, preventing Hassan from pulling his arms out. Hassan rolled Shane over and then just slapped him across the face before pulling him up and sending him to the corner but Shane vaulted himself over the oncoming Rampage GM, landing right behind him. Shane then grabbed Hassan by the waist, rolling him up with a very nice bridge for the 1.........2........3!

Match Time: 5:56

Cole: "Shane McMahon has done it! PrimeTime owns the first selection in the draft"!

JBL: "That was great! PrimeTime gets stronger at the expense of Rampage and that piece of crap Muhammad Hassan"!

IN THE RING, HASSAN ARGUED THE 3 COUNT WITH MIKE ENOS AS SHANE LEFT, SLAPPING HANDS WITH FANS IN THE AISLE WHILE "HERE COMES THE MONEY" PLAYED.

Cole: "The possibilities are now endless for Shane McMahon.... he can add anyone from Rampage he wants"!

JBL: "It's great for us, bad for them and I hate to break the news myself, but Muhammad Hassan just lost out on the JBL sweepstakes! Not that I'd work for his sorry ass anyway"!

BACKSTAGE......

CAMERAS IN THE BACKSTAGE AREA SHOW MARIA STANDING WITH CHRIS MASTERS, WHO IS HOLDING HIS WRESTLEMANIA JACKPOT BRIEFCASE.

Maria: "Chris Masters, as you know, there is a triple threat match for the Universal title tonight and as you eluded to on the last edition of PrimeTime, you might cash in on your WrestleMania Jackpot. Can you give the fans an idea of what you might be thinking"?

Chris Masters: "Maria, you know me, when have I ever cared about the fans? Truth is, I know exactly what I'm gonna do, and it's gonna be huge, something of a masterpiece, if you will. But you and all these fans are just gonna have to sit there, keep your mouths shut, and wait".

MASTERS WALKS AWAY AS THE SHOT IS SENT BACK TO THE RING.

"IN THE END" BY LINKIN PARK HITS AND CHAOS WOLF COMES OUT, LED TO THE RING BY JAMES MITCHELL AND GREETED BY NOTHING BUT BOOS.

Cole: "The name of the match is Lights Out and the rules are simple tonight, John, to win, you have to do just that".

JBL: "The Lights Out match is one of the most dangerous in this business, Michael, and as a former associate of mine, I know what this man here is capable of doing".

THE CROWD LOUDLY POPS AS "NEW WORLD DISORDER" BY BIOHAZARD PLAYS AND JOHNNY HAZARD COMES OUT WITH ALL 4 OF THE LOVELY WOMEN THAT COMPRISE THE HAREM. BUT HALFWAY DOWN THE ENTRANCE RAMP, HAZARD SAYS SOMETHING TO THE LADIES AND THEY ALL HEAD TO THE BACK.

Cole: "Chaos Wolf has repeatedly turned down help from his tag team partner Vlad the Impaler and he seems to be flying solo tonight"!

JBL: "Well at least Johnny Hazard was smart enough to send those four young ladies to the back. This is quickly going to turn into a warzone and ringside is no place for them"!

Cole: "Chaos Wolf wanted this match as a way to avenge what happened to the leader of the Army of Darkness, Eddie Saint James, at WrestleMania and the time is now".

Lights Out Match

Chaos Wolf w/ James Mitchell vs. Johnny Hazard

Mitchell got on the apron and screamed obscenities at Hazard and Wolf tried to close in from behind but Hazard felt him coming, turning and popping him with 3 hard right hands. Hazard then shot him to the ropes but he put his head down too soon and Wolf responded with a swinging neckbreaker. After stomping on the head and chest of Hazard several times, Wolf asked Mitchell for a steel chair, and Mitchell grabbed one, sliding it into the ring. Wolf slammed the chair across the back of Hazard twice before wrapping it around his head. Wolf then went outside the ring and reached under the apron, pulling out a kendo stick. He brought it into the ring and belted Hazard twice across the left side of the rib cage, leaving a nasty red mark. With Hazard in the corner, Wolf swung the stick like a baseball bat but Hazard was able to duck and pick Wolf's right leg, dumping him over the top rope. Hazard then grabbed the steel chair that Wolf had used and took it outside the ring, blasting him over the head with it. Hazard then grabbed the ring apron, lifting it up and looking under the ring. But he couldn't seem to find what he was after and Wolf came from behind with a double sledge to the back. Then came one of the most amazing moves we have ever seen in the TWF. Chaos Wolf grabbed Hazard for a bulldog and ran with him, jumping over the ring steps but slamming Hazard face first into them. A collective "Holy Shit" chant started up in the first few rows of the Pyramid. Wolf pulled Hazard up and began to drag him up the ramp and once they got to the top of the stage, Wolf rammed him face first into the metal structure of the Foul Play set. Wolf then went back behind the curtain before returning with a garbage can full of weapons. He pulled out a street sign that read "Speed Limit 30" but he took a swing with it and missed as Hazard grabbed the entire trash can and just threw it at Wolf. Both men were down, but Hazard was seen reaching into his back pocket, pulling out a pair of brass knuckles. He slid them onto his right hand and got up, pounding Wolf with it. Wolf was staggered as he fell to the steel ramp but he got up. Hazard positioned himself and drove the brass knuckles into Wolf's face again, this time busting him open. Referee Mickey Henson seemed ready to stop the match, but a chant of "One more time" resonated through the arena. So Hazard picked Wolf up and he was nothing but dead weight. Hazard finally got Wolf up long enough to deal a third shot with the brass knucks and as soon as Henson saw Wolf's head bounce off the ramp unconciously, he called for the bell to end the match.

Match Time: 6:29

Cole: "Chaos Wolf is out cold! Johnny Hazard has..... well he's knocked his lights out"!

JBL: "We're gonna see a UFC fight later tonight that won't get near as brutal as that just did, Michael..... my God"!

AS "NEW WORLD DISORDER" PLAYED, HAZARD DRAGGED CHAOS WOLF DOWN TO THE CHALK OUTLINE ON THE RAMP AND LAID HIM ON IT, RIGHT IN THAT POSITION. HAZARD THEN RAISED BOTH ARMS IN THE AIR AS THE FANS CHEERED AND CHANTED "HAZARD.... HAZARD.... HAZARD".

Cole: "And look at what Johnny Hazard has done with the unconcious Chaos Wolf! How symbolic is that"?!

JBL: "Chaos Wolf won't like it when he comes to and realizes what happened out here, but he issued this challenge and Johnny Hazard was up to it"!

BACKSTAGE.......

IN THE BACK, MARIA IS STANDING BY WITH EDGE, WHO HAS THE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE OVER HIS SHOULDER.

Maria: "Edge, we just heard from Chris Masters. Do the comments he made change your strategy heading into tonight's triple threat match"?

Edge: "Do I really think I'd let anything that roided up freak would say bother me?! Tonight, I plan on leaving this building with not one, (he holds up the IC title) but two championship belts! How's that for strategy"?

A SPLIT SCREEN VIEW SHOWS SHAWN MICHAELS AND JORDAN ROCKWELL EACH LOOSENING UP IN THEIR DRESSING ROOMS, GETTING READY FOR THE IRON MAN MATCH. SHAWN MICHAELS IS JUMPING ROPE AND ROCKWELL IS SPARRING WITH UFC HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION RANDY COUTURE.

Cole: "Still to come tonight is the Iron Man match and there you see Jordan Rockwell with the current heavyweight champion of the UFC, Randy Couture".

JBL: "Rockwell and Couture are good friends from what I hear and Rockwell must hold him in high regard because Couture has helped him with all his training and conditioning heading into the Iron Man match with Shawn Michaels".

Cole: "For those of you who haven't been following UFC, Randy Couture has a huge test of his own coming up this Summer when he puts the heavyweight title on the line against Gabriel Gonzaga but let's send it down to our partners from the UFC, Mike Goldberg and Joe Rogan".

THE CAMERA SHOWS GOLDBERG AND ROGAN STANDING JUST OUTSIDE THE OCTAGON OF THE UFC, WHERE INTRODUCTIONS ARE BEING MADE FOR BJ PENN AND MATT SERRA.

Mike Goldberg: "Thank you, Michael, Joe Rogan and I couldn't be more happy to be a part of Foul Play here tonight".

Joe Rogan: "The crossover between pro wrestling and MMA has gone great, Mike, I can't say enough about the atmosphere tonight".

Goldberg: "Plenty of TWF action to get to here in a bit, but fight fans, we've got a good one for ya here".

Rogan: "No question about it, Mike! It's been four and a half years since BJ Penn won a unanimous decision over Matt Serra at UFC 39 and now, Matt Serra wants to get that win back"!

Goldberg: "Unquestionably one of the hottest fighters in the UFC right now is Matt Serra. He was the winner of the Ultimate Figther's fourth season, which BJ Penn is one of the coaches on season five"!

Rogan: "Both of these men have superb submission skills so look for each of them to try and take it to the mat"!

UFC Fight

BJ Penn vs. Matt Serra

This fight was scheduled for 3 rounds, but only one was necessary. Just as the fight was about to get underway, Gabriel Cross made his way out and stood right by the octagon, looking on at the action. The fight started and both Penn and Serra seemed a little tentative, trying to plan out their shots. Both men missed with a few punches, but Penn landed a nasty uppercut that jacked Serra's head back. Penn backed up a foot or so, looking to land another bomb but Serra grabbed his right arm and then jumped up, locking his legs around Penn's waist. Serra fell back, forcing Penn to the mat and Serra had his arm, twisting it in the armbar. Penn didn't hesitate for a second before tapping out. Serra's MMA record improved to 16-5 while Penn's fell to 10-4-1.

Official Decision: Serra wins by armbar (:44 of round 1)

Goldberg: "And the roll continues for Matt Serra"!

Rogan: "We talked about Serra's submission abilities and he got Penn in an inescapable position there and if you ask me, Matt Serra is becoming of the top five or ten best fighters in the world"!

INSIDE THE OCTAGON, PENN AND SERRA SHAKE HANDS BEFORE SERRA HAS HIS ARM RAISED IN VICTORY BY THE REFEREE. OUTSIDE, GABRIEL CROSS APPLAUDED.

Goldberg: "Fourty four seconds of the first round, a victory for Matt Serra, let's send it back to Michael Cole and John Bradshaw Layfield"!

"NO CHANCE" PLAYS AND VINCE McMAHON COMES OUT TO SOME SERIOUS BOOS, POSSIBLY THE LOUDEST ALL NIGHT.

Cole: "We told you that both the Universal and the World titles would be on the line tonight, and right now, it's time for the World title"!

JBL: "You need to stand and show your respect for this man.... he signs your damn paycheck"!

JBL IS UP CLAPPING AS VINCE ENTERS THE RING.

Cole: "Would you sit down"?

JBL: "It's been well documented, Michael, Vince McMahon has taken the World title from Travis Wakeman before, not to mention the fact that he pinned him in a tag team match on Rampage"!

"MAKE WAY" BY METHOD MAN PLAYS AND THE FANS WILDLY CHEER AS TRAVIS WAKEMAN COMES OUT WITH MELINA. PYRO FIRES OFF EVERYWHERE AS WAKEMAN APPROACHES THE RING WITH THE WORLD TITLE IN HIS RIGHT HAND.

Cole: "But what kind of chance does he really have tonight? It's been almost seven years to the day that Vince McMahon won that match. Don't you think it's eaten away at Wakeman all that time who is in arguably the best form of his career"?

JBL: "Vince McMahon has a damn good shot to win.... he's the boss, I'm not bettin' against him"!

TWF World Title Match

Challenger: Vince McMahon vs. Travis Wakeman w/ Melina

As the bell sounded, Vince McMahon gave Melina a dirty look before walking right up and slapping Wakeman across the face. Wakeman put his hand on his cheek and stepped back before just drilling Vince with a right hand. From that point, Vince was in a hornet's nest as Wakeman just beat the hell out of him. After hammering away with right hands to the head and body, Wakeman shot Vince to the corner which such force the ring looked like it moved. Wakeman then slammed into Vince with a clothesline before lifting him up to the top rope. Wakeman was looking for a superplex, but Vince got in a rake across the eyes before coming off the top with a flying clothesline. Vince then grabbed Wakeman by the back of the head, rubbing his face in the mat before just slamming him face first into it. Vince then got up, kicking Wakeman in the ribs. Vince pulled him up and went for a whip to the ropes, but Wakeman reversed it and caught Vince with a spinebuster. Wakeman then grabbed the feet of Vince and stepped through, turning him over with the Sharpshooter. The crowd came out of their seats, cheering and yelling for Vince to tap, which he quickly did.

Match Time: 4:12

JBL: "Let go of the damn hold, you won the match"!

Cole: "Travis Wakeman has retained the TWF World title in convincing fashion and you know it had to feel good to make Vince McMahon, the chairman of the TWF, tap out"!

JBL: "Yeah, you would say something like that.... oh look out, there's Masters"!

CHRIS MASTERS ENTERED THE RING FROM BEHIND, NAILING WAKEMAN IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WITH THE WRESTLEMANIA JACKPOT BRIEFCASE. WAKEMAN FELL TO THE MAT AS MASTERS HELPED VINCE UP AND VINCE TOLD MASTERS TO DO IT AGAIN.

Cole: "What the hell is this?! Chris Masters and Vince McMahon had this all planned"!

MASTERS WAITED FOR WAKEMAN TO GET UP AND WHEN HE DID, HE CRACKED HIM OVER THE HEAD WITH THE BRIEFCASE AGAIN! MASTERS AND VINCE BOTH LOOKED DOWN AT WAKEMAN AND THE CROWD BOOED HASTILY AS THEY LEFT THE RING.

JBL: "Is Masters gonna cash that in right now"?!

Cole: "It doesn't look like it, he's leaving with Vince, but it's clear to me that this was planned all along! The champion has been left laying".

MELINA CAME INTO THE RING TO CHECK ON WAKEMAN, WHO HAD A LARGE WELT ON HIS HEAD.

JBL: "Chris Masters said he had something planned and we had to wait to see what it was, well this is it and I hate to say it, but it was a masterpiece"!

Cole: "Chris Masters has left his mark at Foul Play and on the World champion"!

BACKSTAGE.......

IN THE BACK, THE HIGHLANDERS ARE WITH PAUL LONDON AND BRIAN KENDRICK WHEN SHANE McMAHON WALKS UP.

Paul London: "Hey Shane, great match out there man".

Shane McMahon: "Thanks".

Brian Kendrick: "Yeah, it was great seeing you beat that punk, Hassan".

Rory McCallister: "Who ya bringin' over from Rampage, boss"?

Robbie McCallister: "Yeah, who ya bringin' over"?

Shane: "I haven't decided yet. I have my eye on a couple guys, but I have to sit down and give it some thought. Ya know, I could take the World champion Travis Wakeman".

London: "That'd be a good choice".

Shane: "Or I could use my pick to get my sister away from that piece of crap she's with".

Kendrick: "Eh.......

Shane: "Like I said, I'll have to give it some thought".

Cole: "Shane McMahon has a lot of thinking to do, John".

JBL: "Anyone on the entire Rampage division is accessible.... things are going to get very interesting"!

"SEXY BOY" STARTS UP AND THE CROWD POPS UNCONTROLLABLY AS SHAWN MICHAELS MAKES HIS WAY TO THE RING.

Cole: "Well here we go.... hold onto your seats, folks, it's time for the Iron Man match"!

JBL: "For the next thirty minutes, we will witness wrestling at it's absolute finest, Michael"!

Cole: "This is a rematch from WrestleMania of epic proportions"!

MICHAELS GETS INTO THE RING AND IS GETTING LOOSE BEFORE "BACK IN BLACK" BY AC/DC HITS AND JORDAN ROCKWELL MAKES HIS WAY OUT TO A HUGE REACTION.

JBL: "Both these men have trained their asses off for this match and the time is now to put it all on the table"!

Cole: "Jordan Rockwell and Shawn Michaels have spent the last two weeks doing nothing but training, getting ready for this match! Shawn Michaels used the services of his legendary trainer Jose Lothario while Rockwell has trained with UFC Heavyweight champion, Randy Couture"!

JBL: "This is all about conditioning, Michael! The man who came here to Memphis in better condition will be the man who walks out with the victory"!

ROCKWELL AND MICHAELS WALK UP TO EACH OTHER AND TAKE INSTRUCTIONS FROM REFEREE CHARLES ROBINSON, WHO THEN CALLS FOR THE BELL.

Cole: "It's hard to tell who has the edge with the crowd here, it seems split right down the middle".

30 Minute Iron Man Match

Shawn Michaels vs. Jordan Rockwell

As the match started, the entire crowd was on their feet, cheering. Michaels and Rockwell locked up and Michaels quickly took him to the mat with a deep arm drag. Rockwell got up and ran right into another arm drag before Michaels bounced off the ropes. Rockwell swung with a clothesline and caught nothing but air and HBK came off the other side with a dropkick. After pulling Rockwell up, Michaels whipped him to the ropes, looking for a hip toss. But Rockwell blocked it and blasted Michaels with a clothesline. Rockwell then went down into a side headlock, trying to slow Michaels down. Rockwell had it cinched in good, but Michaels was able to get to his feet and he tried to outmuscle Rockwell to break the hold. He was on the verge of doing it, but Rockwell just yanked him down to the mat. Rockwell then pulled him up and whipped him to the ropes but Michaels dove through his legs and came up behind him, running him into the ring ropes right into a nice rollup for a long 2 count. Michaels then hit the ropes again, looking for his flying forearm but Rockwell avoided it. Rockwell then pulled Michaels up and shot him to the corner, following in with a big kick to the face. After a huge powerslam, Rockwell made the cover for the 1........2......., but Michaels was up. Rockwell picked Michaels up again, this time by the hair, and whipped him to the corner. He followed in but Michaels was waiting with a back elbow. He then threw the superkick but Rockwell ducked and grabbed his right arm, flinging him towards the corner but Michaels hopped to the top rope and came off with an incredible moonsault to get the first fall of the match.

Michaels up 1-0 with 22:31 left

Rockwell thought he got a shoulder up in time, but he didn't have long to argue that decision as Michaels was on him with right hands. After knocking Rockwell into the corner, he came in with a flying body splash but missed everything and Rockwell delivered a backdrop suplex, floating over into a cover for another 2 count. Rockwell pulled Michaels up and sent him to the corner so hard he was upended onto the top turnbuckle. Rockwell then measured Michaels, booting him in the gut when he turned around but Michaels pushed him away when he went for the "Extreme Measures" before drilling him with the "Sweet Chin Music" out of nowhere to get another fall.

Michaels up 2-0 with 20:03 left

Rockwell was still holding the left side of his jaw as Michaels came at him again. After a scoop slam, the Heartbreak Kid made his way to the top rope, looking to take command of the match. He came off with his textbook elbow drop but Rockwell had it scouted, rolling out of the way. Rockwell wanted to come up with a quick answer to get himself back into the match and he grabbed Michaels for the Rock Smasher. But Michaels elbowed him twice in the back of the head and went for an irish whip, only to have it reversed. But Rockwell dropped down a shade too soon and Michaels used a sunset flip to score yet another pin.

Michaels up 3-0 with 19:08 left

Both men got to their feet but Michaels put Rockwell down with a right hand followed by a big neckbreaker. Looking to knock Rockwell out of the match, Michaels "tuned up the band", loading up another superkick. But when he charged in, Rockwell ducked and punched him in the midsection all in the same motion before hitting Extreme Measures to get on the board.

Michaels leads 3-1 with 16:25 left

This was the opening Rockwell needed and he still had half the match to pick up two more falls. Michaels was still feeling the effects of the Extreme Measures before Rockwell caught him with a running clothesline that knocked him over the top rope and to the floor. Rockwell wasn't planning on waiting for him to get back in, following him out before hitting another clothesline. Rockwell then went to ram Michaels head first into the ring steps, but Michaels put his hands out to stop it. After an elbow to the ribs, Michaels threw Rockwell hard into the apron before getting back in the ring. Michaels seemed to hope Rockwell would be counted out, but Rockwell beat Robinson's count at 8. Michaels tried to keep the pressure on, slapping the chest of the Franchise 3 times. Michaels then grabbed Rockwell in a standing side headlock, slowing the pace way down. Rockwell tried to fight free, but each time he got a push off the ropes, Michaels just drove his legs into the mat to slow him down. Finally, Rockwell scored with a high angle backdrop suplex, but even that didn't get Michaels to release the headlock. Rockwell was able to bridge his body however, rolling Michaels onto his shoulders for a very near pin. Rockwell then rolled over, giving up his back and Michaels locked in a sleeper. But Rockwell stood up in an amazing show of strength before just falling straight back with Michaels, breaking the hold. With Michaels now off him, Rockwell was all fired up and he hit Michaels with 3 big clotheslines before lifting him up to the top rope, looking for a superplex. But Michaels was able to push Rockwell back to the mat before flying off with a crossbody that got him a very near pin. Michaels then went for an irish whip, but he made the same mistake Rockwell had earlier, dropping his head and Rockwell put him down with a wicked DDT, hooking the leg for the 1.........2.......3.

Michaels leads 3-2 with 6:20 left

With time quickly counting down, Rockwell went all out trying to tie the match up at 3 falls a piece. But Michaels was able to fend him off at every turn and remained on the offensive himself. After catching Michaels with a glancing blow off a superkick, Michaels again went for the Sweet Chin Music, but Rockwell caught his foot, spun him around and picked him up for a nasty spinebuster. Off an irish whip, Rockwell used a drop toehold which led to him locking in the Tranquilizer. Michaels was in danger of tapping out, which would have tied the match with about 2 minutes left. But Michaels used everything he had left to get to the bottom rope and break the hold. Rockwell knew time was fading fast, and he went for the kill. Michaels tried to hold on, but Rockwell whipped him to the ropes for another big powerslam. He went for the cover but Michaels was up. Rockwell picked him up and shot him to the corner but missed badly when Michaels moved and he posted his right shoulder. After a side russian leg sweep, Michaels glanced up at the clock and saw it tick below 30 seconds remaining. He knew he just needed to hold on, but after pulling Rockwell up, Rockwell jabbed him in the abdomen and hit the Extreme Measures! The crowd was going wild as Rockwell made the cover, but just as he did, the buzzer sounded right as he got a 1 count and the match was over.

Cole: "Oh my gosh! What a dramatic way to end this unbelievable match"!

JBL: "Shawn Michaels was literally saved by the bell, I can't believe it"!

"SEXY BOY" HIT AND ROBINSON RAISED THE ARM OF SHAWN MICHAELS. A DEJECTED ROCKWELL JUST LOOKED OVER AT HIM BEFORE LEAVING THE RING.

Cole: "There is obvious disappointment on the face of Rockwell, but keep in mind, he fell behind three to zero in this match, a heck of a comeback indeed"!

JBL: "Rockwell let it all hang out and it was something to see, but Shawn Michaels, the true professional that he is, escapes with the win"!

*** NOTE: I just wanted to let everyone know that this Iron Man match ended just as it was described.

Cole: "Well we know what's next, John. It's time for the Universal title match and it will be contested in a triple threat match".

JBL: "One of my least favorite matches in wrestling is the triple threat. The champion doesn't have to be involved in the decision to lose the title but I've heard about all I can handle about how good John Cena is, tonight is the time to prove it"!

"YOU THINK YOU KNOW ME" IS HEARD AND THAT LEADS INTO "METALINGUS" BY ALTER BRIDGE BEFORE EDGE POPS OUT FROM THE BACK TO NUMEROUS BOOS. HE IS WEARING HIS CUSTOMARY BLACK LEATHER TRENCH COAT AND THE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE IS AROUND HIS WAIST.

Cole: "Will tonight be the night Edge collects double gold! He could conceivably leave Memphis tonight with the two biggest titles on PrimeTime"!

JBL: "And if you ask me, there's no man in the entire TWF more capable of doing that than Edge! This guy is on the verge of greatness and tonight could be his night"!

GOLD PYRO BEGINS TO FALL FROM ABOVE THE SET AS "BURN IN MY LIGHT" BY MERCY DRIVE PLAYS AND RANDY ORTON COMES OUT TO MORE BOOS.

Cole: "And here comes the former champion who no doubt is hungry to get his title back".

JBL: "Randy Orton was scheduled to get a one on one match here with John Cena, but Edge named his new year's resoltion. Not that I don't love the move by Edge, but you know it didn't please Orton"!

Cole: "Randy Orton suffered a devastating loss at WrestleMania and he'd like nothing more than to make up for it tonight".

AFTER A BRIEF PAUSE, "THE TIME IS NOW" HITS AND JOHN CENA COMES OUT TO A VERY MIXED REACTION, HOLDING UP THE UNIVERSAL TITLE FOR ALL TO SEE.

JBL: "Like I said, this man has to live up to the hype, he has to live up to all the accolades and taking on and defeating two men the caliber of Edge and Orton might make me a believer"!

Cole: "After winning the 2007 Royal Rumble, John Cena targeted Randy Orton and defeated him for the Universal title on the grand stage of WrestleMania! Now, his first title defense is against arguably two of the best superstars in recent TWF memory! Cena will have to pull out all the stops tonight"!

Triple Threat/TWF Universal Title Match

Randy Orton vs. Edge vs. (c) John Cena

The bell sounded and Cena looked on at Edge and Orton, who seemed to be plotting some sort of partnership. But Cena interrupted their conversation, coming right at both men with right hands. After dropping Orton, he turned to Edge, knocking him down into the corner with a barrage of punches. Orton came from behind and hit Cena in the back of the head before delivering a reverse DDT. Orton and Edge then got into a shoving match and Edge asked "What the hell happened to the plan"?! Orton replied, "Screw the plan"! That caused Edge to rock Orton with a right hand and the fight between the two was on. Cena got up and again got between the two men, fighting them off with right hands before picking Orton up and delivering his swinging side suplex. Edge came at Cena with a clothesline but Cena ducked and tossed Edge over the top rope. After a big slam on Orton, Cena got ready for the 5 Knuckle Shuffle, which drew a mixture of boos and cheers. Outside the ring, Edge had grabbed his Intercontinental title and after Cena hit the 5 Knuckle Shuffle on Orton, Edge came into the ring with it. He took a swing at Cena with the belt but Cena ducked and picked Edge up for a spinebuster right on Orton! Cena covered Orton but Edge made the save at the last second. Edge then threw Cena shoulder first into the ring post before calling for the spear. Edge screamed for Cena to turn around and finally, he did. Edge ran across for the spear but Orton popped up into an incredible dropkick on Edge. Cena came over and got Orton up on his shoulders for the "F-U" but when he went for it, Orton flipped off his shoulders, landing on his feet. Cena ran at Orton but Orton used a lowbridge, pulling the top rope down which sent Cena sprawling to the floor. The champ was in trouble but Orton turned right into the "Edge-a-cution". Edge made the cover, hooking the leg for the 1..........2......., but Orton got his right shoulder off the mat. From there, Edge went outside the ring and climbed to the top rope. Edge waited for Orton to get up but Cena came from behind and pushed Edge all the way to the floor. Cena came back in, trash talking Edge but he forgot about Orton who came up from the mat, hitting the "RKO". The crowd couldn't believe it as Orton covered Cena, hooking the leg for the 1..........2........3.

Match Time: 8:29

JBL: "Orton pins Cena! Take a look at this, Michael"!

Cole: "John Cena took his eye off the ball for a split second and it has cost him"!

JBL: "Randy Orton is once again on top! On top of the PrimeTime division where he belongs"!

"BURN IN MY LIGHT" PLAYED AGAIN AND ORTON WAS HANDED THE UNIVERSAL TITLE AS REFEREE MIKE CHIODA RAISED HIS ARM.

Cole: "It will go down as a short lived title reign for John Cena, and a night of redemption for Randy Orton"!
