Dennis Dangerously defeated Sabu in a Fourteen Rings of Hell match to unify the DWA World and the Hardedge World Titles at Wrestlepalooza 2001.
Rob Van Dam defeated Dennis Dangerously.This was the finals to crown the champion due to the sale of Hardedge Wrestling Inc to AOLTIME Warner.This bout was held at DSIBI 11.RVD had defeated Raven earlier and Dangerously had defeated Taz to set up the Final bout.
