OPENING MATCH-BOBBY DUNCUM/BARRY ORTON vs. KENNY JAY/MIKE MILLER (ref-Terry Yorkston)

-Orton and Jay start out the match about even. When the veteran Jay shows up Orton a couple of times by using some nice reversals, Orton decides to tag in Duncum. Duncum gets Jay in a little trouble so Jay tags out to Miller. Duncum and Orton put on a clinic against the inexperienced Miller. They use illegal switches and keep the ref tied up. Jay keeps trying to encourage his partner to make it to the corner but he never does. Miller falls victim to an Orton super-plex and is pinned. Miller and Jay exchange words after the match with Miller wanting to know why Jay didn’t come into the ring to help. Jay shoves Miller and says that he was worthless as a partner and then leaves.

SECOND MATCH: KING KONG BUNDY vs. COCOA SAMOA (ref-Fred Atkins)

-Bundy is his normal dominant self again against the much smaller Samoa. He dominates the opening moments of the match as Samoa’s highflying offense has little to no effect. Bundy sets up for the avalanche in the corner but Samoa moves out of the way just in time. A series of quick dropkicks by Samoa have Bundy reeling. Samoa runs off the ropes and hits a flying head butt. BUNDY GOES DOWN! BUNDY GOES DOWN! Samoa pounces on top of Bundy for the cover but Bundy powers out of the cover, sending Samoa through the ropes and on to the floor. Bundy is mad now. He hits Samoa with a knee lift as he re-enters the ring. He hits him with some big forearms and then plans him with a falling power slam. At the count of two, Bundy pulls Samoa up by the hair and says that no one embarrasses him! Bundy lands with a big splash on Samoa, who is now just a sitting duck. Again, Bundy lifts Samoa up at the count of two. Bundy starts to bound off the ropes for another splash but it met in mid stride by ANGELO MOSCA! Mosca lands some big rights and lefts on Bundy and has the big man reeling up against the ropes. Mosca then clotheslines Bundy over the top rope to the arena floor. Bundy lands in a heap and doesn’t appear to be getting up. Just then, BOBBY DUNCUM and BARRY ORTON jump Mosca from behind. A dazed Bundy staggers from ringside not exactly sure what is going on, as Duncum and Orton leave Mosca a bloody mess in the ring. It is now time for the next match.

RESULT-KING KONG BUNDY BY DQ AT 5:25 WHEN ANGELO MOSCA CAME TO SAMOA’S RESCUE

THIRD MATCH: CANADIAN HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE-ANGELO MOSCA © vs. THE ONE MAN GANG (ref-Terry Yorkston)

-Mosca is already down in the ring as the Gang makes his way to ringside. The referee is hesitant about starting the match but is bullied into doing so by the huge Gang. Gang dominates over the already beaten down Mosca. Gang almost gets a submission with a bear hug but Mosca comes to life as his arm is about to drop for a third time and escapes the hold by biting the Gang on the nose. The come back is short lived, however, as Mosca, now feeling that he has things in his favor, goes for a slam on the Gang. The Gang blocks the slam attempt and takes the match back over. Mosca looks like a beaten man for sure. A few more minutes go by without Mosca getting any offense in. The Gang whips Mosca hard into the corner and tries to follow up with a big avalanche. Mosca moves out of the way at the last second and suprises the Gang with a school boy to gain the three count. Gang kicks out a split second too late and is shocked! A badly beaten up Mosca rolls from the ring. Just then, King Kong Bundy appears in the entrance way. The two wrestlers stare each other down as intermission begins.

RESULT- ANGELO MOSCA BY PINFALL AT 9:09, STILL CANADIAN HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION ANGELO MOSCA

FOURTH MATCH- SIX MAN TAG-THE VALIANTS & ADRIAN STREET vs. THE ROUGEAUS & TERRY TAYLOR (ref-Terry Yorkston)

-The match starts out slowly with a feeling out process. Street matches up with Taylor and the Rougeaus and Valiants match up with each other for the most part in the early going. Jacques almost scores an early fall with a victory roll on Jerry, but Johnny comes in to break up the attempt. The Valiants and Street isolate Jacques and work him over in their corner. Taylor and Raymond continually try to come, but it only causes Jacques more damage. Jacques finally makes the hot tag to Raymond who is a house of fire against all three members of the opposing team. Raymond and Jacques then go on to execute several quick double team moves almost scoring another fall with a Rougeau sit-down splash from off the top. Once things settle back down the fans are treated to some excellent scientific exchanges between Raymond and Street, with Street and the Valiants eventually isolating Raymond, just as they had done to Jacques earlier. This time Taylor makes the hot tag and is a house of fire. A melee breaks out in the ring and all six men start to brawl. Taylor hits the five arm on Street but it knocks him from the ring. The Valiants then toss the Rougeaus to the floor and attempt to double team Taylor. Jerry holds Taylor, while Johnny bounds off the ropes and to deliver a big right hand. Taylor ducks, but Johnny puts on the breaks and doesn’t hit Jerry. Taylor delivers a double noggin knocker on the Valiants. The dazed Valiants stagger around and by this time the Rougeaus have made it back into the fight. Both Rougeaus are on opposite corner posts as they deliver simultaneous missile drop kicks to the Valiants. This sends the Valiants to the floor and the Rougeaus follow in hot pursuit. The Rougeaus are beating the stuffing out of the Valiants on the floor. Street starts to climb back into the ring between the ropes but Taylor quickly grabs him with a small package. At the count of two Street reaches out to the ropes and uses his arm to reverse the pinning combo. He then holds onto the ropes for extra advantage and scores another pin fall on Taylor. A disappointed Taylor pounds the mat in anger.

FIFTH MATCH-HARLEY RACE vs. SGT. BOB SLAUGHTER (ref-Fred Atkins)

Before Slaughter made his entrance, Race got on the microphone and told the crowd how sick he was of the obvious favoritism being shown to Flair. He questioned them as to why he, himself did not get the title shot vs. Miavia instead of Flair since he was the one who defeated Flair in Toronto…

Both men tore into one another before the referee could give his instructions. The ring could not contain there two as the battle went to the floor. Traditional wrestling was thrown out the window early as both men brawled around ringside ignoring the referee’s orders. Race and Slaughter each grabbed steel chairs from ringside and dueled with them on the floor. When neither man got an advantage they both threw the chairs down in disgust and tore into each other again. Race posted Slaughter busting him open. Then Race went to do it again, but this time Slaughter shoved Race off into the post. Now both men were bleeding from the head. Both men finally made it back in the ring and the referee finally signaled for the bell. All of this mayhem had just went down before the opening bell could even be sounded!

Both Slaughter and Race resorted to any means they could thing of in order to take the advantage. Race went after the leg in an attempt to once again show up Flair, while Slaughter opted to go after the neck and back to try to set up the Cobra Clutch. Slaughter struck first early on hitting the Clutch from out of no where but Race quickly made it to the ropes. Race took after Slaughter’s leg after the Sarge missed a running knee into the corner causing his knee to hit the turnbuckle that Race had earlier exposed. Race went after the leg, but Slaughter fought back valiantly and the action spilled to the floor once again. This time the two men brawled always down the aisle and into the locker room. The referee had no choice but to count them out.

RESULT-RACE AND SLAUGHTER BATTLED TO A DOUBLE COUNT OUT AT 16:29

MAIN EVENT-AMERICA’S TITLE MATCH-PETER MIAVIA © vs. RIC FLAIR (ref-Terry Yorkston)

Flair and Miavia feel each other out early. The match begins with some mat wrestling. Both men handle themselves well in the early stages with Miavia trying several little dirty tricks to attempt to get an advantage. Flair fights back against the obstacles and eventually starts to work over the leg. Miavia is all business though and evens the odds with a low blow mule kick behind the ref’s back. Miavia methodically pounds away on Flair in an attempt to weaken him, but Flair battles back with punches and chops. Miavia cuts him off and takes back over. Miavia whips Flair into the corner but Flair flops over the turnbuckle, then stumbles down the ring apron, and falls to the arena floor. Miavia attempts to suplex Flair back into the ring, but Flair reverses it by going over the shoulder and into a reverse roll up for a two count. Flair is still worn down thought and Miavia takes charge again. Miavia goes up to the top, but misses a flying knee drop. Flair hops up and is able to clamp on the figure four. Miavia screams out in pain. Harley Race makes his way to ring side and pushes the ropes in so that Miavia can grab them. Flair hops up and goes over to the corner to argue with Race. Flair warns Race to stay out of his match. Miavia tries to attack Flair from behind but Flair moves out of the way and Miavia does chest first into the turnbuckle. Flair is running on adrenaline now! Flair beats Miavia from pillar to post and then levels him with a huge chop. Miavia is begging off! He scoots back to the corner and then tries to get out of the ring. Just as he thinks that he has escaped, Flair grabs Miavia by the hair and then turns him around out on the ring apron. Flair chops Miavia a few more times for good measure and then goes for an outside/in suplex. As Flair executes the suplex, Race sweeps Flair’s legs out from under him causing Miavia to fall on top of Flair. Race then holds Flair’s foot during the referee’s three count. Flair protests with the official, who didn’t see what happened and Flair challenges Race to step in the ring right then and there. It looks for a split second as if Race is going to get in the ring as he hops up on the ring apron. However, as soon as Flair approaches him, Race thinks better of it and hops back down. He then opts to head for the locker room.
