Downcast is almost there…Bruiser just low blowed him with the kendo stick and Downcast takes a long fall!!! Both Bruiser and Downcast are hurting. Downcast picks up the ladder…my gosh, Rick Bruiser just dropkicked the ladder back into Downcast's face! Bruiser picks up that steel chair and now he's beating the ladder with Downcast underneath it! He's hammering Downcast like a railroad spike! Bruiser picks that ladder up and he drags it over to the corner. He picks up Downcast and catches a thumb to the eye! Downcast is hammering away on Bruiser with right hands…Bruiser connects with 1 of his own that sends Downcast to the ropes, but he rebounds with a spear!!!

Prez: That's all for him Downcast!!! Climb up the ladder and get the belt!!!

VJ: It looks like that's exactly what he's gonna do. Downcast drags the ladder back out to the center of the ring and now he's making the climb! Downcast is making the climb…and Bruiser is climbing up the other side!

DD: Hurry Downcast! Bruiser's up there with you!

VJ: Downcast is higher than Bruiser…he's almost got the belt…OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!! Rick Bruiser just hit Downcast with a Hot Shot from the top rung of the ladder! VJ: Tonight hasn't been the Dynasty's night, and Downcast is trying to change that. Look on the floor! Bruiser has another ladder! Rick Bruiser just pulled another ladder out from underneath the ring…Downcast is setting up a ladder in the ring and now Bruiser is doing the same! Downcast and Rick Bruiser are climbing opposite ladders! What in the World is gonna happen here?

Commish: You see, this time, it's not the contracts. I saw your contract so it was my mistake on FNS, buddy. But tonight…eventhough this PPV is called Breakin the Rulz…tonight you must've broken every rule in the rulebook. Tonight, you've attacked referees, you've used weapons in the middle of matches, you've had your partner Demp come out here to save you, and I have had it up to here with your sh*t! So I am hereby disqualifying you from the NFWA World Title tourney, and rewarding the belt to Krazed!

DD: Yeah!! It's about time that we get a commish that I like!

VJ: This is horrible! Why did he wait until the final RD to make these rulings? Why didn't he make them when the incidents 1^st occurred! Look…here comes Rodney Demp out here. Killa is in Firestorm's face…Firestorm doesn't see Demp behind him…

DD: look out Commish!

VJ: Commish Firestorm turns around…Flowing DDT on the Commish!!!! Flowing DDT on the Commish!!! Killa has the mic!

Killa: That basically means that we don't give a sh*t about your little rulings, sh*teater! Krazed, get your ass out here right now so I can kick it all over this ring!

VJ: What in the World is going on here?! Jevona just came out to ringside with Krazed and Angle attacked him!!! Why is Jevona out here?

DD: Cuz she realized that Angle's a boot licking, piss drinking whore! I didn't realize that until tonight!

VJ: Angle and Krazed are tearing into each other…OH!!! Jevona just hit Angle with a low blow!!! Did she do that on purpose?

DD: Of course she did!

VJ: Jevona hit Angle with a low blow…this love triangle is getting ridiculous! I think that Killa agrees with me cuz he just ran down the aisle and floored both Angle and Jevona with clotheslines! Killa has Krazed by the hair and he's dragging him to the ring! Here we go!!!!

VJ: The moment has finally arrived! It's the moment that we crown the new World Champion! Killa backs Krazed to the buckle and he's putting the boots to the midsection! Hard Irish whip to the buckle by Killa and he follows him in with a hard clothesline! Killa with a cover…1…power kickout by Krazed! Killa tried for an elbow drop but Krazed moved out of the way! Killa and Krazed are both back to their feet…Krazed caught Killa by the throat and tosses him to the buckle! And look at Krazed! He's hammering away on Killa with those big body shots! Scoop up by Krazed…he slams Killa down in the center of the ring.

DD: I told you that Killa didn't have what it takes to be a champion.

VJ: He's already a tag team champion, but can he walk out with the Ultimate? Krazed is looking for a 2^nd World Title reign…he climbs to the top rope…

DD: You idiot! Don't do it a 3^rd time!

VJ: Maybe the 3^rd time will be the charm for Krazed! He's on the top rope…he dives off with a double axehandle and gets caught with a low blow by Killa! DDT by Killa!!! He hooks the leg…1…2…Krazed gets the shoulder up! Killa picks Krazed back up…kick right to the ribs of Krazed! There's one to the side of the head of Krazed. Killa climbs to the 2^nd rope now…he dives off…Krazed caught him in midair!!! What strength by Krazed!!!! Sidewalk slam on Killa!

DD: That's it!!! That's the end of Killa's title chances!

VJ: I'm not counting anybody out yet. Krazed has Killa trapped in a reverse chinlock type move. Killa is bleeding from the mouth, which may be an internal injury from that sidewalk slam earlier on. Killa is gonna try and fight this hold. He's fighting to get back to his feet…there's an elbow to the midsection by Killa! There's a 2^nd!!!! A 3^rd and the hold is broken! Killa hits off the ropes…Krazed misses with a clothesline but does not miss with that incredible spear!!!!!!!! This one is over…1…2…kickout by Killa!!!!

DD: Come on Krazed! You may suck, but I know that you can beat a loser like Killa!

VJ: Please be nice. Krazed is measuring Killa for some kind of move. Killa is starting to get back to his feet…watch Krazed!!! Krazed goes for another spear…Killa moved and Krazed hit the ringpost!!!!!! Killa comes up behind Krazed and drills him with a belly to back suplex!!! 1…2…Krazed kicks out!!! What an incredible night it had been from Philadelphia! Killa picks Krazed up and backs him to the buckle…Krazed mounts Krazed for 10 count position…1…2…3…4…5…6…7…8…9…10!!!! Krazed's bell has been rung! He staggers out of the buckle…Killa goes for a bulldog but got shoved into the referee!!!!! Krazed grabs Killa by the throat…low blow by Killa!!!!! Inverted DDT on Krazed!!! Krazed is down and Jevona is on the ring apron! Jevona is on the ring apron distracting Killa…Angle is trying to pull her off the apron! Demp just nailed Angle and he went down! Kurt Angle and Demp are going at it…Jevona's shoe is in the ring and Krazed has it…Krazed just hit Killa with the shoe!!! This match may be over…it's Tina!!!

VJ: We've got a fight between Tina and Jevona on the arena floor…Krazed just grabbed Tina by the hair and pulled her to the ring apron…OH!!! Tina snapped Krazed off the top rope!!! I don't think that she knew that was Krazed!!!! Killa catches Krazed with a boot to the midsection…there's the Takeover!!!!!!! The referee is getting back up…1…2…3!!!!!!

DD: What?!!!! How???!!!! It…

VJ: He has done it!!! Killa just walked out with a big victory over Krazed, and he is the brand new World Heavyweight Champion!!!! Demp is in the ring celebrating with his partner! We have a new World Champion as well as new Tag Team Champions! Tonight has been 1 of the most memorable nights in NFWA history!!!

DD: Well all that I have to say is that Killa got lucky tonight! He puts that belt on the line against me and I'll neat him in less than a minute! And what about the Commish!!

VJ: Well I've got the feeling that Commish Firestorm won't be too happy about this, but tough luck, pal! Killa is our new Champion!!!!!! Thank you for joining us here tonight from Philadelphia!
