All right I know its been months since I've done a commentary, but I have been really busy. We have done tons of shows and I've been out of town on 2 separate occasions. I apologize so here goes.
First off...Tracy the new site looks great!! I know that you work very, very hard on everybody's sites. Thank you very much. Without you none of us would have what we have.
Thoughts on the Gardens show. I feel like the show itself came through and delivered what we promised. Even though Mick Foley could not be there, the fans got to see Undertaker/Kane vs. DDP/Levithan. This match could have been and possibly someday will be on a WWF PPV.
I feel like my match with Machine/ Doug Basham was very solid. I was exhausted after the match and hope that everyone liked it.
After the show, I took a couple needed days off and traveled to Memphis, Tn. I spent a couple days with my good friend Derrick King. We had a good time. We even wrestled a match in Tennessee as tag partners. I guess I was a stand in Suicide Blonde!
I also took a couple days off to go to Las Vegas. I took my girlfriend and we had a wonderful time. And NO we didn't get married. I didn't tell her where I was taking her and she didn't know until we arrived at the airport terminal. She screamed "We're going to Vegas!!". Everybody in the airport turned and stared. It was funny.
Now I'm back in town and back to work. I'm looking forward to a very big match. Aug. 9th in Cincinnati, I will be wrestling the HWA heavyweight champion Race Steele at the annual Brian Pillman show. This show is usually a very big success with lots of huge names. Last year I saw the best match I've ever seen in my life. William Regal vs. Chris Benoit. This year was supposed to feature the rematch, but due to Benoit's injury the match is off. That is a shame because I was really looking forward to it.
Well, hopefully my schedule will permit me to write more commentary's than I have been doing. I will keep in touch. And keep your fingers crossed...I'll be there someday.
