Location: Bethel Park Senior High School

Weigh-In: 7:00 A.M. – 8:30 A.M., Sunday, March 3, 2002

Wrestling Begins: Approximately 9:30 A.M.

Entry Fee: $12.00 – payable to Bethel Park Jr. Wrestling—PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY REGISTRATION

Registration: PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY - MUST be postmarked by 2/20/02 and received by 2/23/02.

(No late entry fees, phone-ins, faxes or e-mail entries will be honored).

Team Entries: 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place team trophies (10 wrestlers mailed in together)

Limits:

· 500 Wrestler Limit, 16 wrestlers maximum per bracket

· 1 pound weight allowance

· 2 GYMS (South Gym has no permanent seating. Lawn chairs or blankets permitted)

· May enter 2 divisions (cannot enter two weight classes in the same age division)

· Age as of January 1, 2002

· No walk-ins / No clubs / Limited to 1^st 500 paid registrants—NO EXCEPTIONS

· Brackets with 1 or 2 wrestlers will be combined at the discretion of the Tournament Director

Rules: PIAA Modified

· No Varsity Wrestlers

· Double elimination

· Periods are 1-1-1, sudden death overtime (1 minute / 30 seconds)

· Must wrestle to receive trophy

· Referee’s decision is final

· Round robin if 3 wrestlers in a bracket

· Proof of age required, if contested

Awards: Trophies awarded to 1^st through 3^rd places, medal for 4^th place

Admission: All spectators (including coaches) - $3.00

Children under 12 years of age – Free

Concessions: Food will be served all day (beginning at 6:45AM) NO COOLERS IN GYM
