RULES AND FORMAT
DATE: Saturday December 15, 2001 and Sunday December 16, 2001

PLACE: Montville Township High School, Horseneck Road, Montville,
New Jersey

ELIGIBILITY: Grades 1 through 8

FORMAT: Two 5-Team Round Robin Pools
Pool A - Elite Teams Pool B - Advanced/Competitive Teams
Each guaranteed 5 matches 3 Mat format
Each team may weigh-in as many wrestlers as desired and
substitute
each dual. (NOTE: Wrestlers may move up one weight class from
weigh-in weight).

SCHEDUEL: Saturday, December 15: 12:00 p.m. Weigh-ins (4 scales)
(Tenative) 1:00 p.m. Matches 1 and 2 and 3
2:15 p.m. Matches 4 and 5 and 6
3:30 p.m.. Matches 7 and 8 and 9
4:45 p.m. Matches 10 and 11 and12

Sunday, December 16: 8:00 a.m. Weigh-ins (2lb. allowance)
9:00 a.m. Matches 13 and 14 and 15
10:00 a.m. Matches 16 and 17 and 18
11:30 a.m. Matches 19 and 20 and21
12:30 p.m. Lunch/Over Run
1:00 p.m. Matches 22 and 23
2:15 p.m. Matches 24 and 25
LENGTH OF BOUTS: 1-1-1

REFEREES: We will be bringing in the finest High School referees.

SCORING: Team record within pool determines winner. In case of tied
dual score, the
following criteria will be applied 1) Bouts Won. 2) Pins. 3) Tech
Falls
4) Majors

WEIGHT CLASSES: 18*
55-60-65-70-80-85-90-96-102-109-116-123-130-137-147-HW-SHW
NOTES: 1. Super heavyweight (174lbs and over) will count on team
score
if both teams have weighed-in wrestler
2. Wrestler MAY NOT move down a weight class on Sunday

AWARDS: Team trophies to Pool Champions and Runners-up.
Each wrestler will receive a tournament gift.

CONCESSIONS: Food available both days in the Auxiliary Gym
