WWE Rankings (June 22 - June 29)

WWE Rankings are back once again. I honestly enjoyed WWE Raw, Smackdown, Velocity, and Confidential this week. The WWE seemed to do something a little different this week because Triple H (injury), Steve Austin (gone for good), and Rock (the other career) were all not there for the first time in a long time. Their absences resulted in a very interesting week of WWE. Ranking time:

10. Jeff Hardy

Hardy gets this spot for finally getting into a feud again. Hardy vs. Undertaker really doesn't make sense though, but it still makes for good tv. I myself enjoyed Undertaker's beating on Hardy on Raw. I can't wait to see what crazy new things Hardy does in the ladder match w/ Taker.

9. Hurricane Helms

Helms impressed me this week with in the tag match & his single match this week. He deserves this spot because he finally has a feud & he wrestled good this week.

8. Jamie Knoble

Knoble had a good week of matches. He deserves to be ahead of Helms because he beat Helms on the PPV for the cruisierweight belt.

7. John Cena

WHAT A DEBUT! I was surprised just to see him come out. He had a good first match debut with Angle that impressed a lot people, including the Undertaker.

6. Hulk Hogan

HULKAMANIA appears to be slipping. He still gets huge pop though. He put a good effort in the match with Jericho in Smackdown, so he gets the nod for #6.

5. Chris Jericho

Not sure what the whole commentary thing was all about. He sayed everyone is entitled to their own opinion yet he berated many internet wrestling fans for giving their opinion on Jericho vs. RVD match at the PPV. Since, reviews for the match were not to his liking he lashed the out at the internet "smarks". I don't understand why Jericho would take it to this level. This week he challenged "The Immortal One" Hulk Hogan. He gets the nod for #5 because of his good promo and him beating Hulk Hogan.

4. Undertaker

Undertaker seems to be wrestling better than usual. I am surprised that he would even have a feud with Hardy. Taker had good short match with Hardy on Raw. He gets to wrestle in first ladder match on Raw with Hardy as well. He receives the #4 spot because of the feud and the fact that he is the WWE champ.

3. Kurt Angle

Angle had good match with WWE rookie John Cena and also challenged Undertaker to a title match on Smackdown. He gets to be #3 mostly because he wrestled well this week.

2. Rob Van Dam

RVD! RVD! RVD! He had a good match on the PPV & at Raw with Lesnar. The feud is getting good. RVD deserves this spot mostly because he main evented Raw and had a good match.

and finally...

1. Brock Lesnar

Lesnar is the now officially WWE biggest new superstar. Lesnar had good matches on Raw & KOR with RVD. He also finally spoke this week. He gets #1 mainly because he won the King of the Ring 02'!
