Living Dangerously 1998

Jerry Lynn & Chris Chetti vs Little Guido & Tracy Smothers
•Decent match for an opener. Not OVERLY exciting, but not boring either. This is one of Chris Chetti's first few matches after graduating from the House of Hardcore. Guido and Smothers are pretty funny during the match dancing and so forth. Rating: 5/10

Doug Furnas vs Masato Tanaka
•Another decent match. Again, not too exciting, but it was fairly entertaining. The talented Tanaka picks up the win. Rating: 6/10

Rob Van Dam vs Too Cold Scorpio
•Very good match. Both men showed their stuff and showed it well. One of the best matches on the show, as most RVD matches are. Too Cold Scorpio is very underrated in my opinion. Rating: 8.5/10

The Dudley Boyz vs Balls Mahoney & Axl Rotten vs New Jack & Spike Dudley
•This match was a pier six brawl from beginning to end. Had some very nice spots, but wasn't much of a wrestling match per se. New Jack and Spike did the infamous balcony dive simultaneously and that was tremendous! Rating: 8/10

Justin Credible vs Tommy Dreamer
•Can you ever get tired of Credible/Dreamer matches? I don't know if I could. Credible had Jason and Nicole Bass in his corner. At one point, Nicole almost came out of her top and she gave this look which was comedy in itself. Nice match, not the best between the two, but it was very well performed. Rating: 8/10

The Dudleys vs Nova and Spike
•The Dudleys beat up Nova and Spike. Syd comes out and beats up the Dudleys. Spike hits the acid drop for the win. Syd then powerbombs Spike off the ramp and through a table. Rating: 8/10

Taz vs Bam Bam Bigelow-Television Title
•This match was spectacular. Bam Bam is one of my favorite big men. He is so agile it amazes me. I loved this match from beginning to end. At one point, Taz suplexed Bigelow off the ramp into the crowd and Bigelow landed on a bunch of chairs. Taz ended up hitting his head on a guardrail and falling off the ramp too. It was an awesome bump. This match has the infamous ring breaking incident! Bam Bam Bigelow won the T.V. Title in his hometown. Rating: 9/10

Sabu vs The Sandman-Dueling Canes Match
•This was an exciting match even though there were a few blown spots. A violent match to say the least, but what Sabu match isn't!? Both me take it to the EXTREME representing ECW extremely well. Though they "weren't supposed" to air this match, they used it to buy time while they were trying to fix the ring from the match before. This is definately a match to see. Rating: 8/10

Chris Candido and Shane Douglas vs Lance Storm & Mystery Partner
•Okay first lets clear up the mystery partner mess. Tammy Sytch came out as Storm's mystery partner, but of course she turned on him. Out comes...AL SNOW! So Al become the new mystery partner of Lance Storm. Very entertaining match. Though I think that Taz vs Bam Bam should have been the main event, this match was a good show-ender. After the match, there was a massive head throwing incident and the ring was covered with heads! Rating: 8.5/10

Overall Show Rating
•Overall this was a very entertaining show. Much more entertaining than any of the WWF or WCW's recent stuff. I'd recommend this to any ECW fan and any WWF/WCW fan who wouldn't be too bull-headed to watch it with an open mind. Rating: 8/10
