Chyna VS Tori
::"Don't treat me like a woman..." The fans rise to their feet as Chyna walks out onto the stage with the Chyna Space ModulatOr in hand. She shoots off four shots to the right of the arena, turns, and shoots off four more to the other side. She makes her way down the ramp and slides into the ring, and awaits her opponent::
::X-Pac's theme begins to play and the Green Goddess Tori rushes out onto the stage only to be met by a chorus of boos. She does the crotch chop to the fans a couple times and then runs to the ring::
::Chyna meets Tori on the outside with a clothesline. She pulls Tori to her feet and throws her back in the ring. She grabs the ladder and also slides it into the ring. Chyna climbs to the apron. Tori picks up the ladder and runs the top of it into Chyna's abdomen. Chyna drops to her knees on the ring apron. Tori knees her in the face and Chyna falls off the apron to the floor. Tori goes for a baseball slide but misses. Chyna pulls her out, lifts her up and press slams her onto the floor::
::Chyna slides into the ring and sets the ladder in position under the Women's belt. Chyna gets to the second rung before Tori gets back in the ring. Tori grabs Chyna off the ladder and death valley drives her to the mat. Tori begins climbing the ladder but Chyna manages to kick it over and Tori falls off. Tori has hurt her ankle. Chyna walks over to Tori who was clutching her ankle. Tori pokes Chyna in the eyes and stands right up, she was faking it all along. She rams Chyna's head into the turnbuckle. Tori goes for the evenflow ddt, but Chyna pushes her down. Chyna folds the ladder up and props it in the corner. She whips Tori towards it and Tori crashes into it and goes flying over the top rope to the outside::
::Chyna positions the ladder in the middle of the ring and begins to climb it. Chyna is almost to the top of the ladder when Tori gets in the ring. Tori begins to climb up the other side of the ladder. The two women meet at the top and begin to exchange blows. Tori runs Chyna's head into the top of the ladder and goes even further up the ladder. Tori's feet are now on the second to top rung. Chyna grabs Tori under the armpits, and lifts her up into the air. All of a sudden she quickly turns around and jumps off the ladder with Tori, spine bustering her to the mat!::
::X-Pac comes down to check on Tori. Chyna begins to climb the ladder once again. X-Pac rolls Tori out of the ring and tries to help her out. They argue for a few moments as Chyna is getting closer and closer to the belt. Chyna is on the top rung reaching for the ladder when X-Pac runs in and pushes the ladder over! Chyna falls hitting the top rope and falling backwards. Tori climbs back in the ring and begins climbing the ladder. Amazingly Chyna gets to her knees and low blows X-Pac. She tosses him out of the ring, over the top rope. She begins climbing up the ladder too. Tori and Chyna meet at the top once again. This time Tori knows better and immediately starts punching Chyna in the face. With one swift movement, Tori ddts Chyna off the ladder eight feet down to the mat!::
::Both women lay motionless on the mat. X-Pac pulls Chyna out of the ring. He pulls her to her feet and X-Factors her on the floor! This brings HHH out. HHH and X-Pac brawl to the back leaving Tori and Chyna alone. With Chyna still on the outside, Tori climbs the ladder. Right as Tori grabs the Women's belt, Chyna gets in and pushes the ladder over. Tori falls and hits the mat hard, but has still has the belt. Tori is the NEW OCW WOMEN'S CHAMPION!::
