-Opening-
  -Mikey Whipwreck, Tajiri, and the Sinister Minister sit around a fire in a dark city park. The Minister says the tonight there will be a number one contender match for a shot at the Tag Team Titles, and we guessed it! The match will become evil because the Unholy Alter Boys Tajiri and Mikey will be in it! The Minister has the camera man pick a card...any card at all. He does and the Minister flips it over and reveals it as the VICTORY CARD. It mysteriously goes up in flames and disappears as Mikey, Tajiri, and the Minister all laugh hysterically and never seem to stop...

-Edge vs Mr. Ass-#1 contender to the Television Title
  -Edge goes for the downward spiral, but Mr. Ass pushes him into the ropes. Edge bounces back and goes for a clothesline, but Mr. Ass catches him and drives him to the mat with a Rock Bottom!! 1...2...Edge kicks out! Mr.Ass goes for a northern lights suplex, but Edge reverses it into a ddt. 1...2...Mr. Ass kicks out! Mr. Ass comes back with a couple of dropkicks. He goes for the Fameasser, but Edge moves. They exchange rights and lefts, Mr. Ass whips Edge into the corner. He goes for a huge splash, but Edge spears him in mid-air jumping off the middle turnbuckle. 1...2...3! Edge is the number one contender!

-Steve Corino and Cyrus Come Out-
  -Cyrus does the whole “Excuse me! Excuse me!” shebang and insults the town. He’s with the Office you know! He brags about how the Office is now up by two in the best of five matches series and that there is no way the Corporation will win this one!

  -Steve Corino proclaims himself as the King of Old School and talks about how he’s going to bring this new kind of wrestling in OCW back to the days when wrestling was a respectable SPORT. He is just the man to do it too. He’s respectable after all, who better to do it!? He is the King of Old School for a reason you know!

  -Stephanie interrupts Corino’s babbling to a tremendous ovation. She says that Cyrus obviously wasn’t very good in math when he was in school. Just because the Corporation is down two to zero, doesn’t mean they can’t catch back up. Stephanie tells Cyrus that the Corporation won the first battle, and now they’re going on to win the second. She says it’ll be even more humiliating to the Office and Cyrus when Sabu wins the next three matches! Cyrus keeps trying to interrupt, but Stephanie keeps cutting him off to the delight of the fans. Steph tells Cyrus that she also made a match for the Intercontinental Title tonight. It’ll be the Office’s Rhino vs Hak vs Christian, and the Office is barred from ringside!! Cyrus and Corino are furious as Steph leaves.

-Mike Awesome vs Rob Van Dam-KOTDM Tournament Round One
  -Mike Awesome powerbombs RVD off the stage through two table, one covered in barbed wire. By the time he gets down there to cover him, RVD is able to kick out. Awesome picks up a guardrail and RVD jumps onto the ramp and moonsaults off onto him. 1...2...Awesome kicks out! RVD and Awesome go back toward the ring. RVD breaks three fluorescent lights over Awesome’s head busting him wide open. RVD rolls him into the ring and goes for the cover...1...2...Awesome kicks out again. RVD rolls to the outside and sets up a table and pours some thumbtacks on it. Awesome meets RVD on the ring apron and powerbombs him through the table below! He doesn’t go for a cover though. He pushes a bed of thumbtacks into the ring and props it up between two chairs. RVD rolls back in the ring and Awesome tries to put him on the bed of thumbtacks. RVD superkicks Awesome and puts him on the bed of thumbtacks between the two chairs. He goes to the top turnbuckle and nails a five star frogsplash onto Awesome breaking the bed of thumbtacks!! 1...2...3! Rob Van Dam advances in the King of the Deathmatch Tournament!

-Cyrus’ Office-
  -Cyrus is furious about Stephanie barring the Office from ringside during the Intercontinental Title match. He talks about how important the match is for Rhino (who is in the room along with Corino, Angle, and Regal) and how he should be able to provide moral support for Rhino. Corino suggests that Cyrus makes a match that will make Stephanie just as mad as she has made him. Cyrus says he just came up with a GREAT idea! He’s going to make a match which will make Stephanie angry! Cyrus then decides to make Scott Hall vs Kevin Nash and Nash has to put his OCW World Title on the line.

-Tajiri and Mikey Whipwreck vs the Hardy Boyz vs Taz and Saturn vs Kurt Angle and William Regal(c)-#1 contenders to the Tag Team Titles Elimination Match
  -If Angle/Regal win, they don’t have to defend their titles at the upcoming PPV   -Jeff Hardy and Saturn are in the ring. Jeff goes for the superkick, but Saturn catches his leg and nails a huge capture suplex. 1...2...Jeff kicks out. Saturn locks on the Rings of Saturn but Jeff won’t give up. He makes it to the ropes but Saturn won’t break the hold. The referee forces Saturn to break it and Saturn gets upset. He grabs the ref by the collar of his shirt and this gives Jeff time to tag in Matt. Matt clotheslines Saturn from behind. Matt whips Saturn into the ropes but Saturn reverses it sending Matt it. Taz clubs Matt in the back of the head making him walk right into Saturn’s spinning cradle suplex...1...2...3! The Hardy Boyz are eliminated!

  -Tajiri jumps in and kicks Saturn in the right kidney, then the left, then the right again. He bounces off the ropes and dropkicks Saturn right in the knee. Saturn flips over but manages to tag in Taz. Taz charges at Tajiri and clotheslines the hell out of him. He pulls Tajiri right back up and nails a horrifying T-Bone suplex dropping Tajiri right on his head. Taz then goes for his Tazplex, but Tajiri kicks him right in the side of the head! Tajiri tags in William Regal. Regal comes in only to get T-Bone suplexed by Taz. Taz tags in Saturn and holds Regal to the mat as Saturn goes to the top. Saturn leaps off and nails a huge elbowdrop...1..2...Angle breaks the count. As the referee gets Angle back in his corner, Taz comes in and he and Saturn stomp on Regal. Tajiri and Whipwreck then get in and it turns into chaos. Taz clotheslines Tajiri over the top rope and they both fall to the outside. The Minister slides a chair into the ring and Saturn grabs it. Whipwreck dropkicks it right into his face. The referee then leaves Angle alone and gets Whipwreck back to his corner. Regal covers Saturn...1...2...3! Taz and Saturn are eliminated!

  -Regal makes the tag to Angle and Mikey Whipwreck gets in the ring. Whipwreck bounces off the ropes and charges at Angle nailing a huge tornado ddt. Both get up and Whipwreck hits a dropkick. Both get up again and Whipwreck hits another dropkick. 1...2...Angle kicks out! Whipwreck goes for a piledriver, but Angle reverses it with a back body drop. Whipwreck gets up and Angle goes for the Angle Slam, but Whipwreck slides off his shoulders. Whipwreck jumps up and sits on the top turnbuckle in the corner. Angle turns around and charges at Whipwreck. Mikey nails him with a boot to the face. Angle turns around, facing away from Mikey. Whipwreck puts Kurt’s head under his arm, jumps up and over him, and nails the Whipper Snapper! Mikey makes the cover! Regal tries to interfere but Tajiri locks him in the Tarantula! 1...2...3! Mikey Whipwreck and Yoshihiro Tajiri are the #1 contenders!

-Corporation Locker Room-
  -Kevin Nash and Scott Hall discuss their match that Cyrus just made a few minutes ago. Stephanie barges in and she’s very upset. She says that they don’t have to wrestle, but they say they’ve decided they will anyway. They say “May the best man win”...Stephanie looks a little confused.

-Sabu vs Steve Corino-Match Three of Five
  -Sabu whips Corino into the corner and charges at him with a splash of sorts. He lifts Corino up and sits him on the top turbuckle. Sabu punches Corino a few times, then climbs up to the top rope in front of Corino. Sabu is about to go for a frankensteiner, but the King of Old School pushes him off the top rope to the outside! Sabu crashes right through the announce table!! Corino gets off the turnbuckle a few seconds later and slides to the outside. He steals a chair from the bell ringer and folds it up. Sabu is just getting up off the table debris. Sabu jumps onto the guard rail, and nails a spinning heel kick sending the chair right into Corino’s forehead! Sabu catches his breath as Corino lays sprawled out on the floor. Sabu grabs Corino by the hair an slides him back into the ring, shortly following himself. A dazed and confused Steve Corino gets to his feet and he’s been busted WIIIIIDE open, from ear to ear. Corino is blinded by his blood for a few minutes and just starts swinging wildly. When he can see again, Sabu is right there and nails a belly to back suplex...1...2...Steve Corino kicks out! Sabu charges at Corino, but Corino superkicks him right in the jaw. Sabu stumbles backward and Corino follows it up with a...BIONIC ELBOW sending Sabu down to the mat! 1...2...Sabu kicks out. Sabu knocks Corino’s legs out from under him. He bounces off the top rope and nails moonsault on Corino! 1...2...Corino kicks out! Cyrus runs down to ringside with his shiny clipboard in hand and gets on the ring apron. The referee goes to yell at him and Corino goes to argue with the ref. Sabu dropkicks Corino in the back making him run into Cyrus, and get hit by his clipboard! Corino turns back around a little confused and Sabu plants him with the emerald fusion! 1...2...3! Sabu has won for the Corporation! Score: Office-Two, Corporation-One

-Backstage-
  -Christian paces around his locker room basically talking to himself. He talks about how he has to defend his Intercontinental Title tonight and that that is disrespectful to him. He says that he shouldn’t have ANY matches that aren’t for the OCW World Title, after all, that’s what he deserves. He’s more fit for the position than Raven...he’s more fit for the position than Kevin Nash...he’s basically already the champ! It’s not his fault that Nash is in with Stephanie McMahon. Christian says he’s the uncrowned OCW World Champion, but he’ll be defending his IC title tonight anyway.

-Scott Hall vs Kevin Nash(c)-OCW World Title
  -Hall really goes for it in this match. He nails Nash with lefts and rights and clotheslines him to the mat. Nash gets back up and whips Hall into the ropes. He goes for a big boot, but Hall ducks it and follows it up with a Russian legsweep! 1...2...Nash kicks out! Hall stomps on Nash a few times until the ref tells him to let him up. Hall waits until Nash gets to his feet then whips him into the corner. Hall charges at Nash, but Nash moves and Hall connects with the turnbuckles. Hall turns around and walks into a loud big boot. 1...2...Hall kicks out. Nash pulls Hall up and signals for the jacknife, but Hall escapes. Hall kicks Nash in the stomach, then plants him with a ddt! 1...2...Kevin Nash kicks out again! They both get up and Hall bounces off the ropes. He goes for a clothesline, but Nash catches him and hits a half nelson slam on Hall. He bounces off the ropes and drops a huge leg on Hall...1...2...Hall barely kicks out. Nash pulls him up and whips him into the ropes. Hall bounces back and Nash lifts him up under his arm, dropping him to the mat with his patented sidewalk slam. Nash covers Hall...1...2...Nash gets off Hall before three. Nash says he doesn’t want to fight anymore. Hall gets up and tells Nash he doesn’t need his pity, he wasn’t to settle this thing fair and square. Nash refuses so Hall starts hitting Nash with several rights backing him into the corner. Hall rolls Nash up with a small package...1...2...Nash kicks out! Stephanie runs down to ringside and starts yelling at the referee. She tells him to stop the match, Nash and Hall don’t need to fight. In the meanwhile Hall pulls Nash up in the ring and spikes him right back down with a huge piledriver!! He goes for the cover just as Rhino comes out of the crowd and gores Stephanie!! Hall gets off Nash and goes to chase Rhino away. Once Hall checks on Steph and gets back in the ring, he walks right into the jacknife powerbomb..1...2...3! Kevin Nash retains his OCW Title. Hall and Nash stand in the ring face to face, nose to nose, and Hall turns around and walks to the back. Nash helps Stephanie to the back.

-Cyrus’ Office-
  -Rhino walks into the office of the...Office, after his vicious assault on Stephanie. Cyrus, Angle, Regal, and Steve Corino all cheer and applaud him. Rhino looks very pleased. Cyrus commends him on a job well done, and the Office laughs about how Nash and Hall are going to break up now, because of them!! Cyrus tells Rhino to bring home the Intercontinental Title tonight!

-Corporation Locker Room-
  -Nash and Stephanie walk into the Corporation locker room and Hall is packing his bags. Nash tells him not to leave, they’re a team, and just because he won doesn’t mean he’s any better than Hall. Hall says that he was checking on Stephanie, and then Nash just took advantage of him and powerbombed him. Nash and Steph claim that Nash wasn’t aware of the attack by Rhino on the outside and that no harm was meant. Steph says they need to act like a team, they’re the Corporation after all! She tells Hall not to let the Office get to him, they can’t give the Office what they wanted all along. That is to break up their team. They can’t do that! Hall finally agrees and says that Cyrus and the Office will pay!

-Rhino vs Hak vs Christian(c)-Intercontinental Title, Office barred from ringside
 -Rhino gores Christian out of no where!! 1...2...Hak breaks up the cover with a springboard legdrop from the apron. He pulls Rhino up and whips him into the ropes. Rhino bounces back and Hak hits a still superkick to the jaw. 1...2...Rhino kicks out. Christian rolls to the outside as Hak and Rhino go at it with lefts and rights. Rhino whips Hak into the ropes and Christian grabs his ankles. Hak turns toward Christian and Rhino clotheslines him from behind knocking him to the outside. Christian whips Hak into the steel steps extremely hard. Hak rolls around in pain and Christian pulls a chair out from under the ring. He goes to hit Hak, but Rhino yells at him from behind. Christian turns around and GORE! GORE! GORE! Rhino gores the chair right into Christian! Rhino rolls him back into the ring and makes the cover! 1...2...Christian barely gets his foot on the ropes! Hak trips Rhino up from the outside, then climbs onto the apron. He jumps onto the top rope and bounces off landing a legdrop on the back of Rhino’s head! 1...2...Rhino kicks out. Hak pulls Rhino up and signals for the brainbuster ddt! Christian grabs Hak from behind and goes for the impaler, but Hak pushes him away into the ropes. Hak turns around and BAM! Rhino picks him up, spins, and slams him down with a hard spinebuster. Rhino goes for the pin...1....2....the referee breaks the count because Rhino has his feet on the ropes! Rhino yells at the referee and denies having his feet on the ropes. This gives both Hak and Christian time to recover. Christian attacks Rhino from behind as Hak attacks him from the front. Hak goes for a superkick, but Rhino ducks and he hits Christian! Rhino then kicks Hak in the stomach, picks him up, and spikes him to the mat with a piledriver! 1...2...Christian barely breaks the count! Rhino gets up and Christian hits his reverse ddt then goes to the top turnbuckle. He leaps off with a huge splash on Rhino...1...2...Rhino kicks out. Both men get to their feet and Christian grabs Rhino, then hits the Impaler on him!! A fan from the front row throws a cup of pop into the ring and it gets all over Christian. Christian is furious and he starts yelling at the fan from the ring, the referee holding him back. He turns around and Hak dropkicks him, knocking him through the ropes to the concrete. Hak hops onto the top turnbuckle and leaps off nailing a huge moonsault onto Rhino! 1...2...3!! Hak has done it! Hak has won the Intercontinental Title!!!

 - When Christian realizes what has happened, he throws a fit! He kicks the ring steps apart and rips the ring apron off the ring. He starts pulling things out from under the ring and throwing them all over the place. He grabs a chair and slides into the ring. He clocks the referee across the back with it and then dents the chair over Rhino’s head! Rhino doesn’t fall down though! Christian hits him with the chair twice more, super stiff and loud shots until Rhino falls down. Hak is posing on the middle turnbuckle with his new belt. He hops down off of it and Christian hits him so hard with the chair, the seat breaks off of it and flies across the ring! Christian grabs what used to be his Intercontinental Title, spits on it, then throws it down onto Hak. He poses over the prone and bloodied bodys of Hak and Rhino as the show goes off the air!
