In 1982, Vincent K. McMahon bought his father's wrestling company, the Capitol Wrestling Corporations, and set out to realize his vision known today as the World Wrestling Federation. Like other professional wrestling operations of the time, Capitol was a regional enterprise. Vincent K. McMahon's combiation of sports and entertainment gave the Federation an appeal that attracted a much boarder audience than before.
Since that time, the World Wrestling Federation has becomethe recognized leader in sports-entertainment, attratcing half a billion global viewers each weel in addition to enormous live event success. In addition, the Federation is home to some of the greatest athletes in the world, from realms such as boxing, football, powerlifting, basketball, Ultimate Fighting and much more. It's a formulla for success that Mr. McMahon uses to drive the Federation to new heights of prosperity of each year, while at the same time giving the fans the entertainment value they rightfully deserve. It's the era of "Attitude" at its finest, and the McMahon family is the proud catalyst.

Linda McMahon is the Chief Executive Officer of the World Wrestling Federation - but her biggest contribution to the company isn't her business sense, but instead her heart.
Time and time again. Linda has proven that she is the heart and soul of the McMahon family. She always tried to make the right decisions for the ones she loves, always prioritizing family first, even if it means punishing them when they do somethoing she doesn't like.
Linda went through tough times during the holiday season last year when her husband, Vince McMahon, asked for a divorce and sent her to a nervous breakdown. But Linda battled back - thanks in large part to her son, Shane - and grained a measure of revenge against Vince, helping Shane to defeat him at WrestleMania. Linda has also turned the tables- now she wants the divorce!

Shane McMahon may have been born with a silver spoon in his mouth; but it hasn't stopped him from blazing his own path in the World Wrestling Federation.
A former Hardcore and European Champion, Shane's athleticism in the ring is breath-taking, especially when one considers that the Boy Wonder is not a full-time competitor. Shane has also showed a penchant for high-risk maneuvers- you never know what he will do next!
Shane has also left his mark as a businessman. Since he made his television debut in July 1998, Shane has showed that his mind is just as devious ans cunning as his father's - using Federation Superstars as pawns in his game to climb to the top of the World Wrestling Federation.
That deviousness was on display on March 2001, when Shane revealed he had purchased WCW, much to his father's shock! Shane and Vince hadn't been seeing eye to eye for a while, but this was too much even for Vince to believe.
Shane is now the chairman of WCW, and he vows that he and his compnay will kick Vince's ass once again!
