Without further ado, my PPV Predictions
1- Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Chris Benoît vs. Chris Jericho
OK, the former Austin mark that I am is hoping for a Jericho victory here. Why not my Austin? Well, with McMahon in his corner, he's turned into a
whiny bitch and that's just not attractive. Why not Benoît? Though deserving, he is injured and would be unable to defend his title. So I'm hoping for
a Jericho victory to re-ignite his marvelous rivalry with Kurt Angle.
2- Shane McMahon vs. Kurt Angle
What will Shane-O do now? The question bears asking as Shane has rarely disappointed come PPV time. Would Bill Gates' kid go back to LOGOWRITER after
working on Windows Millenium? I think not. But just because Shane goes out there and enjoys the fuck out of entertaining us I want him to win.
3- KOTR
Semifinal: Kurt Angle vs. Christian
I am torn. The WWF is big on heavy-handed clues and they've been hinting like mad that Kurt will repeat. I would love my Christian to win but it's
not likely unless the E&C break-up is already upon us.
Semifinal: Rhyno vs. Edge
Brutal ground worker Rhyno vs. agile flyer Edge. Hard to call. I am rooting for both men. Edge because I have been an Edge mark forever and because
he deserves a singles push. Rhyno because I can't not root for him. He's done a great job establishing himself so far and the man deserves mad props.
Final: Kurt Angle vs. Edge
I smell a big old repeat...
4- Jeff Hardy vs X-Pac
Well, I'm unsure about this. PAC has had single championship belts before and Jeff still fairly new at his and he's put himself on the line enough
to get to keep this belt. However, Pac should get this belt just because it might get him away from Big Albert and Just-In-Credible.
5- Diamond Dallas Page vs the American Bad Ass
Not enough of a DDP fan to want him to win shit. I respect his accomplishments in WCW but that's it for me. 'Taker should hand him his ass and send
him back to Hot-lanta.
6- The Dudleyz vs. Spike Dudley and mystery partner
I stand unsure... I don't like mystery partners. Unlike the Jericho-Benoît alliance, this is harder to call. It could be anybody.

Results
(1) KOTR Semifinal: Kurt Angle vs. Christian
KURT ANGLE? Why did Shane help Kurt? Was it mind games? Interesting strategy. Christian jobbed well and sold everything, as did Kurt! Great work!
(2) KOTR Semifinal: Rhyno vs. Edge
EDGE. Nice spear-gore... I am glad to see Edge win but I hope Rhyno does not get de-pushed in the process.
(3) The Dudleyz vs. Spike Dudley and mystery partner
THE DUDLEYZ. Spike is a very smart man! Bringing in Kane was brilliant. The toss of the Spike made for great TV. And Kane works well with smaller wrestlers, i.e. X-Pac. Setting up Kane as a protector of young lovers is a faboo idea. Just faboo I tell you. But you got love the way KANE carried Spike. Most entertaining match of the evening.
(4) KOTR Final: Kurt Angle vs. Edge
EDGE. Pleasantly surprised and pleased!!! This is a great push for Edge and with the Christian intervention, I still see a possibility for the E&C break-up.
5) Jeff Hardy vs X-Pac
JEFF HARDY. That was all right. Good moves but I've seen better from both men. I hope to see them fight again in singles and show us better moves and technique.
(6) Diamond Dallas Page vs the American Bad Ass
THE AMERICAN BAD ASS. Shocking ain't it? I loved how the tables were turned on DDP, smartly, using techniques HHH would have been proud of. Having Sara
film DDP's defeat was the perfect hook! And that was a real beatdown! Good stuff.
(7) Shane McMahon vs. Kurt Angle
KURT ANGLE. I am impressed. Both men gave it their all. Though I winced when Shane went through those windows. For me and for my girlfriend who adores the
man. Sorry baby.
(8) Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Chris Benoît vs. Chris Jericho
STONE COLD STEVE AUSTIN. Predictable since the McMahon-Austin alliance can't end until Hunter's return but damn frustrating if you ask me.
Not a bad PPV. I was generally entertained and yet... something's off. Can't put my finger on it... but something about the whole thing was slightly disturbing.
When I'll know what, I'll let you know.
