The scene opens up in an abandoned building. The whereabouts are unknown. The place is dark, no one has been here for several years. Papers are scattered about here and there. The place is really worn down. The camrea pans around down the darkened hallways. No signs of light are there. All the lights are burned out. The paint on the walls are beginning to chip, and the place really is not what it used to be. The camrea enters an open door, with the words "President Talon" written on the door. There is a big oak desk in the middle room. Behind there is a normal office chair, with the back facing the camrea. There is a huge glass window over looking the city. Cigarette smoke rises from the chair. The chair turns around, and in the chair Floyd sits. He wears a pair of black jeans, an old DCW shirt, and a pair of boots on his feet. The APW US Title is around his shoulder. He exhales into the air, and puts his cigarette out on Talon's desk. He speaks.
Floyd:DCW.. A federation i was the man in. A federation where i was in my prime.. I don't know why i'm here, i just felt as though i should come here. APW.. It's alot like DCW. It has that sense of DCW to it. I'm 4-0 here.. Yet to be defeated. I feel the same i did in DCW. I'm getting the same rush.. the same excitement. The same desires... I'm taking over APW.. They just don't know it yet. I've been quietly taking over this fed. I started as soon as i beat Chris Hayes. Finally just 4 matches later i'm the US champion.. And i have a world title shot at Unrestricted. Alot of things are going through my mind right now. Many things. I haven't held a World title since DCW. That was years ago. Finally i'm getting my shot. Getting what belongs to me. I've worked my ass off my entire carreer. I've been through it all. I've seen carreers ended. I've been through my ups, and downs. This is what every wrestler wants.. He wants a world title. And i've been lucky enough to hold 2 World titles. And soon it will be 3 World titles. The US Title is great.. But The World title means alot more. It means you are the best. It means you are the best that the federation has to offer. You can beat any man.. You are the top gun.. The head honcho, the big cheese, blah blah blah.. And Floyd will become that man. He will become the leader of the APW. Because it's all been childs play since i've came here. I am the one and only man that even stands out in this federation. When David Jones looked at my resume his jaw hit the floor. And he said "Floyd, your going to be a main eventer in a short amount of time." And he was right. I came here and i did just that. I'm ready to take that world title. Because if your not here for that, then theres no sense in even wrestling.
Floyd lights a cigarette up with his silver zippo and exhales into the air. He begins speaking again.
Floyd:Well last Monday i retained my title. I retained against Crippler Lewis. It seems he's still pissed off that i beat him. Listen Crippler, your whining like a little bitch. I got lucky? Boy, there's no such thing as luck. I don't believe in it. I only believe in fate. And fate dealt you a bad hand. So just f'n deal with it and move on. You lost the match. Accept it like a man. I beat you in my backyard. I beat you like the dog you are. King of Hardcore? Don't make me laugh kid. You weren't doing to well when i split your head open from ear to ear. Don't tell me your The Hardcore king. I am the TRUE Hardcore icon here. And i proved that to you last Monday. I see your involved in that big battle royal at Unresticted. You say you want me again in a match? Do you want this title Lewis? Do you want to fight me again? Do you want me to spill your blood once again? Fine.. I'll take you on any day of the week. You better hope you win that battle royal. Because i will be glad to school you in the fundamentals of Hardcore again. But we should make it interesting.. If you do win, and you get a shot at this title here, damn why don't we make the match a hmm... Japanese Death match! That's right.. its my specialty.. Barbed wire for ropes.. C-4 surrounding the ring.. The match Mick Foley made famous. A match where i battled Adam Lax, And my own brother Godzilla. Why don't we do that Crippler? How does that sound? You want this belt so much.. come and get it.. I'll spill your blood again..
Floyd takes more drags of his cigarette and puts its out on Talon's desk again.
Floyd:But whoever wins the Battle Royal will meet me in a match. I just hope it's you Crippler. But i don't really care. The US Title is not concerning me right now. Its the big one. The World title. I will be fighting in the main event at Unrestircted. I will be fighting Terry Wisdom and Clay Burton. Now i don't know alot about these men, and frankily, i don't care. Clay Burton.. I applaud you. Congradulations on getting this far. But the train stops here. There is somthing you don't understand. When you want something bad.. You will do anything to get it. When you see something you like, you reach up and you grab it. I bet you see this as an oppurtunity, but this isn't your time. Someday, i'm sure you will become successful, but kid, this aint your time. This is all about Floyd. It always has been, and it always will be. I will do anything to win this match.. I will bash your head in with a chair, i will bury barbed wire into your flesh. It doesen't matter if its a triple threat match.. its three guys, all after the same thing. Clay Burton, you go home.. you train.. And you bring everything you got. But Clay.. your just gonna come up short in the end. Because Floyd will become World Champion.. just take your beating like a man and come again another day. Because i promise you all.. I will become the leader. I will bring class to the title. I will bring honor back to this federation. Because this federation has been a joke. No one takes this fed seriously.. I will become the champ and i will hold these two titles up high.. And i will say i'm the best.. Maybe some other time kid.. Maybe some other time..
Floyd:Now i move onto the current champion, Terry Wisdom. I have seen this man in action. He has what it takes. I do have respect for this man, and i do believe he can make it in this buisness. However, just like Burton.. It just isn't his time. He is the current champ yes.. But he's just a paper champion. He hasn't had any real competition. He has never faced anyone like me before. Terry, your just serving as the belt warmer. Your keeping that strap warm for me. I will take that title from you. And theres not a damn thing you can do about it. You say you respect me.. You damn right.. You are a smart man Terry, showing me respect.. Maybe i won't have to beat some out of you. Crippler Lewis is another story.. He's still hell bent on beating me. But i'll deal with him some other time. You on the other hand, are different. I hope you bring all that you have to the table.. But just like everyone else, it won't be enough. Accept your defeat like a man. Who knows? maybe we can become friends later on. But Terry.. It just isn't your time. But Don't think Terry because i respect you i will go easy on you.. I will bring everything i have in my aresenal. Everything i have in the tank. I hope you can keep up with me. Guys.. Get ready because your looking at the next World champion.. The True Hardcore Icon.. Floyd.. And that's just the way it is.. so just f'n... Deal with it.....
Floyd gets up from the chair and puts his leather jacket on. He walks out of the office, smoking a cigarette and the scene fades..
