LUIS ARIAS ALVAREZ FAILED TO COMPLETE A THIRD EXCHANGE ON LATE 2010. After tha he closed his Facebook account (or blocked me) and as well his Colnect account was deactivated. He also cheated my friend Martin Cirulis of Latvia and now he appears with many complains of cheating on Facebbok Group 'LISTA NEGRA DE LOS COLECCIONISTAS'. Although I recommended him in 2010, now on 2011 I have to change my words. By the way, he was deleted from my good traders list. Sorry for the inconvivience that my recommensation may caused to any of you, as I suffered loosing $195 to him. My apologies!

Tambíen estafó a mi amigo Martin Cirulis. de Letonia, y ahora aparece con muchos quejas de estafas en el grupo en facebook 'LISTA NEGRA DE LOS COLECCIONISTAS. A pesar de que fue recomendado por este servidor en 2010, ahora en 2011 tengo que cambiar mis palabras. De hecho, ya lo borré de mi lista de buenos coleccionistas. Perdon por cualquier inconveniencia le haya podido causar mi recomendacion a cualquiera de ustedes, asi como he sufrido perder US$195 con el. Mis disculpas.

He asked me to, well, INSISTED, send first, which I did due to low value of exchange. According to several collector's webpages, whicj I don't knew about, seems he do that always with different names but ALWAYS with the same address.
