Pacific University had one wrestler in the Challenge Finals for the World Team spot and places four others in the top 5.

2002 Women's Senior Natioanls

Pacific University had a great showing this year at Senior Women's Nationals in Las Vegas. This is Pacific's first year as a recognized wrestling club at the University.

Desi, Kristen, & Tela are all freshman. Sally, Jill & Katie are juniors and Kaci is a sophmore. With this young of a team they have great potential to take the team title next year. They placed 3rd behind Sunkist & Missouri Valley, as a team with only 7 girls of which all place in the top 8. Way to go for Oregon & Pacific University.
