SWF Rules and Regulations

1. Role-playing. The minimum of role-play for an SWF member to complete is four role-plays per month. I think this is fair, not too lenient and not too harsh. We understand people have other, more important duties to attend to, e.g. college, universety, work, etc. so we are understanding in that respect.

Punishment: action will be taken if you cannot make the required quantity. Upon the first month of not meeting the requirement, the member will be queeried for reasons as to why they have not met the minimum. If the reason isn't sufficient then they shall be given a warning. One warning is given and one only. Following that the member will, more than likely, be released.

2. Match/Attack/Promo Requests. These requests must be posted in the appropriate forms (link on left hand side of main page) before 8PM the day prior to the event, e.g. Requests for Sunday Night Apocalypse must be posted before 8PM Saturday night.

Punishment: Your request will be posted too late for the card-writer to see, acknowledge or use. This isn't just for the card-writer's benefit, but for the member's benefit, too.

3. Role-play offence. This is using others in your role-plays without their permission. This is an offence for many reasons, e.g. you could potentially ruin the character's gimmick. It isn't your right to use another character, but you may with permission.

Punishment: Warning, at first, upon complaint by the victim. If you don't take note then the warning will be furthered.
