Insaniac is Paterson Tuckmen's nuber one henchman. He, with the help of the rest of Dark Enterprise, have screwed any and all competetors out of wins, mostly the Beast, Insaniac's number one rival. Their ongoing rival started in the first match they had, over one year before Matress Mayhem '99. Since then, Insaniac has fought the Beast and won the PHW Heavyweight title two times, but lost at Hardcore Hell to the Beast. His next title shot was at Apoclypse '00 against the Beast in a ladder match. He won, and held onto the title until Matress Mayhem '00, where he lost to Kaos in the 4-way elemination match. However, Kaos was stripped of the title, and it was declared vacent. He was then given a shot at the title and won against Colossus at Hardcore Hell '01. One month later, at Anarchy '01, He competed against the Beast in a ladder match for the title, but he lost. The next time he wrestled was at Psychlone, just before Revenge. Then he fought the Beast and won the title in a deathmatch. At Revenge he competed against the Beast, who defeated Dragoon for the number one contendership, in another deathmatch, not only for the PHW Heavyweight title, but also for the King of the Deathmatch title! There he lost the title after Tuckman pushed the ladder out from under him. Insaniac fell over six feet, flat on his back, and The Beast ascended the ladder to get both titles. Insaniac was a bit more fortunate at Turmoil '01, when he was given a tag team matchup with Xander against the Darker Powers, Beast and Dragoon. The person who got the pinfall would recieve a shot at the King of the Deathmatch title. Insaniac got that pinfall in a match that revolutionized the standard for a PHW matchup. There was fire, barbed wire, thumbtacks, and he revealed his new finisher, the Roof Dive! Unfortunately, Insaniac lost the King of the Deathmatch shot. He had another chance to redeem himself at Tombstone '01, where he defeated Xander in a number one contender match. At Carnage, Insaniac and the Beast fought in a Viciously brutal deathmatch, with Insaniac coming out on top. Insaniac had a match with the Beast at APW: One Night in Hell, where he was given the Ultimate Sin through a flaming table. Then, at PHW: Blood Bath, he lost his title in round one of the King of the Deathmatch Tourniment to Xander. He then went on to win the APW World Title at APW: Maximum Carnage. He sold the title to Skitzo, and went on to fight the Beast out of the APW in a Caged Hell matchup, a cage made out of Barbed Wire! Then, at APW: Seasons Beatings, he won the Hardcore title.
