Dragoon is part of the Darker Power. His partner is the Beast, and together, this force plows over their opponents. Making his debut at Hardcore Hell, Dragoon won the Hardcore Title. At Revenge, he and the Beast dominated Demon and Farmer John, Masked Maniac and Xander, and finished off to win the Hardcore Tag Team Titles by beating No Mercy in a good fight.
At Apocalypse, however, he and the Beast suffered their first lose at the hands of the AHW representatives, Chaos and Havok. Dragoon is one of the unstopable forces in the PHW. He may be pinned, but he will come right back. At Hardcore Hell '01, he beat the Beast to a pulp in one of the most brutal matches in PHW history.
