Humans may be the most intelligent animals on the planet but we are not alone at being intelligent. All animals have some intelligence, and because it is a part of all of us it is a very interesting topic.
In this project many times I refer to non-human animal life as animals. Unless otherwise stated (i.e., all animals, animals including humans) the word animals refers only to non-human animals. I do know that humans are animals too. I only refer to them in this way to save time and for the sake of conversational English.
