Gloating, the Goblin King (John R. Miller) considers the happy prospects of destroying the Magick Garden at TRF and marrying off His n'er-do-well son to a princess of the Faerie Court (Photo, Left).
While the Goblin King (far right in Photo, Right) negotiates with Queen Maeb (not shown in this picture), His son Prince Cul DuSack ((center standing, Jonathan Edgecomb) inspects His Goblin minions, Sergeant Spiggot (as played by Robert Baggett); Corporal Udder (Jonathan Rozas); and Private Pue (Tina R. Corbin).
Prince Cul DuSack: "Uh, Dad. Can we talk?"
Goblin King: "Later, Son. I'm keeping an eye on Maeb right now. Can't trust a Faerie, y'know!"
Prince Cul DuSack: "But, Dad, this is important! About this marriage thing..."
Goblin King: "Don't tell me you're getting cold feet now! This is for the good of all Goblindom!!!"
Prince Cul DuSack: "Uh, well, y'see Dad, I sorta picked up another girl and we kinda like each other so we got engaged..."
Goblin King: "You say WHAT???!?
Although this dialogue between Goblin sire and son did not actually take place, it certainly sums up the moment when the Goblin King discovered His son had fallen in love with Cecily Shrift -- Samuel Hawthorne's fiancee -- abducted her and then proposed to marry her instead of the Princess Merrygold. Needless to say, He was NOT a happy Goblin King!
