THE FAERIE COURT
at the
TEXAS RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL

Beautiful women with wings -- my only weakness! Here (Photo, Left), the Faerie Queen Maeb (as played by Kim Bryant) assumes an air of watchful wariness as King Henry VIII and his Queen, Catherine, hold Morning Court at the New Market Village Music Gazebo.

Queen Maeb addresses the Seelie Court (Photo, Right) while mortals dance around Her, unaware of the Faerie presence. Fey Magick is potent, indeed!

Holding Court at the New Market Village Music Gazebo, Queen Maeb receives a report regarding the Magick Garden from one of Her Wood Sprites (Photo, Right).

Beautiful when angry (Photos Left and Below): Queen Maeb harangues the Goblin King and His minions (not seen in these pictures) at Morning Court. The Goblin King -- summoned to New Market Village by Queen Maeb Herself -- was negotiating a contract to destroy the Magick Garden with the hand of Faerie Princess Merrygold in marriage to His son as His reward. As shown by these photos, Queen Maeb was certainly not one to be trifled with!
