LOUISIANA RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL 2000
Saturday, 4 November
Looking back up the The Serpentine toward Crystal Stixs, with the Adult Pub (under the yellow-and-white striped tent, center, above) and Warhorse Horns to the right. The entrance to the Pub is shown in the photo, below. There was no scheduled entertainment at the Pub on Opening Day, but several members of the cast did stage some impromptu performances -- including a stirring rendition of the bawdy "How the Scotsman Won A Blue Ribbon"! Just beyond the Pub was the staging area for Birds of Prey and the entrance to the Jousting Arena.
