Rules and Regulations

NO STUDENT without SPECIAL PERMISSION knows ANY of the unforgivable curses. No student has the knowledge or the power to cast them. The current acceptions are Nomjy and Selene who have a good reason for it.
Any student who seriously injures another student in RP will have to be prepared to face expulsion from Hogwarts IC. This does not mean you are kicked out of the guild - but lets face it, as people RPing teachers, we can't very well allow extreme violence in school without reprecussions.
This is NOT a 'real time' RP. Just because a teacher isn't on doesn't mean there are no classes that day, etc. Players are encouraged to run complex scenes, to make detailed and desciptive posts, and to take part in the Game Master run plot (Fyre being the one running the current plot).
You MAY NOT be BOTH an animagi AND a morphimagi. And to be EITHER you MUST GET PERMISSION. We have far far far far to many people who are either. Further: permission WILL NOT be given unless you are 6th year or above for animagi- save VERY SPECIAL circustances. Remember becoming an animagi is supposed to be VERY difficult and dangerous!
Out of Character comments should be designated in some way, ((like this)) or 'OOC: like this'. Please try not to make too many OOC comments without any RP content, it clogs up the board and makes it hard for others to read through posts.
