Rumors are flying all over Hogsmead that Headmaster Sirius Black has appointed none other than Azrael Calistri Sr. to the faculty. It is still uncertain what the head of the Calistri family will be teaching at Hogwarts U.

After a very long hiatus, Headmaster Sirius Black has announced that Hogwarts University will be re-opening it's doors on Thursday June 24.

When asked why Hogwarts U closed it's door in the first place, Black said, "there were just a lot of problems. Life got in the way of many of the students."

Black went on to talk about the re-opening. "I have been informed that there is a new rise of interest in the University. So it was my happy decision to re-open. Under concensus, the students will be starting right where they left off at the end of last September."

Sirius Black, Headmaster of Hogwarts University, announced today that the University will indeed have Quidditch.

"We have just finished construction of a new Quidditch Pitch which will be used by both schools," Black said." "The old Quidditch Pitch will be used for practices. Dumbledore and I are making a schedule of when games will be and on what days the schools are allowed to practice, these dates will be posted soon."

Minister of Magic, Cornelius Fudge has appointed Sirius Black, just recently absolved of all charges, to be Headmaster of Hogwarts University. As Black's first task of being Headmaster, he has announced that Remus Lupin, has been named Assistant Headmaster and will head the Defense Against the Dark Arts Department. Also newly hired, Alastor Moody will be guiding students on their way to being Aurors.

No other teachers have been officially announced, but there is a rumor that Professors McGonagall, Flitwick, and Dumbledore himself will be teaching a few classes.
