INSPECTIONS After four years, U.N. weapons inspectors are back in Iraq after a new U.N. resolution demanded their return. On January 27, Hans Blix, the chief U.N.weapons inspector, told the U.N. Security Council that Iraq could not account for stocks of anthrax and a deadly nerve gas that it said it had destroyed.
