The Characters That Live

Let it be known that this is a DM's perspective, not necesarily an accurate portrayal. But it always helps to put a name to a face.

	Ochette - N Human Male 10/1 Druid/Ranger of Mielikki. A grim druid with martial training, Ochette hails from the mghty Gulthmere Forest. Quiet and quite honourable for someone following the path of balance, he is a loner who often goes to great lengths to finish a job alone. He still doesn't consider himself a part of SBF - and as time goes by, he is glad he didn't join them in the beginning of his "alliance". He is keep to be part of the Emerald Enclave, and has been approached by The Harpers to watch for Judge's future actions. He respects Judge, but also finds him indecisive and easily-confused. He has developed a completely rational distrust, possibly even an abhorrence of Athelhelm. He sees Bill as a naive and simple, but good-hearted man who is prone to forget the power he wields.
	Athelhelm - CN (E) Human Male 8/3 Fighter/Rogue, follower of TempusAlthough he claims to have been raised and trained in the Border Kingdoms to the far south, Athelhelm The Blackblade steeps himself in layers of intimidation, mystery and muscle. He is an arrogant, self-serving warrior who frequently and unashamedly attacks unarmed civilians with a heavy sap if they anger him. And he is angered easily; kept on his person at all times is a quill, ink, and a long list of people that have made the "enemies list". He deliberately irritates Judge, but also secretly fears an open battle with him. He enjoys Bill's company, but also uses him as a pawn and an excuse for mayhem and unwarranted violence. He respects Ochette but firmly considers himself to be more than capable of dealing with him if the need arises.
	Judge Namocam Menthalion- LG Half-Elf Male 12/1 Cleric/Fighter of Hoar A half-elf in Chessenta never has an easy life, and early in his childhood Namocam fled to the Dragon Coast with a new start to life, a holy symbol, and strong faith in his god The Doombringer. He fought his way through innumerable troubles and is now a significant power in the Dragon Coast. He is proud, and slowly developing a grasp of the power he wields, but none can say that luck and hesitation haven't had a part to play in his survival. Judge is an incredibly dangerous man who is close to suffering a nervous breakdown due to inter-party rifts and intrigue. He simply isn't subtle enough to deal with such things. He openly enjoys Ochette's company,has zero tolerance for Athelhelms tyranny and sees Bill as gullible and easily manipulated.
	Bill Bogswater- NG Human Male 7/1 Barbarian/Fighter, follower of Tymora A logger, a lover of ugly women and a big, big man, Bill is an unlikely holder of the title "Elf-friend" from the Moon-Elves of the High Forest. He originally came to the Dragon Coast to tell the bad news of a family death to Horatio, a now deceased member of the SBF, but by chance found the party and has been settling in ever since. He is jolly, and has trouble lying, but is also prone to fits of jealous rage and thoughtlessness. He sees Athelhelm as a comrade in arms and is blind to his faults, He appreciates Ochette and is constantly amazed by his powers, and he is awed and humbled by Judges raw power and fine balance between benevolance and promises of death to those who oppose him.
