This happen last Thursday when they declared that that they would not help the U.S army.The NATO is trying to let the U.S army in if they do have weopeans.Iraq, however, is having war drills all over there country. This might be a sign that we will go to war with Iraq.Bush also says that it is a clear case that there should be military actions. Presindent Bush says" We have resources that tell us that Saddam has used chemical weapons.
