What is a Media Developer?
       Someone who not only has programming knowledge, but also has an artistic side. By combining the two, you get a well rounded product due to the understanding of both sides. Web Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Multimedia and Application Programming are just some of the few products that can be done.

A bit about myself
        My name is Richard Spencer and I'm an enthusiastic, self-proclaimed Media Developer currently attending Algonquin College in the Game Development program. Ever since I completed High-School, all I've ever wanted to do was create games. After graduating, I attended Ottawa University for Computer Engineering. It was enjoyable, but not quite Game Development. I then stumbled upon Computer Science at Algonquin College which looked more appealing to my needs. I very much enjoyed the program and would not have switched once again if it were not for the NEW Game Development program at Algonquin. I'll be beginning my 3rd and final year in the fall and am enjoying it greatly
(even though it may be stressful at times, you'll always see a smile on my face when I attend class).

        Good question. This website is simply a portfolio for all to see. Here you will find sample games, Web sites, art and concepts I've worked on over the course of my years. Ranging from C++ to 3D Studio Max to Adobe Audition, I've touched every aspect of Game Development: Programming, Art, Design and documentation.
