Alohomora—Unlocks everything

Apparecium—Makes visible ink
*
Avada Kedavra—The Killing Curse (one of the Unforgivable Curses)

Avis—Birds come from your wand floowed by the sound of the blast of a gun
*
Crucio—Cruciatus Curse, which is the Torture curse (one of the Unforgivable Curse)

Deletrius—Counter-spell for “Prior Incantato”
*
Densaugeo—Enlarges teeth
*
Diffindo—Can split bags and other things.
*
Dissendium—Makes a part of the one-eyed witch into a secret passage at Hogwarts
*
Engorgio—Enlarges things
*
Ennervate—Counter-spell for “Stupefy”
*
Expecto Patronum—Summons a Patronus, which is a positive force that works against the Dementors of Akzaban and drives them away
*
Expelliarmus—The Disarming Charm
*
Ferula—Creates tools to mend injuries...kind of a part of a first aid kit
*
Finite Incantatum—Ends spells while still in course.

Furnunculus—Create boils
*
Impedimenta—Impediment Curse
*
Imperio—Imperius Curse, which puts the victim under total control of the caster (one of the Unforgivable Curses)

Impervius—Water Repelling Spell
*
Incendio—Starts fires
*
Locomotor Mortis—Leg Locker Curse
*
Lumos—Light comes from the wand (counter-spell to "Nox")
*
Mobiliarbus—Move objects with your wand
*
Mobilicorpus—Move an unconscious person
*
Morsmorde—Shows the “Dark Mark”
*
Nox—Counter-spell for “Lumos”
*
Obliviate—Memory Charm, which usually erases it
*
Orchideous—Creates flowers from the wand
*
Peskipiksi Pesternomi—Wards off pixies (hopefully)
*
Petrificus Totalus—Full-Body Bind/Freeze
*
Point Me—The Four-Point Spell (like a compass)
*
Prior Incantato—Reveals the last spell that has been casted by a wand
*
Quietus—Counter-spell for “Sonorus”
*
Reducio—Probably gives back the original size, a counter-spell for “Engorgio”
*
Reducto (known as Reductor Curse)—Blasting Curse
*
Relashio—Creates sparks/boiling water from a wand
*
Reparo—Repairs broken items
*
Rictusempra—Tickling Charm
*
Riddikulus—Boggart's defense spell
*
Serpensortia—Creates a large snake
*
Sonorus—Amplifies the caster's voice
*
Stupefy—Stunning Spell
*
Tarantallegra—Dancing Charm
*
Waddiwasi—Professor Lupin uses it to send a wad of gum up Peeves’s nose, real usage and purpose is unknown
