Four decades down...what's next?

As far as my life was going, I had finally found my calling. As a child, I spent many hours at my Grandmother's side while she tended her garden. I remember the vivid Tiger Lilies she had brought back from my Grandfather's old home-stead in Pennsylvania, the cactus garden that caused me so many pains as a child, and the red Peonies that always bloomed for her, while no one else's would.I realized that helping people find a paradise on Earth using plants was just as important as any of the things I ever imagined myself doing.(Also, I once tripped on Ecstasy and found myself communing with a Pothos Ivy.)So now I have been a Nurseryman well over 15 years.
And as for the Happy Ending? His name is Johnny Lou Perez. Even when all my friends disappoint, and they always do, he remains the rock, and the roll, that keeps me going. I first saw him a decade ago, and as always, it was Love at First Sight for me.Although considerably younger than I, we have much the same out-look on life.We walk in Magick together, and if the Universe is willing, I hope we always will.
Jo moved into my crumbling house with me, and when it was barely livable, we moved to Olney,Texas, his home-town. I have to say, I never thought I would move Earth and Heaven to be with some-one, but I did. Fortunately, he was just as willing to move back to Wichita Falls as I was. Talk about a one-horse town...actually, there were more horses than people.
So we came back and now are buying a house one street away from the old house. Amazing how things work-The very house one of my dearest friends and my Teacher of the Craft once called home:Jeanne Morgan. She has moved far on from this plane. I miss you, woman. Although I feel you breeze by me sometimes saying "One mo, Ho!"
So, there you have it. If you've read this far, than I am amazed. Yet I have to say, my life has been nothing if not exciting. And while I find some slight settling of contents in my 44th year on Earth, I certainly hope that the rest of it will be just as odd, fun, and completely irreverant as the preceding years have!Blessed Be!
