Rufus is a
very old man. He been around before the dawn of UO and
he still lives today. He is not the same as what he use
to be but he can still take on a few headless at a time.
Rufus quit fighting a long time ago and only does it for fun
or special occasions. He got into the art of
tailoring which gave him much more satisfaction at that time
in his life. But he wanted more than just the normal
clothes, he pushed on the boundaries of tailoring made made
new armor's, clothes and a whole new fashion sense (look
above) that is called the grandeur.
Rufus also spent many hours trying to develop a cloak that
would espouse you in tailoring, but tragedy a thief stole them
on him, on the way to show how it worked to the leaders of
Britannia. Rufus then went into a depression cycle and
he started to drink heavily, but that was only the start when
his beloved wife Alexis died by the sword of an evil villain
called Hairy Harry. Rufus just lost the plot and he went totally
psychopathly madly insane. He was put into a cell and
left there for many years forgotten by most expect the one
person who came everyday to bring him food and water, during
this time he lost most of his memories and skills and had
sylphs of his wife Alexis. His friend looked after him
year after year and saw how much he had improved mentally and
decided to break him out. Rufus lived at Paula's house
for the next number of years hiding him from the guards.
One day while Rufus and Paula while at the river bank having a
lovely picnic under the red sun. Rufus seen this figure
coming over the hill in front of them and it was shouting some
thing and pointing as well but he couldn't understand. then he
heard a scream is was Paula being attacked by a demon.
He attacked it but by that time it was too late Paula was dead
and the demon ran away. Rufus fell to his knees and
lifted up Paula but he could not help her while his tear fell
onto her pretty face. He looked up at the person from
the hill and he seen it was a sylphs of his dear wife Alexis
came to tell me to save my second love in my life, she bowed
her head and turned around and walked away and faded into the
sun. Rufus was determined not to be effect by this as he
was for the death of his first love. He became stronger
and stronger and want to avenge the demon's in the lands.
One day while out hunting demons Rufus found himself
outnumbered but he still fought bravely on. He heard
someone coming out of the forest but could not look as he was
in a tight situation. After the demons were killed
the man introduced himself as Calis and Rufus told him about
how he is seeking revenge on all the demons that have killed
his loves ones. Traveling towards the nearest town they
came to a clearing a little of the edge to town and saw
a dragon on the ground dead. Lying beside it when was a
warrior breathing heavily so they rushed over and started to
apply the bandages to stop the bleeding. They got him to
the healers in the town so he will be able to recover to full
health. When full healed the warrior introduced himself
as Thor. they became best of friends and helping each
other out in times of need. One day Rufus and Thor where
in the tavern drinking some ale and suddenly Calis rushed in
shouting about something. We he clamed down he told us
the story of the old warrior one the island and we agree we
would become the Illusions Of Time. They traveled back
to this place and set up there homes and help people who
needed there help. They helped many people but then they
felt the time for new members where needed....
