The Typing of the Manuscript

This is the stage where I do the most time consuming step (sometimes I just skip the first one when I'm dealing with fanfics). The typing. But it's also the easiest. Just because, well, of my typing background!

I've taken typing classes in 6-10th grades (10th was actually more of a computer applications class), so, with that many years behind me, I'm bound to be a fast typer. In fact, many people have commended me on my fast typing. The upshot is, I don't make as many mistakes as when I write fast. So, yay!

This is also the stage where I do most of the "writing" as it is known. This is the part where I get my daily dose of my lifeblood. WRITING! WOot! I can't live without! This is where I am during much of the day, writing, reading, and chatting. THis is also the most fun part.

How many fanfiction authors does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

It was getting rather dark in my room, and I wanted the pictures to show up well, so I replaced two of the bulbs in my cieling fan. I seem very, ah, engrossed in my work. And I seem to be putting a lot of effort into just screwing in a light bulb... God that's a freaky expression on my face...

Let there be light...

I'm very proud of myself for being able to screw in lightbulbs without falling off my chair. Oh, look, you can almost see the entire picture in the background. My brother and sister-in-law gave that to me for either my birthday or Christmas. I can't remember.

And let the typing begin...

I must be comparing notes or something. See, when I concentrate, I get weird expressions on my face. Sometimes, I even pull the expressions of my characters, and change them as they do. So people watching me write are probably creeped out.
