Harry and Ginny

We all know that Ginny has always had something of a crush on the famous Harry Potter. The question is....will they ever get together. Here is some evidence. Is it enough to hint the two?

Glynnis L:  Will Harry ever notice the long-suffering Ginny Weasley?
JK Rowling: You'll see... poor Ginny, eh?

"I would say Harry has flaws and failings. He was too proud [in the fourth book] to talk to Ron about what was bothering them both. Harry was walking around thinking, 'I'm the one with all the problems,' and he did have a lot of problems, but Ron had been a faithful friend for three years, and I would have cut Ron a little more slack. And what about Ginny [Ron's younger sister]? Poor Ginny, languishing in love for Harry, and he's merrily asking out other girls right under her nose! "
-J.K. Rowling

"Ginny Weasley - little sister to Harry's best friend, Ron, who's been nursing a crush on Harry for the first four books - will play more of a role in Book Five."
-J.K. Rowling

Question: Dear Ms. Rowling, I'd like to ask if there would be a lot of romances between the characters in the upcoming books?

JK Rowling: Good question. I'm having so much fun writing Book 4 because for the first time Harry, Ron, and Hermione are starting to recognize boys and girls as boys and girls. Everyone is in love with the wrong people. Let no one say my books lack realism.

Question: Is Harry Potter ever going to fall in love with Hermione or is he going to fall in love with Ginny Weasley?
JK Rowling: In Book IV Harry does decide he likes a girl, but it's not Hermione or Ginny. However, he's only 14, so there's plenty of time for him to change his mind. ;-)

And with that.....let's examine

Harry and Cho

In my rough opinion Harry's crush on Cho Chang is nothing short of shallow. Has he ever talked to her other than quick hi(s) in the corridors and asking her to the ball?

The only reason Harry likes Cho is because according to book four she's "Pretty, a great quidditch player, and popular"

I personally think that's a bit shallow on Harry's part. I don't think there is anything in store for these two. Their relationship is based on nothing. Cho will remain the 2nd rate character that she is and hopefully Harry will stop this tiny crush on her.
Afterall, J.k. Rowling did state in an interview:

Everyone is in love with the wrong people.[in book four] meaning that the Harry Cho love thing is wrong!

Ron and Fleur

There is basically no evidence whatsoever that Ron will fall for Fleur. The only reason Ron likes her is because she's part veela which makes Ron enchanted by her.

The evidence is that he asked her to the Yule ball and lets not forget she kissed Ron right after the second task.

But I think Fleur will end up with someone else. Possibly Ron's brother, Bill, or maybe even Harry Potter. Ron will definetly end up with someone which brings me to my next point...

Ron and Hermione

these two are clearly the most obvious couple of them all! I Definetly think these two will end up together. Let's look at the evidence.....first some quotes that hint jealousy on both parts when it comes to the opposite sex

"Fleur swooped down on him (Ron), too, and kissed him. Hermione looked simply furious. "

"...but Harry had found a miniature arm under his bed on Boxing Day, which had looked very much like it had been snapped off a small model figure wearing Bulgaria Quidditch robes."

"Hermione flung her arms around Ron's neck and broke down completely. Ron, looking quite terrified, patted her very awkwardly on the top of the head. Finally, Hermione drew away"

"Oh ... yes ... all right," said Hermione, looking slightly flustered, and following Krum through the crowd and out of site.
"You'd better hurry up!" Ron called loudly after her. "The carriages'll be here in a minute!" He let Harry keep a watch for the carriages, however, and spent the next few minutes craning his neck over the crowd to try and see what Hermione and Krum might be up to. They returned quite soon. Ron stared at Hermione, but her face was impassive."

There is obviously some sort of tension!
Now to the quotes of J.K. Rowling

Q- Is it just me, or was something going on between Ron and Hermione during the last half of Goblet of Fire? I love your books, by the way, and two of them I've read straight through cover to cover in under 24 hours.

A- Well done on the reading speed! Yes, something's "going on," but Ron doesn't realize it yet. Typical boy.

I made that sentence bold because if Ron doesn't realize it yet J.K.'s other statement "Everyone is in love with the wrong people" can't apply to Hermione and Ron. I think this statement must apply to Fleur and Ron

Q-Does Hermione like Ron as more than a friend?

A-The answer to that is in Goblet of Fire!

*TLC*: Quick thing about the end of the movie. There's a very adorable scene where Hermione hugs Harry, but she doesn't hug Ron - what was behind that non-hug for you?

Chris Columbus: Did you read book four?

*TLC*: Yeah, I did. [You've no idea.]

Chris Columbus: So, it's a little bit of a taste of what's to happen, what's coming up.

TLC: So it is foreshadowing.

Chris Columbus: It is foreshadowing, yeah. I just love the idea that the two of them, that there's an impending crush. And it's such a real thing for kids at that age. For instance, I asked Emma to hug Dan, and she said, 'No way,' and that was the day she was the most nervous being on the set. She was like, 'I am not going to hug him, no I'm not.' And I said, 'You've been petrified, this is one of your best friends, if not your best friend, you have to hug him,' I said, 'but you won't hug Ron, because that's where the tension is.

Harry and Hermione
I'm only gonna put one thing up quoted by J.K. Rowling

"Harry and Hermione are very platonic friends. But I won't answer for anyone else, nudge, nudge, wink, wink."
(Platonic means "Pure, passionless; nonsexual; philosophical" .)

Surely Rowling is hinting at Ron and Hermione. It's SOOOO obvious that if anyone disagrees....well...I don't know what to say. Just look at the evidence!
