Common Blunders That Cause Problems
- When a higher Rebate is introduced, the customer
should know that the order will have to be rewritten at the current prices
in order to qualify for the rebate. A new MQII should be run to determine
what current prices are. This policy should be communicated to the customer.
- Submit an LOI with even the high rank customers,
preferable one from FSG. At the very least, communicate the finance
intentions of the customer to NYADMIN. Many high priced vehicles cancel on
high rank customers because they are finance rejected.
- Make sure that customers know that they have to
have a valid stateside driver’s license to take delivery.
