All manufacturers warranties will be taken care of immediately. A new product or parts will be sent or reinstalled free of charge based on each individual requirements. Damages If noticeable damage is visible at the time of delivery, simply refuse the shipment. Then call Roll-Masters, Inc. Toll-Free ( 888 ) 883 - 5866 and we will reship the order. If there is possible hidden damage you must call back the delivery company immediately and tell them to pick the package up for return. Please call to notify us of any damage so we can help.
