Gareth Davis - Goalkeeper

Gareth is arguably the best shot stopper in the team. He hasn't played as often as the team would have wished this season, but when playing well can be very hard to try and score past.

Chris King - Right Sided Defender

A player who so far has missed most of the season through other commitments. On his day Chris is a really good defender, whos no nonsense approach and keedness to get forward make him a good squad player when on top of his game.

Shane Bellamy - Utiltiy Player

Shane is the unsung of the team. Sometimes he lets his temperament get to him in games but still manages to give many good performances never-the-less. Shane is the only utility player in the team and as occupied every postion at some stage. Shane's perferred postion is playing as a left sided defender. He scored a ramarkable goal in a recent league game which really turned a few heads. Unfortantly the team went on to narrowly lose that game 7-6 against the current league leaders but Shane's fantastic strike overshadowed the result.

Matthew 'Dougy' Smith - Midfielder/Goalkeeper

Known by his team mates as Doug. Doug has proved to be an indespensable member of the team. A battling midfielder with a real eye for goal, can also operate as Goalkeeper if needed. His agilty in goal is quite possibly the best in the Grimsby Futsal league.

Lee Nunn - Defensive/Midfielder

A dedicated member to the team who rarely misses a game. Lee's a hardworking player who's understanding with team mate Lee Smith has accumliated in many goals for the team. A quick thinking footballer who is the teams best man marker.

Tom Balderson - Defender

A very accomplished young defender who is equally at home anywhere along the back line. Tom loves to get forward at every given oppertunity from the back. His appearances have been limited this season but has played the last couple of games.

John Leyland - Defender

John's a recent aquastion to the team. The ginger haired defender reads the game from the back superbly, and John is also a very good tackler and passer of the ball. His presence in the team has given the team a few more defensive options.

Lee Smith - Midfielder/Striker

Brother to team member Matthew, Lee is a striker with blistering pace who can also operate anywhere in the midfielder. Lee is a very unselfess player who pocesses a good finish and plenty of composure when in and around the opposition area.

Anthony Bray - Defender/Striker

Anthony is the club captain currently sidelined with a shoulder injury. Anthony is strong in the air and a good distributer of the ball, with a fantastic shot. He is also the clubs set piece specialist. Anthony currently plays in the heart of the teams defence but he can also operate as a striker. A member of the team who wears his heart on his sleeve and would go to any lengths in the game to see his team win.

Carl Kyme - Forward

Carl's the teams best natural finisher. He's always a threat from any set piece. Carl's got a good footballing brain and his linking up with the Smith brothers creates many chances for himself and his team mates around him.

Andy Nunn - Forward

Andy made a brief appearance earlier in the season for the team when the captain Anthony Bray pulled up with an ankle injury. Andy had a very solid display in that game and is a good back up player if needed for the team.

Alan Ogle - Goalkeeper

Alan has played around six games for the team so far this season. At times lacks concentration but makes up for that with some breath taking saves. Also very confidant on crosses and he is also good in one on one situations.
