| Fudge Brownie Pie |

4 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup flour 2 cup milk 2 packages Jello Chocolate Pudding 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed |
Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on HIGH for 2 min or until the butter melts.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Add sugar and stir until well blended.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Stir in flour.
Spread into greased 9-in pie plate.
Bake at 350 F for 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Scoop out center of brownie with spoon, leaving 1/2 in thick rim around edge and thin layer of brownie on bottom.
Keep brownie pieces.
Pour milk into large bowl.
Add pudding.
Beat with whisk for 2 min. or until mixture becomes thick.
Gently stir in half of Cool Whip and all but 1/2 cup of reserved brownie pieces.
Spoon into brownie crust.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and brownie pieces.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
