| Beef Noodle Bake |
In a medium saucepan, melt 3tbs of the butter, then stir in the flour, salt and pepper
Add milk and cook stiring, constantly, until thickened, then add mushrooms and parsley.
Cook noodles and drain
In Medium skillet, melt remaining butter, brown meat and onions with the garlic, remaining salk and rosemary.
Add tomatoe sauce, stir in mushroom suace and 1/2 cup cheese.
In an 2 qt casserole dish, combine noodles with meat mixture and then top with remaining cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 375.
