Melt butterscotch morsels and peanut butter in microwave, stirring occasionally.
Stir in cereal until coated.
Stir in chocolate morsels until combined, but not melted.
Drop by rounded tablespoons or teaspoons onto wax paper sheets.
Chill until set.
