Chocolate Reindeer Cookies

110g butter
100g sugar
1 egg
180g flour(sieve together with ingredients listed below)
10g tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cream of tartar, heaped
1/4 tsp baking soda, heaped
1/8 tsp salt
96 tiny pretzels (must be small)
48 M&M chocolates or any small round chocolates
100g each of melted white and dark chocolate

Beat butter and sugar till light and creamy
Add in egg and mix well
Fold in the sifted flour gradually to form a dough
Roll out dough to about 2mm thickness and use a 9cm round cutter to cut about 8 round shapes
Refrigerate dough pieces till they turn hard.Cut 6 equal pieces for the reindeer 'faces' from each of the 8 round shapes.You should have 48 pieces in all.
Press the tiny pretzels into each piece of dough for the antlers of the reindeer.Press in the M&M chocolates for the nose
Bake at 175 deg C for about 15 mins
When cool, use melted chocolate for the eyes
