Rolled Oat Bars

100g plain flour
100g rolled oats
100g sugar
100g butter
2 tablespoon of Jam

Cream the butter and sugar together
Sift the flour and add it to the creamed mixture
Add the rolled oats and mix to a crumbly mixture
Press half the mixture into a greased baking tin
Spread the jam over it and top with remaining mixture, pressing evenly
Bake in a oven - 180 c
Cool in tin. Cut into bars approximately 2cm by 5cm
